本发明涉及物联网技术领域,具体涉及一种刷量终端确定方法及装置。
背景技术
随着计算机软件技术的发展,各种各样的应用软件遍布于人们生活的各个领域。按照应用软件的功能可分为导航类软件、音乐播放软件、视频播放软件、游戏类软件和体育竞技类软件等。由于每一类软件都有大量的应用软件,用户在选择应用软件时往往根据应用软件的下载量来进行选择,认为下载量高的软件为比较好用的应用软件。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种刷量终端确定方法及装置,以期实现检测刷量终端。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种刷量终端确定方法,包括:
在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述至少一个终端包括目标终端;
在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取所述目标终端的使用信息;
基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供了一种刷量终端确定装置,包括:
获取单元,用于在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述至少一个终端包括目标终端;
所述获取单元,还用于在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取所述目标终端的使用信息;
确定单元,用于基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
第三方面,本发明实施例提供了一种服务设备,包括:

相关技术中,有些应用开发者为了提高自己应用软件的排名,往往使用刷量终端生成虚假用户进行下载应用软件以提高自己应用软件的下载量。这类刷量终端可以随机或基于已有用户数据文件,生成国际移动用户识别码((international mobile subscriber identification number,IMSI)、MAC地址等各种参数。应用开发者检测IMSI、MAC地址的聚集情况,即如果当前下载用户中有很多用户的MAC地址或IMSI都一样,则确定该应用软件存在恶意刷量的行为。然而,相关技术中,仅能实现检测某一个应用软件是否存在恶意刷量,无法具体检测出下载该应用软件的终端中哪些是刷量的非法终端哪些是下载使用的合法终端。
针对上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供一种刷量终端确定方法,在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述至少一个终端包括目标终端,在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取目标终端的使用信息,基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。可见,通过实施本发明实施例,服务设备可以根据终端的使用信息,检测该终端是否是刷量终端。
为了更好理解本发明实施例公开的一种非刷量终端确定方法及装置,下面对本发明实施例进行详细介绍。
下面先对本发明实施例适用的网络构架进行描述。请参阅图1,图1是本发明实施例公开的一种网络构架的结构示意图。如图1所示,该网络构架示意图可以包括服务设备和终端,其中,服务设备可以包括服务器、服务主机、服务系统以及服务平台等,而终端包括但不限于移动电话、移动电脑、平板电脑、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、媒体播放器、智能电视、智能手表、智能眼镜、智能手环等用户设备。其中,服务设备可以通过互联网与 客户端进行通信连接。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明实施例提供的一种刷量终端确定方法的流程示意图,本发明实施例中的刷量终端确定方法应用于服务设备中。如图2所示,本发明实施例中的刷量终端确定方法包括以下步骤:
S201、在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述至少一个终端包括目标终端。
其中,服务设备可以包括服务器、服务主机、服务系统以及服务平台等,而终端包括但不限于移动电话、移动电脑、平板电脑、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、媒体播放器、智能电视、智能手表、智能眼镜、智能手环等用户设备。
具体地,由于市面上的应用软件种类繁多,每种类型的应用软件所表现的特征也不尽相同,为便于用户下载,现有的软件市场一般按照应用软件的功能将应用软件进行分类,一般可分为导航类软件、音乐播放软件、视频播放软件、游戏类软件、体育竞技类软件和游戏软件等类型。软件市场的界面可以如图2-1所示。
用户在对应的软件类型里搜索需要下载的软件,点击安装按钮,则终端会向服务设备发送携带所述至少一个终端对应的终端标识和待下载资源的资源标识的第一下载请求,服务设备基于该资源标识获取该资源标识对应的下载地址,并将该下载地址发送至终端,终端基于该下载地址下载资源,并在下载成功后进行安装。
S202、在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取目标终端的使用信息。
在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,则意味着所述目标资源标识对应的目标资源可能是刷量资源。此时,进一步获取目标终端的使用信息,基于目标终端的使用信息,进一步确定目标终端是否是刷量终端。
其中,上述使用信息可以包括以下至少一种:所述目标终端在第二预设时间段内的充电时间,所述目标终端在第三预设时间段内的亮屏时间,所述目标 终端安装的各个应用程序的更新记录,所述目标终端在第四预设时间段内的网络连接信息。
S203、基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
服务设备基于所述目标终端的使用信息,可以确定所述目标终端为刷量终端,并在确定目标终端为刷量终端后,进一步针对刷量终端的下载行为进行控制,例如不响应刷量终端发送的下载请求等。
可以看出,本发明实施例提供的刷量终端确定方法,在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述至少一个终端包括目标终端,在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取目标终端的使用信息,基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。可见,通过实施本发明实施例,服务设备可以根据终端的使用信息,检测该终端是否是刷量终端。
可选的,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第二预设时间段内的充电时间,上述基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端的具体实现方式可以是:
基于所述目标终端在第二预设时间段内的充电时间,在检测到所述目标终端的充电时间大于或等于第一预设时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
具体地,刷量终端为了进行刷量行为,需要保证刷量终端具备充足的电量,也就是说,刷量终端需要保持连接充电器进行充电或者充电时间明显大于合法终端(非刷量终端)。服务设备可以基于所述目标终端在第二预设时间段内的充电时间,在检测到所述目标终端的充电时间大于或等于第一预设时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可选的,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第三预设时间段内的亮屏时间,上述基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端的具体实现方式可以是:
基于所述目标终端在第三预设时间段内的亮屏时间,在检测到所述目标终端的亮屏时间大于或等于第二预设时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终 端。
具体地,刷量终端为了刷量,需要保证刷量终端时刻处于亮屏状态以获取用户的刷量操作,也就是说,刷量终端亮屏时间明显大于合法终端(非刷量终端),合法终端在正常使用过程中可能会出现亮屏、熄屏、处于飞行模式或者关机等行为。因此,服务设备可以基于所述目标终端在第三预设时间段内的亮屏时间,在检测到所述目标终端的亮屏时间大于或等于第二预设时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可选的,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端安装的各个应用程序的更新记录,上述基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端的具体实现方式可以是:
当检测到在所述目标终端安装的应用程序中,存在更新记录的应用程序的比例小于或等于第二预设阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
具体地,由于应用程序的排名往往是以下载量或者安装量为统计基础,因此,刷量终端下载应用程序以提高下载量后,并不会针对应用程序进行后续的更新,但是,合法终端在使用应用程序的过程中,为了提升用户体验,当应用程序供应商发布新版本后,合法终端也会对应用程序进行实时的更新。因此,服务设备在检测到目标终端安装的应用程序中,没有存在更新记录的应用程序,或者存在更新记录的应用程序的比例小于或等于第二预设阈值时,则可以确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可选的,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第四预设时间段内的网络连接信息,上述基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端的具体实现方式可以是:
基于所述目标终端在第四预设时间段内的网络连接信息,在检测到所述目标终端连接无线网络的时间大于或等于第三时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
其中,所述网络连接信息至少包括:所述目标终端连接无线网络的时间和所述目标终端连接移动数据网络的时间。
具体地,刷量终端为了进行刷量行为,需要保证刷量终端处于良好的网络 环境中,也就是说,刷量终端需要接入无线网络的时间明显大于合法终端(非刷量终端)。合法终端由于用户无法始终位于无线网路环境中,因此合法终端会出现连接无线网络和连接移动数据网络两种情况。服务设备可以基于所述目标终端在第四预设时间段内的网络连接信息,在检测到所述目标终端连接无线网络的时间大于或等于第三时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可选的,服务设备还可以执行以下操作:在获取到所述目标终端发送的第二下载请求时,中断针对所述第二下载请求的响应。
可见,服务设备可在确定该终端为刷量终端时,针对刷量终端发送的下载请求不作响应,进而在一定程度上避免刷量终端的刷量行为。
与上述图2所示的实施例一致的,请参阅图3,图3是本发明实施例提供的另一种刷量终端确定方法的流程示意图,本发明实施例中的刷量终端确定方法应用于服务设备中。如图3所示,本发明实施例中的刷量终端确定方法包括以下步骤:
S301、在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述至少一个终端包括目标终端。
S302、在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取目标终端在第二预设时间段内的充电时间。

与上述实施例一致的,请参阅图8,图8是本发明实施例提供的另一种刷量终端确定的流程示意图,所述刷量终端确定应用于移动终端中,所述移动终端为上述实施例的目标终端。如图8所示,本发明实施例中的刷量终端确定包括以下步骤:
S801,所述移动终端在第一预设时间段内,向服务设备发送携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述第一下载请求为至少一个终端发送的至少一个第一下载请求中的一个,所述至少一个终端包括所述目标终端,所述至少一个第一下载请求用于所述服务设备在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取所述目标终端的使用信息,以及基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可以看出,本申请实施例中,在第一预设时间段内,移动终端向服务设备发送携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,第一下载请求为至少一个终端发送的至少一个第一下载请求中的一个,至少一个终端包括目标终端,至少一个第一下载请求用于服务设备在检测到携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取目标终端的使用信息,以及基于目标终端的使用信息,确定目标终端为刷量终端。可见,通过实施本发明实施例,服务设备可以根据终端的使用信息,检测该终端是否是刷量终端。
在一个可能的示例中,所述方法还包括:
向所述服务设备发送第二下载请求,所述第二下载请求用于所述服务设备在接收所述第二下载请求后,中断针对所述第二下载请求的响应。

获取单元8101,用于在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述至少一个终端包括目标终端;
所述获取单元8101,还用于在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取目标终端的使用信息;
确定单元8102,用于基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
请参阅图8-2,图8-2是本发明实施例公开的一种刷量终端确定装置的单元组成框图,如图8-2所示,该刷量终端确定装置可以包括图8-1对应的实例中的获取单元8101以及确定单元8102。
可选的,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第二预设时间段内的充电时间,所述确定单元8102,具体用于基于所述目标终端在第二预设时间段内的充电时间,在检测到所述目标终端的充电时间大于或等于第一预设时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可选的,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第三预设时间段内的亮屏时间,所述确定单元8102,具体用于基于所述目标终端在第三预设时间段内的亮屏时间,在检测到所述目标终端的亮屏时间大于或等于第二预设时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可选的,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端安装的各个应用程序的更新记录,所述确定单元8102,具体用于基于所述目标终端安装的各个应用程序的更新记录,当检测到在所述目标终端安装的应用程序中,存在更新记录的应用程序的比例小于或等于第二预设阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可选的,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第四预设时间段内的网络连接信息,所述确定单元8102,具体用于基于所述目标终端在第四预设时间段内的网络连接信息,在检测到所述目标终端连接无线网络的时间大于或等于第三时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可选的,所述装置还包括:
处理单元8103,用于在获取到所述目标终端发送的第二下载请求时,中断针对所述第二下载请求的响应。
具体的,上述各个单元的具体实现可参考图2至图7对应实施例中相关步骤的描述,在此不赘述。
需要注意的是,本发明装置实施例所描述的刷量终端确定装置是以功能单元的形式呈现。这里所使用的术语“单元”应当理解为尽可能最宽的含义,用于实现各个“单元”所描述功能的对象例如可以是集成电路ASIC,单个电路,用于执行一个或多个软件或固件程序的处理器(共享的、专用的或芯片组)和存储器,组合逻辑电路,和/或提供实现上述功能的其他合适的组件。
举例来说,上述获取单元8101在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的功能可以由图9所示的服务设备来实现,具体可以通过处理器101通过调用存储器102中的可执行程序代码,在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求。
可以看出,本发明实施例提供的刷量终端确定装置,在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述至少一个终端包括目标终端,在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取目标终端的使用信息,基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。可见,通过实施本发明实施例,服务设备可以根据终端的使用信息,检测该终端是否是刷量终端。
请参阅图8-3,图8-3是本发明实施例公开的一种移动终端的单元组成框图,如图8-3所示,该移动终端为上述实施例所述的目标终端,该移动终端可以包括发送单元8201,其中:
所述发送单元8201,用于在第一预设时间段内,向服务设备发送携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述第一下载请求为至少一个终端发送的至少一个第一下载请求中的一个,所述至少一个终端包括所述目标终端,所述至少一个第一下载请求用于所述服务设备在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下 载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取所述目标终端的使用信息,以及基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可以看出,本申请实施例中,在第一预设时间段内,移动终端向服务设备发送携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,第一下载请求为至少一个终端发送的至少一个第一下载请求中的一个,至少一个终端包括目标终端,至少一个第一下载请求用于服务设备在检测到携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取目标终端的使用信息,以及基于目标终端的使用信息,确定目标终端为刷量终端。可见,通过实施本发明实施例,服务设备可以根据终端的使用信息,检测该终端是否是刷量终端。
在一个可能的示例中,所述发送单元8201,还用于向所述服务设备发送第二下载请求,所述第二下载请求用于所述服务设备在接收所述第二下载请求后,中断针对所述第二下载请求的响应。
其中,上述发送单元8201可以是移动终端的通信接口。
本发明实施例还提供了一种服务设备,如图9所示,包括:处理器101,存储器102,通信接口103和通信总线104;其中,处理器101、存储器102和通信接口103通过通信总线104连接并完成相互间的通信;处理器101通过通信接口103控制与外部蜂窝网的无线通信;通信接口103包括但不限于天线、放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(low noise amplifier,LNA)、双工器等。存储器102包括以下至少一种:随机存取存贮器、非易失性存储器以及外部存储器,存储器102中存储有可执行程序代码,该可执行程序代码能够引导处理器101执行本发明方法实施例中具体披露的刷量终端确定方法。
所述处理器101,用于在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述至少一个终端包括目标终端;在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取目标终端的使用信息;基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可选的,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第二预设时间段内的充电时 间,在用于基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端时,所述处理器101,具体用于:
基于所述目标终端在第二预设时间段内的充电时间,在检测到所述目标终端的充电时间大于或等于第一预设时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可选的,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第三预设时间段内的亮屏时间,在用于基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端时,所述处理器101,具体用于:
基于所述目标终端在第三预设时间段内的亮屏时间,在检测到所述目标终端的亮屏时间大于或等于第二预设时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可选的,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端安装的各个应用程序的更新记录,在用于基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端时,所述处理器101,具体用于:
基于所述目标终端安装的各个应用程序的更新记录,当检测到在所述目标终端安装的应用程序中,存在更新记录的应用程序的比例小于或等于第二预设阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可选的,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第四预设时间段内的网络连接信息,在用于基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端时,所述处理器101,具体用于:
基于所述目标终端在第四预设时间段内的网络连接信息,在检测到所述目标终端连接无线网络的时间大于或等于第三时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可选的,所述处理器101还用于:在获取到所述目标终端发送的第二下载请求时,中断针对所述第二下载请求的响应。

所述移动终端1020,在第一预设时间段内,向服务设备1010发送携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述第一下载请求为至少一个终端发送的至少一个第一下载请求中的一个,所述至少一个终端包括所述目标终端,所述至少一个第一下载请求用于所述服务设备在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取所述目标终端的使用信息,以及基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
所述服务设备1010,用于在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述至少一个终端包括目标终端;以及在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取所述目标终端的使用信息;以及基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
可以看出,本申请实施例中,在第一预设时间段内,移动终端向服务设备发送携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,第一下载请求为至少一个终端发送的至少一个第一下载请求中的一个,至少一个终端包括目标终端,至少一个第一下载请求用于服务设备在检测到携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取目标终端的使用信息,以及基于目标终端的使用信息,确定目标终端为刷量终端。可见,通过实施本发明实施例,服务设备可以根据终端的使用信息,检测该终端是否是刷量终端。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储了计算机程序的非瞬时性计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机程序可操作来使计算机执行如上述方法实施例中记载的任何一种刷量终端确定方法的部分或全部步骤。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,其中,该计算机存储介质可存储有程序,该程序执行时包括上述方法实施例中记载的任何一种刷量终端确定方法的部分或全部步骤。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储器中,存储器可以包括:闪存盘、只读存储器(read-only memory,ROM)、随机存取器(random access memory,RAM)、磁盘或光盘等。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种刷量终端确定方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述至少一个终端包括目标终端;
    在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取所述目标终端的使用信息;
    基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第二预设时间段内的充电时间,所述基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端,包括:
    基于所述目标终端在第二预设时间段内的充电时间,在检测到所述目标终端的充电时间大于或等于第一预设时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第三预设时间段内的亮屏时间,所述基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端,包括:
    基于所述目标终端在第三预设时间段内的亮屏时间,在检测到所述目标终端的亮屏时间大于或等于第二预设时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端安装的各个应用程序的更新记录,所述基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端,包括:
    基于所述目标终端安装的各个应用程序的更新记录,当检测到在所述目标终端安装的应用程序中,存在更新记录的应用程序的比例小于或等于第二预设阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第四预设时间段内的网络连接信息,所述基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端,包括:
    基于所述目标终端在第四预设时间段内的网络连接信息,在检测到所述目标终端连接无线网络的时间大于或等于第三时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在获取到所述目标终端发送的第二下载请求时,中断针对所述第二下载请求的响应。
  7. 一种刷量终端确定方法,其特征在于,应用于如权利要求1-5任一项所述的目标终端,所述方法包括:
    在第一预设时间段内,向服务设备发送携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述第一下载请求为至少一个终端发送的至少一个第一下载请求中的一个,所述至少一个终端包括所述目标终端,所述至少一个第一下载请求用于所述服务设备在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取所述目标终端的使用信息,以及基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述服务设备发送第二下载请求,所述第二下载请求用于所述服务设备在接收所述第二下载请求后,中断针对所述第二下载请求的响应。
  9. 一种刷量终端确定装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于在第一预设时间段内,获取至少一个终端发送的携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述至少一个终端包括目标终端;
    所述获取单元,还用于在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取所述目标终端的使用信息;
    确定单元,用于基于所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第二预设时间段内的充电时间,所述确定单元,具体用于基于所述目标 终端在第二预设时间段内的充电时间,在检测到所述目标终端的充电时间大于或等于第一预设时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
  11. 如权利要求9或10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第三预设时间段内的亮屏时间,所述确定单元,具体用于基于所述目标终端在第三预设时间段内的亮屏时间,在检测到所述目标终端的亮屏时间大于或等于第二预设时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
  12. 如权利要求9至11任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端安装的各个应用程序的更新记录,所述确定单元,具体用于基于所述目标终端安装的各个应用程序的更新记录,当检测到在所述目标终端安装的应用程序中,存在更新记录的应用程序的比例小于或等于第二预设阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
  13. 如权利要求9至12任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述使用信息包括所述目标终端在第四预设时间段内的网络连接信息,所述确定单元,具体用于基于所述目标终端在第四预设时间段内的网络连接信息,在检测到所述目标终端连接无线网络的时间大于或等于第三时间阈值时,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
  14. 如权利要求9至13任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    处理单元,用于在获取到所述目标终端发送的第二下载请求时,中断针对所述第二下载请求的响应。
  15. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端为权利要求1-5任一项所述的目标终端,所述移动终端包括发送单元,
    所述发送单元,用于在第一预设时间段内,向服务设备发送携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求,所述第一下载请求为至少一个终端发送的至少一个第一下载请求中的一个,所述至少一个终端包括所述目标终端,所述至少一个第一下载请求用于所述服务设备在检测到所述携带目标资源标识的第一下载请求的数量大于或等于第一预设阈值时,获取所述目标终端的使用信息,以及基于 所述目标终端的使用信息,确定所述目标终端为刷量终端。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的移动终端,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元,还用于向所述服务设备发送第二下载请求,所述第二下载请求用于所述服务设备在接收所述第二下载请求后,中断针对所述第二下载请求的响应。
  17. 一种刷量终端检测系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求9-14任一项所述的刷量终端检测装置和权利要求15或16所述的移动终端。
  18. 一种服务设备,其特征在于,包括处理器、存储器、通信接口以及一个或多个程序,其中,所述一个或多个程序被存储在所述存储器中,并且被配置由所述处理器执行,所述程序包括用于执行权利要求1-6任一项方法中的步骤的指令。
  19. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括处理器、存储器、通信接口以及一个或多个程序,其中,所述一个或多个程序被存储在所述存储器中,并且被配置由所述处理器执行,所述程序包括用于执行权利要求7或8方法中的步骤的指令。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,其存储用于电子数据交换的计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序使得计算机执行如权利要求1-6和/或7和8任一项所述的方法。
