热刀冲切汽车扶手装置 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车扶手加工领域,具体涉及一种热刀冲切汽车扶手装置。
背景技术
以往汽车扶手冲切装置都是采用冷刀对切方式切割,产品容易拉丝或毛边,后续需要人工再次处理,耗费劳力,成本增加,生产时间延长,降低生产效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种热刀冲切汽车扶手装置,装置设计简单,使用方便,方便操作,节省时间,减少后续人力加工,大大提高工作效率。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明提出了以下技术方案:
热刀冲切汽车扶手装置,它包括机架、支脚、台面板、冲切支脚、冲切机构、冲切气缸、安全光栅、胎膜机构、安全锁机构、废料盒、导料槽和电控箱,机架下端四角分别装有支脚,机架上端中间装有台面板,台面板上面装有胎膜机构,机架上端装有安全光栅,机架上端一侧装有冲切支脚,冲切支脚两端连接安全光栅,冲切机构安装在冲切支脚上,冲切机构上端连接有冲切气缸,冲切气缸一侧有安全锁机构装在冲切支脚上端,冲切机构下端对应装有胎膜机构,胎膜机构下端有导料槽装在台面板下端,导料槽下端有废料盒装在机架中间,电控箱装在机架内位于废料盒前侧。
所述的冲切支脚一侧装有线轨,冲切机构通过滑块装在线轨上,所述的冲切机构包括浮动模、冲头、弹簧、加热块、隔热板、固定板、红外线检测支架和连接板,固定板上端连接冲切气缸,固定板安装在滑块上,固定板下端四周装有连接板,连接板下端装有红外线检测支架,红外线检测支架与连接板之间通过导杆连接且导杆上套装有弹簧,连接板内侧及固定板下侧分别装有隔热板,隔热板内装有加热块,红外线检测支架中间装有浮动模,浮动模中间有冲头固定连接加热块,冲切机构后侧装有坦克链安装板。
所述的胎膜机构包括胎膜、凹模、摆缸支架、旋转压臂、产品感应开关,胎膜中间下端装有凹模,胎膜中间上端装有产品感应开关,胎膜一侧装有摆缸支架,摆缸支架通过旋转压臂压住胎膜。
所述的安全锁机构包括安全锁座垫板、上安全锁座、下安全锁座和安全锁气缸,下安全锁座下端安装在冲切机构上端,上安全锁座安装在冲切支脚上,下安全锁座与冲切机构之间装有安全锁座垫板,安全锁气缸装在上安全锁座上。
本发明的优点是设计简单,结构合理巧妙,使用方便,采用热刀冲切,无拉丝或毛边现象产生,提高了产品质量,节省人力,减少成本,大大提高了生产加工效率。

为了对本发明进一步的说明,下面结合说明书附图来介绍:
参照附图,热刀冲切汽车扶手装置,它包括机架1、支脚2、台面板3、冲切支脚4、冲切机构5、冲切气缸6、安全光栅7、胎膜机构8、安全锁机构9、废料盒10、导料槽11和电控箱12,机架1下端四角分别装有支脚2,机架1上端中间装有台面板3,台面板3上面 装有胎膜机构8,机架1上端装有安全光栅7,机架1上端一侧装有冲切支脚4,冲切支脚4两端连接安全光栅7,冲切机构5安装在冲切支脚4上,冲切机构5上端连接有冲切气缸6,冲切气缸6一侧有安全锁机构9装在冲切支脚4上端,冲切机构5下端对应装有胎膜机构8,胎膜机构8下端有导料槽11装在台面板3下端,导料槽11下端有废料盒10装在机架1中间,电控箱12装在机架1内位于废料盒10前侧。
所述的冲切支脚4一侧装有线轨,冲切机构5通过滑块14装在线轨13上,所述的冲切机构5包括浮动模51、冲头52、弹簧53、加热块54、隔热板55、固定板56、红外线检测支架57和连接板58,固定板56上端连接冲切气缸6,固定板56安装在滑块14上,固定板56下端四周装有连接板58,连接板58下端装有红外线检测支架57,红外线检测支架57与连接板58之间通过导杆连接且导杆上套装有弹簧53,连接板58内侧及固定板56下侧分别装有隔热板55,隔热板55内装有加热块54,红外线检测支架57中间装有浮动模51,浮动模51中间有冲头52固定连接加热块54,冲切机构5后侧装有坦克链安装板15。
所述的胎膜机构8包括胎膜81、凹模82、摆缸支架83、旋转压臂84、产品感应开关85,胎膜81中间下端装有凹模82,胎膜81中间上端装有产品感应开关85,胎膜81一侧装有摆缸支架83,摆缸支架83通过旋转压臂84压住胎膜81。
所述的安全锁机构9包括安全锁座垫板91、上安全锁座92、下安全锁座93和安全锁气缸94,下安全锁座93下端安装在冲切机构5上端,上安全锁座92安装在冲切支脚4上,下安全锁座93与冲切机构5之间装有安全锁座垫板91,安全锁气缸94装在上安全锁座92上。安全锁气缸插入下安全锁座内,就把冲切机构锁住,提高设备的安全性,防止设备的冲头突然下落现象。
本发明使用时,首先把汽车扶手料坯放到胎膜机构上,冲切机构位于冲切支脚上端,通过安全锁机构锁紧,加热块开始加热,达到设计温度,冲头通过热传导也具有温度,(织物材料冲切为300度左右,人造皮100度左右),把安全锁机构松开,冲切气缸带动冲切机构对汽车扶手料坯冲切,由于冲头高温形成热切割,在把料坯冲切成型的瞬间,拉丝和毛边不会出现,料坯直接分割开来,简单有效,方便快捷,节省后续修边的工序,大大提高工作效率。

Claims (4)

  1. 热刀冲切汽车扶手装置,它包括机架、支脚、台面板、冲切支脚、冲切机构、冲切气缸、安全光栅、胎膜机构、安全锁机构、废料盒、导料槽和电控箱,其特征是机架下端四角分别装有支脚,机架上端中间装有台面板,台面板上面装有胎膜机构,机架上端装有安全光栅,机架上端一侧装有冲切支脚,冲切支脚两端连接安全光栅,冲切机构安装在冲切支脚上,冲切机构上端连接有冲切气缸,冲切气缸一侧有安全锁机构装在冲切支脚上端,冲切机构下端对应装有胎膜机构,胎膜机构下端有导料槽装在台面板下端,导料槽下端有废料盒装在机架中间,电控箱装在机架内位于废料盒前侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的热刀冲切汽车扶手装置,其特征是所述的冲切支脚一侧装有线轨,冲切机构通过滑块装在线轨上,所述的冲切机构包括浮动模、冲头、弹簧、加热块、隔热板、固定板、红外线检测支架和连接板,固定板上端连接冲切气缸,固定板安装在滑块上,固定板下端四周装有连接板,连接板下端装有红外线检测支架,红外线检测支架与连接板之间通过导杆连接且导杆上套装有弹簧,连接板内侧及固定板下侧分别装有隔热板,隔热板内装有加热块,红外线检测支架中间装有浮动模,浮动模中间有冲头固定连接加热块,冲切机构后侧装有坦克链安装板。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的热刀冲切汽车扶手装置,其特征是所述的胎膜机构包括胎膜、凹模、摆缸支架、旋转压臂、产品感应开关,胎膜中间下端装有凹模,胎膜中间上端装有产品感应开关,胎膜一侧装有摆缸支架,摆缸支架通过旋转压臂压住胎膜。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的热刀冲切汽车扶手装置,其特征是所述的安全锁机构包括安全锁座垫板、上安全锁座、下安全锁座和安全锁气缸,下安全锁座下端安装在冲切机构上端,上安全锁座安装在冲切支脚上,下安全锁座与冲切机构之间装有安全锁座垫板,安全锁气缸装在上安全锁座上。
