Le résultat technique désiré est réalisé dans un marteau hydraulique qui comprend un corps dans lequel est monté un mécanisme d'impact avec des canaux d'amenée et de vidange interagissant avec l'instrument de travail pour assurer son mouvement en va-et-vient ; le corps comporte une cavité avec un lubrifiant et comprend une pompe branchée à la cavité et amenant un lubrifiant depuis la cavité jusqu'à la boîte de graissage pour lubrifier l'instrument de travail qui s'y trouve en mode automatique.
