First Embodiment
First, prior to describing an embodiment of the present invention, a service to which the information processing system according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied (hereinafter, referred to as "the service") will be briefly described.
The provider of this service operates, for example, a store (hereinafter referred to as a "store") such as a cafe located in a predetermined university campus or in the vicinity thereof. The customer of this store is a student belonging to the predetermined university or the like.
However, store operation costs are not collected from the student student but are collected from a company (hereinafter referred to as a "company") that desires contact or information to the student for reasons such as hiring.
That is, the provider of this service recruits a sponsor from a company and operates a store using money collected from the sponsor.
As a result, the store provides various services (food and drink, places, etc.) free of charge to students visiting the store as customers of the store.
On the other hand, a company can obtain various benefits such as acquiring information on students who have visited the store and contacting the student at the store.
In other words, companies can only pay money as a store sponsor because they can earn such profits. And this money, etc. should be reworded only to the use of the store by students who can provide profits to the company.
In other words, in order to properly provide the service, it is necessary to limit the available stores to students.
Therefore, the information processing system used in the present service, in other words, the information processing system to which the present invention is applied, executes various processes in order to appropriately confirm that the store visitor is a student.
Specifically, for example, in order to use a store, a student needs to register with an information processing system to which the present invention is applied (hereinafter referred to as “student registration”). Information necessary for this registration (hereinafter referred to as "registration information") is information (hereinafter referred to as "certification information") certifying that the registrant is a student (that is, a person belonging to a predetermined university) ) Shall be included at least. Specifically, for example, here, the proof information is the student number described on the student card.
As described above, the information processing system to which the present invention is applied is a person who permits the use of the store (that is, a student) in order to prevent the use of the store by persons other than the students who can provide a profit to the company. Each time, registration information including proof information is registered in advance.
Then, the store clerk of the store operates the predetermined information processing apparatus (store terminal 2 of FIG. 1 described later, etc.) to inquire the registration information, and based on the registered contents (particularly the proof information), the shopkeeper of the store Check if the student is the registered student.
In this way, it is only after confirmation of the registered student himself that the customer (the registered student himself) can use the store.
Here, the method of confirming the identity of the registered student itself may be various methods as long as it is a method of confirming the person who visits the store based on the proof information, and various methods including the method of the second embodiment described later. Various techniques can be employed. For example, in the first embodiment, the following confirmation method is employed.
That is, in the first embodiment, the store clerk of the store requests the customer of the store to present the student ID card. Then, the store clerk of the store operates a predetermined information processing apparatus (store terminal 2 etc. in FIG. 1 described later), and the student number (certification information) described in the presented student ID is registered as a student Inquire if it is or not.
If the student number described in the presented student ID card is one for which student registration has been made, the store clerk of the store further, according to the face photograph affixed to the student ID card, the face of the customer of the customer Whether or not the picture matches the picture, that is, whether or not the student who registered as a student (hereinafter referred to as a “legal student”) is identified.
That is, the student card itself can be lent or transferred to another person. Therefore, even if the student number described in the student card is already registered, it is necessary to confirm whether the visitor holding the student card is a legitimate student or not. A face photograph affixed to the student card is used as confirmation of the regular student identity.
In other words, even if the student himself / herself who has performed student registration visits the store, if he / she does not have a student ID card, identity verification (confirmation that he / she is a legitimate student) by face photo can not be performed. , The use of the store will be disabled.

The touch operation input unit 36 is formed of, for example, a capacitive or resistive (pressure-sensitive) position input sensor stacked on the display unit 37, and detects the coordinates of the position at which the touch operation is performed.
Thus, the touch operation input unit 36 and the display unit 37 constitute a touch panel.
The internal hardware configuration of the student terminal 3 and the company terminal 4 is the same as that of the shop terminal 2, and therefore the description thereof is omitted here.
The cooperation of the various hardware and software of server 1, shop terminal 2 and student terminal 3 configured in this way enables execution of student information registration processing etc., and shop usage processing etc. on the shop terminal 2 side. Can be performed.
Here, the student information registration process is a process executed by the server 1 and the student terminal 3, and various information including proof information (student's student number) transmitted from the student terminal 3 is used as student registration information. It refers to a series of processes until the server 1 registers and manages.
The store use process is a process of the shop terminal 2 and is a series of processes until it is confirmed whether a visitor of the shop where the shop terminal 2 is installed is a legitimate student.
Next, an example of a functional configuration for realizing such a student information registration process and a shop use process will be described with respect to the information processing system of FIG. 1.
FIG. 4 is a functional block diagram showing an example of a functional configuration of the server 1, the shop terminal 2 and the student terminal 3 in the information processing system of FIG.
In the CPU 11 of the server 1, a student information acquisition unit 101 and a student registration management unit 102 function.
In the CPU 31 of the store terminal 2, the proof information reception unit 141, the student information transmission control unit 142, the student registration information acquisition unit 143, the registration confirmation unit 144, the existence confirmation information acquisition unit 145, and the entry processing control unit 146 and the display control unit 147 function.
In the CPU 51 of the student terminal 3, a proof information acquisition unit 121 and a student information transmission control unit 122 function.
First, the functional configuration of the student information registration process will be described.
The proof information acquisition unit 121 of the student terminal 3 acquires the proof information of the student input by the touch operation input unit 56.
As described above, the certification information is, for example, a student number, which proves that the student is a student at a university to which the student belongs, and is information necessary for student registration for receiving the service.
The student information transmission control unit 122 of the student terminal 3 controls to transmit various information on the student operating the student terminal 3 including the proof information received by the proof information acquisition unit 121 to the server 1 as student information. I do.
Here, the student information is, for example, information including at least the student number of the student as the above-mentioned proof information, and in addition, the name of the university to which the student belongs, the name of the student, the mail address, etc. A collection of various information on
The student information acquisition unit 101 of the server 1 acquires the student information transmitted from the student terminal 3 via the communication unit 19.
The student registration management unit 102 of the server 1 registers the student information acquired by the student information acquisition unit 101 in the student information DB 200 for each student. The student information registered in the student information DB 200 is hereinafter referred to as “student registration information”.
The student registration management unit 102 holds the student registration information in the student information DB 200 and manages the student registration information by, for example, extracting it from the student information DB 200 for transmission to the shop terminal 2 as needed.
The student information registration process performed by the student terminal 3 and the server 1 described above can also be performed between the server 1 and the shop terminal 2. Specifically, for example, in the shop terminal 2, instead of each of the proof information acquisition unit 121 and the student information transmission control unit 122, the proof information reception unit 141 and the student information transmission control unit 142 function.
That is, the above-mentioned student information registration process is not only the case where the student before student registration operates the student terminal 3 first to receive this service, but also the regular student after student registration renews the student registration or newly Or when the store clerk at the store does student registration or updates for any reason. Specifically, for example, when incorrect information is registered as student information, the student information registration process is executed even when the student number or the like is changed by the change department or the like of the university department.
The functional configuration of the student information registration process has been described above. Next, the functional configuration of the store usage process will be described.
As described above, the store usage process is a process for checking whether a store visitor of a store is a legitimate student before using the store (e.g., before entering the store). In the first embodiment, a store visitor presents a student card to the store clerk of the store. Verification is performed based on the presented student ID card.
That is, the store clerk of the store inputs the student number described in the presented student ID card, for example, by performing a touch operation on the store terminal 2.
The proof information receiving unit 141 of the store terminal 2 receives the student number input from the touch operation input unit 36 as proof information.
The student registration information acquisition unit 143 of the store terminal 2 acquires proof information (student number) and the like included in the student registration information from the server 1 via the communication unit 40.
Here, the reason for stating the proof information etc. is because it is not necessary to obtain the proof information (student number) itself.
That is, the confirmation that the proof information (student number) acquired by the proof information receiving unit 141 matches the proof information (student number) included in the student registration information managed by the server 1 is described here. It shall be performed on the shop terminal 2 side for convenience.
However, this is not particularly essential, and the proof information (student number) acquired by the proof information receiving unit 141 matches the proof information (student number) included in the student registration information managed by the server 1. The confirmation of doing may be performed on the server 1 side, and information indicating whether or not they match may be transmitted from the server 1 to the shop terminal 2. In this case, the student registration information acquisition unit 143 acquires the “information indicating whether or not it matches”.
The registration confirmation unit 144 of the store terminal 2 includes that the certification information (student number) acquired by the certification information receiving unit 141 is included in the student registration information managed by the server 1, that is, the certification information Make sure that the student is registered as a regular student.
In addition, the visitor who can not be confirmed by the registration confirmation unit 144 can not use the store at this time.
On the other hand, when the registration confirmation section 144 confirms, the store clerk compares the face photograph affixed to the presented student ID card with the face of the visitor, and the visitor of the store owner of the student ID Confirm that it is), that is, confirm the existence.
The store clerk of the store inputs information indicating the existence confirmation (hereinafter, referred to as “existence confirmation information”) by performing a touch operation on the shop terminal 2, for example.
The existence confirmation information acquisition unit 145 of the store terminal 2 acquires the existence confirmation information input from the touch operation input unit 36.
The entry processing control unit 146 of the store terminal 2 uses the store for the visitor (legal student) from the existence confirmation information acquired by the existence confirmation information acquiring unit 145 and the proof information confirmed by the registration confirmation unit 144. Control the execution of various processes (mainly, processes for permitting entry and accepting orders for food and drink, hereinafter referred to as “entry process”).
The display control unit 147 of the store terminal 2 controls the display unit 37 to display various information associated with the entrance processing under the control of the entrance processing control unit 146, for example, a message indicating that entrance is permitted.
The functional configuration of the store usage process has been described above.
Next, with reference to FIG. 5, the shop utilization process which the shop terminal 2 performs is demonstrated.
That is, FIG. 5 is a flowchart explaining the flow of the shop utilization process which the shop terminal 2 of FIG. 4 performs.
Although it is necessary to complete the student information registration process by the student terminal 3 and the server 1 as a premise of the store usage process, the description of the flow of the student information registration process is omitted.
As described above, the store visitor presents the student card to the store clerk of the store. If this student card is not presented, the store usage process is not started. That is, the shopper can not use the store.
When the student card is presented, as described above, the store clerk of the store inputs the student number described in the presented student card, for example, by performing a touch operation on the shop terminal 2. Thus, the store usage process starts.
In step S1, the proof information receiving unit 141 receives the student number input from the touch operation input unit 36 as the proof information.
In step S2, the registration confirmation unit 144 determines whether the proof information (student number) accepted in the process of step S1 has already been registered, ie, the proof information is registered as a legitimate student's student. Determine if there is.
If the proof information (student number) is not registered, it is determined as NO in step S2, and the shop processing ends. That is, the shopper can not use the shop at this point.
On the other hand, if the proof information (student number) has been registered, it is determined as YES in step S2, and the process proceeds to step S3.
In step S3, the existence confirmation information acquisition unit 145 determines whether the existence confirmation information has been input.
That is, when it is confirmed that the proof information (student number) has been registered, the store clerk compares the face photograph attached to the presented student ID card with the face of the visitor, and the visitor is concerned Confirm that you are the owner of the student ID card (ie, confirm the existence).
If the existence confirmation can not be made, the existence confirmation information is not input, so it is judged as NO in step S3, and the shop processing is ended. That is, the shopper can not use the shop at this point.
On the other hand, when the existence confirmation can be made, as described above, the store clerk of the shop inputs the existence confirmation information by performing a touch operation on the shop terminal 2, for example. Then, the existence confirmation information acquisition unit 145 acquires the existence confirmation information input from the touch operation input unit 36. As a result, it is determined in step S3 that the result is YES, and the process proceeds to step S4.
In step S4, the entry processing control unit 146 starts the execution of entry processing. Thus, the shop processing is ended. In this case, the shopper can use the store as a regular student.
Next, an example of a display screen used in the student information registration process will be described with reference to FIG.
At the time of execution of the student information registration process, the display unit 37 of the student terminal 3 displays the top screen 500A (hereinafter referred to as “screen 500A”) of this service and the screen before student registration (hereinafter referred to as “screen 500B”). , And a student registration screen 500C (hereinafter referred to as "screen 500C") are appropriately displayed.
The screen 500A is a top screen of a website managed by the service provider. Screen 500A includes, from top to bottom, an area for recruiting student staff, an area for new member registration (student registration), and HP (Home Page) related to this service (here, a service called "Kafu"). An area for access to is provided.
An area for recruiting student staff on the screen 500A is an area where, for example, a touch operation is performed when a student wants to work as a staff at a store. The student can obtain information on student staff, perform registration procedures for becoming student staff, and the like by performing the touch operation.
On the other hand, when the student wants to become a regular student to use the store, that is, when he wants to perform student registration (student registration) using the student terminal 3, for example, the area for new member registration in the screen 500A Perform touch operation.
 画面500Bは、学生登録を行うためのURL(Uniform Resource Locator)を入手するための画面である。
Then, the screen 500 </ b> B is displayed on the display unit 37 of the student terminal 3.
The screen 500B is a screen for obtaining a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) for student registration.
That is, when the student wants to perform student registration for becoming a regular student, the user performs, for example, a touch operation on the software button “to the blank mail transmission screen” on the screen 500B.
Then, although not shown, a screen for sending a blank mail from the student terminal 3 to the server 1 or the like is displayed on the display unit 37 of the student terminal 3. The student terminal 3 transmits an empty mail to the server 1 or the like according to this screen. As a result, information such as a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) link for performing student registration is transmitted from the server 1 or the like to the student terminal 3 and displayed.
A student performs touch operation on information such as this link.
Then, a screen 500C is displayed on the display unit 37 of the student terminal.
The screen 500C is a screen for inputting student information (including proof information such as a student number) about a student who performs student registration.
In the example of screen 500C, as student information, it is possible to input the department, grade, and student number of the university to which the student belongs, and input of the name, e-mail address, and gender of the student. It has become. As described above, it is a feature that a student number is input as proof information.
Various information including the proof information (student number) input to the screen 500C is input by the proof information acquisition unit 121, and is transmitted to the server 1 as student information by the control of the student information transmission control unit 122.
In the server 1, this student information is acquired by the student information acquisition unit 101, registered by the student registration management unit 102 in the student information DB 200, and managed.
As a result, the student is registered as a regular student who can use the store.
Next, with reference to FIG. 7, an example of a display screen or the like used in the store usage process will be described.
In FIG. 7, a screen 510A displayed as a top screen on the shop terminal 2, a student card 510B of a visitor (regular student), and a screen 510C for performing a store entry process on the shop terminal 2 are shown.
The screen 510A is a screen initially displayed on the shop terminal 2.
Various software buttons (hereinafter simply referred to as "buttons") and the like are arranged on the screen 510A.
That is, at the top, an area in which various information such as the store name and the number of visits to the store is displayed is arranged.
Below that, buttons for the purpose of student registration displayed as "new" are arranged on the left, and buttons for using a store displayed as "member" are arranged on the right. At the lower center of these, a button for changing the student registration content displayed as "member information change" is arranged.
Here, the student registration button displayed as "new" is a button for performing student registration on the shop terminal 2 described later with reference to FIG. Further, the button for changing the student registration displayed as "member information change" is a button for changing information such as the student number of the regular student described later with reference to FIG.
The student card 510B is presented to the clerk in order to prove that he / she is a legitimate student, as described above, by the store visitor.
The student card 510B includes a student number registered as a student as proof information, and a face picture necessary to confirm the existence.
That is, by using such a student card, the store clerk can reliably confirm that the customer is a regular student. That is, by using a student number and a student card capable of confirming a face picture, it is possible to prevent the use of the store by persons other than the legitimate student using the loan of the student card.
The screen 510C is a screen for performing a store entry process, and is displayed by a touch operation (press operation) of a button for using a store displayed as "member" on the screen 510A.
Here, on the screen 510C, there is an input field in which "Student number" is displayed from the top, a button in which "Inquiry" is displayed, an area where the student's name and the number of visits are displayed, and "entry processing" Button is arranged.
That is, in step S1 of the shop use process of FIG. 5, the student number (certification information) accepted by the certification information accepting unit 141 is input in the input field displayed as “student number” on the screen 510C.
Then, after the student number (certification information) is input in the input column displayed as "student number" on screen 510C, if the button displayed as "inquiry" below it is touched, for example, in step S2 Whether or not the proof information (student number) accepted in the process of step S1 by the registration confirmation unit 144 has already been registered, that is, whether the proof information is registered as a legitimate student or not. Determination is made.
If the proof information (student number) has not been registered, nothing is displayed in the check box in the button displayed as "Inquiry" (not shown). In this case, it is determined that the answer in step S2 is NO, and the shop processing ends. That is, the shopper can not use the shop at this point.
On the other hand, when the proof information (student number) has been registered, a check mark is displayed in the check box in the button displayed as "Inquiry" (see FIG. 7), and it is determined as YES in step S2. Then, the process proceeds to step S3.
At this stage, the student's name and the number of visits are displayed in the area below the button displayed as "Inquiry".
As described above, the store clerk of the store compares the face photograph affixed to the presented student ID card with the customer's face, and confirms that the visitor is the owner (person) of the student ID card, ie, Confirm the existence.
When this existence confirmation can be made, for example, a button to be subjected to touch operation (press operation) is a button of “entry processing”. That is, the press signal of the button of “entry process” is used as the existence confirmation information.
Therefore, when the existence confirmation can not be made, the button for "entry processing" is not touched (pressed), for example, since the existence confirmation information is not input, it is determined as NO in step S3 and the shop processing is ended. It becomes. That is, the shopper can not use the shop at this point.
On the other hand, when the existence confirmation can be made, the store clerk of the store performs, for example, a touch operation (press operation) on the button of “entry processing”. Thereby, it is determined in step S3 that the result is YES, and in step S4, the entry process starts. Thus, the shopper can use the shop as a regular student.

The website management unit 104 of the server 1 extracts certification information (student number and the like) of regular students from the student information DB 200 via the student registration management unit 102. Then, the website management unit 104 issues entry information (QR code) including the extracted proof information (student number and the like) and the product information transmitted from the student terminal 3.
The form of the entry information (QR code) may be any form readable by the QR code reader 5, and may be a form printed on a paper medium, or the display unit 57 of the student terminal 3 It may be in the form of data displayed as a screen.
Here, as described above, the shop use process is a process of confirming whether a shopper of a shop is a legitimate student before using the shop (for example, before entering the shop). In the second embodiment, a shopper of a store causes the QR code reader 5 installed in the store to read the QR code (registered trademark).
The QR code information management unit 148 of the store terminal 2 manages information on the QR code (registered trademark) read by the QR code reader 5. That is, the QR code information management unit 148 extracts and manages product information and proof information (student number etc.) from the QR code (registered trademark).
The proof information receiving unit 141 of the store terminal 2 receives the student number extracted from the QR code (registered trademark) by the QR code information managing unit 148 as the proof information.
On the other hand, when the confirmation by the registration confirmation unit 144 is made, the store clerk of the shop confirms the existence by an appropriate method, and inputs the existence confirmation information by, for example, touch operation on the shop terminal 2.

The display control unit 147 of the store terminal 2 controls the display unit 37 to display various information associated with the entrance processing under the control of the entrance processing control unit 146, for example, a message indicating that entrance is permitted.
The invalidation processing unit 105 of the server 1 confirms the regular student based on the QR code (registered trademark), and uses the QR code (registered trademark) when the entrance process for the regular student is executed. Do the process of invalidating).
This makes it possible to use an appropriate store only for regular students. That is, once used, the QR code (registered trademark) can not be used by regular students themselves or by others. Therefore, using an inappropriate store where regular students use the same product information repeatedly (for example, repeatedly ordering many drinks) using the same QR code (registered trademark) It can be prevented. In addition, even if another person obtains a used QR code (registered trademark) for some reason, the other person can not use the QR code (registered trademark) and can not use the store.

Then, a screen 610C is displayed on the display unit 37 of the student terminal.
The screen 610C is a screen on which a my page of a website managed by the service provider is displayed.
On the my page displayed on the screen 610C, buttons of “DRINK QR CODE” and “EDIT ACCOUNT” are arranged.
The "EDIT ACCOUNT" button is a button for shifting to a page for changing the contents of student registration. The button of "DRINK QR CODE" is a button for shifting to a page for issuing a QR code (registered trademark) including store information indicating a drink to be ordered at a store and proof information such as a student number.
That is, when the regular student desires to issue a QR code (registered trademark) to use the store, the regular student operates the student terminal 3 and presses the “DRINK QR CODE” button.

Then, the screen 610D or the screen 610E is displayed on the display unit 37 of the student terminal.
The screen 610D and the screen 610E are for displaying a page for instructing the issuance of a QR code (registered trademark) including the shop information and the certification information by determining the shop information indicating the drink ordered in the shop .

That is, information indicating each drink of the first, second, and third cups is included in the QR code (registered trademark) as product information.
As a result of the above, the server 1 issues a QR code (registered trademark). As described above, the form of the QR code (registered trademark) is not particularly limited, and may be a form printed on a paper medium, but in the following examples including FIG. 14, the QR code (registered trademark) It is assumed that the form displayed on the screen 610F of is adopted.
That is, the regular student causes the display unit 37 of the student terminal 3 on which the screen 610F is displayed to be the QR code reader 5. Then, the QR code reader 5 reads the QR code (registered trademark) and transmits it to the shop terminal 2.
Then, the store terminal 2 is required that the certification information (student number) included in the QR code (registered trademark) is included in the student registration information managed by the server 1, that is, the certification information is legitimate. Make sure that the student is registered as a student.
When this confirmation is completed, a screen as shown in FIG. 15 is displayed on the display unit 37 of the shop terminal 2.
FIG. 15 is an example of a display screen or the like used in the shop usage process, and is a diagram showing an example different from the example of FIG. 7.
In FIG. 15, after confirmation that the student registration is made as the proof information is a legitimate student, a screen 630A showing the contents of the student registration is displayed on the shop terminal 2.
On this screen 630A, a button of "PERMIT" is arranged as a button which is touch-operated (pressed) by the store clerk, for example, when the store clerk can confirm the existence. That is, the pressing signal of the button "PERMIT" is used as the existence confirmation information.
As described above, when the existence confirmation can be made, the store clerk of the store performs, for example, a touch operation (press operation) on the button of “PERMIT”. Then, the screen 630B is displayed on the display unit 37 of the shop terminal 2. In addition, in the shop terminal 2 and the like, entry processing starts. Thus, the shopper can use the shop as a regular student. If it corresponds to the example of FIG. 14, according to the goods information contained in QR Code (trademark), preparation of the drink of the 1st cup is started.
Next, the issued QR code (registered trademark) will be described using FIG.
That is, FIG. 16 is a diagram showing an example of the issued QR code (registered trademark).

The screen 640 B displays a notice regarding the selected drink. Specifically, for example, the time when the first drink is selected is displayed on the screen 640 B, and the second and third drinks can not be ordered without leaving an interval of 30 minutes from the time. Is described. The intervals between the first, second and third cups are not limited to 30 minutes. That is, the above-mentioned interval can be freely changed, and may be 30 minutes or more.
This produces an effect of suppressing inappropriate use of the store that a plurality of drinks are ordered in a short period of time. In particular, the effect is more remarkable for students who take out without entering the store than those who enter the store.
The screen 650C allows regular students to order various drinks in the same manner as the screen 610D of FIG. 14 and the screen 610E. The screen 650C displays the order time of the previous drink. This is because there is a restriction that it is necessary to open a certain interval (for example, 30 minutes or more) from the time of the next drink order.

Then, the screen 710D or the screen 710E is displayed on the display unit 37 of the student terminal.
The screen 710D and the screen 710E are for displaying a page for instructing the issuance of a QR code (registered trademark) including the shop information and the certification information by determining the shop information indicating the drink ordered in the shop .
The screen 710D and the screen 710E are appropriately switched by a scroll operation or the like.
On the pages displayed on the screen 710D and the screen 710E, various buttons for selecting a drink to be ordered, such as "Indian Chai", are arranged. The regular student operates the student terminal 3 and presses a drink button to be ordered.
Then, a screen 710F is displayed on the display unit 37 of the student terminal.
The screen 710F is a screen for displaying a questionnaire provided by a company or the like, and is a screen for answering the questionnaire. The regular student operates the student terminal 3 to answer the questionnaire (in the example of the screen 710F, select “Yes” or “No”), and when the answer is completed, the “SEND” button is pressed. Then, the screen 710 G is displayed on the display unit 37 of the student terminal 3.
As a result of the above, a regular student selects a product to order, and then answers the displayed questionnaire. Thus, the server 1 issues a QR code (registered trademark). As described above, the form of the QR code (registered trademark) is not particularly limited, and may be a form printed on a paper medium, but in the subsequent examples including FIG. 20, the QR code (registered trademark) It is assumed that the form displayed on the screen 710F of is adopted.
That is, the regular student causes the display unit 37 of the student terminal 3 on which the screen 710 F is displayed to be the QR code reader 5.
15 described above is displayed on the display unit 37 of the shop terminal 2.
The questionnaire information may be, for example, information on the company or the products or events handled by the company, information on the life or concerns of the respondent, information on current events and trends, or international affairs. And may not be particularly limited.
Further, although the questionnaire information is displayed on the screen 710F in the above description, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, quiz information, a game, etc. may be displayed, and advertisement information for companies, etc. May be displayed, or other necessary content information may be displayed, and the content to be displayed is not limited to the questionnaire. For example, when event information is displayed instead of questionnaire information, it may be possible to make a reservation for participation in the displayed event.
Further, the questionnaire information may be displayed according to the attribute information of the regular student such as the enrolled university, the store being used, the grade, the enrolled department, and the gender of the legitimate student. That is, the questionnaire information may be displayed according to the attribute information of the legitimate student who logged in to the above-mentioned website. Here, the attribute information may be, for example, information input on the screen 500C of FIG. 6, the screen 520B of FIG. 8, and the screen 520C.
In this case, attribute information of a person who can be a target desired to answer a questionnaire is set as the questionnaire display condition in the metadata of each questionnaire information. When a legitimate student logs in to the above-mentioned website, the server 1 reads the attribute information of the legitimate student registered in advance, and compares the read attribute information with the questionnaire display condition. If the server 1 determines that the attribute information of the regular student conforms to the questionnaire display condition, the screen 710F is displayed on the screen 710D or 710E when the regular student performs a touch operation to select a product. It may be done.
This makes it possible to present, respond to, and efficiently retrieve questionnaires to correctly targeted regular students with high accuracy.
It should be noted that the answer to the questionnaire is not compulsory, and it may be possible to select whether the student answers. For example, in FIG. 20, a screen (answer confirmation screen) may be displayed for confirming whether or not the user can cooperate with the answer to the questionnaire before the screen 710F is displayed. In the answer confirmation screen, the screen 710F may be displayed when the “YES” button indicating that the user can cooperate in answering the questionnaire is pressed. When the “NO” button indicating that the user does not want to answer the questionnaire is pressed on the answer confirmation screen, the screen 710G may be displayed.
In addition, the students who answered the questionnaire may be given an incentive such as being given points available at the store (for example, having a monetary value and may be a target of goods or services). Good. In addition, the screen related to the questionnaire may be non-displayed when the number of questionnaires collected in advance, the number of the collection, and the like reached in advance are reached.
Further, the form of the questionnaire answer may be a selection form in which one or more answers are selected from two or more answers, or may be a description form that can be freely described, and the answer form is not limited.
Also, for example, in the second embodiment, a system is provided that enables ordering of goods in the store when the visitor is a legitimate student using the QR code (registered trademark) issued from the server 1. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, after the order, the server 1 may provide an information processing system capable of centrally managing information on entry date and time and items ordered and the like in a database.
Thus, the user of the company using the company terminal 4 can collect and accumulate regular student entrance information, order information of products, etc. It is possible to utilize the collected information for marketing etc. by grasping and analyzing the sales time of products sold at stores and time zones with many orders. can do.
Moreover, in the above-mentioned embodiment, although it does not mention in particular, as it can be made to express on the above-mentioned website, for example, registration to the database of events such as exchange meetings held by companies, events by regular students It may be possible to manage participation reservations, participation of regular students who have made a reservation, etc.
Further, in the information system in the above-described embodiment, for example, a new student registration by an authorized student accesses a website through a web browser installed on the student terminal 3 or the like, and registration is performed from the website You may In the member registration information, for example, registration of an enrolled university, an enrolled department, a school year, an e-mail address, a telephone number, a gender and the like may be enabled as attribute information.
After the completion of the new member registration, a legitimate student who has completed registration logs in to my page from the above-mentioned website using an information communication device such as the student terminal 3 or the like. Here, for example, a plurality of execution commands may be displayed in a tough format in the my page.
In this case, for example, when the “CODE” tab is selected from a plurality of tabs in the my page, the QR code (registered trademark) may be displayed on the display unit 57 of the student terminal 3. Then, for example, the QR code (registered trademark) may be read by the QR code reader 5 when entering the store. After entering the store, for example, order a drink orally, and when leaving the store, display the QR code (registered trademark) on the display unit 57 of the student terminal 3 again and read it by the QR code reader 5 You may In this way, entering the store by entering the store and entering the store by having the QR code (registered trademark) installed in the store at the time of entering and leaving the store, by reading the QR code (registered trademark). And you can check the exit.
In the above example, a new registration was made on the website using a web browser, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, the application software may be installed on the student terminal 3, and the application may be opened to perform member registration on the application. In member registration information, for example, attribute information such as university, department, graduation year, gender, location, industry / industry of interest, skills possessed, interns who have participated, companies of interest, special notes, etc. Registration may be enabled.
After the member registration is completed through the application on the student terminal 3, the application may be touched to display the profile screen. In this case, for example, the profile screen and the student card may be presented at the time of entry. By doing this, in the case of the second and subsequent visits, entering the store may be enabled by presenting the profile screen and the student ID card.
After the entrance process is completed, for example, a staff may hand a paper cup, and after that all drinks may be ordered by self-service.
In addition, if the profile entry rate of the profile screen does not exceed 70%, for example, an ice cream as an incentive may not be ordered. This may improve the rate of entry of the profile.
