随着互联网技术的发展,互联网服务平台给用户提供越来越多的网络服务。例如:订购服务,即用户可以通过互联网平台中提供的对象信息,订购所需要的对象,给用户的生活带来了极大的便利。
目前用户可以通过互联网平台中提供的对象信息,订购所需要的对象的实现方式可以概括为以下几个步骤:
第一步:互联网服务平台根据用户的历史订购数据,向用户发布推荐的对象信息。
第二步:用户可以从推荐的对象信息中选择出需要订购的对象信息,并基于需要订购的对象信息生成订单数据,将该订单数据发送给互联网服务平台。
第三步:互联网服务平台在接收到该订单数据时,为该用户分配所订购的对象资源,并生成支付订单,而后将该支付订单发送给该用户,使得用户基于该支付订单完成支付,以确保用户订购到所需要的对象。
但是,用户在订购对象之后,由于一些客观或者其他方面的原因,导致可能不再需要该订购对象,所以用户需要执行退订流程以退订所订购对象。这样,一方面造成对象资源的浪费;另一方面退订流程相对比较繁琐,使得用户对互联网服务平台的用户体验降低。

在本申请实施例中所记载的信用数据可以理解为互联网服务平台根据用户行为数据为用户评估的信用值,也可以理解为信用评估机构提供的用户的信用数据,还可以其他用户为该用户提供的担保数据等等,也就是说,本申请实施例中记载的信用数据可以广义的理解成为能够表征或者推定该用户信用的数据都可以,这里对于信用数据的形式不做具体限定。

图1为本申请实施例提供的一种订购处理方法的流程示意图。所述方法可以如下所示。
步骤101:获取用户的消费行为数据。
在本申请实施例中,服务器可以实时监控用户的消费行为,这里的消费行为可以是指用户点击购买控件和/或支付控件的行为,进而确定该用户的消费行为数据;也可以实时或者周期地从日志数据库中获取用户的消费行为数据,这里不做具体限定。
本申请实施例中记载的消费行为数据可以是指针对某消费对象,用户点击购买控件和/或支付控件后产生的行为数据。这里的消费对象可以是各种交通票(包含但不限于机票、火车票),也可以是某个地方的提供住宿的酒店信息,等等。
步骤102:根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的订购对象。
在本申请实施例中,根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与所述消费对象相关联的推荐对象;
从确定的所述推荐对象中,筛选出消费数量大于设定阈值的推荐对象;
将筛选出的所述推荐对象确定为与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的订购对象。
具体地,根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与所述消费对象相关联的推荐对象,包括:

步骤103:获取所述用户的信用数据。
在本申请实施例中,服务器可以向信用管理服务器发送信用数据获取请求,该信用数据获取请求中包含该用户的用户标识;信用管理服务器在接收到该信用获取请求时,查询该用户标识对应的信用数据,并将查找到的信用数据返回给服务器,这样,服务器能够获取该用户的信用数据。
或者,服务器本地存储了不同用户的信用数据,那么服务器可以根据该用户的用户标识,从信用数据库中查找到该用户的信用数据。
步骤104:根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述订购对象的订购服务。
在本申请实施例中,当所述信用数据中包含的信用值大于设定门限值时,向所述用户提供针对所述订购对象的订购服务。
步骤105:在确定针对所述订购对象为所述用户提供订购服务后,判断用户在使用时间到达时,是否使用所述订购对象,若使用,则执行步骤106;否则,执行步骤107。
步骤106:当确定的使用时间到达时,确定所述用户尚未使用所述订购对象;自动解除对所述订购对象的订购服务,并释放所述订购对象。
步骤107:当确定的使用时间到达时,确定所述用户使用所述订购对象;针对所述订购对象,生成支付订单,并将所述支付订单发送给所述用户。

图2为本申请实施例提供的一种提供预约服务的方法的流程示意图。所述方法可以如下所示。本申请实施例的执行主体可以为提供网络服务的互联网服务平台对应的服务器。
步骤201:获取用户的消费行为数据。
在本申请实施例中,服务器可以实时监控用户的消费行为,这里的消费行为可以是指用户点击购买控件和/或支付控件的行为,进而确定该用户的消费行为数据;也可以实时或者周期地从日志数据库中获取用户的消费行为数据,这里不做具体限定。

步骤202:根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的预约对象。
在本申请实施例中,根据不同对象之间的关联关系,可以根据该消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与所述消费对象相关联的商品对象。
这里确定的商品对象可以是1个,也可以是多个。
如果确定的商品对象为1个,那么将确定的商品对象确定为与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的预约对象。
如果确定的商品对象为多个,那么从确定的商品对象中,筛选出消费数量大于设定阈值的商品对象为与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的预约对象。
这里的消费数量可以根据已购买该商品对象的人数确定,消费数量越大,说明用户消费该预约对象的可能性也越大,也就意味着互联网服务平台为用户提供这种商品对象的预约服务,用户履约的可能性也比较大,同时也能够达到交叉营销的目的;反之,则说明用户消费该预约对象的可能性也越小。
或者,根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定所述用户到达的目的地信息;并根据所述目的地信息,确定与所述目的地信息中包含的地址相关联的商品对象;从确定的所述商品对象中,筛选出消费数量大于设定阈值的商品对象为与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的预约对象。
假设消费行为数据中包含的消费对象为车票(或者飞机票),那么可以基于该消费行为数据中包含消费对象,确定用户所到达目的地信息。
根据经验可知,用户在到达一个不是经常居住地的地方,首先需要考虑的就是住宿问题。那么基于本申请实施例提供的技术方案,服务器可以基于该用户所达到的目的地,从提供住宿信息的数据库中查找出与所述目的地信息中包含的地址相关联的酒店对象。进一步确定各个酒店对象的消费数量,即订购酒店对象的用户数,并从确定的酒店对象中,筛选出消费数量大于设定阈值的酒店对象为与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的预约对象。
这里筛选出的酒店对象可以是1个,也可以是多个。如果是多个,可以根据消费数量对筛选出的酒店对象进行排序,选择排序靠前的几个酒店对象作为预约对象。
此外,用户在到达一个不是经常居住地的地方,有可能是旅行,因为用户尚未到达 目的地,还无法确定到哪些地方参观,那么基于本申请实施例提供的技术方案,服务器可以基于该用户所达到的目的地,从提供景点信息的数据库中查找出与所述目的地信息中包含的地址相关联的门票对象。进一步确定各个门票对象的消费数量,即订购门票对象的用户数,并从确定的门票对象中,筛选出消费数量大于设定阈值的门票对象为与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的预约对象。
需要说明的是,在为用户提供门票对象的预约服务时,可以查询门票对象的售出情况,进而在选择预约对象时,可以优先选择票源紧张的门票对象。对于票源宽松的门票对象,用户可能临时可以购买到,但是对于票源紧张的门票对象,如果用户临时起意想去,可能出现购买不到的情况,那么本申请实施例所提供的技术方案,能够提前自动为用户预约门票对象,避免用户临时起意想去时购买不到门票的情况,进而提升了用户对互联网服务器平台提供的预约服务的用户体验。
较优地,如果步骤201中获取到的消费行为数据中包含用户的行程信息,这里的行程信息可以理解为用户的一次旅行,该行程信息中可以包含去程车票和回程车票,那么根据该行程信息,可以确定该行程信息中的缺失信息,这里的缺失信息可以包含住宿信息、景点门票信息等等。此时服务器可以按照上述方式确定为用户提供预约服务的酒店对象和/或门票对象。
这里的酒店对象和/或门票对象可以根据其他用户到达该目的地时产生的与酒店对象和/或门票对象相关的消费行为数据确定的;也可以是根据这些消费行为数据,计算出不同酒店和/门票的使用概率确定的,这里不做具体限定。
步骤203:获取所述用户的信用数据。
在本申请实施例中,服务器可以向信用管理服务器发送信用数据获取请求,该信用数据获取请求中包含该用户的用户标识;信用管理服务器在接收到该信用获取请求时,查询该用户标识对应的信用数据,并将查找到的信用数据返回给服务器,这样,服务器能够获取该用户的信用数据。
或者,服务器本地存储了不同用户的信用数据,那么服务器可以根据该用户的用户标识,从信用数据库中查找到该用户的信用数据。
在本申请实施例中,步骤202和步骤203可以并行执行,也可以顺序执行,即先执行步骤202,再执行步骤203;或者先执行步骤203,再执行步骤202,这里不做具体限定。
如果先执行步骤203,那么在本申请实施例中,可以根据该信用数据,判断是否需 要向该用户提供预约服务,即如果该信用数据中包含的信用值大于设定门限时,说明该用户具备良好的信用,可以向该用户提供预约服务,此时再执行步骤202,进一步确定向该用户提供针对哪个预约对象的预约服务;如果该信用数据中包含的信用值不大于设定门限时,说明该用户不具备良好的信用,如果向该用户提供预约服务可能存在较大风险,可以确定不向该用户提供预约服务,因此,在这种情况下,可以不再执行步骤202,这样可以节省执行步骤202所使用的系统资源。
步骤204:根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述预约对象的预约服务。
在本申请实施例中,当所述信用数据中包含的信用值大于设定门限值时,向所述用户提供针对所述预约对象的预约服务。
在确定针对所述预约对象为所述用户提供预约服务后,向所述用户发送预约服务信息,该预约服务信息中包含预约时间、预约对象、预约服务的有效时间等等。这里的预约服务的有效时间可以理解为要求用户确认享受该预约服务的最后时间。比如:预约时间的前一天,如果在预约时间的前一天之前,用户没有向服务器发送享受该预约服务的确认消息,那么服务器可以在预约时间到达时,自动解除该预约服务,以保证预约对象能够在预约时间内成为自由资源。
较优地,在确定针对所述预约对象为所述用户提供预约服务后,所述方法还包括:
当确定的预约时间到达时,确定所述用户尚未使用所述预约对象;自动解除对所述预约对象的预约服务,并释放所述预约对象。
这里的预约时间可以基于预约对象的使用时间确定,例如:预约对象的使用时间为XX年YY月ZZ日,那么在为用户提供预约服务时,可以向用户提供一个时间(比如:相对于使用时间提前一天或者以使用时间为准的前几个小时),如果用户在这个时间到达时,向服务器发送确认信息,可以确定用户使用该预约对象;如果用户在这个时间到达时,尚未向服务器发送确认信息,可以确定用户尚未使用该预约对象。
这样,服务器能够及时释放预约对象,以保证预约对象的利用率,有效避免了预约对象的资源浪费。
较优地,在确定针对所述预约对象为所述用户提供预约服务后,所述方法还包括:
当确定的预约时间到达时,确定所述用户使用所述预约对象。
这里确定所述用户使用所述预约对象,包括:
从提供所述预约对象的对象提供服务器中获取所述用户的消费数据;
根据所述消费数据中包含的所述预约对象,确定所述用户使用所述预约对象。

较优地,在预约时间到达的情况下,若接收到用户发送的确认信息,也可以确定用户使用该预约对象。进而针对所述预约对象,生成支付订单,并将所述支付订单发送给所述用户。
较优地,为了防止有些用户恶意使用预约对象,造成资源损失,所述方法还包括:
若在设定时间内尚未接收到所述用户发送的支付完成信息,那么修改所述用户的信用数据。
例如:在系统中标记该用户的违约行为,或者降低该用户的信用值等等,这样能够有效提升预约服务的安全性,降低预约服务的风险。
若在设定时间内接收到所述用户发送的支付完成信息,那么调整所述用户的信用数据。这里的调整可以是指调高用户的信用值,或者在系统中标记该用户按时履约的行为。
通过本申请实施例提供的技术方案,在获取用户的消费行为数据时,根据该消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与该消费对象之间满足设定条件的预约对象,进而获取该用户的信用数据,基于该用户的信用数据,可以向该用户提供针对该预约对象的预约服务。这样,基于该用户的消费行为数据,可以预估用户在未来某个时间可能还需要消费的其他对象,将这些对象作为预约对象,并基于该用户的信用数据,为用户提供预约服务,如果用户之后确定需要消费已预约的对象,因互联网服务平台已经向用户提供了该对象的预约服务,简化了用户主动发起预约的流程;如果用户之后没有消费已预约的对象,互联网服务平台可以自动解除该对象,解除流程执行起来相对简单,大大提升了用户对互联网服务平台提供的预约服务的用户体验。
图3为本申请实施例提供的一种针对门票对象提供预约服务的方法的流程示意图。所述方法可以如下所示。
步骤301:获取用户的行程信息,所述行程信息中包含地址信息。
在本申请实施例中,这里记载的地址信息可以是一个(那么可以称之为目的地),也可以是多个,例如:用户自驾游所要经过或者停留的多个不同的地方,那么该用户的行程信息中将包含经过或者停留的这些地方的地址信息。
步骤302:根据所述行程信息中包含的所述地址信息,确定与所述地址信息对应的位置相关联的门票对象。
在本申请实施例中,与地址信息对应的位置关联的门票对象可能为多个,这里可以对门票对象进行筛选,选择那些热门景点或者著名景点(用户选择概率比较高的景点) 的门票,作为本申请实施例所记载方案的提供预约服务的门票对象。
步骤303:获取所述用户的信用数据。
在本申请实施例中所记载的信用数据可以理解为互联网服务平台根据用户行为数据为用户评估的信用值,也可以理解为信用评估机构提供的用户的信用数据,还可以其他用户为该用户提供的担保数据等等,也就是说,本申请实施例中记载的信用数据可以广义的理解成为能够表征或者推定该用户信用的数据都可以,这里对于信用数据的形式不做具体限定。
步骤304:根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务。
较优地,首先,确定所述用户到达所述地址信息对应的位置的时间。
其次,根据所述信用数据和所述时间,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务。
具体地,在确定系统时间与所述时间之间满足预设条件的情况下,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务。
这里的预设条件可以理解为触发提供预约服务的时间条件,即假设预设条件为用户到达地址信息对应的位置的时间之后N个小时,那么若系统时间满足用户到达地址信息对应的位置的时间之后N个小时,此时启动根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务。
在实际应用中,针对不同的门票对象,所使用的时间段可能存在差异。例如:海洋馆里的海豚表演,假设海豚表演一天安排三个场次:早上10:00~11:00;中午1:00~2:00;下午4:00~5:00。那么在为用户提供门票对象的预约服务时,需要向用户确定所要看表演的场次。在本申请实施例提供的技术方案中,较优地,在确定所述用户到达所述地址信息对应的位置的时间的情况下,所述方法还包括:
确定与所述门票对象的至少一个使用时间段;
向所述用户发送提示信息,所述提示信息中包含所述至少一个使用时间段,所述提示信息用于提示用户从所述至少一个使用时间段中选择一个使用时间段;
接收所述用户选择的使用时间段。
例如:用户选择中午1:00~2:00,那么可以根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供满足所述使用时间段的门票对象的预约服务。
具体地,当所述信用数据中包含的信用值大于设定门限值时,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务。
较优地,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务,包括:
根据所述信用数据,确定所述用户的信用等级;
根据所述信用等级,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的、所述信用等级对用的预约服务。
例如:系统预先根据信用等级的不同,设置不同等级的预约服务。不同等级的预约服务可以根据门票对象的属性不同进行确定,例如:对于同一个景点的门票对象,可以根据游览范围对门票对象进行划分,这样,对于信用等级高的用户,可以提供游览范围比较广的门票对象;对于信用等级低的用户,可以提供游览范围比较小的门票对象;
再例如:针对同一个门票对象,可以根据位置的前后对门票对象进行划分,这样,对于信用等级高的用户,可以提供位置相对靠前的门票对象;对于信用等级低的用户,可以提供位置相对靠后的门票对象。
此外,不同等级的预约服务还可以根据预约时间、预约内容等进行确定,这里不再一一赘述。
较优地,在确定针对所述门票对象为所述用户提供预约服务后,所述方法还包括:
当确定的预约时间到达时,确定所述用户尚未使用所述门票对象;
自动解除对所述门票对象的预约服务,并释放所述门票对象。

需要说明的是,本申请实施例所提供的设备可以通过硬件方式实现,也可以通过软件方式实现,这里不做具体限定。本申请实施例所提供的设备基于该用户的消费行为数据,可以预估用户在未来某个时间可能还需要消费的其他对象,将这些对象作为预约对象,并基于该用户的信用数据,为用户提供预约服务,如果用户之后确定需要消费已预约的对象,因互联网服务平台已经向用户提供了该对象的预约服务,简化了用户主动发起预约的流程;如果用户之后没有消费已预约的对象,互联网服务平台可以自动解除该对象,解除流程执行起来相对简单,大大提升了用户对互联网服务平台提供的预约服务的用户体验。
基于同一个发明构思,本申请实施例还提供了一种提供预约服务的设备,包括:存储器和至少一个处理器,其中:所述存储器存储有程序,并被配置成由所述至少一个处理器执行以下步骤:
获取用户的消费行为数据;
根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的预约对象;
获取所述用户的信用数据;
根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述预约对象的预约服务。

在确定系统时间与所述用户到达所述目的地的时间之间满足预设条件的情况下,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务。
在本申请的另一个实施例中,所述处理单元703在确定所述用户到达所述地址信息对应的位置的时间的情况下,确定与所述门票对象的至少一个使用时间段;
向所述用户发送提示信息,所述提示信息中包含所述至少一个使用时间段,所述提示信息用于提示用户从所述至少一个使用时间段中选择一个使用时间段;
接收所述用户选择的使用时间段;
所述处理单元703根据所述信用数据和所述时间,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务,包括:

Claims (29)
- 一种订购处理方法,其特征在于,包括:获取用户的消费行为数据;根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的订购对象;获取所述用户的信用数据;根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述订购对象的订购服务。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定针对所述订购对象为所述用户提供订购服务后,所述方法还包括:当确定的使用时间到达时,确定所述用户尚未使用所述订购对象;自动解除对所述订购对象的订购服务,并释放所述订购对象。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定针对所述订购对象为所述用户提供订购服务后,所述方法还包括:当确定的使用时间到达时,确定所述用户使用所述订购对象;针对所述订购对象,生成支付订单,并将所述支付订单发送给所述用户。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:若在设定时间内尚未接收到所述用户发送的支付完成信息,那么修改所述用户的信用数据。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,确定所述用户使用所述订购对象,包括:从提供所述订购对象的对象提供服务器中获取所述用户的消费数据;根据所述消费数据中包含的所述订购对象,确定所述用户使用所述订购对象。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的订购对象,包括:根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与所述消费对象相关联的推荐对象;从确定的所述推荐对象中,筛选出消费数量大于设定阈值的推荐对象;将筛选出的所述推荐对象确定为与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的订购对象。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与所述消费对象相关联的推荐对象,包括:根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定所述用户到达的目的地信息;根据所述目的地信息,确定与所述目的地信息中包含的地址相关联的推荐对象。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述订购对象的订购服务,包括:当所述信用数据中包含的信用值大于设定门限值时,向所述用户提供针对所述订购对象的订购服务。
- 一种提供预约服务方法,其特征在于,包括:获取用户的消费行为数据;根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的预约对象;获取所述用户的信用数据;根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述预约对象的预约服务。
- 一种针对门票对象提供预约服务的方法,其特征在于,包括:获取用户的行程信息,所述行程信息中包含地址信息;根据所述行程信息中包含的所述地址信息,确定与所述地址信息对应的位置相关联的门票对象;获取所述用户的信用数据;根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务,包括:确定所述用户到达所述地址信息对应的位置的时间;根据所述信用数据和所述时间,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述信用数据和所述时间,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务,包括:在确定系统时间与所述时间之间满足预设条件的情况下,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定所述用户到达所述地址信息对应的位置的时间的情况下,所述方法还包括:确定与所述门票对象的至少一个使用时间段;向所述用户发送提示信息,所述提示信息中包含所述至少一个使用时间段,所述提 示信息用于提示用户从所述至少一个使用时间段中选择一个使用时间段;接收所述用户选择的使用时间段;根据所述信用数据和所述时间,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务,包括:根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供满足所述使用时间段的门票对象的预约服务。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务,包括:根据所述信用数据,确定所述用户的信用等级;根据所述信用等级,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的、所述信用等级对用的预约服务。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务,包括:当所述信用数据中包含的信用值大于设定门限值时,向所述用户提供针对所述门票对象的预约服务。
- 根据权利要求10或15所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定针对所述门票对象为所述用户提供预约服务后,所述方法还包括:当确定的预约时间到达时,确定所述用户尚未使用所述门票对象;自动解除对所述门票对象的预约服务,并释放所述门票对象。
- 根据权利要求10或15所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定针对所述门票对象为所述用户提供预约服务后,所述方法还包括:当确定的预约时间到达时,确定所述用户使用所述门票对象;针对所述门票对象,生成支付订单,并将所述支付订单发送给所述用户。
- 一种针对酒店对象提供预约服务的方法,其特征在于,包括:获取用户的行程信息,所述行程信息中包含目的地;根据所述行程信息中包含的目的地,确定与所述目的地相关联的酒店对象;获取所述用户的信用数据;根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述酒店对象的预约服务。
- 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述酒店对象的预约服务,包括:确定所述用户到达所述目的地的时间;根据所述信用数据和所述用户到达所述目的地的时间,向所述用户提供针对所述酒店对象的预约服务。
- 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述信用数据和所述用户到达所述目的地的时间,向所述用户提供针对所述酒店对象的预约服务,包括:在确定系统时间与所述用户到达所述目的地的时间之间满足预设条件的情况下,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述酒店对象的预约服务。
- 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述酒店对象的预约服务,包括:获取所述用户当前的位置信息;在所述位置信息与所述目的地相同的情况下,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述酒店对象的预约服务。
- 一种订购处理设备,其特征在于,包括:获取单元,获取用户的消费行为数据;确定单元,根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的订购对象;所述获取单元,获取所述用户的信用数据;处理单元,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述订购对象的订购服务。
- 一种提供预约服务设备,其特征在于,包括:获取单元,获取用户的消费行为数据;确定单元,根据所述消费行为数据中包含的消费对象,确定与所述消费对象之间满足设定条件的预约对象;所述获取单元,获取所述用户的信用数据;处理单元,根据所述信用数据,向所述用户提供针对所述预约对象的预约服务。
