Description

基于物联网的机房振动报警系统 技术领域
本发明涉及机房监控领域,尤其涉及基于传感器数据对计算机机房振动进行监控系统。
背景技术
振动和冲击会使计算机设备接点脱落、接插件松动,导致接触不良、部件损坏等。随着互联网技术的发展,尤其是近些年物联网概念愈来愈火热,数据中心机房数量越来越多。机房中存放大量的计算机系统、服务器等设备,充当着各个行业信息交换的枢纽。因此,对数据中心机房进行振动检测极其重要。
目前机房管理设备比较落后,有些甚至还是采取专人值班定时巡查机房环境的方式,这不仅增加了管理人员的负担,而且还可能存在漏报误报的情况,无法及时和准确地发现安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供了一种基于物联网的机房振动报警系统,及时发现机房振动异常状况,以保障机房设备安全。
本发明的技术方案为:
本发明还揭示了一种基于物联网的机房振动报警系统,包括:
振动检测单元,用于检测振动参数;
数据处理单元,用于判断振动参数是否大于阈值;
视频监控启动单元,用于当所述振动参数大于所述阈值时,启动对应的视频监控单元;
警报提示单元,用于将获取的图像以及检测的振动参数发送给机房管理人员。
优选地,所述振动参数可以包括振动加速度、振动速度、和/或振动位移。
优选地,所述检测包括机房水平方向的振动检测和垂直方向的振动检测。
优选地,所述阈值是指在机房设备停机状态下,垂直和水平方向上的振动加速度应小于480mm/s2

本发明对比现有技术有如下的有益效果:本发明通过检测振动参数;判断振动参数是否大于阈值;当所述振动参数大于所述阈值时,启动对应的视频监控单元;将获取的图像以及检测的振动参数发送给机房管理人员。本发明通过检测机房振动状况,当发现机房出现异常振动时,启动对应的视频监控单元获取现场图像,及时发现机房险情。

图1示出了本发明的基于物联网的机房振动报警方法的实施例的流程图。请参见图1,本实施例的基于物联网的机房振动报警方法包括如下的步骤。
步骤S12:检测机房振动参数。
所述振动参数可以包括振动加速度、振动速度、和/或振动位移。所述检测包括机房水平方向的检测和垂直方向的检测。所述检测振动参数可以通过在机房若干位置设置若干振动传感器进行检测。
在一实施方式中,所述若干振动传感器设置在机房地板的若干位置。所述若干振动传感器设置有对应的标签。
步骤S14:判断振动参数是否大于阈值。
在一实施方式中,所述判断振动参数是否大于所述阈值是指判断振动加速度、振动速度,和/或振动位移是否大于对应阈值。
在一实施方式中,在机房设备停机状态下,设置在机房地板上的振动传感器在垂直和水平方向上的振动加速度的阈值大于480mm/s2。在一实施例中,所述振动加速度、振动速度,以及振动位移可以根据不同的物体设置不同的阈值。

步骤S16:当所述振动参数大于所述阈值时,启动对应的视频监控单元。
在一实施方式中,当某个位置的振动传感器所检测到的振动参数比如振动加速度、振动速度、振动位移大于对应的阈值时,表示机房内出现异常,因此可启动视频监控获取现场图像进行查看。
步骤S18:将获取的图像以及检测的振动参数发送给机房管理人员。
所述发送可以以电话、短消息、邮箱的任一形式或几种形式的任意组合。在任一实施方式中,也可以以警示灯或鸣喇叭的方式进行警示,或者以屏幕显示的方式进行醒目提示。
在一实施例中,所述发送给机房管理人员的方式包括电话,短消息,邮箱电话、短消息、邮箱、即时通讯短消息或即时通讯群组消息中的任一形式以及几种方式的任意组合。该即时通讯消息为微信消息、QQ消息或钉钉消息中的一种或多种。该即时通讯群组消息为微信群组消息、QQ群组消息或钉钉群组消息中的一种或多种。
图2示出了本发明的基于物联网的机房振动报警系统的实施例的结构。请参见图2,本实施例的基于物联网的机房振动报警系统包括如下的模块:振动检测单元22,数据处理单元24,视频监控启动单元26,警报提示单元28。

警报提示单元28,用于将获取的图像以及检测的振动参数发送给机房管 理人员。
所述发送可以以电话、短消息、邮箱的任一形式或几种形式的任意组合。在任一实施方式中,也可以以警示灯或鸣喇叭的方式进行警示,或者以屏幕显示的方式进行醒目提示。

因此,本发明通过检测振动参数;判断振动参数是否大于阈值;当所述振动参数大于所述阈值时,启动对应的视频监控单元;将获取的图像以及检测的振动参数发送给机房管理人员。本发明通过检测机房振动状况,当发现机房出现异常振动时,启动对应的视频监控单元获取现场图像,及时发现机房险情。
本发明实施例还提供一种基于物联网的机房振动报警装置,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有能够在所述处理器上运行的计算机指令,所述处理器运行所述计算机指令时执行本发明上述实施例提供的任一种基于物联网的机房振动报警方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,所述计算机指令运行时执行本发明上述实施例提供的任一种基于物联网的机房振动报警方法。

  1. 一种基于物联网的机房振动报警系统,包括:
    振动检测单元,用于检测振动参数;
    数据处理单元,用于判断振动参数是否大于阈值;
    视频监控启动单元,用于当所述振动参数大于所述阈值时,启动对应的视频监控单元;
    警报提示单元,用于将获取的图像以及检测的振动参数发送给机房管理人员。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于物联网的机房振动报警系统,其特征在于,所述振动参数可以包括振动加速度、振动速度、和/或振动位移。
