Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de gestion de portail de communication. Le système de gestion de portail de communication comprend une unité de gestion de site Web d'adresse géographique attribuant une autorité de gestion d'un site Web d'adresse géographique à au moins un opérateur de site Web, une unité de communication de serveur recevant une demande de téléchargement de contenus à partir d'au moins un terminal d'opérateur de site Web, et une unité de gestion de serveur stockant des informations de contenus correspondant à la demande de téléchargement de contenus dans une unité de base de données. Le site Web géographique correspondant à une adresse géographique dudit opérateur de site Web. Les informations de contenus et le site Web d'adresse géographique sont mis en correspondance en réponse à la demande de téléchargement de contenus. Chacun dudit terminal d'opérateur de site Web correspond à chacun dudit opérateur de site Web, respectivement et communique avec un serveur de portail de communication afin de télécharger des contenus conformément à des conditions prédéterminées de l'autorité de gestion. Au moins un terminal d'utilisateur transmet une entrée de demande de transmission de contenus à partir d'un utilisateur au serveur de portail de communication et reçoit des contenus en réponse à la demande de transmission de contenus à partir d'une pluralité de contenus téléchargés dans le serveur de portail de communication.
