在本实施例中,所述第一连杆1和第四连杆5与第三短杆31的铰接点B点和C点不重合。本领域技术人员可以知晓的是,在本实施例以外的其他实施例中,B点和C点可以重合。在本实施例中,所述第四连杆4与第六短杆61铰接的F点可以与所述第六长杆6与所述第七连杆7铰接的G点不重合。同样的,在本实施例以外的其他实施例中,F点和G点还可以相重合。
此外,所述第一连杆与第三短杆的铰接点B与前车轮14和后车轮15轴心之间形成的夹角范围为80°~175°,例如是80°、90°、110°、120°或160°。
如图3所示,当需要进行一次折叠时,施加外力,使所述前车轮14如图中 箭头所示沿逆时针方向运动,同时相应的连杆沿顺时针方向运动,完成半折叠,折叠后如图4所示。
如图5所示,在一次折叠状态下,所述前车轮14位于后车轮15内侧,在本实施例以外的其他实施例中,前车轮14也可以位于后车轮15的外侧,此时,可通过外力,使得两边连杆锁紧机构组和所述前车轮14和后车轮15对向旋转,使对向旋转一定角度,沿着箭头方向进行对折,从而完成二次折叠。折叠后如图6所示,在二次折叠后推车所占的体积较小,方便携带和放置。
实施例2
在本实施例中,还提出了另一种应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,与实施例1相比,连杆锁紧机构的连接方式不同,具体的区别在于,第四连杆4包括第四长杆42与第四短杆41,第四长杆42与第四短杆41连接,其中,优选的,所述第四长杆42与第四短杆41为一体成型结构;第四长杆42的另一端与第六连杆6铰接,第四短杆41与八连杆8铰接,第八连杆8不再与第五连杆5相连。
如图7和图8所示,所述折叠车架也包括两组连杆锁紧机构,所述连杆锁紧机构包括第一连杆1、第二连杆2、第三连杆3、第四连杆4、第五连杆5、第六连杆6、第七连杆7和第八连杆8。其中,第一连杆1、第二连杆2、第三连杆3、第五连杆5、第六连杆6和第七连杆7均与实施例1中的连杆相同,在此不做赘述,具体的可以参考实施例1。但在本实施例中,所述第四连杆4包括第四长杆42和与第四长杆42相连的第四短杆41,第四连杆4与第六连杆6和第八连杆8的连接方式也与是实施例1中不同。
具体的,所述第一连杆1和第三长杆3的一端均与所述车轮相连。所述第一连杆1的另一端与所述第三短杆31铰接于B1点;所述第二连杆2的一端与 第一连杆1的杆体铰接于A1点,另一端与所述第五连杆5铰接,优选的,所述第二连杆2的另一端所述第五短杆51铰接于D1点,在本实施例以外的实施例中,所述第二连杆2还可以铰接于第五长杆52上;所述第三短杆31与所述第四长杆42的一端铰接于C1点;所述第四长杆42的另一端与所述第六短杆61铰接于F1点,所述第四短杆41的另一端与所述第八长杆8铰接于H1点;所述第五长杆52的一端和第五短杆51铰接于所述第三长杆3的杆体上的E1点,所述第五长杆52的另一端与第六长杆62的一端铰接于K1点,所述第六长杆62的另一端与所述第七连杆7的一端铰接于G1点;所述第七连杆7的另一端铰接于所述第八连杆8的杆体上的J1点。
在本实施例中,所述折叠车架还包括两个第一支架12、两个第二支架33、第九连杆9和第十连杆10;所述第八连杆8可以为一体成型或者可伸缩结构,当其为可伸缩结构时,可进一步缩小折叠后的体积;所述车轮包括前车轮和后车轮,上述特征均与实施例1中的相同,具体可以参考是实施例1,在此不做赘述。
此外,所述应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,其动作过程与实施例1中的动作过程相似,具体可以参考实施例1,在此不做赘述。
综上所述,本实施例提出的应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,具有以下优点:
(1)一次折叠和打开全联动,只需要一个动作,操作简单。
(2)在一次折叠基础上还可以进行二次折叠,使得折叠后体积更小。
(3)折叠后体积较小,便于包装和携带。
(4)锁定简单,通过锁定连杆锁紧机构侧面的铰接点可完成整车锁定。
(5)任两个连杆相锁定,整车即呈稳定状态,安全性高。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,其特征在于,包括折叠车架和车轮;
    所述折叠车架包括两组连杆锁紧机构,所述连杆锁紧机构包括第一连杆、第二连杆、第三连杆、第四连杆、第五连杆、第六连杆、第七连杆和第八连杆;
    其中,所述第三连杆包括相连的第三短杆和第三长杆,所述第五连杆包括第五长杆和与其相连的第五短杆,所述第六连杆包括第六长杆和设置在第六长杆上的第六短杆;
    所述第一连杆和第三长杆的一端均与所述车轮相连,所述第一连杆的另一端与所述第三短杆铰接;所述第二连杆的一端与第一连杆的杆体铰接,另一端与所述第五连杆铰接;所述第三短杆与所述第四连杆的一端铰接;所述第四连杆的另一端与所述第六连杆铰接;所述第五长杆的一端铰接于所述第三长杆的杆体上,所述第五长杆的另一端与第八连杆铰接;所述第六长杆的一端铰接于所述第五长杆的杆体上,另一端与所述第七连杆的一端铰接;所述第七连杆的另一端铰接于所述第八连杆的杆体上;
    所述折叠车架还包括两个第一支架、两个第二支架、第九连杆和第十连杆;所述第一支架和第二支架分别设置在所述第一连杆和第三连杆上;所述第九连杆和第十连杆分别连接在两个第一支架之间和两个第二支架之间。
  2. 一种应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,其特征在于,包括折叠车架和车轮;
    所述折叠车架包括两组连杆锁紧机构,所述连杆锁紧机构包括第一连杆、第二连杆、第三连杆、第四连杆、第五连杆、第六连杆、第七连杆和第八连杆;
    其中,所述第三连杆包括相连的第三短杆和第三长杆,所述第五连杆包括第五长杆和与其相连的第五短杆,所述第六连杆包括第六长杆和设置在第六长 杆上的第六短杆,所述第四连杆包括第四长杆和与第四长杆;
    所述第一连杆和第三长杆的一端均与所述车轮相连,所述第一连杆的另一端与所述第三短杆铰接;所述第二连杆的一端与第一连杆的杆体铰接,另一端与所述第五连杆铰接;所述第三短杆与所述第四长杆的一端铰接;所述第四长杆和所述第四短杆相连;所述第四长杆的另一端与所述第六连杆铰接,所述第四短杆的另一端与所述第八连杆铰接;所述第五长杆的一端和第五短杆铰接于所述第三长杆的杆体上,所述第五长杆的另一端与第六长杆的一端铰接,所述第六长杆的另一端与所述第七连杆的一端铰接;所述第七连杆的另一端铰接于所述第八连杆的杆体上;
    所述折叠车架还包括两个第一支架、两个第二支架、第九连杆和第十连杆;所述第一支架和第二支架分别设置在所述第一连杆和第三连杆上;所述第九连杆和第十连杆分别连接在两个第一支架之间和两个第二支架之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,其特征在于,还包括第十一连杆,所述第十一连杆设置在所述第八连杆之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,其特征在于,所述第一连杆和第四连杆与第三短杆的铰接点不重合。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,其特征在于,所述第一连杆和第四连杆与第三短杆的铰接点重合。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,其特征在于,所述第一支架、第九连杆和第一连杆为一体成型结构或采用铰接结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,其特征在于,所述第二支架、第十连杆和第三连杆为一体成型结构或采用铰接结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,其特征在 于,所述第二连杆的另一端与所述第五短杆铰接。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,其特征在于,所述第八连杆为可伸缩结构或可旋转结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,其特征在于,所述第一连杆与第三短杆的铰接点与前车轮轴心和后车轮轴心之间形成的夹角范围为80°~175°。
  11. 根据权利要求1或2所述的应用连杆锁紧机构的折叠手推车,其特征在于,一次折叠后,所述前车轮位于后车轮内侧或位于后车轮外侧。
