Description

具有可折叠蜂巢的包装箱 技术领域
本发明涉及包装箱技术领域，具体地，涉及具有可折叠蜂巢的包装箱。
背景技术
市面上常见的运送物体的包装箱多为长方体或正方体。在运送过程中，包装箱难免碰撞、挤压、颠簸，导致包装箱内的物品被损坏。尤其对于贵重物品或已损坏物品来说，运送过程中造成的损失率极大，带来了巨大的经济损失。为此，人们常常在箱体中放置柔性材料，如泡沫等，以防止物体损坏。然而，这极大的增加了运送成本，而且大量使用泡沫，也造成了环境污染。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供了具有可折叠蜂巢的包装箱，在包装箱内设有可折叠的缓冲蜂巢，并在蜂巢上挖设物体容置槽，从而保护运送物品，避免在运输和搬运过程中造成损坏。
本发明的技术方案如下：具有可折叠蜂巢的包装箱，包括箱体，设置在箱体内的两个连接板和折叠蜂巢；两个所述连接板分别连接所述箱体相对的两侧壁；所述折叠蜂巢设置在两个所述连接板之间，并连接两个所述连接板；所述折叠蜂巢包括多片柔性纸板，每个柔性纸板上间隔设置粘结部和非粘结部；相邻的两柔性纸板上的粘结部粘贴在一起形成连接部，相邻的非粘结部之间形成孔洞；所述折叠蜂巢顶部挖设有与待存放物体相匹配的容置槽。
两个所述连接板具有第一连接部和第二连接部，所述第一连接部连接所述箱体的侧壁；所述第二连接部连接所述折叠蜂巢。
所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部可相对枢转，所述箱体折叠时，所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部基本保持在同一个水平面内；所述箱体展开时，所述第二连接部枢转至与所述第一连接部基本垂直的位置。
所述第二连接部顶端挖设有弧形槽，所述柔性纸板为弧形；所述折叠蜂巢折叠时，多个所述柔性纸板与所述连接板叠合在一起，拉伸时，在两个所述连接板之间形成半球形凹槽。
较佳地，所述箱体具有箱盖，所述箱盖上设有第二蜂巢。
所述第二蜂巢也包括多片第二柔性纸板，每片第二柔性纸板上间隔设置第二粘结部和第二非粘结部；相邻的两第二柔性纸板上的第二粘结部粘贴在一起形成第二连接部，第二非粘结部之间形成第二孔洞。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明所述的具有可折叠蜂巢的包装箱，在包装箱内设有可折叠的蜂巢，并在蜂巢上挖设物体容置槽，蜂巢即限制了物品在包装箱中移动位置，有提供了良好的缓冲效果，从而保护运送物品，避免在运输和搬运过程中造成损坏。

参照图2，所述折叠蜂巢30包括多片柔性纸板31，每个柔性纸板31上间隔设置粘结部32和非粘结部33；相邻的两柔性纸板31上的粘结部32粘贴在一起形成连接部34，相邻的非粘结部33之间形成孔洞35。
所述折叠蜂巢30顶部挖设有与待存放物体相匹配的容置槽36。当物体容置在该容置槽36中时，如果所述包装箱发生碰撞，所述折叠蜂巢30提供了良好的缓冲作用，从而防止物体损坏。
参照图3，两个所述连接板20具有第一连接部21和第二连接部22，所述第一连接部21连接所述箱体10的侧壁；所述第二连接部22连接所述折叠蜂巢30。
参照图3和图4，所述第一连接,21和所述第二连接部22可相对枢转，所述箱体10折叠时，所述第一连接部21和所述第二连接部22基本保持在同一个水平面内。所述箱体展开时，所述第二连接部22枢转至与所述第一连接部21基本垂直的位置。
本发明所述的包装箱可以极好的保存物品，避免在运输存放过程中被损坏。为此，所述折叠峰槽的顶部针对保存的物品设计不同的容置空间。
例如，参照图1和图3.在本发明的一个实施例中，所述包装箱用于保存西瓜或球形物品。该实施例中，所述第二连接部顶端挖设有弧形槽，所述柔性纸 板为弧形；所述折叠蜂巢折叠时，多个所述柔性纸板与所述连接板叠合在一起，拉伸时，在两个所述连接板之间形成半球形凹槽。西瓜或球形物品容置于该半球形凹槽中。
当所述包装箱用于保存花瓶，则在展开的所述折叠蜂巢顶面挖设与花瓶形状匹配的容置腔。
较佳地，参照图1，所述箱体具有箱11，所述箱盖11上设有第二蜂巢40，所述第二蜂巢40的结构与所述折叠蜂巢30的结构相同。所述第二蜂巢40也包括多片第二柔性纸板41，每片第二柔性纸板上间隔设置第二粘结部和第二非粘结部；相邻的两第二柔性纸板上的第二粘结部粘贴在一起形成第二连接部42，第二非粘结部之间形成第二孔洞43。所述第二蜂巢从顶部保护待运送的物品，防止运送或搬运过程中损坏。

  1. 具有可折叠蜂巢的包装箱，包括箱体，其特征在于，在该箱体内设置有两个连接板和折叠蜂巢；两个所述连接板分别连接所述箱体相对的两侧壁；所述折叠蜂巢设置在两个所述连接板之间，并连接两个所述连接板；所述折叠蜂巢包括多片柔性纸板，每个柔性纸板上间隔设置粘结部和非粘结部；相邻的两柔性纸板上的粘结部粘贴在一起形成连接部，相邻的非粘结部之间形成孔洞；所述折叠蜂巢顶部挖设有与待存放物体相匹配的容置槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有可折叠蜂巢的包装箱，其特征在于，两个所述连接板具有第一连接部和第二连接部，所述第一连接部连接所述箱体的侧壁；所述第二连接部连接所述折叠蜂巢。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的具有可折叠蜂巢的包装箱，其特征在于，所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部可相对枢转；所述箱体折叠时，所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部在同一个水平面内；所述箱体展开时，所述第二连接部枢转至与所述第一连接部垂直的位置。
