Description

一种用于船坞水泵房顶层围井的盖板 技术领域
本实用新型涉及船舶建造基础设施技术领域,具体涉及一种用于船坞水泵房顶层围井的盖板。
背景技术
船坞是总装造船最重要的建造资源,一般在船坞临海或临江的一面设置有坞门、坞闸,坞门上安装有放水阀,坞底安装有排水管与江、海相通,通过船坞水泵房里的抽水泵及阀门控制,将水放入或抽出船坞,达到船舶出坞所需的放水、抽水的目的。
为方便操作,船坞水泵房一般布置在船坞边靠坞门处,且在坞面以下类似地下室的形式。一般在水泵房顶层出入口的四周用水泥围成一个突出地面的围井,该围井的尺寸一般不大,供一人进出即可。为防止雨水及杂物进入水泵房,需在围井上方加一个盖板,同时方便操作人员进出。目前,国内大部分船厂的船坞水泵房盖板采用固定式、翻盖式或活动滚轮式的结构。
固定式盖板的重量很重,每次开启盖板最少需两人抬起,有的甚至需要使用吊机,操作不便、浪费人力物力,而且需要空间放置盖板,造成场地资源浪费。翻盖式或活动滚轮式盖板的优点是开启方便,只需一人即可操作。缺点是打开时需占用宝贵的船坞边场地资源,且如果围井靠近吊机路轨,将存在安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于船坞水泵房顶层围井的盖板,其操作方便且不占用场地空间。
为达此目的,本实用新型提供了一种用于船坞水泵房顶层围井的盖板,其特征在于,包括:固定盖板,其固定地设置于所述围井的开口部;活动盖板,其滑动地设置于所述围井的开口部,所述活动盖板相对于所述固定盖板可移动,当所述活动盖板移动至第一位置时,所述围井处于打开状态,当所述活动盖板移动至第二位置时,所述活动盖板与所述固定盖板配合共同关闭所述围井的所述开口部。
进一步地,所述围井的两侧设置有导轨,所述导轨与所述围井的外侧壁相隔一定距离,所述活动盖板上对应每个所述导轨设置有至少一个脚轮,所述脚轮的圆周面上设置有与所述导轨配合的凹槽,所述脚轮通过所述凹槽在所述导轨上滑动。
进一步地,所述活动盖板靠近所述围井的一侧设置有第二围边,所述第二围边上固定有至少一对耳板,所述脚轮与所述耳板之间通过螺栓连接,使得所述脚轮与所述活动盖板连接为一体。
进一步地,所述固定盖板靠近所述围井的一侧设置有第一围边,所述固定盖板通过所述第一围边扣合于所述围井的所述开口部。
进一步地,所述第一围边围绕所述围井的外侧壁或者内侧壁而设置,且所述第一围边设计为连续的或者分段的结构。
进一步地,所述第二围边设置于所述围井的外侧壁的外侧,且所述第二围边设计为连续的或者分段的结构。
进一步地,所述导轨通过膨胀螺栓与地面固定,且所述导轨的两端设置有止动板。
进一步地,当所述活动盖板移动至所述第二位置时,所述活动盖板覆盖所述固定盖板的一部分。
进一步地,所述固定盖板和所述活动盖板的上方均间隔设置有两个拉环。
进一步地,所述固定盖板和所述活动盖板的外表面涂覆有油漆,防止生锈。
本实用新型提供的用于船坞水泵房顶层围井的盖板设计为一半为固定盖板、一半为活动盖板的方式,活动盖板相对于固定盖板可滑动,从而打开或者关闭围井,不用另外占用场地空间。既解决了全固定式盖板笨重、操作不便的缺陷,又解决了全活动式盖板占用场地资源且存在安全隐患的缺陷。操作简单、成本低、适用性强,可在全国各造船企业推广,具有良好的社会效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步描述,应当理解,此处所描述的内容仅用于说明和解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图1所示,本实用新型实施例提供的一种用于船坞水泵房顶层围井的盖板包括固定盖板10和活动盖板20。
固定盖板10固定地设置于围井F的开口部,固定盖板10靠近围井F的一 侧设置有第一围边11,固定盖板10通过第一围边11扣合于围井F的开口部。具体来说,第一围边11围绕围井F的外侧壁或者内侧壁而设置,且第一围边11可以设计为连续的或者分段的结构。第一围边11分段设计的目的是在保证固定盖板的强度和刚度的前提下尽量减小固定盖板的重量。为了方便装配固定盖板10,其上方间隔设置有两个拉环40,用户通过手持两个拉环40即可将固定盖板10放置于围井F的上方,如图1、4所示。
活动盖板20滑动地设置于围井F的开口部,活动盖板20相对于固定盖板10可移动,当活动盖板20移动至第一位置时,围井F处于打开状态,当活动盖板20移动至第二位置时,活动盖板20与固定盖板10配合共同关闭围井F的开口部。为了便于装配或移动活动盖板20,其上方也间隔设置有两个拉环40,如图1、4所示。
进一步地,如图1、2所示,围井F的两侧设置有导轨30,导轨30与围井F的外侧壁相隔一定距离。导轨30可以为一种角钢,也可以为其他结构形式的导轨,此处不作限制。活动盖板20上对应每个导轨30设置有至少一个脚轮24,脚轮24为现有技术的常用的工业脚轮,其圆周面上设置有与导轨30配合的凹槽,脚轮24通过凹槽在导轨30上滑动。需要说明的是,脚轮24也可以没有凹槽,而导轨30上具有凹槽,脚轮24卡入该凹槽内,使脚轮24相对于导轨30可滑动。导轨30通过膨胀螺栓与地面G固定,且导轨30的两端设置有止动板31,从而使导轨30可靠地固定于地面G,如图1所示。
进一步地,如图2、3所示,活动盖板20靠近围井F的一侧设置有第二围边21,第二围边21上固定有至少一对耳板22,脚轮24与耳板22之间通过螺栓23连接,使得脚轮24与活动盖板20连接为一体。具体来说,第二围边21设置于围井F的外侧壁的外侧,且第二围边21设计为连续的或者分段的结构。与第 一围边11类似,第二围边21分段设计的目的是在保证固定盖板的强度和刚度的前提下尽量减小固定盖板的重量。
这样,当活动盖板20沿着图1所示的箭头方向移动至第一位置时,打开围井F的开口部,用户可以方便地进入船坞水泵房。当活动盖板20移动至第二位置时,活动盖板20与固定盖板10配合共同关闭围井F的开口部,并且活动盖板20能够覆盖固定盖板10的一部分,以防止雨水及杂物从围井进入船坞水泵房。
另外,固定盖板10和活动盖板20加工完后,外表面涂覆油漆,防止生锈,提高固定盖板10和活动盖板20的使用寿命。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于船坞水泵房顶层围井的盖板,其特征在于,包括:
    固定盖板(10),其固定地设置于所述围井(F)的开口部;
    活动盖板(20),其滑动地设置于所述围井(F)的开口部,所述活动盖板(20)相对于所述固定盖板(10)可移动,当所述活动盖板(20)移动至第一位置时,所述围井(F)处于打开状态,当所述活动盖板(20)移动至第二位置时,所述活动盖板(20)与所述固定盖板(10)配合共同关闭所述围井(F)的所述开口部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的盖板,其特征在于,所述围井(F)的两侧设置有导轨(30),所述导轨(30)与所述围井(F)的外侧壁相隔一定距离,所述活动盖板(20)上对应每个所述导轨(30)设置有至少一个脚轮(24),所述脚轮(24)的圆周面上设置有与所述导轨(30)配合的凹槽,所述脚轮(24)通过所述凹槽在所述导轨(30)上滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的盖板,其特征在于,所述活动盖板(20)靠近所述围井(F)的一侧设置有第二围边(21),所述第二围边(21)上固定有至少一对耳板(22),所述脚轮(24)与所述耳板(22)之间通过螺栓(23)连接,使得所述脚轮(24)与所述活动盖板(21)连接为一体。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的盖板,其特征在于,所述固定盖板(10)靠近所述围井(F)的一侧设置有第一围边(11),所述固定盖板(10)通过所述第一围边(11)扣合于所述围井(F)的所述开口部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的盖板,其特征在于,所述第一围边(11)围绕所述围井(F)的外侧壁或者内侧壁而设置,且所述第一围边(11)设计为连续的或者分段的结构。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的盖板,其特征在于,所述第二围边(21)设置于所述围井(F)的外侧壁的外侧,且所述第二围边(21)设计为连续的或者分段的结构。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的盖板,其特征在于,所述导轨(30)通过膨胀螺栓与地面(G)固定,且所述导轨(30)的两端设置有止动板(31)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的盖板,其特征在于,当所述活动盖板(20)移动至所述第二位置时,所述活动盖板(20)覆盖所述固定盖板(10)的一部分。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的盖板,其特征在于,所述固定盖板(10)和所述活动盖板(20)的上方均间隔设置有两个拉环(40)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的盖板,其特征在于,所述固定盖板(10)和所述活动盖板(20)的外表面涂覆有油漆。
