由此,根据本发明实施例的吸尘器100,通过在驱动轮支架20上设置第一配合部21,在驱动轮30上设置第二配合部31,使二者分别形成轨道部和滑动部,且两个轨道部的长度延伸方向不平行,使驱动轮30的升降高度与弹性件40的弹力形成非线性的关系,弹性件40作用在驱动轮30上的力可以满足驱动吸尘器100运行的需求,从而使吸尘器100可以顺利通过设定的台阶面。
在一些具体的示例中,罩盖301与驱动轮30的组合结构可以相对于驱动轮支架20转动,从而在驱动轮30升降的过程中,使第一配合部21和第二配合部31实现平顺的配合。
根据本发明的一个实施例,当吸尘器100上具有两个轨道部时,两个轨道部的长度延伸方向之间的夹角α在15°到75°之间;当吸尘器100上具有两个以上的轨道部时,多个轨道部中至少有两个轨道部的长度延伸方向之间的夹角在15°到75°之间,从而使驱动轮30在升降时,驱动轮30的升降高度与弹性件40的弹力形成非线性的关系。
如图2所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,第一配合部21形成轨道部,第二配合部31形成滑动部,滑动部可以沿对应的轨道部的长度方向进行滑动,使得驱动轮30与驱动轮支架20发生相对地运动。
在一些示例中,第一配合部21是带有锥度的轨道,第二配合部31可以是带有轮缘的滑块,第一配合部21起到定位的作用,限制滑块在轨道的范围内运动。
在另一些示例中,第二配合部31为柱状的滑块,第一配合部21形成沿驱动轮支架20的厚度方向贯通的滑槽,柱状滑块可以在滑槽内滑动。
在一些示例中,滑动部可以直接形成在罩盖301上,即罩盖301上设有凸起的滑动部,滑动部与罩盖301一体成型,从而便于驱动轮30的安装与拆卸。
在另一些示例中,滑动部可以形成柱状的结构,罩盖301上具有圆形的开孔,滑动部可以通过开孔穿设于罩盖301上,从而与罩盖301装配在一起。
根据本发明的一个实施例,驱动轮支架20具有两个第一配合部21,第一配合部21中一个为第一轨道部211,另一个为第二轨道部212。第一轨道部211沿上下方向延伸,第二轨道部212相对于第一轨道部211倾斜延伸,且第二轨道部212位于第一轨道部211的斜上方。
对应地,驱动轮30具有两个第二配合部31,第二配合部31中的一个为与第一轨道部211配合的第一滑动部311,另一个为与第二轨道部212配合的第二滑动部312。其中,第一滑动部311与驱动轮30的中心轴线同轴布置,第二滑动部312设置在罩盖301的顶部,从而使第二滑动部312位于第一滑动部311的上方。
在一些可选的示例中,第一滑动部311与驱动轮30通过同一轴连接在一起,即第一滑动部311与驱动轮30的旋转轴一体成型,第一滑动部311形成在驱动轮30的旋转轴的一端,第一滑动部311与驱动轮30的转动速度相同。也就是说,第一滑动部311带动驱动轮30沿第一轨道部211上下移动时,第一滑动部311在第一轨道部211上转动。
在另一些可选的示例中,驱动轮30的旋转轴的一端具有卡槽,第一滑动部311上具有卡扣,卡扣与卡槽配合连接,从而将第一滑动部311固定连接在驱动轮30的旋转轴上。
如图1和图3所示,根据本发明实施例的吸尘器100还包括:驱动器50和减速器60,减速器60连接在驱动器50与驱动轮30之间,减速器60与驱动轮30上的罩盖301连接在一起。驱动轮30在升降时,驱动轮30、驱动器50、减速器60可以与罩盖301一起相对于驱动轮支架20转动,使第一配合部21和第二配合部31实现平顺的配合。
在一些示例中,罩盖301连接在减速器60的壳体的外侧,且罩盖301与减速器60的外壳一体成型,从而将驱动轮30、驱动器50、减速器60组装一体,便于吸尘器100的安装与拆卸。
在另一些示例中,罩盖301的一部分形成减速器60的外壳,减速器60安装在罩盖301内,使罩盖301可以对减速器60起一定的保护作用。
如图2和图3所示,根据本发明一个实施例,弹性件40可以为拉簧,拉簧的一端连接在驱动轮支架20上,另一端连接在罩盖301上。
驱动轮30在升降时,由于驱动轮30、驱动器50、减速器60可以与罩盖301一起相对于驱动轮支架20转动,使罩盖301与驱动轮支架20之间的相对位置改变,从而拉长或压缩拉簧,在此过程中,驱动轮30的升降高度与拉簧的弹力形成非线性的关系,从而可以通过驱动轮30的受力变化带动拉簧伸缩,控制驱动轮30在所处任何位置对驱动轮30的支撑表面均有一个有效的作用力,进而保障吸尘器100可以在多种路况下完成自动行走。
在一些具体的示例中,弹性件40的端部可以形成螺旋状的圆环,第二滑动部312设置在罩盖301的上部,且第二滑动部312上设有挂钩32,挂钩32的开口方向朝下,从而使弹性件40的一端钩挂在挂钩32上。
进一步地,驱动轮支架20上还具有卡钩22,卡钩22的开口方向朝左,从而使弹性件40的另一端挂接在驱动轮支架20上。
下面结合图1-图4描述根据本发明的一个具体的实施例。
如图1-图4所示,吸尘器100包括:底盘10、两个驱动轮支架20、两个驱动轮30、两个弹性件40、两个驱动器50和两个减速器60。
两个驱动轮支架20设在底盘10的相对两侧,每个驱动轮支架20上设有第一轨道部211、第二轨道部212和卡钩22。每个驱动轮30上设有罩盖301,罩盖301上具有第一滑动部311和第二滑动部312,第二滑动部312的上端设有突出的挂钩32。弹性件40 的两端分别与卡钩22和挂钩32连接。其中第一轨道部211和第二轨道部212的长度延伸方向之间的夹角α为15°-75°。减速器60连接在驱动器50与驱动轮30之间,减速器60与驱动轮30上的罩盖301连接在一起。
通过在驱动轮30中心位置设置第一滑动部311,在罩盖301上设置第二滑动部312,将驱动轮30与减速器60的组合体变为一个连杆结构,安装于驱动轮支架20上的两个轨道部中,从而将整个组件可以通过驱动轮30受力的变化带动弹性件40伸缩,进而控制驱动轮支架20在任何位置都可以对支撑驱动轮30起一个有效的作用力,来保证吸尘器100可以在多种路况下完成自动行走。
根据本发明实施例的吸尘器100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:
    底盘;
    驱动轮支架,所述驱动轮支架设于所述底盘且具有至少两个间隔设置的第一配合部;
    驱动轮,所述驱动轮设于所述底盘且相对于所述底盘的高度可调,所述驱动轮外罩设有罩盖且所述驱动轮相对于所述罩盖可转动,所述罩盖上设有至少两个与所述第一配合部适配的第二配合部;
    弹性件,所述弹性件分别与所述罩盖和所述驱动轮支架连接,
    其中,所述第一配合部和所述第二配合部中的一个形成长形轨道部,所述第一配合部和所述第二配合部中的另一个形成可沿所述轨道部移动的滑动部,且至少两个所述轨道部的长度延伸方向不平行。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,至少两个所述轨道部的长度延伸方向之间的夹角为15°-75°。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述第一配合部形成所述轨道部,所述第二配合部形成所述滑动部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述滑动部形成在所述罩盖上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述滑动部形成柱状且穿设于所述罩盖。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,至少两个所述第一配合部中的一个形成沿上下方向延伸的第一轨道部,另一个形成相对于所述第一轨道部倾斜延伸的第二轨道部,且所述第二轨道部位于所述第一轨道部的斜上方。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,至少两个所述第二配合部中的一个形成与所述驱动轮的中心轴线同轴布置的第一滑动部,另一个形成设在所述罩盖顶部的第二滑动部。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,还包括:驱动器和减速器,所述减速器连接在所述驱动器与所述驱动轮之间,所述罩盖连接在所述减速器上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述罩盖与所述减速器的外壳一体成型,或所述罩盖的一部分形成所述减速器的外壳。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述弹性件为拉簧,所述拉簧的一端连接在所述驱动轮支架,另一端连接在所述罩盖。
