Description
本申请要求于2017年8月8日提交中国专利局、申请号为2017106709123、发明名称为“一种柔性显示装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,上述专利的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及显示面板制造领域,尤其涉及一种柔性显示装置。
随着显示技术的进步,未来的柔性显示屏可能采用更为节省空间的方式,例如采用卷曲放置的方式,不使用时将屏幕卷曲在容器中,使用时将柔性屏幕拉出。现有的由中心轴、柔性屏以及卷曲驱动机构组成的显示装置因结构设计不合理,存在如下技术缺陷:
1、显示屏幕每次均需要进行全屏显示,不利于节省能源;
2、限位机构设置繁琐,且功能单一,不利于节省空间及成本控制;
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种柔性显示装置,使限位机构的布置更趋合理,能够与控制组件相适配的控制柔性显示屏在其拉出展开的面积上进行区域显示;结构精简,利于控制成本及提升装配效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供了一种柔性显示装置,包括:显示装置主体;卷曲设置在显示装置主体中,且可从显示装置主体中抽拉出的柔性显示屏;其中:显示装置主体上设有用以对柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开至所需的长度及对柔性显示屏卷曲返回至显示装置主体中进行控制的限位组件;柔性显示屏通过显示装置本体上的出口拉出展开至所需的长度并由限位组件进行卡持固定。
其中,显示装置主体中设置用以卷曲柔性显示屏的转轴,转轴的内部设有用以使转轴复位并联动柔性显示屏返回至初始卷曲状态的复位件。
其中,限位组件包括:设置在转轴上齿轮,设置在显示装置本体出口位 置上的与齿轮相适配的限位销,其中:限位销卡入旋转的齿轮中对转轴进行固定。
其中,转轴的相对两端设有用以检测柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开长度尺寸的卡尺。
其中,转轴上设有用以检测转轴旋转圈数及旋转角偏移数的检测组件。
其中,还包括:用以根据检测的柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开的长度尺寸及转轴的旋转圈数及旋转角偏移数数据,获取柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开面积的控制组件。
其中,控制组件控制柔性显示屏在柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开的面积上进行区域显示。
其中,显示装置本体的外部设有与限位销相联动的限位按钮。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明还公开了一种柔性显示装置,其中,包括:显示装置主体;卷曲设置在显示装置主体中,且可从显示装置主体中抽拉出的柔性显示屏;其中:显示装置主体上设有用以对柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开至所需的长度及对柔性显示屏卷曲返回至显示装置主体中进行控制的限位组件;柔性显示屏通过显示装置本体上的出口拉出展开至所需的长度并由限位组件进行卡持固定;显示装置主体中设置用以卷曲柔性显示屏的转轴,转轴的内部设有用以使转轴复位并联动柔性显示屏返回至初始卷曲状态的复位件;转轴上设有用以检测转轴旋转圈数及旋转角偏移数的检测组件。
其中,限位组件包括:设置在转轴上齿轮,设置在显示装置本体出口位置上的与齿轮相适配的限位销,其中:限位销卡入旋转的齿轮中对转轴进行固定。
其中,转轴的相对两端设有用以检测柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开长度尺寸的卡尺。
其中,还包括:用以根据检测的柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开的长度尺寸及转轴的旋转圈数及旋转角偏移数数据,获取柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开面积的控制组件。

实施本发明所提供的柔性显示装置,具有如下有益效果:
第一、显示装置主体上设有用以对柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开至所需的长度及对柔性显示屏卷曲返回至显示装置主体中进行控制的限位组件;柔性显示屏通过显示装置本体上的出口拉出展开至所需的长度并由限位组件进行卡持固定,限位机构设置精简,利于节省空间及成本控制。
第二、还包括控制组件,控制组件控制柔性显示屏在柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开的面积上进行区域显示,使用操作便捷,进一步降低能耗。

参见图1-图2所示,为本发明柔性显示装置的实施例一。
本实施例中的柔性显示装置,包括:显示装置主体1;卷曲设置在显示装置主体1中,且可从显示装置主体1中抽拉出的柔性显示屏2;其中:显示 装置主体1上设有用以对柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1拉出展开至所需的长度及对柔性显示屏2卷曲返回至显示装置主体1中进行控制的限位组件3;柔性显示屏2通过显示装置本体1上的出口1a拉出展开至所需的长度并由限位组件3进行卡持固定。
具体实施时,显示装置本体1的作用是收纳柔性显示屏2并为其提供防护。本实施例中的显示装置本体1为一方形立柱结构,其是基于柔性显示屏2的可卷曲特性而设置,显示装置主体1中的相对两端部之间的中心轴线位置设置用以卷曲柔性显示屏2的转轴11,转轴11的内部设有用以使转轴11复位并联动柔性显示屏2返回至初始卷曲状态的复位件12。本实施例中的复位件12为处于挤压状态下的回转弹簧,回转弹簧能够在转轴11不受外力作用时复位回转,从而联动柔性显示屏2返回至初始卷曲状态。
柔性显示屏2具有可弯曲特性,其能够全部卷曲缠绕在转轴11上。本实施例中柔性显示屏2的一端固连在转轴11上,相对的另一端连接在一卡持件T上,卡持件T在柔性显示屏2全部卷曲在转轴11上时卡持在显示装置本体1的出口1a处。柔性显示装置在未使用时,柔性显示屏2全部卷曲缠绕在转轴11上。使用时,手持显示装置本体1出口1a处的柔性显示屏2的一端持续将其从显示装置主体1中拉出直至所需的屏幕显示面积,如图1所示为柔性显示屏2从显示装置主体1中拉出的所需的屏幕显示面积A,其与虚线部分所表面的显示面积B的总和为柔性显示屏2能够从显示装置主体1中拉出的最大显示面积。
优选的,转轴11的相对两端分别设有用以检测柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1拉出展开长度尺寸的卡尺。卡尺的功能是检测柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1的出口1a的位置拉出展开的长度尺寸,为后续仅控制显示拉出展开尺寸的柔性显示屏2提供数据支持。
优选的,转轴11上还设有用以检测转轴11的旋转圈数及旋转角偏移数的检测组件。检测组件的功能是在柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1的出口1a进行拉出展开或复位卷曲的过程中检测转轴11的旋转圈数及旋转角偏移数,为后续仅控制显示拉出展开尺寸的柔性显示屏2提供数据支持。
进一步的,柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1的出口1a进行拉出展 开或复位卷曲的固定是通过限位组件3实施的。本实施例中,限位组件3包括:设置在转轴11相对两端部的齿轮31,设置在显示装置本体出口1a位置上的与齿轮31相适配的限位销32,具体实施时,在当限位销32卡入旋转的齿轮31中时便能够对转轴11进行固定,从而实现柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1拉出显示范围的固定。
同时,当限位销32从齿轮31中拔出后,转轴11在其内部回转弹簧的作用下反转,从而联动柔性显示屏2进行复位卷曲,实现柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1的卷曲收纳。
优选的,显示装置本体1的外部设有与限位销32相联动的限位按钮4。具体实施时,柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1拉出,当柔性显示屏2拉到使用者需求的面积时,按动限位按钮4,限位销32卡入由转轴11带动旋转的齿轮31中。当使用者使用完成后,再次按动限位按钮4,限位销32脱离齿轮31,在转轴11内的回转弹簧的作用下,使转轴11复位并联动柔性显示屏2返回至初始卷曲状态,柔性显示屏2重新包裹在转轴11上。
本实施例中柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开的面积上进行区域显示的方案是通过如下结构实施的:
实施本发明所提供的柔性显示装置还包括控制组件,控制组件分别与卡尺以及检测组件相连,用以收集由卡尺以及检测组件检测的数据。具体实施时,控制组件根据检测的柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1拉出展开的长度尺寸及转轴11的旋转圈数及旋转角偏移数数据,获取柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1拉出展开面积。在获取柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1拉出展开面积的数据后,控制组件控制柔性显示屏2在柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1拉出展开的面积上进行区域显示,从而实现区域显示的功能。
本发明所提供的柔性显示装置在具体实施时,柔性显示屏2从显示装置本体1的出口1a处拉出,当柔性显示屏2拉到使用者需求的面积时,按动限位按钮4,与限位按钮4联动的限位销32卡入由转轴11带动旋转的齿轮31中,从而实现拉出的一定尺寸的柔性显示屏2与显示装置本体1出口1a间位置上的相对固定。在此过程中,控制组件根据卡持检测的柔性显示屏2 相对于显示装置本体1拉出展开的长度尺寸及检测组件检测的转轴11的旋转圈数及旋转角偏移数数据,获取柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1拉出展开面积。紧接着,控制组件控制柔性显示屏2在柔性显示屏2相对于显示装置本体1拉出展开的面积上进行区域显示,从而实现区域显示的功能。当使用者使用完成后,再次按动限位按钮4,限位销32脱离齿轮31,在转轴11内的回转弹簧的作用下,使转轴11复位并联动柔性显示屏2返回至初始卷曲状态,柔性显示屏2重新包裹在转轴11上。
实施本发明所提供的柔性显示装置,具有如下有益效果:
第一、显示装置主体上设有用以对柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开至所需的长度及对柔性显示屏卷曲返回至显示装置主体中进行控制的限位组件;柔性显示屏通过显示装置本体上的出口拉出展开至所需的长度并由限位组件进行卡持固定,限位机构设置精简,利于节省空间及成本控制。
第二、还包括控制组件,控制组件控制柔性显示屏在柔性显示屏相对于显示装置本体拉出展开的面积上进行区域显示,使用操作便捷,进一步降低能耗。
Claims (17)
- 一种柔性显示装置,其中,包括:显示装置主体;卷曲设置在所述显示装置主体中,且可从所述显示装置主体中抽拉出的柔性显示屏;其中:所述显示装置主体上设有用以对所述柔性显示屏相对于所述显示装置本体拉出展开至所需的长度及对所述柔性显示屏卷曲返回至所述显示装置主体中进行控制的限位组件;所述柔性显示屏通过所述显示装置本体上的出口拉出展开至所需的长度并由所述限位组件进行卡持固定。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述显示装置主体中设置用以卷曲所述柔性显示屏的转轴,所述转轴的内部设有用以使所述转轴复位并联动所述柔性显示屏返回至初始卷曲状态的复位件。
- 如权利要求2所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述限位组件包括:设置在所述转轴上齿轮,设置在所述显示装置本体出口位置上的与所述齿轮相适配的限位销,其中:限位销卡入旋转的齿轮中对所述转轴进行固定。
- 如权利要求2所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述转轴的相对两端设有用以检测所述柔性显示屏相对于所述显示装置本体拉出展开长度尺寸的卡尺。
- 如权利要求3所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述转轴的相对两端设有用以检测所述柔性显示屏相对于所述显示装置本体拉出展开长度尺寸的卡尺。
- 如权利要求4所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述转轴上设有用以检测所述转轴旋转圈数及旋转角偏移数的检测组件。
- 如权利要求6所述的柔性显示装置,其中,还包括:用以根据检测的所述柔性显示屏相对于所述显示装置本体拉出展开的长度尺寸及所述转轴的旋转圈数及旋转角偏移数数据,获取所述柔性显示屏相对于所述显示装置本体拉出展开面积的控制组件。
- 如权利要求7所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述控制组件控制所述柔性显示屏在所述柔性显示屏相对于所述显示装置本体拉出展开的面积上进行区域显示。
- 如权利要求3所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述显示装置本体的外部设有与所述限位销相联动的限位按钮。
- 如权利要求3所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述复位件为回转弹簧。
- 一种柔性显示装置,其中,包括:显示装置主体;卷曲设置在所述显示装置主体中,且可从所述显示装置主体中抽拉出的柔性显示屏;其中:所述显示装置主体上设有用以对所述柔性显示屏相对于所述显示装置本体拉出展开至所需的长度及对所述柔性显示屏卷曲返回至所述显示装置主体中进行控制的限位组件;所述柔性显示屏通过所述显示装置本体上的出口拉出展开至所需的长度并由所述限位组件进行卡持固定;所述显示装置主体中设置用以卷曲所述柔性显示屏的转轴,所述转轴的内部设有用以使所述转轴复位并联动所述柔性显示屏返回至初始卷曲状态的复位件;所述转轴上设有用以检测所述转轴旋转圈数及旋转角偏移数的检测组件。
- 如权利要求11所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述限位组件包括:设置在所述转轴上齿轮,设置在所述显示装置本体出口位置上的与所述齿轮相适配的限位销,其中:限位销卡入旋转的齿轮中对所述转轴进行固定。
- 如权利要求12所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述转轴的相对两端设有用以检测所述柔性显示屏相对于所述显示装置本体拉出展开长度尺寸的卡尺。
- 如权利要求11所述的柔性显示装置,其中,还包括:用以根据检测的所述柔性显示屏相对于所述显示装置本体拉出展开的长度尺寸及所述转轴的旋转圈数及旋转角偏移数数据,获取所述柔性显示屏相对于所述显示装置本体拉出展开面积的控制组件。
- 如权利要求14所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述控制组件控制所述柔性显示屏在所述柔性显示屏相对于所述显示装置本体拉出展开的面积上进行区域显示。
- 如权利要求12所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述显示装置本体的外部设有与所述限位销相联动的限位按钮。
- 如权利要求11所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述复位件为回转弹簧。
