Description
本发明涉及一种显示面板技术,特别是一种用于固定柔性显示面板的中框及柔性显示装置。
随着OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode、有机发光二极管)显示技术的发展日趋成熟,广大消费者体验到了OLED显示与传统LCD(Liquid Crystal Display、液晶显示面板)显示的巨大差异,随之而来的是OLED消费市场的迅速增长。由于OLED自发光的特性,使得响应时间短、高对比度、广视角、广色域、显示面板轻薄化、可弯折性等特点得以实现。特别是显示面板的可弯折性,给消费者带来了颠覆性的概念,因此Flexible OLED(可挠式有机发光二极体)近年来是OLED发展的主流。
但是对于生产而言,由于Flexible OLED的基板柔软的特性,导致生产的难度大大增加,特别是在柔性模组贴覆制程中,柔性的特点往往会带来良率降低的问题,影响了生产效率,提高了生产成本。
为了更好的固定和保护显示模组,终端厂商一般将显示模组固定在中框内,以保证显示模组的稳定性,对于传统的LCD模组,由于采用的是玻璃基板,不易变形,因此在固定上比较方便。但是对于柔性显示模组,由于采用了柔性基板,因此显示模组具有柔软,可弯曲甚至弯折的特性,导致在固定过程中出现不易加持,对位不准,重工难度高。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种用于固定柔性显示面板的中框及柔性显示装置,解决了柔性显示面板与中框固定时对位困难的问题,同时降低了重工难度。
本发明提供了一种用于固定柔性显示面板的中框,其特征在于:包括中框本体,所述中框本体的侧边上分别设有第一通槽和第二通槽。
进一步地,所述第一通槽和第二通槽设置在不同侧的中框本体的侧边上。
本发明还提供了一种柔性显示装置,包括中框和设于中框内的柔性显示面板,所述中框包括中框本体,所述柔性显示面板包括柔性基板、设于柔性基板一侧的印刷线路板,所述柔性基板与印刷线路板相邻的两侧边缘中至少一侧边缘上设有基板凸出部分,所述中框本体上与柔性显示面板相对的一侧表面上且位于印刷线路板以及基板凸出部分处分别设有第一通槽和第二通槽,所述基板凸出部分固定于第二通槽中,印刷线路板的部分线路板固定于第一通槽内。
进一步地,所述基板凸出部分上设有从第二通槽伸出中框本体外侧的伸出部。
进一步地,所述第一通槽与印刷线路板的两侧之间设有第一活动间隙,第二通槽与基板凸出部的两侧之间设有第二活动间隙。
进一步地,所述柔性基板与印刷线路板相邻的两侧边缘上均设有基板凸出部分。
进一步地,两个基板凸出部分中,其中一个基板凸出部分位于柔性基板与印刷线路板相邻的一侧边缘的靠近印刷线路板的一侧,另一个基板凸出部分位于柔性基板与印刷线路板相邻的另一侧边缘的远离印刷线路板的一侧上。
进一步地,两个基板凸出部分的长度不相等。

本发明与现有技术相比,通过在柔性基板上设置基板凸出部分以及对应地在中框上设置通槽,解决了柔性显示面板与中框对位难的问题,而且在出现柔性显示面板位置偏移等问题需要重工时,通过夹持基板凸出部分对柔性显示面板进行重新固定,解决重工难的问题。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图5所示,本发明的用于固定柔性显示面板的中框,包括中框本体1,所述中框本体1为框架结构,所述中框本体1的框体上分别设有第一通槽11和第二通槽12。
所述第一通槽11和第二通槽12可分别设在中框本体1不同侧的中框本体1的侧边上。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明的柔性显示装置包括柔性显示面板2及用于固定柔性显示面板的中框,所述柔性显示面板2包括柔性基板21、设于柔性基板21一侧的印刷线路板22,所述柔性基板21与印刷线路板22相邻的两侧边缘中至少一侧边缘上设有基板凸出部分23,所述中框包括中框本体1,柔性显示面板2设于中框本体1中,中框本体1上与柔性显示面板2相对的一侧表面上且位于印刷线路板22以及基板凸出部分23处分别设有第一通槽11、第二通槽12,所述基板凸出部分23固定于第二通槽12中,印刷线路板22位于第一通槽11的部分线路板固定于第一通槽11内;如图6和图7所示,第一通槽11和第二通槽12均贯穿中框本体1的外侧以及内侧表面。
上述结构还在柔性显示面板2与中框本体1进行固定时,通过基板凸出部分23与第二通槽12的位置能够容易识别装配的方向。
为了便于对柔性显示面板2的位置进行调整,在基板凸出部分23上设有从第二通槽12伸出中框本体1外侧的伸出部231,通过对伸出部231进行夹持,可实现对柔性显示面板2的微调整或与中框本体1剥离。
如图2和图3所示,本发明中基板凸出部分23通过胶粘或磁性吸附的方式固定于第二通槽12中,印刷线路板22位于第一通槽11的部分线路板通过胶粘或磁性吸附的方式固定于第一通槽11内,其中当采用磁性吸附的方式时在基板凸出部分23与第二通槽12相对的一侧表面设置第一金属层24,而在第二通槽12中设置第一磁体15,在印刷线路板22与第一通槽11相对的一侧部分线路板表面设置第二金属层25,而在第一通槽11中设置第二磁体16,从而实现磁性吸附,当然也可以将金属层与磁体的位置进行替换。
如图2和图3所示,第一通槽11与印刷线路板22的两侧之间设有第一活动间隙13,第二通槽12与基板凸出部23的两侧之间设有第二活动间隙14,这样能够方便对柔性显示面板2进行微调。
本发明中,印刷线路板22与形成于柔性基板21上位于非显示区的扫描线以及数据线的连接采用现有技术的连接方式,另外柔性基板21上还设有TFT(Thin Film Transistor,薄膜晶体管)阵列、阳极、有机发光层、阴极、封装层以及设于非显示区的驱动芯片等,本发明的改进部分仅在于柔性基板上,其余部分未作改变,在此不做具体限定。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图4所示,所述柔性基板21与印刷线路板22相邻的两侧边缘上均设有基板凸出部分23,其中,两个基板凸出部分23设置在柔性基板21相反的两侧位置上,相应地,如图5所示,第二通槽12也设有两个,分别设于与两个基板凸出部分23位置相对应处;具体地,两个基板凸出部分23中,其中一个基板凸出部分23位于柔性基板21与印刷线路板22相邻的一侧边缘的靠近印刷线路板22的一侧,另一个基板凸出部分23位于柔性基板21与印刷线路板22相邻的另一侧边缘的远离印刷线路板22的一侧上;进一步地提高识别度,从而降低装配难度,而且设置两个基板凸出部23还方便对柔性显示面板2的微调以及拿起,防止损坏柔性显示面板2。
在本实施例中,两个基板凸出部分23的长度不相等,靠近印刷线路板22的基板凸出部23的长度大于远离印刷线路板22的基板凸出部分23;相应地,
两个通槽12的长度也应基板凸出部23的长度而改变。
在本实施例中,如图2和图3所示,基板凸出部分23通过胶粘或磁性吸附的方式固定于第二通槽12中,印刷线路板22位于第一通槽11的部分线路板通过胶粘或磁性吸附的方式固定于第一通槽11内,其中当采用磁性吸附的方式时在基板凸出部分23与第二通槽12相对的一侧表面设置第一金属层24,而在第二通槽12中设置第一磁体15,在印刷线路板22与第一通槽11相对的一侧部分线路板表面设置第二金属层25,而在第一通槽11中设置第二磁体16,从而实现磁性吸附,当然也可以将金属层与磁体的位置进行替换。
本发明中如果柔性显示显示面板出现位置偏移或是其它固定问题需要重工,可以通过镊子或类似夹持设备,夹持基板凸出部分23进行微调或是拿起重新进行固定。
本发明通过改边柔性显示面板的外形,便于柔性模组与中框的固定操作和重工;通过改善中框的结构,便于柔性模组与中框的固定操作和重工。提高生产效率。

- 根据权利要求5所述的柔性显示装置,其中:所述柔性基板与印刷线路板相邻的两侧边缘上均设有基板凸出部分。
- 根据权利要求6所述的柔性显示装置,其中:所述柔性基板与印刷线路板相邻的两侧边缘上均设有基板凸出部分。
- 根据权利要求7所述的柔性显示装置,其中:两个基板凸出部分中,其中一个基板凸出部分位于柔性基板与印刷线路板相邻的一侧边缘的靠近印刷线路板的一侧,另一个基板凸出部分位于柔性基板与印刷线路板相邻的另一 侧边缘的远离印刷线路板的一侧上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的柔性显示装置,其中:两个基板凸出部分中,其中一个基板凸出部分位于柔性基板与印刷线路板相邻的一侧边缘的靠近印刷线路板的一侧,另一个基板凸出部分位于柔性基板与印刷线路板相邻的另一侧边缘的远离印刷线路板的一侧上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的柔性显示装置,其中:两个基板凸出部分的长度不相等。
- 根据权利要求10所述的柔性显示装置,其中:两个基板凸出部分的长度不相等。
- 根据权利要求11所述的柔性显示装置,其中:所述基板凸出部分通过胶粘或磁性吸附的方式固定于第二通槽中,印刷线路板位于第一通槽的部分线路板通过胶粘或磁性吸附的方式固定于第一通槽内。
- 根据权利要求12所述的柔性显示装置,其中:所述基板凸出部分通过胶粘或磁性吸附的方式固定于第二通槽中,印刷线路板位于第一通槽的部分线路板通过胶粘或磁性吸附的方式固定于第一通槽内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的柔性显示装置,其中:所述基板凸出部分通过胶粘或磁性吸附的方式固定于第二通槽中,印刷线路板位于第一通槽的部分线路板通过胶粘或磁性吸附的方式固定于第一通槽内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的柔性显示装置,其中:所述基板凸出部分通过胶粘或磁性吸附的方式固定于第二通槽中,印刷线路板位于第一通槽的部分线路板通过胶粘或磁性吸附的方式固定于第一通槽内。
