本公开涉及通信技术领域,特别是涉及一种基于融合通信RCS的联系人管理方法、装置及计算机存储介质。
背景技术
随着各种移动终端越来越普及,用户对移动终端的各种功能的要求也越来越高。然而,传统的移动终端需要用户手动输入联系人信息。手动输入操作较繁琐,而且还会造成不必要的时间浪费,从而降低了用户体验。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种基于融合通信RCS的联系人管理方法,该方法包括以下步骤:向网络地址本服务器发送获取联系人信息的请求;接收所述网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息;以及将所述联系人信息添加到通讯录,其中,所述获取联系人信息的请求中包括移动终端的用户信息和欲获取的联系人信息的条件。
本公开还提供一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括处理器、存储器及通信总线,其中,所述通信总线设置为实现处理器和存储器之间的连接和通信,并且所述处理器设置为执行存储器中存储的计算机指令,以实现上述的基于融合通信RCS的联系人管理方法。
本公开还提供一种计算机可读介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现上述的基于融合通信RCS的联系人管理方法。
本公开还提供另一种基于融合通信RCS的联系人管理方法,该方法包括以下步骤:接收移动终端发送的获取联系人信息的请求;根据所述获取联系人信息的请求来确定相关联的联系人信息;以及将所述联系人信息发送给所述移动终端,其中,所述获取联系人信息的请求中包括移动终端的用户信息和欲获取的联系人信息的条件。
本公开还提供一种网络地址本服务器,所述网络地址本服务器包括处理器、存储器及通信总线,其中,所述通信总线设置为实现处理器和存储器之间的连接的通信,并且,所述处理器设置为执行存储器中存储的计算机指令,以实现上述另一种所述的基于融合通信RCS的联系人管理方法。
本公开还提供一种计算机可读介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现上述另一种基于融合通信RCS的联系人管理方法。

具体实施方式
在一些情况下,手动输入联系人信息的操作可能是繁琐的且浪费时间。对此,本公开实施例提供了一种基于融合通信(Rich Communication Suite,RCS)的联系人管理方法,所述方法可以应用于移动终端侧。参见图1,该方法包括以下步骤S11-S13。
在步骤S11处,向网络地址本服务器发送获取联系人信息的请 求。
在步骤S12处,接收所述网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息。
在步骤S13处,将所述联系人信息添加到通讯录。
在一个实施例,所述获取联系人信息的请求中包括:移动终端的用户信息和欲获取的联系人信息的条件。
也就是说,在本公开实施例中,可以通过移动终端向网络地址本服务器发送获取联系人信息的请求,所述网络地址本服务器根据该请求来获取相关联的联系人信息,并且所述移动终端将网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息添加到通讯录中。即,根据本公开实施例,用户仅需要向网络地址本服务器发送获取联系人信息的请求,然后将网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息添加到通讯录,就可以添加联系人。由此,能够避免手工输入的繁琐操作,而且节约了用户时间,从而大大提升了用户体验。
具体来说,本公开实施例可以利用存放在网络端的联系人数据,通过设置合理的联系人推荐方法来提高融合通信终端的联系人管理效率,以提高用户粘性。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例所述的移动终端可以是任何需要保持联系人信息的终端,如手机等等。另外,本公开实施例所述的移动终端均为RCS终端,即具有融合通信能力的移动终端。
在本公开实施例中,移动终端负责:管理用户的联系人,以及将联系人同步到网络地址本服务器端,而网络地址本服务器负责:存储移动终端上传的联系人数据、企业联系人数据等;处理来自移动终端等网元的联系人管理请求;以及处理移动终端开关配置等信息。根据本公开实施例的移动终端可以具有选项“是否接收网络地址本服务器联系人推荐”。
考虑到联系人信息涉及个人隐私,所以可以将本公开所述的方法用于企业内部或者某朋友圈,以及同学或伙伴圈等。即,从安全角度考虑,可以将本公开所述的方法用于联系信息可共享的一个群体。
举例而言,在某人新入职某企业的一个部门,并需要获取部门内所有人的联系方式的情况下,可以触发移动终端向网络地址本服务 器发送获取联系人信息的请求,然后接收网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息,并将该联系人信息添加到通讯录。相应的,该部门的其他人也可以通过向网络地址本服务器发送获取联系人信息的请求,然后接收网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息,来将该新人的联系方式保存到通讯录。由此,能够避免了繁琐的手工输入操作,而且节约了时间,进而大大提升了用户体验。
本公开实施例所述的联系人信息可包括:联系人的姓名、联系人的电话、联系人的邮箱、联系人的地址等等。当然,本领域的技术人员也可以根据本公开所述的方法,通过网络地址本服务器来获取其他可共享的联系人信息。
总体来说,本公开实施例是基于融合通信网络地址本的企业通讯录(也可是其他任意预设的一个圈子或者团体的通讯录)的联系人而提供的一种添加联系人的方法。具体实施时,可以将企业通讯录上传到融合通信的网络地址本服务器;然后,网络地址本服务器根据移动终端发送的获取联系人信息的请求来得到相关联的联系人信息,并将相关联的联系人信息发送给移动终端;最后,由移动终端完成添加联系人的工作。由此,能够避免手工输入的繁琐操作,而且节约了用户时间,从而大大提升了用户体验。
在本公开实施例中,所述获取联系人信息的请求中可以包括:移动终端的用户信息和欲获取的联系人信息的条件。
在本公开实施例中,所述的欲获取的联系人信息的条件包括以下各项中的至少一项:上传联系人信息的时间、欲获取的联系人的范围以及欲获取的联系人级别。
具体来说,网络地址本服务器可以根据移动终端的用户信息和上传联系人信息的时间、欲获取的联系人的范围以及欲获取的联系人级别来得到相关联的联系人信息,并将相关联的联系人信息发送给移动终端。随后,可以由移动终端完成添加联系人的工作。
在一个具体实施例中,所述上传联系人信息的时间可以是初始上传联系人信息的时间,例如,新入职员工A初始上传联系人信息的时间。
在本公开实施例中,所述欲获取的联系人的范围可以为欲获取的联系人的部门、数量等等。例如,可以将欲获取的联系人的范围设置为软件组的员工等等。
在本公开实施例中,在上传联系人信息时,可以设置联系人的级别,如,可以设置第一级别联系人、第二级别联系人等级别标识,并且不同级别的联系人可以具有不同的权限。例如,第一级别联系人可以是领导,其权限可以是可获取其管理的所有部门的人员的联系人信息,第二级别联系人可以是普通员工,其权限可以是仅可获取其自身部门的人员的联系人信息。
在本公开实施例中,可以在欲获取的联系人信息的条件中设置欲获取的联系人级别,例如,可以将欲获取的联系人级别设置为第一级别联系人。
下面通过一个具体的示例对本公开所述的方法进行详细的解释和说明。所述示例的流程可以包括以下7个步骤。
在步骤1处,用户A欲添加联系人(例如,人员B)信息。
在步骤2处,用户A的终端向网络地址本服务器发送联系人同步请求。
在步骤3处,网络地址本服务器查询终端的开关配置,以判断是否向用户A的终端推荐联系人,并且若判断为不推荐,则结束所述流程。
在步骤4处,网络地址本服务器查询企业通讯录数据库,以判断用户A和人员B是否在同一企业的同一部门内,并且若是,则继续所述流程。
在步骤5处,网络地址本服务器向用户A的终端推送联系人推荐请求。
在步骤6处,用户A的终端接收到推荐请求后,显示推荐的联系人信息列表,并提示用户A是否添加。
在步骤7处,若选择添加所推荐的联系人信息,则用户A的终端主动向网络地址本服务器获取联系人信息并添加到本地通讯录中,若用户A选择不添加,则所述结束流程。
本公开的实施例还提供另一种基于融合通信RCS的联系人管理方法。如图2所示,所述方法的流程包括以下步骤S21-S25。
在步骤S21处,向网络地址本服务器发送获取联系人信息的请求。
在步骤S22处,接收所述网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息。
在步骤S23处,判断所述网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息是否与通讯录中的联系人信息重复,其中,如果重复,则执行步骤S25,如果不重复,则执行步骤S24。
在步骤S24处,将所述联系人信息添加到通讯录。
在步骤S25处,结束所述方法的流程。
在一个实施例中,所述获取联系人信息的请求中包括:移动终端的用户信息和欲获取的联系人信息的条件。
也就是说,在本公开实施例中,可以通过移动终端向网络地址本服务器发送获取联系人信息的请求,所述网络地址本服务器根据该请求来获取相关联的联系人信息,并且所述移动终端将网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息添加到通讯录中。即,根据本公开实施例,用户仅需要向网络地址本服务器发送获取联系人信息的请求,然后将网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息添加到通讯录,就可以添加联系人。由此,能够避免手工输入的繁琐操作,而且节约了用户时间,从而大大提升了用户体验。
在本公开实施例中,可以判断所述网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息是否与通讯录中的联系人信息重复,并在不重复的情况下,再将所述联系人信息添加到通讯录。
通过该方法,可以有效避免重复添加联系人的问题,从而进一步的提升用户体验。
下面将结合附图3,通过一个具体的示例对本公开所述的方法进行详细的解释和说明。所述示例的流程可以包括以下7个步骤。
在步骤1处,用户A欲添加联系人(例如,人员B)信息。
在步骤2处,用户A的终端向网络地址本服务器发送联系人同步请求。
当然,也可以在欲添加联系人B时,向网络地址本服务器发送获取联系人信息的请求。
在步骤3处,网络地址本服务器查询终端的开关配置,以判断是否向用户A的终端推荐联系人,并且若判断为不推荐,则结束所述流程。
为了给用户提供更多的选择,可以在移动终端上设置是否接受网络地址本服务器推荐联系人的开关。
在步骤4处,网络地址本服务器查询企业通讯录数据库,以判断用户A和人员B是否在同一企业的同一部门内,并且若是,则继续所述流程。
在步骤5处,网络地址本服务器向用户A的终端推送联系人推荐请求。
在步骤6处,用户A的终端接收到推荐请求后,显示推荐的联系人信息列表,并提示用户A是否添加。
在步骤7处,若选择添加所推荐的联系人信息,则用户A的终端主动向网络地址本服务器获取联系人信息并添加到本地通讯录中,若用户A选择不添加,则所述结束流程。
本公开的实施例还提供一种移动终端,如图4所示,所述移动终端包括:处理器41、存储器42以及通信总线。
所述通信总线设置为实现处理器41和存储器42之间的连接的通信。
所述存储器42设置为存储计算机指令,所述处理器41设置为运行所述存储器存储的计算机指令以实现以下步骤:向网络地址本服务器发送获取联系人信息的请求;接收所述网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息;以及将所述联系人信息添加到通讯录,其中,所述获取联系人信息的请求中包括:移动终端的用户信息和欲获取的联系人信息的条件。

在步骤S51处,接收移动终端发送的获取联系人信息的请求。

在一个具体实施例中,处理器71还设置为运行所述存储器存储的计算机指令,以实现以下步骤:接收移动终端上传的获取联系人信息的请求;根据移动终端的用户信息来判断所述移动终端是否具有获取权限,其中,如果有,则根据所述获取联系人信息的请求来确定相关联的联系人信息,如果没有,则向所述移动终端返回无权获取信息。
具体来说,在本公开实施例中,在接收到移动终端上传的获取联系人信息的请求后,首先可以判断该移动终端是否具有获取权限;在确定该移动终端具有权限后,可以根据获取联系人信息的请求来确定相关联的联系人信息,并将其发送给移动终端以便添加至通讯录。

  1. 一种应用于移动终端的基于融合通信RCS的联系人管理方法,包括以下步骤:
    向网络地址本服务器发送获取联系人信息的请求;
    接收所述网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息;以及
    将所述联系人信息添加到通讯录,
    其中,所述获取联系人信息的请求中包括所述移动终端的用户信息和欲获取的联系人信息的条件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述欲获取的联系人信息的条件包括以下各项中的至少一项:上传联系人信息的时间、欲获取的联系人的范围以及欲获取的联系人级别。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,在所述接收所述网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息的步骤之后,并且在所述将所述联系人信息添加到通讯录的步骤之前,还包括以下步骤:
    判断所述网络地址本服务器发来的联系人信息是否与通讯录中的联系人信息重复,其中,如果不重复,则将所述联系人信息添加到通讯录。
  4. 一种应用于网络地址本服务器的基于融合通信RCS的联系人管理方法,包括以下步骤:
    接收移动终端发送的获取联系人信息的请求;
    根据所述获取联系人信息的请求来确定相关联的联系人信息;以及
    将所述联系人信息发送给所述移动终端,
    其中,所述获取联系人信息的请求中包括移动终端的用户信息和欲获取的联系人信息的条件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,
    所述欲获取的联系人信息的条件包括以下各项中的至少一项:上传联系人信息的时间、欲获取的联系人的范围、以及欲获取的联系人级别。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,还包括以下步骤:
    根据所述获取联系人信息的请求中的移动终端的用户信息来判断所述移动终端是否具有获取权限,其中,如果有,则根据所述获取联系人信息的请求来确定相关联的联系人信息,如果没有,则向所述移动终端返回无权获取信息。
  7. 一种移动终端,包括处理器、存储器及通信总线,其中,
    所述通信总线设置为实现处理器和存储器之间的连接和通信,并且
    所述处理器设置为执行存储器中存储的计算机指令,以实现权利要求1至3中任一项所述的基于融合通信RCS的联系人管理方法。
