Abstract

Description
本实用新型涉及一种架杆床,特别是涉及一种床杆的加固。
架杆床又可称作铁架床,可以是单层的结构,也可以是上下双层的结构。架杆床的床架,包括左右两侧的横杆以及多根平行间隔设置的床杆,床杆的两端分别连接在左右两侧的横杆上。
由于床杆只有两端部连接在横杆上,相邻的床杆之间没有任何联接,每根床杆承受的力都需要单独到横杆上获得支撑;当床架承受较大的重力时,特别是在着力点的位置,相邻的床杆与床杆之间就容易被撑开,导致床架下陷明显。因此,现有的床架存在结构不稳固的技术缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种加固的床架,其克服了背景技术所存在的不足,使床杆之间得到支撑的床架。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种加固的床架,包括平行间隔设置的多根床杆,该床杆的两端分别连接在床架的二侧横杆上,还包括至少一个连接件,该连接件包括本体及连接在该本体上的至少两个C形固定卡扣,二C形固定卡扣分别扣住相邻的二床杆,还包括用于盖住该C形固定卡扣的开口并与该C形固定卡扣配合圈住该床杆的C形活动卡扣,每一个C形固定卡对应匹配一个C形活动卡扣,该C形固定卡对和该C形活动卡扣之间设有可活动扣接在一起的扣接结构。
一较佳实施例之中:该C形固定卡扣的内表面上设有插销,该床杆上设有插孔,该插销插入到该插孔内。
一较佳实施例之中:该C形活动卡扣的内表面上设有插销,该床杆上设有插孔,该插销插入到该插孔内。
一较佳实施例之中:该C形活动卡扣与该C形固定卡扣活动连接在一起。
一较佳实施例之中:该连接件是塑料件,该C形活动卡扣与该连接件一体注塑成形,该C形活动卡扣与该C形固定卡扣之间通过薄片筋条连接。
一较佳实施例之中:该扣接结构包括设置在该C形活动卡扣上的卡勾及设置在 该主体上的卡孔。
一较佳实施例之中:该主体的长度对应相邻二床杆之间的间距设置,该C形固定卡扣的数量是两个并对称设置在该主体的两端。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1.该连接件上的C形固定卡扣可分别扣住相邻的二床杆,然后,C形活动卡扣盖住该C形固定卡扣的开口,二者配合围成圆孔从而环抱住床杆,这样,该连接件就能够将相邻的两根床杆连接在一起,从而极大地提升了床架的承载能力,使床架稳固。
2.该C形固定卡扣的内表面上设有插销,该床杆上设有插孔,该插销插入到该插孔内,一来可对连接件进行定位,提高装配效率,二来还能够提高连接件与床杆之间的连接强度,进一步提升床架的稳固性。
3.该C形活动卡扣与该C形固定卡扣活动连接在一起,拆装方便。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。

请参照图1至图6,本实用新型的一种加固的床架,包括平行间隔设置的多根床杆10,该床杆10的两端分别连接在床架的二横杆20上。还包括至少一个连接件30,该连接件30包括本体32及连接在该本体上的至少两个C形固定卡扣34,二C形固定卡扣34分别扣住相邻的二床杆10。还包括用于盖住该C形固定卡扣34的开口并与该C形固定卡扣配合圈住该床杆10的C形活动卡扣36,每一个C形固定卡34对应匹配一个C形活动卡扣36。该C形固定卡对34和该C形活动卡扣36之间设有可活动扣接在一起的扣接结构。
该C形固定卡扣34的内表面上设有插销31,该床杆10上设有插孔12,该插销 31插入到该插孔12内,不仅方便定位安装,还可提高连接强度。可以理解地,也可以在该C形活动卡扣36的内表面上设有插销,该床杆上设有插孔,该插销插入到该插孔内。
该C形活动卡扣36与该C形固定卡扣34活动连接在一起。该连接件30是塑料件,该C形活动卡扣36与该连接件30一体注塑成形,该C形活动卡扣36与该C形固定卡扣34之间通过薄片筋条33连接。该扣接结构包括设置在该C形活动卡扣36上的卡勾362及设置在该主体32上的卡孔322。
该主体32的长度对应相邻二床杆10之间的间距设置,该C形固定卡扣34的数量是两个并对称设置在该主体32的两端。
可以理解地,该连接件30上可以同时两个以上的C形固定卡扣,一次性将多个床杆10连接在一起,也可以床架上设置多个连接件30。
可以理解地,C形活动卡扣36只要能开关该C形固定卡扣34的开口,并圈住床杆10即可,C形活动卡扣36也可以和C形固定卡扣34分开设置,或者二者利用铰链活动连接。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
Claims (7)
- 一种加固的床架,包括平行间隔设置的多根床杆,该床杆的两端分别连接在床架的二横杆上,其特征在于:还包括至少一个连接件,该连接件包括本体及连接在该本体上的至少两个C形固定卡扣,二C形固定卡扣分别扣住相邻的二床杆,还包括用于盖住该C形固定卡扣的开口并与该C形固定卡扣配合圈住该床杆的C形活动卡扣,每一个C形固定卡对应匹配一个C形活动卡扣,该C形固定卡对和该C形活动卡扣之间设有可活动扣接在一起的扣接结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种加固的床架,其特征在于:该C形固定卡扣的内表面上设有插销,该床杆上设有插孔,该插销插入到该插孔内。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种加固的床架,其特征在于:该C形活动卡扣的内表面上设有插销,该床杆上设有插孔,该插销插入到该插孔内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种加固的床架,其特征在于:该C形活动卡扣与该C形固定卡扣活动连接在一起。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种加固的床架,其特征在于:该连接件是塑料件,该C形活动卡扣与该连接件一体注塑成形,该C形活动卡扣与该C形固定卡扣之间通过薄片筋条连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种加固的床架,其特征在于:该扣接结构包括设置在该C形活动卡扣上的卡勾及设置在该主体上的卡孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种加固的床架,其特征在于:该主体的长度对应相邻二床杆之间的间距设置,该C形固定卡扣的数量是两个并对称设置在该主体的两端。
