根据本发明实施例的滑轨组件,通过在定位件上设置有卡扣部,将定位件与第一滑轨相连接,可以将第一滑轨的位置进行固定,如可固定在烤箱的挂架上,这样第二滑轨可以相对于第一滑轨并沿第一滑轨的长度延伸方向进行滑动,定位件上的卡扣部可以将滑轨组件牢牢地固定在其他物体(如烤箱挂架)上,不仅结构简单,零部件数量少、对滑轨组件的定位牢固,连接方式可靠、稳定,大大地减少了装配工序,降低了生产成本,用户体验效果好。该滑轨组件的结构简单、对滑轨组件的定位牢固、零部件数量少、节约成本。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面首先结合附图1至图6具体描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的滑轨组件100。
根据本发明实施例的滑轨组件100,包括:第一滑轨10、第二滑轨20和定位件30。具体而言,第一滑轨10沿前后方向布置,第二滑轨20相对于第一滑轨10沿前后方向可滑动地设在第一滑轨10上,定位件30与第一滑轨10相连,定位件30包括用于定位滑轨组件100的卡扣部31。
换言之,该滑轨组件100主要由第一滑轨10、第二滑轨20和定位件30组成,第一滑轨10沿着图1中的前后方向设置,第二滑轨20设置在第一滑轨10上,且相对于第一滑轨 10可滑动地连接,第二滑轨20可以沿着第一滑轨10的长度方向(图1中所示的前后方向)进行滑动,即第二滑轨20相对于第一滑轨10可以在第一滑轨10上进行前后方向的滑动。
此外,在第一滑轨10上还设置有定位件30,在定位件30上布置有卡扣部31,定位件30与第一滑轨10相连接,即将定位件30固定连接在第一滑轨10上,卡扣部31可以与其他固定的物件(如烤箱的挂架200等)进行卡接,以将滑轨组件100定位在固定物件上,对滑轨组件100进行固定。
具体地,定位件30上的卡扣部31与固定物件进行卡接相连,对滑轨组件100进行固定定位,此时,第一滑轨10与固定物件保持静止状态,第二滑轨20可以相对于第一滑轨10进行滑动,即滑轨组件100的第一滑轨10保持静止,第二滑轨20保持可滑动状态。
由此,根据本发明实施例的滑轨组件100,通过在定位件30上设置有卡扣部31,将定位件30与第一滑轨10相连接,可以将第一滑轨10的位置进行固定,如可固定在烤箱的挂架200上,这样第二滑轨20可以相对于第一滑轨10并沿第一滑轨10的长度延伸方向进行滑动,定位件30上的卡扣部31可以将滑轨组件100牢牢地固定在其他物体(如烤箱挂架200)上,不仅结构简单,零部件数量少、对滑轨组件100的定位牢固,连接方式可靠、稳定,大大地减少了装配工序,降低了生产成本,用户体验效果好。该滑轨组件100的结构简单、对滑轨组件100的定位牢固、零部件数量少、节约成本。
可选地,卡扣部31包括第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312,在朝垂直于前后方向的平面上投影中第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312沿上下方向相对。
参照图4,也就是说,卡扣部31主要由第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312组成,在与前后方向相垂直的平面上,该平面内的投影中第一卡勾311与第二卡勾312在上下方向上相对,即图4中的平面投影内,第一卡勾311与第二卡勾312在上下方向上相互朝向,可以在第一卡勾311与第二卡勾312之间卡接固定物件,以将滑轨组件100定位。
在本发明的一些具体示例中,定位件30还包括连接片32,连接片32与第一滑轨10相连,第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312均与连接片32相连并朝远离第一滑轨10的方向延伸。
换句话说,定位件30还具有连接片32,在连接片32的中部(图5中所示靠近连接片32上侧)设置有两个定位孔,每个定位孔沿着连接片32的厚度方向贯通,固定件与连接片32上的固定孔相配合,将连接片32与第一滑轨10相连接,第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312分别设置在连接片32的侧部,且第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312分别背离第一滑轨10的方向延伸,即第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312的自由端远离第一滑轨10布置,第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312形成垂直于连接片32的突出部。
优选地,第一卡勾311位于第二卡勾312的上方,第一卡勾311包括第一肢部3111和 第一凸部3112,第二卡勾312包括第二肢部3121和第二凸部3122,第一肢部3111和第二肢部3121均与连接片32相连并朝远离第一滑轨10的方向延伸,第一凸部3112设在第一肢部3111自由端的的下沿,第二凸部3122设在第二肢部3121自由端的上沿。
参照图4,可以理解的是,第一卡勾311设置在第二卡勾312的上方,第一卡勾311主要由第一肢部3111和第一凸部3112,第二卡勾312主要由第二肢部3121和第二凸部3122组成,第一肢部3111与连接片32的上端连接,第一肢部3111沿着垂直于连接片32且远离第一滑轨10的方向延伸,第二肢部3121与连接片32的下端相连接,第二肢部3121同样沿着垂直于连接片32且远离第一滑轨10的方向延伸,且第一肢部3111与第二肢部3121的延伸方向相同。
进一步地,在第一肢部3111的自由端的下侧边沿设置有第一凸部3112,在第二肢部3121的自由端的上侧边沿设置有第二凸部3122,第一凸部3112形成为第一肢部3111上的向下钩部,第二凸部3122形成为第二肢部3121上的向上钩部,即第一凸部3112与第二凸部3122在上下方向上相互朝向,这样可以将固定物件的至少一部分卡接在第一卡勾311与第二卡勾312之间,进而实现滑轨组件100的定位作用。
有利地,第一凸部3112下凸的尺寸大于第二凸部3122上凸的尺寸,即第一凸部3112向下延伸的尺寸大于第二凸部3122向上延伸的尺寸,这样既可以方便地将固定部件的部分伸入第一卡勾311与第二卡勾312之间,第一凸部3112可以从上端将固定部件卡接住,第二凸部3122对固定部件起止抵和卡接作用,第一凸部3112与第二凸部3122相配合,从而使得定位件30牢牢地卡接在固定件上,对滑轨组件100具有定位功能。
具体地,第一凸部3112下凸的尺寸在5毫米到50毫米的范围内,第二凸部3122上凸的尺寸在2毫米到10毫米的范围内。
也就是说,第一凸部3112向下延伸的尺寸在5毫米到50毫米之间,例如,第一凸部3112下凸的尺寸可以是5毫米、10毫米、20毫米、30毫米、50毫米等,第二凸部3122向上延伸的尺寸在2毫米到10毫米之间,例如,第二凸部3122上凸的尺寸可以是2毫米、4毫米、6毫米、8毫米、10毫米等,当第一凸部3112下凸的尺寸为5毫米时,第二凸部3122上凸的尺寸小于5毫米,当第一凸部3112下凸的尺寸为10毫米时,第二凸部3122上凸的尺寸小于10毫米,以满足对第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312的设计要求。
可选地,第一卡勾311位于第二卡勾312的上方,第一卡勾311在朝远离第一滑轨10延伸的方向上向下倾斜,且第二卡勾312在朝远离第二滑轨20延伸的方向上向上倾斜。
如图4所示,第一卡勾311设置在第二卡勾312的上方,第一卡勾311沿着背离第一滑轨10延伸的方向下倾斜设置,第二卡勾312沿着背离第一滑轨10延伸的方向上倾斜设置, 即第一卡勾311与第二卡勾312分别在相互朝向的方向倾斜设置,这样第一卡勾311与第二卡勾312相配合便于牢牢地卡接在固定部件上。
可以理解的是,第一卡勾311和/或第二卡勾312中为多个,也就是说,在定位件30上具有多个第一卡勾311和多个第二卡勾312,或者一个第一卡勾311和多个第二卡勾312,或者多个第一卡勾311和一个第二卡勾312,如图5和图6所示,在定位件30上具有两个第一卡勾311和一个第二卡勾312,定位件30上的第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312的数量设置对于本领域的技术人员来讲是可以理解的,依据实际情况设定即可。
优选地,定位件30为一体钣金成型,即定位件30是通过金属板材的零件进行加工形成,如采用剪切,折弯等工序加工成型,由此,一体形成的结构不仅可以保证定位件30的结构、性能稳定性,并且方便成型、制造简单,而且省去了多余的装配件以及连接工序,大大提高了滑轨组件100的装配效率,保证滑轨组件100的连接可靠性,再者,一体形成的结构的整体强度和稳定性较高,组装更方便,寿命更长。
在本申请中,第一滑轨10和第二滑轨20均呈沿前后方向延伸的长条形状,第一滑轨10形成为沿前后方向延伸的长条状,第二滑轨20设置在第一滑轨10上,且与第一滑轨10的延伸方向一致,这样可以使得第二滑轨20稳定地在第一滑轨10上滑动。
参照图4,在垂直于前后方向的截面上第一滑轨10呈内部包住第二滑轨20的至少一部分的弧形,且定位件30设在第一滑轨10的外部。
在与前后方向相垂直的截面上,第一滑轨10在该截面上形成区域的内部包覆住第二滑轨20的至少一部分,且第一滑轨10在包覆的区域处呈弧形设置,第一定位件30设置在第一滑轨10的外部(如图4所示第一滑轨10的左侧),有利于定位件30与固定部件相连接,保证第二滑轨20在第一滑轨10的可靠连接,并稳定滑动。
可选地,第一滑轨10上设有沿前后方向间隔布置的多个定位件30,即在第一滑轨10的前后方向上可间隔地布置有多个定位件30,如图1至图3中,在第一滑轨10上布置有两个定位件30,已将滑动组件稳定地定位在固定部件(如家用烤箱的挂架200上)。
下面结合图7至图9具体描述根据本发明第二方面实施例的烤箱(未示出)。
根据本发明实施例的烤箱包括:腔体组件(未示出)、挂架200和滑轨组件100,其中,腔体组件的前面敞开并由门体打开和关闭,挂架200设在腔体组件内并挂置于腔体组件的左侧壁和右侧壁上,滑轨组件100的定位件30的卡扣部31与挂架200卡持。
换句话说,该烤箱主要由腔体组件、挂架200和滑轨组件100组成,腔体组件的前端敞开形成开口,门体可活动地设置在腔体组件的前端,挂架200设置在腔体组件的内侧壁上,即挂架200挂置在腔体组件内的左侧壁和右侧壁上,滑轨组件100通过定位件30上的卡扣 部31与挂架200卡接相连,具体地,定位件30上的第一卡勾311与第二卡勾312相配合地卡接在挂架200上,从而将滑轨组件100定位在挂架200上,另外,当需要打开烤箱时,拉动门体打开腔体组件,需要关闭烤箱时,推动门体关闭腔体组件即可。
在本发明实施例中,挂架200包括上下间隔布置的第一支杆和第二支杆,且第一支杆和第二支杆均沿前后方向延伸,卡扣部31包括第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312,在朝垂直于前后方向的平面上投影中第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312沿上下方向相对,第一卡勾311卡持于第一支杆上且第二卡勾312卡持于第二支杆上。
如图7和图8所示,挂架200主要由沿着上下方向间隔布置的第一支杆和第二支杆组成,在挂架200上设置有多组第一支杆和第二支杆,且每组的第一支杆与第二支杆之间的间隔距离小于相邻两组间支杆的间隔距离,每组的第一支杆和第二支杆分别沿着前后方向设置,且第一支杆与第二支杆保持平行布置,卡扣部31主要由第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312组成,在与前后方向相垂直的截面上第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312上下相对且相互朝向。
卡扣部31的第一卡勾311和第二卡勾312相配合,可以将定位件30卡接在挂架200的一组支杆上,即第一卡勾311卡接在该组支杆的第一支杆上,第二卡勾312卡接在该组支杆的第二卡勾312上,进而将滑轨组件100定位在挂架200的一组支杆上,依据实际需要还可以将滑轨组件100定位在其他组支杆的第一支杆和第二支杆上,滑轨组件100在挂架200不同位置上的定位对于本技术领域的人员是可以理解的。
由于根据本发明上述实施例的滑轨组件100具有上述技术效果,所以根据本发明实施例的烤箱也具有相应的技术效果,即通过在定位件30上设置有卡扣部31,将定位件30与第一滑轨10相连接,可以将第一滑轨10的位置进行固定,如可固定在烤箱的挂架200上,这样第二滑轨20可以相对于第一滑轨10并沿第一滑轨10的长度延伸方向进行滑动,定位件30上的卡扣部31可以将滑轨组件100牢牢地固定在其他物体(如烤箱挂架200)上,不仅结构简单,零部件数量少、对滑轨组件100的定位牢固,连接方式可靠、稳定,大大地减少了装配工序,降低了生产成本,用户体验效果好。该滑轨组件100的结构简单、对滑轨组件100的定位牢固、零部件数量少、节约成本。
因此该烤箱的结构简单、对滑轨组件100的定位牢固、零部件数量少、节约成本。
根据本发明实施例的滑轨组件100和具有其的烤箱的其他构成以及操作对于本领域的普通技术人员来说是可知的,在此不再详细描述。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种滑轨组件,其特征在于,包括:
    第一滑轨,所述第一滑轨沿前后方向布置;
    第二滑轨,所述第二滑轨相对于所述第一滑轨沿前后方向可滑动地设在所述第一滑轨上;
    定位件,所述定位件与所述第一滑轨相连,所述定位件包括用于定位所述滑轨组件的卡扣部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣部包括第一卡勾和第二卡勾,在朝垂直于前后方向的平面上投影中所述第一卡勾和所述第二卡勾沿上下方向相对。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述定位件还包括:
    连接片,所述连接片与所述第一滑轨相连,所述第一卡勾和所述第二卡勾均与所述连接片相连并朝远离所述第一滑轨的方向延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡勾位于所述第二卡勾的上方,所述第一卡勾包括第一肢部和第一凸部,所述第二卡勾包括第二肢部和第二凸部,所述第一肢部和所述第二肢部均与所述连接片相连并朝远离所述第一滑轨的方向延伸,所述第一凸部设在所述第一肢部自由端的的下沿,所述第二凸部设在所述第二肢部自由端的上沿。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第一凸部下凸的尺寸大于所述第二凸部上凸的尺寸。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第一凸部下凸的尺寸在5毫米到50毫米的范围内,所述第二凸部上凸的尺寸在2毫米到10毫米的范围内。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡勾位于所述第二卡勾的上方,所述第一卡勾在朝远离所述第一滑轨延伸的方向上向下倾斜,且所述第二卡勾在朝远离所述第二滑轨延伸的方向上向上倾斜。
  8. 根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡勾和/或所述第二卡勾中为多个。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述定位件为一体钣金成型。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第一滑轨和所述第二滑轨均呈沿前后方向延伸的长条形状。
  11. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,在垂直于所述前后方向 的截面上所述第一滑轨呈内部包住所述第二滑轨的至少一部分的弧形,且所述定位件设在所述第一滑轨的外部。
  12. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第一滑轨上设有沿前后方向间隔布置的多个所述定位件。
  13. 一种烤箱,其特征在于,包括:
    腔体组件,所述腔体组件的前面敞开并由门体打开和关闭。
    挂架,所述挂架设在所述腔体组件内并挂置于所述腔体组件的左侧壁和右侧壁上;
    滑轨组件,所述滑轨组件为根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的滑轨组件,所述滑轨组件的所述定位件的卡扣部与所述挂架卡持。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述挂架包括上下间隔布置的第一支杆和第二支杆,且所述第一支杆和所述第二支杆均沿前后方向延伸,所述卡扣部包括第一卡勾和第二卡勾,在朝垂直于前后方向的平面上投影中所述第一卡勾和所述第二卡勾沿上下方向相对,所述第一卡勾卡持于所述第一支杆上且所述第二卡勾卡持于所述第二支杆上。
