全天然无任何化学添加剂的可食用美味化妆品 技术领域
本发明涉及一种化妆品(2种以上原料的混合体),特别是所有原料采用天然或天然生物提取的、无任何化学添加剂的可食用美味化妆品,简称全天然化妆品。
背景技术
现有的化妆品(包括天然有机化妆品)都含有大量化学添加剂,这些化妆品中都含有以下结构:化学防腐剂(如:羟苯甲酯、苯氧乙醇)、化学抗氧化剂(如:BHT)、化学保湿剂(如:丁二醇、丙二醇)、化学增稠剂(如:卡波姆、三乙醇胺)、化学乳化剂(如:硬脂酸钠盐)、化学稳定剂(如:EDTA二钠)、化学表面活性剂(如:月桂酸盐)、化学防晒剂、化学色素(如:日落黄、诱惑红)、化学香精。有机化妆品由化学添加剂和植物提取物组成,
化学添加剂的危害大,有的致痘、致癌、致畸。越来越多的人对化学添加剂的化妆品过敏,往往皮肤表现为:红肿、刺痒、红斑、水泡、灼热、皮肤起粒等现象,在欧美发达国家过敏人群的比例更高。含有化学添加剂的面膜,生产时浓度不超标,使用时浓度一定严重超标,使用时水份蒸发,化工原料留在脸上的浓度爆增几十倍,正常人敷化学添加剂面膜10、20、30分钟会产生不同程度的刺、痒、灼热感。
市面上绝大部份的化妆品都是化学香精的味道,某些含有植物成份的往往散发难闻的中草药气味,有些声称不添加化学香精的化妆品往往会产生令人作呕的化工原料气息
很多化妆品公司研发纯天然化妆品,后来由于难度太大都无疾而终,有很多的品牌研发不出真正全部天然成份的产品,就用一些(部分植物添加的)说是纯天然化妆品来欺骗消费者,因为欺骗范围太广,中国国家食品药品监督管理局直 接在化妆品行业中全面禁用“纯天然”这个词汇,因为“纯天然”化妆品是不存在的,这是虚假宣传。在野外摘个苹果我们可以说纯天然苹果,在苹果园里的苹果因为含有化肥、农药等人工处理,就不再“纯”了,只能叫天然苹果。纯天然只适合单一的物种,而化妆品属于复杂的混合物,所以“纯天然”化妆品不存在。
化学防腐剂是现阶段无法逾越的屏障,由于天然抗菌原料的技术开发生产的研究有限,无论是抗菌效果还是抗菌种类,天然抗菌原料都比化学防腐剂综合性能差一截,所以德国的BIDH和欧盟的ECO-CERT有机化妆品标准都允许添加化学防腐剂
天然乳化剂品种极其有限,乳化效果无法和化学乳化剂比,为了得到稳定的膏霜质地,化妆品公司只能使用化学乳化剂(或与天然乳化剂联用)来使得膏霜稳定
发明内容
为了避免各种刺、痒、灼热感,过敏、致痘、致癌、致畸等现象,本发明提供全天然无任何化学添加剂的化妆品,它不但美味且能食用,安全性更高
技术方案:通过对天然生物和天然生物提取物的研究,筛选本发明所需要的天然保湿剂、天色色素、天然抗菌成份、天然抗氧化成份、天然稳定剂、天然油脂、天然香料、天然抗紫外成份等一系列对人体有确切护肤效果的天然成份,经过无数的配方配比试验及生产工艺的改进,得到稳定的本发明系列产品。
具体实施方法:
1.原料筛选:通过贴斑试验从数千种天然或天然提取物中筛选出对人类皮肤无刺激、不过敏的原料,请看附图1,①为人体皮肤,②为密封胶带、③为待测原料,贴斑试验方法如下:将待测原料③用高浓度水溶液、油溶液或粉末涂在皮肤①上,用密封胶带②密封,经过24-48小时撕开密封胶带②,看看皮肤上有没有红、痒、水肿、起疹等不正常的反应,如果有,则此种原料剔除不得使用。
2.抗菌处理:生产前所有原料预灭菌处理确保化妆品原料生产前实现几乎无菌,从上述原料中筛选有抑菌功能的天然原料辅助抑菌从而得到令人满意的保质期。
3.生产环境:在高洁净环境下生产,如无菌车间、GMP10万级净化生产车间。
4.抗氧化:采用具有抗氧化作用的天然或天然提取物,防止化妆品变色、变味。
5.不使用化学乳化剂:采用天然乳化剂超高频震荡技术使水油均匀混合。
6.不使用化学增稠剂:采用天然有增稠作用的成份(如:瓜尔胶)增稠。
7.水相保湿成份:用天然的生物发酵技术生产的透明质酸当作主要保湿剂。
8.油相保湿成份:采用自然界的动、植物油脂作为护肤的油相保湿成份。
9.美白成份:采用天然提取的美自成份:珍珠提取物、甘草提取物等。
10.抗皱成份:采用胶原蛋白、氨基酸类、寡肽等1种或多种天然物质混用实现抗皱。
11.美味(气味修饰):采用全部天然花卉或水果蒸馏或者CO2萃取的香料如:玫瑰花、栀子花、白兰花、橙子等作为芳香成份实现美味化妆品气息。
12美味(味觉修饰):采用天然或天然提取的原料提升味觉,原料如:蔗糖、牛奶、可可、果粉、果汁等提升食用时的酸、甜、香的口感。
13.包装:成品采用接近真空或真空包装,防止空气中的氧气使化妆品变色、变 味等。
14.着色:利用天然提取的无毒色素、色粉用于口红、彩妆、粉底(液)、BB霜、染发产品等。
15.遮暇:利用天然的超细微粒珍珠粉和天然提取的色素及一些动植物油类混合,敷于面部遮暇,用于粉底产品。
16.抗紫外:利用有抗UV的天然提取物比如:黄芩等用于防晒化妆品。
有益效果:
本发明不使用任何化学添加剂,杜绝一切化学添加剂的毒害。不过敏、不刺激,营养物浓度可以做到极限值,功效比化学添加剂的产品来的持久快速和稳定。化学添加剂的化妆品营养物是很有限的,一旦营养物增加,化学防腐剂会成倍的增加,远超最大限量,从而更易产生各种副作用,所以为了安全性,化学添加剂的化妆品营养成份会限制在很小的量。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种化妆品,其特征是:2种以上原料的混合体,所有原料采用天然或天然生物提取的原料制造。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的化妆品,其特征是:采用天然生物提取的香料,实现美味高级的花香或水果香。
  3. 如权利要求1至2所述的化妆品,其特征是:它可食用。
  4. 如权利要求1至3所述的化妆品,其特征是:所有原料经过人体皮肤斑贴测试筛选不过敏。
  5. 如权利要求1至4权利要求所述的化妆品,其特征是:所有原料不刺激皮肤。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的化妆品,其特征是:它可以高浓度敷于面部超过30分钟不刺激皮肤。
  7. 如权利要求1或6所述的化妆品,其特征是:它采用接近真空或真空结构的包装。
  8. 如权利要求1或7所述的化妆品,其特征是:具有美味的酸、甜、香等口感。
  9. 如权利要求2或8所述的化妆品,其特征是:不刺激皮肤。
