本发明涉及汽车零部件生产研究领域中的一种组立治具,特别是一种多功能的格栅组立治具。
背景技术
汽车前格栅的主要功能是散热和进气,如果发动机散热器水温过高单靠自然进风不能充分散热时,风扇会自动启动辅助散热。车跑起来空气是向后流动的,风扇气流方向也是向后的,散热后温度升高的气流从发动机盖后方靠近风挡的位置、还有车的下面向后流动,热量就排放出来了。
然而,随着汽车设计的复杂多样化,配套的零件产品类型也更加复杂多样,生产的工序也更加繁琐复杂,若通过原有的组立工装及技术,过程工序多,效率低,耗人工,成本较高。如何将工序整合在一起,是亟需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种多功能的格栅组立治具,其能在同一个工序中实现将电镀亮条嵌入格栅中,同时也能将螺丝打入格栅的相应位置。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:多功能的格栅组立治具,包括机架和亮条定位块,所述机架的上端面布置有工作平台,所述工作平台上立有第一支撑架,所述第一支撑架的前侧面布置有定位杆组,第一支撑架的上端面布置有用于在格栅上安装亮条的第一仿形定位块,所述第一仿形定位块上布置有若干个定位腔,所述定位杆组的上端两侧分别布置有第二定位块,每个所述第二定位块的上端面立有一块前侧端面为弧面的第一定位块,所述第一定位块和两个第二定位块形成用于在格栅上打螺丝的定位腔。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第一仿形定位块上部后侧面为外凸弧形面,第一仿形定位块上部前侧面为内凹弧形面。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述定位杆组包括两根连接杆和一根横杆,所述连接杆的一端固定在第一支撑架上,所述横杆的两端分别与两根连接杆的另一端连接固定,各所述第二定位块固定在相应的连接杆的上端面。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,两个所述第二定位块之间布置有辅助定位块,所述辅助定位块下方安装有辅助杆,所述辅助杆的一端固定第一支撑架上,辅助杆的另一端固定在横杆上。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过第一仿形定位块以及通过第一定位块和两个第二定位块形成用于在格栅上打螺丝的定位腔,将格栅放到第一仿形定位块上后,将亮条定位块插到格栅上,用胶锤安装亮条;待安装完亮条后,将格栅从第一仿形定位块取出后放到定位腔中,使用悬挂于机架左上方的打螺丝机,依次将所需装配的三个螺丝打入指定位置,本发明可以在工装上完成两道或两道以上工序,减少格栅的周转次数,提高生产效率,降低人力成本。

参照图1~图4,多功能的格栅组立治具,包括机架1和亮条定位块,所述机架1的上端面布置有工作平台,所述工作平台上立有第一支撑架2,所述第一支撑架2的前侧面布置有定位杆组,第一支撑架2的上端面布置有用于在格栅上安装亮条的第一仿形定位块6,所述第一仿形定位块6上布置有若干个定位腔,所述定位杆组的上端两侧分别布置有第二定位块4,每个所述第二定位块4的上端面立有一块前侧端面为弧面的第一定位块7,所述第一定位块7和两个第二定位块4形成用于在格栅上打螺丝的定位腔。所述第一仿形定位块6上部后侧面为外凸弧形面,第一仿形定位块6上部前侧面为内凹弧形面。所述定位杆组包括两根连接杆8和一根横杆3,所述连接杆8的一端固定在第一支撑架2上,所述横杆3的两端分别与两根连接杆8的另一端连接固定,各所述第二定位块4固定在相应的连接杆8的上端面。两个所述第二定位块4之间布置有辅助定位块5,所述辅助定位块5下方安装有辅助杆,所述辅助杆的一端固定第一支撑架2上,辅助杆的另一端固定在横杆3上。所述第一定位块7、第二定位块4和辅助定位块5均为支撑泡棉块。第一仿形定位块6为铝合金格栅仿形支座。
以下是本发明使用的实施例:
首先将下格栅产品背面按仿形结构放置到第一仿形定位块6上,将可活动的亮条定位块放到格栅产品右侧的卡位上,将亮条放到格栅本体的对应卡槽位置,亮条右端与亮条定位块接触,说明亮条装配位置正确,用橡胶锤将亮条敲进格栅本体的卡槽里,完后进行确认OK后将亮条定位块后取下,将初步组立的格栅产品从工装上取下并将产品背面背向操作者放置在两个第二定位块4和辅助定位块5上,格栅产品的背面靠在第一定位块7上,使用悬挂于机架1左上方的打螺丝机,依次将所需装配的三个螺丝打入指定位置,从台车上取下将需组立的格栅内板,放入到格栅本体的相配位置。

  1. 多功能的格栅组立治具,其特征在于:包括机架和亮条定位块,所述机架的上端面布置有工作平台,所述工作平台上立有第一支撑架,所述第一支撑架的前侧面布置有定位杆组,第一支撑架的上端面布置有用于在格栅上安装亮条的第一仿形定位块,所述第一仿形定位块上布置有若干个定位腔,所述定位杆组的上端两侧分别布置有第二定位块,每个所述第二定位块的上端面立有一块前侧端面为弧面的第一定位块,所述第一定位块和两个第二定位块形成用于在格栅上打螺丝的定位腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能的格栅组立治具,其特征在于:所述第一仿形定位块上部后侧面为外凸弧形面,第一仿形定位块上部前侧面为内凹弧形面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能的格栅组立治具,其特征在于:所述定位杆组包括两根连接杆和一根横杆,所述连接杆的一端固定在第一支撑架上,所述横杆的两端分别与两根连接杆的另一端连接固定,各所述第二定位块固定在相应的连接杆的上端面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能的格栅组立治具,其特征在于:两个所述第二定位块之间布置有辅助定位块,所述辅助定位块下方安装有辅助杆,所述辅助杆的一端固定第一支撑架上,辅助杆的另一端固定在横杆上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能的格栅组立治具,其特征在于:所述第一定位块、第二定位块和辅助定位块均为支撑泡棉块。
