- 根据权利要求9所述的基于区块链的数据管理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤B与步骤C之间还包括:所述区块链网络的各个交易验证节点通过所述区块链网络接收到所述交易应答请求后,按预设规则对所述交易应答请求的有效性进行验证;若验证所述交易应答请求有效,则所述区块链网络的记账节点将所述交易应答请求的应答属性数据写入所述区块链网络的智能合约中,以完成将所述应答属性数据对所述区块链网络的各个节点的广播。
- 根据权利要求9所述的基于区块链的数据管理方法,其特征在于,所述根据确定出的数据标识从数据托管服务器中下载与该数据标识对应的数据的步骤包括:所述需求方节点向所述数据托管服务器发送包括需求方身份标识及所述数据标识的数据下载请求;所述数据托管服务器在收到所述区块链网络的需求方节点发送的数据下载请求后,根据预先确定的数据标识与数据拥有方的映射关系,确定所述数据标识对应的数据拥有方;在所述区块链网络的智能合约中查询确定的数据拥有方是否作为被需求方节点与所述需求方节点发生了有效数据交易;若是,则响应所述数据下载请求,将与所述数据标识对应的数据发送给所述需求方节点;所述需求方节点接收所述数据托管服务器响应所述数据下载请求发送的与所述数据标识对应的数据。
- 根据权利要求10所述的基于区块链的数据管理方法,其特征在于,所述根据确定出的数据标识从数据托管服务器中下载与该数据标识对应的 数据的步骤包括:所述需求方节点向所述数据托管服务器发送包括需求方身份标识及所述数据标识的数据下载请求;所述数据托管服务器在收到所述区块链网络的需求方节点发送的数据下载请求后,根据预先确定的数据标识与数据拥有方的映射关系,确定所述数据标识对应的数据拥有方;在所述区块链网络的智能合约中查询确定的数据拥有方是否作为被需求方节点与所述需求方节点发生了有效数据交易;若是,则响应所述数据下载请求,将与所述数据标识对应的数据发送给所述需求方节点;所述需求方节点接收所述数据托管服务器响应所述数据下载请求发送的与所述数据标识对应的数据。
- 根据权利要求11所述的基于区块链的数据管理方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:所述数据托管服务器在所述区块链网络的智能合约中查询确定的数据拥有方是否作为所述数据标识对应的被需求节点与所述需求方节点发生了有效数据交易。
- 根据权利要求12所述的基于区块链的数据管理方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:所述数据托管服务器在所述区块链网络的智能合约中查询确定的数据拥有方是否作为所述数据标识对应的被需求节点与所述需求方节点发生了有效数据交易。
- 根据权利要求11所述的基于区块链的数据管理方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:所述数据托管服务器通过所述区块链网络接收数据拥有方广播的上传交易请求,所述上传交易请求包括上传属性数据;根据所述上传属性数据向所述区块链网络发送一个与所述上传交易请求对应的上传应答请求,所述上传应答请求包括上传应答数据,所述上传应答数据包括所述上传应答数据对应的数据标识。
- 根据权利要求12所述的基于区块链的数据管理方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:所述数据托管服务器通过所述区块链网络接收数据拥有方广播的上传交易请求,所述上传交易请求包括上传属性数据;根据所述上传属性数据向所述区块链网络发送一个与所述上传交易请求对应的上传应答请求,所述上传应答请求包括上传应答数据,所述上传应答数据包括所述上传应答数据对应的数据标识。
- 一种数据托管服务器,其特征在于,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有数据托管系统,所述数据托管系统被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:S1,在收到所述区块链网络的需求方节点发送的数据下载请求后,根据预先确定的数据标识与数据拥有方的映射关系,确定所述数据标识对应的数据拥有方;S2,在所述区块链网络的智能合约中查询确定的数据拥有方是否作为被需求方节点与所述需求方节点发生了有效数据交易;S3,若确定数据拥有方作为被需求方节点与所述需求方节点发生了有效数据交易,则响应所述数据下载请求,将与所述数据标识对应的数据发送给所述需求方节点。
- 根据权利要求17所述的数据托管服务器,其特征在于,所述步骤S2包括:在该区块链网络的智能合约中查询确定的数据拥有方是否作为所述数据标识对应的被需求节点与所述需求方节点发生了有效数据交易。
- 根据权利要求17或18所述的数据托管服务器,其特征在于,所述数据托管系统被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:通过所述区块链网络接收数据拥有方广播的上传交易请求,所述上传交易请求包括上传属性数据;根据所述上传属性数据向所述区块链网络发送一个与所述上传交易请求对应的上传应答请求,所述上传应答请求包括上传应答数据,所述上传应答数据包括所述上传应答数据对应的数据标识。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有数据托管系统,所述数据托管系统可被至少一个处理器执行,以实现如下步骤:S1,在收到所述区块链网络的需求方节点发送的数据下载请求后,根据预先确定的数据标识与数据拥有方的映射关系,确定所述数据标识对应的数据拥有方;S2,在所述区块链网络的智能合约中查询确定的数据拥有方是否作为被需求方节点与所述需求方节点发生了有效数据交易;S3,若确定数据拥有方作为被需求方节点与所述需求方节点发生了有效数据交易,则响应所述数据下载请求,将与所述数据标识对应的数据发送给所述需求方节点。
