一种旋转式杀菌灯装置,涉及电梯用具技术领域;旋转式杀菌灯装置具有外壳(1),外壳(1)的下端安装有散热滤网(9),外壳(1)的内部两端均安装有安装壳体(4),安装壳体(4)内安装有紫外线杀菌灯(5),紫外线杀菌灯(5)的前侧设置有网体(6),外壳(1)的上端连接在旋转电机(3)的转轴上,旋转电机(3)安装在安装板(2)的上端,外壳(1)的两上端均安装有支撑滚珠(7),支撑滚珠(7)与安装板(2)的下表面相配合,外壳(1)的中部安装有散热风叶辊机构(8);该旋转式杀菌灯装置便于实现旋转式杀菌,且能快速杀菌,使用方便,操作简便。

Description

一种旋转式杀菌灯装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋转式杀菌灯装置,属于电梯用具技术领域。
背景技术
电梯是一种以电动机为动力的垂直升降机,装有箱状吊舱,用于多层建筑乘人或载运货物。也有台阶式,踏步板装在履带上连续运行,俗称自动扶梯或自动人行道。服务于规定楼层的固定式升降设备。垂直升降电梯具有一个轿厢,运行在至少两列垂直的或倾斜角小于15°的刚性导轨之间。轿厢尺寸与结构形式便于乘客出入或装卸货物。习惯上不论其驱动方式如何,将电梯作为建筑物内垂直交通运输工具的总称。按速度可分低速电梯(1米/秒以下)、快速电梯(1-2米/秒)和高速电梯(2米/秒以上)。19世纪中期开始出现液压电梯,至今仍在低层建筑物上应用。1852年,美国的E.G.奥蒂斯研制出钢丝绳提升的安全升降机。80年代,驱动装置有进一步改进,如电动机通过蜗杆传动带动缠绕卷筒、采用平衡重等。19世纪末,采用了摩擦轮传动,大大增加电梯的提升高度。
现有的电梯在杀局时均是采用人工手动式杀菌,在杀菌时不方便,而且浪费时间,效率低。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种旋转式杀菌灯装置。
本发明的一种旋转式杀菌灯装置,它包含外壳、安装板、旋转电机、安装壳体、紫外线杀菌灯、网体、支撑滚珠、散热风叶辊机构、散热滤网;所述外壳的下端安装有散热滤网,所述外壳的内部两端均安装有安装壳体,所述安装壳体内安装有紫外线杀菌灯,所述紫外线杀菌灯的前侧设置有网体,所述外壳的上端连接在旋转电机的转轴上,所述旋转电机安装在安装 板的上端,所述外壳的两上端均安装有支撑滚珠,所述支撑滚珠与安装板的下表面相配合,所述外壳的中部安装有散热风叶辊机构。
作为优选,所述散热风叶辊机构为涡轮式散热风叶辊机构。
作为优选,所述外壳为耐高温式外壳。
作为优选,所述安装板与支撑滚珠的配合处设置有耐磨层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:便于实现旋转式杀菌,且能快速杀菌,使用方便,操作简便。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过附图中示出的具体实施例来描述本发明。但是应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含外壳1、安装板2、旋转电机3、安装壳体4、紫外线杀菌灯5、网体6、支撑滚珠7、散热风叶辊机构8、散热滤网9;所述外壳1的下端安装有散热滤网9,所述外壳1的内部两端均安装有安装壳体4,所述安装壳体4内安装有紫外线杀菌灯5,所述紫外线杀菌灯5的前侧设置有网体6,所述外壳1的上端连接在旋转电机3的转轴上,所述旋转电机3安装在安装板2的上端,所述外壳1的两上端均安装有支撑滚珠7,所述支撑滚珠7与安装板2的下表面相配合,所述外壳1的中部安装有散热风叶辊机构8。
进一步的,所述散热风叶辊机构8为涡轮式散热风叶辊机构。
进一步的,所述外壳1为耐高温式外壳。
进一步的,所述安装板2与支撑滚珠7的配合处设置有耐磨层。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:在使用时,通过安装板2上的安装孔21实现快速安装,且安装后将旋转电机3、紫外线杀菌灯5、散热风叶辊机构8连接电梯的控制器,通过控制器实现控制,同时在使用时,通过旋转电机3带动外壳1进行旋转,通过两侧的紫外线杀菌灯实现旋转式杀菌,且通过散热风叶辊机构8实现散热,能延长使用寿命,在外壳1进行旋转时,通过支撑滚珠7来提高稳定性,使用方便,操作简便,能节省时间。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。

  1. 一种旋转式杀菌灯装置,其特征在于:它包含外壳、安装板、旋转电机、安装壳体、紫外线杀菌灯、网体、支撑滚珠、散热风叶辊机构、散热滤网;所述外壳的下端安装有散热滤网,所述外壳的内部两端均安装有安装壳体,所述安装壳体内安装有紫外线杀菌灯,所述紫外线杀菌灯的前侧设置有网体,所述外壳的上端连接在旋转电机的转轴上,所述旋转电机安装在安装板的上端,所述外壳的两上端均安装有支撑滚珠,所述支撑滚珠与安装板的下表面相配合,所述外壳的中部安装有散热风叶辊机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式杀菌灯装置,其特征在于:所述散热风叶辊机构为涡轮式散热风叶辊机构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式杀菌灯装置,其特征在于:所述外壳为耐高温式外壳。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式杀菌灯装置,其特征在于:所述安装板与支撑滚珠的配合处设置有耐磨层。
