一种电梯用减震式控制柜,涉及电梯用具技术领域。电梯用减震式控制柜包括:箱体(1)的前端安装有箱门(2),所述箱体(1)的内部设置有安装板(4),安装板(4)的上下端均通过减震弹簧(6)与箱体(1)的内侧壁连接,所述安装板(4)的底部安装有套管,套管的前端安装有导向套(7),导向套(7)内穿接有导向杆(8),导向杆(8)的前端与箱体(1)的内侧壁连接,所述导向杆(8)的后端安装有限位板(9),限位板(9)的后端通过连接弹簧(10)与安装板(4)的底部连接;上述结构便于实现减震与导向,能提高减震的效率,且能延长使用寿命。

Description

一种电梯用减震式控制柜 技术领域:
本发明涉及一种电梯用减震式控制柜,属于电梯用具技术领域。
背景技术:
电梯是一种以电动机为动力的垂直升降机,装有箱状吊舱,用于多层建筑乘人或载运货物。也有台阶式,踏步板装在履带上连续运行,俗称自动扶梯或自动人行道。服务于规定楼层的固定式升降设备。垂直升降电梯具有一个轿厢,运行在至少两列垂直的或倾斜角小于15°的刚性导轨之间。轿厢尺寸与结构形式便于乘客出入或装卸货物。习惯上不论其驱动方式如何,将电梯作为建筑物内垂直交通运输工具的总称。按速度可分低速电梯(1米/秒以下)、快速电梯(1~2米/秒)和高速电梯(2米/秒以上)。19世纪中期开始出现液压电梯,至今仍在低层建筑物上应用。1852年,美国的E.G.奥蒂斯研制出钢丝绳提升的安全升降机。80年代,驱动装置有进一步改进,如电动机通过蜗杆传动带动缠绕卷筒、采用平衡重等。19世纪末,采用了摩擦轮传动,大大增加电梯的提升高度。
20世纪末电梯采用永磁同步曳引机作为动力。大大缩小了机房占地,并且具有能耗低、节能高效、提升速度快等优点,极大地助推了房地产向超高层方向发展。
现有的电梯用控制柜在使用时不能实现减震,且效率低,缩短了内部元器件的使用寿命。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种电梯用减震式控制柜。
本发明的一种电梯用减震式控制柜,它包含箱体、箱门、安装板、安装板、散热块、减震弹簧、导向套、导向杆、限位板、连接弹簧;箱体的前端安装有箱门,所述箱体的内部设置有安装板,安装板的上下端均通过减震弹簧与箱体的内侧壁连接,所述安装板的底部安装有套管,套管的前端安装有导向套,导向套内穿接有导向杆,导向杆的前端与箱体的内侧壁连接,所述导向杆的后端安装有限位板,限位板的后端通过连接弹簧与安装板的底部连接。
作为优选,所述箱门上安装有机械锁。
作为优选,所述减震弹簧的外侧套接有防尘套。
作为优选,所述散热块为蜂窝式散热块。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:便于实现减震与导向,能提高减震的效率,且能延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过附 图中示出的具体实施例来描述本发明。但是应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含箱体1、箱门2、安装板3、安装板4、散热块5、减震弹簧6、导向套7、导向杆8、限位板9、连接弹簧10;箱体1的前端安装有箱门2,所述箱体1的内部设置有安装板4,安装板4的上下端均通过减震弹簧6与箱体1的内侧壁连接,所述安装板4的底部安装有套管,套管的前端安装有导向套7,导向套7内穿接有导向杆8,导向杆8的前端与箱体1的内侧壁连接,所述导向杆8的后端安装有限位板9,限位板9的后端通过连接弹簧10与安装板4的底部连接。
进一步的,所述箱门2上安装有机械锁。
进一步的,所述减震弹簧6的外侧套接有防尘套。
进一步的,所述散热块5为蜂窝式散热块。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:在使用时,通过散热块5实现快速散热且能实现元器件的安装,且安装后,通过减震弹簧6实现快速减震,同时安装板4的后端通过导向杆8与导向套7的配合实现快速导向,且通过连接弹簧10的连接实现快速缓冲,其使用方便,操作简便,能实现快速减震,提高了稳定性。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接; 可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。

  1. 一种电梯用减震式控制柜,其特征在于:它包含箱体、箱门、安装板、安装板、散热块、减震弹簧、导向套、导向杆、限位板、连接弹簧;箱体的前端安装有箱门,所述箱体的内部设置有安装板,安装板的上下端均通过减震弹簧与箱体的内侧壁连接,所述安装板的底部安装有套管,套管的前端安装有导向套,导向套内穿接有导向杆,导向杆的前端与箱体的内侧壁连接,所述导向杆的后端安装有限位板,限位板的后端通过连接弹簧与安装板的底部连接。
