本发明提供了一种基于智能终端的相机启动方法及相机启动系统。本发明提供的技术方案,相较于现有技术,用户无需拖拉相机图标,仅需点击触动即可触发相机应用程序,操作更为便捷。用户可对触发相机应用界面的尺寸和/或位置进行自行调整,设置更为人性化,以满足不同用户的不同需求。此外,通过本发明提供的相机启动方法及相机启动系统拍摄后的图像,用户可以在锁屏状态下进行预览,无需先解除屏幕锁定,为用户提供了一种新的使用体验。

实施例一 如图1所示,为符合本发明实施例中的一种基于智能终端的相机启动方法流程示意图。本发明实施例中提供了一种基于智能终端,如手机、平板电脑等的相机启动方法,具体地,本发明实施例中的相机启动方法包括如下步骤:
于所述智能终端的快速启动器关联一相机应用程序;
用户在快速启动器Launcher中建立启动相机程序,调用智能终端中的相机应用程序,以完成该相机应用程序与智能终端Launcher的关联操作。
其中,Launcher作为Android系统的第一大应用,承担着显示安卓桌面系统,处理人机交互的重要职责。Android系统启动后就会首先启动Launcher,为用户提供终端设备的丰富内容入口以及其他各类应用入口。
其中,相机应用程序包括智能终端系统本体自带的相机应用程序及用户通过第三方应用平台下载安装的相机应用程序。
其中,关联完成后,Launcher默认用户可以通过向智能终端屏幕发出一点击的触发指令触发启动已与智能终端的Launcher关联的相机应用程序。优选地,点击触发指令的实施过程具体为点击触发对象1次,且0.6秒内没有再次点击触发对象。优选地,用户 也可以通过自定义设置,选择自己喜欢的或惯用的触发与Launcher关联的相机应用程序的触发方式。

优选地,根据本发明实施例中提供的相机启动方法在Launcher中启动相机应用程序并显示该相机应用程序的应用界面后,用户可以根据各自喜好或习惯对应用界面的尺寸大小和/或位置进行调整。默认的应用界面尺寸大小为与屏幕尺寸大小相同,应用界面占满整个智能终端的屏幕。若用户需要对其大小进行调整,可通过两根手指的合并与分开来实现。将两个手指放置于需要调整的应用界面上,当两根手指同时向内靠拢合并时,应用界面变小;当两根手指同时向外分开时,应用界面变大。应用界面的尺寸大小变化随着手指的滑动而改变,当两根手指停止划动时,应用界面的尺寸也随之停止变化,固定在手指停止划动时的尺寸。进一步地,用户还可以通过手指旋转转换应用界面的方向,如通过手指旋转带动应用界面旋转45度角度。此外,若用户需要调整应用界面的位置时,仅需用手指拖动应用界面直到需要显示应用界面的位置再放开手指即可。
优选地,所述相机启动方法进一步包含获取一拍摄指令,通过所述应用界面采集一拍摄图像。
优选地,本发明实施例中提供的相机启动方法进一步包含通过相机应用程序采集拍摄图像。用户可以对通过相机应用程序的应用界面中的拍摄窗口采集一拍摄图像。例如,用户通过按下应用界面中的拍摄按钮,采集到一拍摄窗口中显示的拍摄图像。
优选地,于采集一拍摄图像的步骤之后,所述智能终端通过所述应用界面在所述锁屏状态下显示一预览图像。

优选地,所述相机启动系统进一步包含一采集模块,与所述指令模块通讯连接;所述指令模块进一步获取一拍摄指令,并发送所述拍摄指令至所述采集模块,所述采集模块通过所述应用界面采集一拍摄图像。
优选地,本发明实施例中提供的相机启动系统进一步包含一采集模块。采集模块与指令模块通讯连接,当用户对应用界面发出拍摄指令后,指令模块接收该拍摄指令,并通过通讯连接发送拍摄指令至采集模块,采集模块通过相机应用程序采集拍摄图像。例如,用户通过按下应用界面中的拍摄按钮发出拍摄指令,指令模块接收到拍摄指令,通过通讯连接,发送拍摄指令到采集模块,采集模块根据拍摄指令采集一拍摄窗口中显示的拍摄图像。

优选地,本发明实施例中的相机启动系统进一步包含一预览模块,该预览模块与采集模块通讯连接。采集模块采集一拍摄图像后,通过通讯连接发送采集所得的拍摄图像至预览模块。预览模块可以在智能终端处于锁屏状态的条件下,显示预览图像。也就是说,用户无需进行屏幕解锁,即可直接通过应用界面中的预览窗口预览到采集所得的拍摄图像。
优选地,所述指令模块进一步获取一关闭指令,并发送所述关闭指令至所述控制模块,所述控制模块关闭所述应用界面。
优选地,本发明实施例中提供的相机启动系统中的指令模块在接收到用户发出的触发指令触发Launcher中的相机应用程序,并通过通讯连接发送至控制模块,控制模块根据触发指令开启相机应用程序的应用界面后,指令模块还可以进一步接收用户向应用界面发出的关闭指令,控制模块根据接收所得的关闭指令关闭相机应用程序的应用界面。与触发方式相同,在Launcher中关联相机应用程序时,用户可以使用默认的关闭Launcher中的相机应用程序的关闭方式,也可以根据自己喜好或习惯通过设置模块自行设置Launcher中相机应用程序的关闭方式。关闭方式与触发方式需要区分开,不得采用同一种方式。

    根据所述触发指令,启动所述相机应用程序,并于所述快速启动器中显示一所述相机应用程序的应用界面。

  7. 如权利要求6所述的相机启动系统,其特征在于,所述控制模块进一步用于调整所述应用界面的尺寸和/或位置;所述调整包括缩放、拖动、旋转中的一种或多种。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的相机启动系统,其特征在于,所述相机启动系统进一步包含一采集模块,与所述指令模块通讯连接;所述指令模块进一步获取一拍摄指令,并发送所述拍摄指令至所述采集模块,所述采集模块通过所述应用界面采集一拍摄图像。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的相机启动系统,其特征在于,所述相机启动系统进一步包含一预览模块,与所述采集模块通讯连接,于所述锁屏状态下显示一预览图像。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的相机启动系统,其特征在于,所述指令模块进一步获取一关闭指令,并发送所述关闭指令至所述控制模块,所述控制模块关闭所述应用界面。
