Abstract
동물 세포에서 인터페론의 발현 수준을 증가시키기 위한 조성물 또는 키트, 항바이러스용 조성물, 및 이들을 이용한 동물 세포에서 인터페론의 발현 수준을 증가시키는 방법을 제공한다. 이에 의하면, 동물세포에서 DME의 발현을 유도함으로써 세포 분열 없이도 IFNβ의 발현 증가에 의해 빠른 시간 내에 항바이러스 반응을 유도할 수 있다.
