Abstract
La présente invention concerne une micropuce de culture cellulaire tridimensionnelle ayant une membrane perméable nanoporeuse fixée à celle-ci et un procédé de fabrication associé. La présente invention peut cultiver des cellules d'une manière tridimensionnelle avec la membrane perméable nanoporeuse servant d'échafaudage cellulaire et peut injecter des cellules au moyen d'une pluralité de canaux microfluidiques ou fournir un médicament, une substance sécrétée par des cellules, ou un matériau biologiquement actif par diffusion.
