本发明涉及一种咖啡机, 尤其涉及一种自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造 机。
背景技术
现有技术中的全自动咖啡胶囊制造机, 只有各类不同品牌 /尺寸 和味道的咖啡胶囊待售, 大部份是品牌商以大量工业生产形式生产 几种单一味道的咖啡胶囊, 另有非常小量用家自行制造个人味道的 咖啡胶囊。 如选购品牌商的胶囊用家无个人咖啡味道选择和一次性 使用不够环保, 但如果自行制造个人口味咖啡胶囊, 操作程序多, 操作麻烦、 费时和易弄脏。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷或不足, 本发明所要解决的技术问 题是: 提供一种能够解决现有技术中咖啡机制造的咖啡口味单一操 作程序复杂的技术问题的全自动咖啡机。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明采取的技术方案为提供一种自动磨 粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 包括底座、 自动转动操作平台、 咖啡杯卸载装 置、 咖啡豆研磨装置、 咖啡粉缓存器、 压粉除粉装置、 咖啡盖卸载 装置及封盖装置; 所述自动转动操作平台设置于所述底座上; 所述 自动转动操作平台能够根据咖啡胶囊的制作状态转动; 所述自动转 动操作平台上设有若干第一孔洞, 所述自动转动操作平台的下方还 设有若干第一检测装置; 所述第一孔洞: 用于承载咖啡杯; 所述第 一检测装置: 用于检测咖啡杯在所述自动转动操作平台上的工作位 置; 所述咖啡豆研磨装置、 所述咖啡粉缓存器、 所述压粉除粉装置、 所述咖啡杯卸载装置、 所述咖啡盖卸载装置及所述封盖装置皆固定 于所述底座上; 所述咖啡豆研磨装置包括咖啡豆储存仓、 第一马达、 转轴、 磨刀组件、 咖啡粉收集器及刮粉片; 所述第一马达与所述转 轴横向固定连接, 所述咖啡豆存储仓、 所述磨刀组件及所述刮粉片 依次向远离所述第一马达的方向固定于所述转轴上, 所述刮粉片固 定于所述转轴的尾部; 所述刮粉片位于所述咖啡粉收集器中。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述磨刀组件还包括磨刀支架、 第 一磨刀、 第二磨刀, 所述磨刀支架竖向固定于所述转轴上, 所述第 一磨刀于第二磨刀分别可拆卸固定于所述磨刀支架上。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述咖啡研磨装置还包括磨刀间距 调控器, 所述磨刀间距调控器: 用于调控磨刀之间的距离来调控研 磨的咖啡粉的粗细。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述咖啡豆存储仓下部还设有一第 一弹簧, 所述第一弹簧嵌套在所述转轴中, 所述第一弹簧的一端与 所述咖啡豆存储仓相接, 所述第一弹簧的另一端与所述磨刀组件的 相接。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述咖啡粉缓存器包括一第二马达、 第二检测装置及一可移动机械件; 所述第二马达用于驱动所述可移 动机械件移动; 所述第二检测装置: 用于检测所述可移动机械件是 否到位; 所述可移动机械件内设有一体积可变的圆柱空腔, 所述圆 柱空腔用于存放自所述咖啡粉收集器传送的咖啡粉, 当所述圆柱空 腔装满咖啡粉, 所述第二马达驱动所述可移动机械件移动。 其中, 所述体积可变的具体方法可以是: 替换不同固定体积的暂存器或组 件。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述压粉除粉装置包括第三马达、 第三检测装置、 第二弹簧、 压粉棒、 平刮及一废物存储箱; 所述第 三马达与所述压粉棒相连, 所述第二弹簧嵌套于所述压粉棒上; 所 述第三马达: 用于带动所述压粉棒上下移动; 所述第三检测装置: 用于检测压粉棒是否到位; 所述第二弹簧: 用于缓冲所述第三马达 施加在所述压粉棒上的压力, 所述平刮: 用于清除咖啡杯外多余的 咖啡粉; 所述废物存储箱: 用于存储废弃的咖啡粉。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
如图 1-2 所示, 本发明提供一种自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 用 于咖啡胶囊、 茶叶胶囊或者红豆胶囊的制作上, 茶叶胶囊及红豆胶 囊的制作与咖啡胶囊的制作的操作步骤无本质区别, 都是通过研磨 装置研磨成粉后制作成胶囊; 且也不仅限于茶叶胶囊、 红豆胶囊的 制作, 也可以是其他饮料或者食品的胶囊制作。 所述的自动磨粉咖 啡胶囊制造机包括底座 0、 自动转动操作平台 1、 咖啡杯卸载装置 2、 咖啡豆研磨装置 3、 咖啡粉缓存器 4、 压粉除粉装置 5、 咖啡盖卸载 装置 6及封盖装置 7; 所述自动转动操作平台 1 设置于所述底座 0 上; 所述自动转动操作平台 1 能够根据咖啡胶囊的制作状态转动; 所述自动转动操作平台 1 上设有若干第一孔洞, 所述自动转动操作 平台 1 的下方还设有若干第一检测装置 102 ; 所述第一孔洞: 用于 承载咖啡杯 802; 所述第一检测装置 102 : 用于检测咖啡杯 802在所 述自动转动操作平台 1 上的工作位置; 所述咖啡杯卸载装置 2、 所 述咖啡豆研磨装置 3、 所述咖啡粉缓存器 4、 所述压粉除粉装置 5、 所述咖啡盖卸载装置 6及所述封盖装置 7 皆固定于所述底座 0上; 如图 5所示: 所述咖啡豆研磨装置 3包括咖啡豆储存仓 304、 第一 马达 301、 转轴 303、 磨刀组件、 咖啡粉收集器 307及刮粉片 309; 所述第一马达 301 与所述转轴 303横向固定连接, 所述咖啡豆存储 仓 304、 所述磨刀组件及所述刮粉片 309 依次向远离所述第一马达 301 的方向固定于所述转轴 303上, 所述刮粉片 309 固定于所述转 轴 303的尾部; 所述刮粉片 309位于所述咖啡粉收集器 307中。
一般研磨机内, 马达是垂直的, 跟研磨的刀片跟轴心, 都是同 一个轴心上连接在一起, 马达的扭力的要求, 可以减少一些, 缺点 是, 如果是家用, 把刀片拆下来清洗的话, 拆开的流程很复杂, 另 外若装配不好, 极易弄坏整个研磨部份。 所以, 如图 5-7 所示, 我 们就把第一马达 301部份设计成与转轴 303 的轴心、 刀片成直角, 并通过一定比例的齿轮设计, 补偿扭力减少的问题。
其中, 所述磨刀组件包括磨刀支架 305c、 第一磨刀 305a、 第二 磨刀 305b, 所述磨刀支架 305c竖向固定于所述转轴 303上, 所述 第一磨刀 305a与所述第二磨刀 305b分别可拆卸固定于所述磨刀支 架 305c上。 所述第一磨刀 305a与所述第二磨刀 305b之间的间距能 够调节; 所述咖啡研磨装置还包括磨刀间距调控器 306, 所述磨刀 间距调控器 306 : 用于调控磨刀之间的距离来调控研磨的咖啡粉的 粗细。 通过所述磨刀间距调控器 306 调节磨刀与磨刀之间的间距; 能够通过调节齿轮配合 310a与齿轮 310b之间的啮合程度, 调节磨 刀与磨刀之间的距离。 具体地, 所述磨刀间距调控器 306包括一第 一齿轮 310a及一第二齿轮 310b; 当需要调整磨刀间距时, 推动 /转 动磨刀间距调控器 306, 通过所述第一齿轮 310a及所述第二 310b 配合(类似于螺紋配合)带动转动, 第二齿轮 310b 推动磨刀 305a, 从而使磨刀 305a沿着转轴上下移动, 达到调整第一磨刀 305a与第 二磨刀 305b 之间间距大小的目的。 所述第一马达 301 与所述转轴 303之间还设有一马达连接器 302, 可以直接通过将所述马达连接器 302 向上推动, 即可将所述第一马达 301 与转轴 303直接分离; 所 述转轴 303 的尾端还包括一紧固螺丝 308, 可以通过拆卸所述紧固 螺丝 308将所述刮粉片 309拆卸下, 再卸下磨刀间距调控器 306及 磨刀组件, 最后将所述咖啡豆存储仓 304 卸下。 所述咖啡豆存储仓 304 下部还设有一第一弹簧, 所述第一弹簧嵌套在所述转轴 303 中, 所述第一弹簧的一端与所述咖啡豆存储仓 304 相接, 所述第一弹簧 的另一端与所述磨刀组件的相接。
如图 3所示, 所述自动转动操作平台 1 的下部还设有一步进马 达 103驱动, 所述步进马达 103通过一齿轮与所述自动转动操作平 台 1 上的齿轮内啮合, 具体的, 所述自动转动平台 1 包括一转盘 101, 所述步进马达 103通过齿轮驱动所述转盘 101旋转, 所述第一 孔洞即设置于所述转盘 101上; 在所述步进马达 103 的一侧还设有 一第一检测装置 102, 所述第一检测装置 102 为一红外检测器: 用 于检测所述第一孔洞中是否有咖啡杯 802, 及检测咖啡杯 802 在所 述自动旋转平台上的工作位置, 并进行制定的操作, 如注粉、 压粉 等。
如图 4所示, 所述咖啡杯卸载装置 2包括一第五马达 201、 第 五检测装置 202、 一卸载机构 203及咖啡杯托盘; 所述第五马达 201 通过卸载机构 203推动咖啡杯托盘上的咖啡杯 802落入所述第一孔 洞中; 所述第五检测装置 202: 用于咖啡杯托盘中是否有咖啡杯 802, 具体的, 所述咖啡盖卸载装置 6 内, 所述第四检测装置 602包括 3 个检测模组, 其中 2个用于检测所述推杆的位置, 最后一个用于检测 所述咖啡杯托盘中是否有咖啡杯 802。
当在磨粉时, 咖啡豆自所述咖啡豆存储仓 304 中进入磨刀间研 磨, 其中, 所述咖啡杯研磨装置 2 中还设有一电流检测装置: 用于 检测磨刀之间是否有咖啡豆, 若无咖啡豆则通知用户添加咖啡豆或 停止操作, 其检测方法为: 利用该电流检测装置检测马达电流决定 是否有咖啡豆在研磨机装置内。 研磨成粉的咖啡豆进入所述咖啡粉 收集器 307 中存储, 然后在所述刮粉片 309 的旋转作用下, 咖啡粉 进入咖啡粉缓存器 4中。
如图 8所示, 所述咖啡粉缓存器 4包括一第二马达 401、 第二 检测装置 402及一可移动机械件 403 ; 所述第二马达 401 用于驱动 所述可移动机械件 403 移动; 所述第二检测装置 402 : 用于检测所 述可移动机械件 403是否到位; 所述可移动机械件 403 内设有一体 积可变的圆柱空腔, 所述圆柱空腔用于存放自所述咖啡粉收集器 307传送的咖啡粉, 当所述圆柱空腔装满咖啡粉, 所述第二马达 401 驱动所述可移动机械件 403 移动。 用户可以通过改变或者更换圆柱 空腔的大小来改变咖啡胶囊 8的包装体积。
在研磨前, 所述咖啡粉缓存器 4在所述咖啡粉收集器 307 的出 口等待, 当研磨的马达开动, 刮粉片 309 转动并推动咖啡粉至咖啡 粉缓存器 4; 当咖啡粉缓存器 4被填满, 咖啡粉缓存器 4会从咖啡 粉收集器 307 的咖啡粉出口移动到咖啡杯 802 的上部, 并通过自动 转动操作平台 1将已经填满的咖啡杯 802移动到所述压粉除粉装置 55下, 进行压粉、 刮粉操作。
如图 9所示, 所述压粉除粉装置 5包括第三马达 501、 第三检 测装置 502、 第二弹簧 503、 压粉棒 504、 平刮 505及一废物存储箱 506; 所述第三马达 501与所述压粉棒 504相连, 所述第二弹簧 503 嵌套于所述压粉棒 504 上; 所述第三马达 501 : 用于带动所述压粉 棒 503上下移动; 所述第三检测装置 502 : 用于检测压粉棒 504是 否到位, 所述第三检测装置 502包括 2个位置传感器, 设置于所述 压粉除粉装置 5 的一侧或内部, 来达到检测压粉棒 504位置的目的; 所述第二弹簧 503 : 用于缓冲所述第三马达 501 施加在所述压粉棒 504上的压力, 防止压粉棒 503直接冲压在咖啡杯 802上导致压坏 咖啡杯 802。 所述平刮: 用于清除咖啡杯 802 外多余的咖啡粉; 所 述废物存储箱 506: 用于存储废弃的咖啡粉。
如图 10所示, 所述咖啡盖卸载装置 6包括一第四马达 601、 第 四检测装置 602、 一推杆、 咖啡盖托盘及一滑行轨道 603 ; 所述第四 马达 601通过驱动所述推杆使咖啡盖 801在所述滑行轨道 603上移 动并盖在咖啡杯 802 上; 所述第四检测装置 602 : 用于检测所述咖 啡盖托盘中是否有咖啡盖 801。
所述封盖装置 7包括一滚筒 700、 滚轴 701、 第三弹簧及一连接 装置; 所述滚轴 701设置于所述滚筒 700的两端, 所述滚轴 701通 过所述第三弹簧与所述连接装置相连。 所述滚筒 700 包括第一滚筒 702及第二滚筒 703 ; 所述第一滚筒 702覆盖于所述第二滚筒 703的 外部; 所述第一滚筒 702 的材料为软胶; 所述第二滚筒 703 的材料 为硬胶; 当咖啡盖 801盖在咖啡杯 802上, 所述封盖装置 7压过所 述咖啡盖 801。
因为本发明封盖装置的设计, 会用嵌入式的独立金属盖设计, 所以在装配时需要有一定的压力, 从咖啡盖 801 的上面往下面垂直 的压下去, 也需要确保是整个都咖啡盖 801上都被滚筒 700压到, 所以所述滚筒 700压过咖啡盖 801就类似于压平道路的车一样把咖 啡盖 801整个都压过。 其中, 所述咖啡杯 802与所述咖啡盖 801密 封交界处还设有一橡胶圈, 所述橡胶圈能确保咖啡胶囊密封, 在冲 制时受压下仍能确保胶囊密封。 另外, 还有一咖啡胶囊的独特设计, 咖啡胶囊入口是以斜啤把 形式注塑成形, 所以当金属盖嵌入咖啡胶囊之后, 咖啡胶囊入口处 的材料会被强行扩大, 使咖啡盖 801和咖啡杯 802互相紧套不能分 离。 金属盖和咖啡杯 802 自行密封设计, 两者会通过滚筒式封盖装 置被加热, 当金属盖下压时其边凸槽钳入胶囊的顶边凹槽内, 因胶 囊边槽放有小量接合剂当被金属盖加热溶解后, 令咖啡盖 801 和咖 啡杯 802的边界完全溶合以达至密封的目的。
一种咖啡胶囊制造方法, 包括如下步骤:
放置咖啡杯: 控制系统在检测到咖啡杯托盘中有空的咖啡杯 802时, 将空的咖啡杯 802放在自动转动操作平台 1上;
磨粉: 控制系统控制咖啡豆落入磨刀组件中, 进行咖啡豆磨粉, 磨好的咖啡粉被暂存在咖啡粉收集器 307中;
注粉: 通过刮粉片 309将咖啡粉刮进咖啡粉缓存器 4 中, 咖啡 粉缓存器 4移动到空的咖啡杯 802 的上部, 并将咖啡粉卸入空的咖 啡杯 802中;
压粉: 装有咖啡粉的咖啡杯 802在自动转动操作平台 1 的转动 下移动至压粉除粉装置 5 下, 所述压粉除粉装置 5通过压粉棒 504 自上而下将咖啡杯 802中的咖啡粉向下按压;
刮粉: 通过平刮 505将咖啡杯 802上多余的咖啡粉刮出到废物 存储箱 506中;
封装: 刮粉后的咖啡杯 802在自动转动操作平台 1 的转动下移 动至咖啡盖卸载装置 6 下, 通过所述咖啡盖卸载装置 6 将咖啡盖 801盖在咖啡杯 802上;
封盖: 控制系统控制封盖装置 7 自封装好的咖啡杯 801上滚压 封盖;
推出: 封盖后, 自动转动操作平台 1 继续转动, 封盖完成的咖 啡杯掉入成品仓。
其中, 步骤磨粉前还包括步骤:
通过调节磨刀间距调控器 307 控制磨刀与磨刀之间的间距, 调 控咖啡粉的粗细程度。

3. 根据权利要求 2所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述咖啡研磨装置还包括磨刀间距调控器, 所述磨刀间距调控器: 用于调控磨刀之间的距离来调控研磨的咖啡粉的粗细。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述咖啡豆存储仓下部还设有一第一弹簧, 所述第一弹簧嵌套在所 述转轴中, 所述第一弹簧的一端与所述咖啡豆存储仓相接, 所述第 一弹簧的另一端与所述磨刀组件的相接。

6. 根据权利要求 5所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述压粉除粉装置包括第三马达、 第三检测装置、 第二弹簧、 压粉 棒、 平刮及一废物存储箱; 所述第三马达与所述压粉棒相连, 所述 第二弹簧嵌套于所述压粉棒上; 所述第三马达: 用于带动所述压粉 棒上下移动; 所述第三检测装置: 用于检测所述压粉棒是否到位; 所述第二弹簧: 用于缓冲所述第三马达施加在所述压粉棒上的压力, 所述平刮: 用于清除咖啡杯外多余的咖啡粉; 所述废物存储箱: 用 于存储废弃的咖啡粉。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述咖啡盖卸载装置包括一第四马达、 第四检测装置、 一推杆、 咖 啡盖托盘及一滑行轨道; 所述第四马达通过驱动所述推杆使咖啡盖 在所述滑行轨道上移动并盖在咖啡杯上; 所述第四检测装置: 用于 检测所述咖啡盖托盘中是否有咖啡盖。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述封盖装置包括一滚筒、 滚轴、 第三弹簧及一连接装置; 所述滚 轴设置于所述滚筒的两端, 所述滚轴通过所述第三弹簧与所述连接 装置相连。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述滚筒包括第一滚筒及第二滚筒; 所述第一滚筒覆盖于所述第二 滚筒的外部; 所述第一滚筒的材料为软胶; 所述第二滚筒的材料为 硬胶; 当咖啡盖盖在咖啡杯上, 所述封盖装置压过所述咖啡盖。
10.根据权利要求 1-9任一项所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特 征在于, 所述咖啡杯卸载装置包括一第五马达、 第五检测装置、 一 卸载机构及咖啡杯托盘; 所述第五马达通过卸载机构推动咖啡杯托 盘上的咖啡杯落入所述第一孔洞中; 所述第五检测装置: 用于咖啡 杯托盘中是否有咖啡杯。
