现有技术中的全自动咖啡胶囊制造机, 只有各类不同品牌 /尺寸 和味道的咖啡胶囊待售,大部份是品牌商以大量工业生产形式生产几 种单一味道的咖啡胶囊,另有非常小量用家自行制造个人味道的咖啡 胶囊。如选购品牌商的胶囊用家无个人咖啡味道选择和一次性使用不 够环保,但如果自行制造个人口味咖啡胶囊,操作程序多,操作麻烦、 费时和易弄脏。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷或不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术 问题是:提供一种能够解决现有技术中咖啡机制造的咖啡口味单一操 作程序复杂的技术问题的全自动咖啡机。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为提供一种自动 磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 包括底座、 自动转动操作平台、 咖啡杯卸载装 置、 咖啡豆研磨装置、 咖啡粉缓存器、 压粉除粉装置、 咖啡盖卸载装 置及封盖装置; 所述自动转动操作平台设置于所述底座上; 所述自动 转动操作平台能够根据咖啡胶囊的制作状态转动;所述自动转动操作 平台上设有若干第一孔洞,所述自动转动操作平台的下方还设有若干 第一检测装置;所述第一孔洞:用于承载咖啡杯;所述第一检测装置: 用于检测咖啡杯在所述自动转动操作平台上的工作位置;所述咖啡豆 研磨装置、 所述咖啡粉缓存器、 所述压粉除粉装置、 所述咖啡杯卸载 装置、所述咖啡盖卸载装置及所述封盖装置皆固定于所述底座上; 所 述咖啡豆研磨装置包括咖啡豆储存仓、 第一马达、 转轴、 磨刀组件、 咖啡粉收集器及刮粉片; 所述第一马达与所述转轴横向固定连接, 所 述咖啡豆存储仓、所述磨刀组件及所述刮粉片依次向远离所述第一马 达的方向固定于所述转轴上, 所述刮粉片固定于所述转轴的尾部; 所 述刮粉片位于所述咖啡粉收集器中。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进, 所述磨刀组件还包括磨刀支架、 第一磨刀、 第二磨刀, 所述磨刀支架竖向固定于所述转轴上, 所述第 一磨刀于第二磨刀分别可拆卸固定于所述磨刀支架上。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述咖啡研磨装置还包括磨刀间 距调控器, 所述磨刀间距调控器: 用于调控磨刀之间的距离来调控研 磨的咖啡粉的粗细。

作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述滚筒包括第一滚筒及第二滚 筒; 所述第一滚筒覆盖于所述第二滚筒的外部; 所述第一滚筒的材料 为软胶; 所述第二滚筒的材料为硬胶; 当咖啡盖盖在咖啡杯上, 所述 封盖装置压过所述咖啡盖。

下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本实用新型进一步说明。 如图 1-2所示, 本实用新型提供一种自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 用于咖啡胶囊、茶叶胶囊或者红豆胶囊的制作上, 茶叶胶囊及红豆胶 囊的制作与咖啡胶囊的制作的操作步骤无本质区别,都是通过研磨装 置研磨成粉后制作成胶囊;且也不仅限于茶叶胶囊、红豆胶囊的制作, 也可以是其他饮料或者食品的胶囊制作。所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制
造机包括底座 0、 自动转动操作平台 1、 咖啡杯卸载装置 2、 咖啡豆 研磨装置 3、 咖啡粉缓存器 4、 压粉除粉装置 5、 咖啡盖卸载装置 6 及封盖装置 7 ; 所述自动转动操作平台 1设置于所述底座 0上; 所述 自动转动操作平台 1能够根据咖啡胶囊的制作状态转动;所述自动转 动操作平台 1上设有若干第一孔洞,所述自动转动操作平台 1的下方 还设有若干第一检测装置 102 ;所述第一孔洞:用于承载咖啡杯 802 ; 所述第一检测装置 102 : 用于检测咖啡杯 802在所述自动转动操作平 台 1上的工作位置;所述咖啡杯卸载装置 2、所述咖啡豆研磨装置 3、 所述咖啡粉缓存器 4、 所述压粉除粉装置 5、 所述咖啡盖卸载装置 6 及所述封盖装置 7皆固定于所述底座 0上; 如图 5所示: 所述咖啡豆 研磨装置 3包括咖啡豆储存仓 304、 第一马达 301、 转轴 303、 磨刀 组件、 咖啡粉收集器 307及刮粉片 309; 所述第一马达 301与所述转 轴 303横向固定连接, 所述咖啡豆存储仓 304、 所述磨刀组件及所述 刮粉片 309依次向远离所述第一马达 301的方向固定于所述转轴 303 上, 所述刮粉片 309固定于所述转轴 303的尾部; 所述刮粉片 309位 于所述咖啡粉收集器 307中。
一般研磨机内, 马达是垂直的, 跟研磨的刀片跟轴心, 都是同一 个轴心上连接在一起, 马达的扭力的要求, 可以减少一些, 缺点是, 如果是家用, 把刀片拆下来清洗的话, 拆开的流程很复杂, 另外若装 配不好, 极易弄坏整个研磨部份。 所以, 如图 5-7所示, 我们就把第 一马达 301部份设计成与转轴 303的轴心、刀片成直角, 并通过一定 比例的齿轮设计, 补偿扭力减少的问题。
其中, 所述磨刀组件包括磨刀支架 305c、 第一磨刀 305a、 第二 磨刀 305b, 所述磨刀支架 305c竖向固定于所述转轴 303上, 所述第 一磨刀 305a与所述第二磨刀 305b分别可拆卸固定于所述磨刀支架 305c上。 所述第一磨刀 305a与所述第二磨刀 305b之间的间距能够 调节; 所述咖啡研磨装置还包括磨刀间距调控器 306, 所述磨刀间距 调控器 306 : 用于调控磨刀之间的距离来调控研磨的咖啡粉的粗细。 通过所述磨刀间距调控器 306调节磨刀与磨刀之间的间距;能够通过 调节齿轮配合 310a与齿轮 310b之间的啮合程度,调节磨刀与磨刀之 间的距离。 具体地, 所述磨刀间距调控器 306包括一第一齿轮 310a 及一第二齿轮 310b; 当需要调整磨刀间距时, 推动 /转动磨刀间距调 控器 306, 通过所述第一齿轮 310a及所述第二 310b配合(类似于螺 紋配合)带动转动, 第二齿轮 310b推动磨刀 305a, 从而使磨刀 305a 沿着转轴上下移动,达到调整第一磨刀 305a与第二磨刀 305b之间间 距大小的目的。所述第一马达 301与所述转轴 303之间还设有一马达 连接器 302, 可以直接通过将所述马达连接器 302向上推动, 即可将 所述第一马达 301与转轴 303直接分离;所述转轴 303的尾端还包括
一紧固螺丝 308, 可以通过拆卸所述紧固螺丝 308将所述刮粉片 309 拆卸下, 再卸下磨刀间距调控器 306及磨刀组件, 最后将所述咖啡豆 存储仓 304卸下。所述咖啡豆存储仓 304下部还设有一第一弹簧, 所 述第一弹簧嵌套在所述转轴 303中,所述第一弹簧的一端与所述咖啡 豆存储仓 304相接, 所述第一弹簧的另一端与所述磨刀组件的相接。
如图 3所示,所述自动转动操作平台 1的下部还设有一步进马达 103驱动, 所述步进马达 103通过一齿轮与所述自动转动操作平台 1 上的齿轮内啮合, 具体的, 所述自动转动平台 1包括一转盘 101, 所 述步进马达 103通过齿轮驱动所述转盘 101旋转,所述第一孔洞即设 置于所述转盘 101上;在所述步进马达 103的一侧还设有一第一检测 装置 102, 所述第一检测装置 102为一红外检测器: 用于检测所述第 一孔洞中是否有咖啡杯 802, 及检测咖啡杯 802在所述自动旋转平台 上的工作位置, 并进行制定的操作, 如注粉、 压粉等。
如图 4所示, 所述咖啡杯卸载装置 2包括一第五马达 201、 第五 检测装置 202、 一卸载机构 203及咖啡杯托盘; 所述第五马达 201通 过卸载机构 203推动咖啡杯托盘上的咖啡杯 802落入所述第一孔洞中; 所述第五检测装置 202 : 用于咖啡杯托盘中是否有咖啡杯 802, 具体 的, 所述咖啡盖卸载装置 6内, 所述第四检测装置 602包括 3个检测 模组, 其中 2个用于检测所述推杆的位置, 最后一个用于检测所述咖啡 杯托盘中是否有咖啡杯 802。
当在磨粉时,咖啡豆自所述咖啡豆存储仓 304中进入磨刀间研磨, 其中, 所述咖啡杯研磨装置 2中还设有一电流检测装置: 用于检测磨 刀之间是否有咖啡豆,若无咖啡豆则通知用户添加咖啡豆或停止操作, 其检测方法为:利用该电流检测装置检测马达电流决定是否有咖啡豆 在研磨机装置内。研磨成粉的咖啡豆进入所述咖啡粉收集器 307中存 储, 然后在所述刮粉片 309的旋转作用下, 咖啡粉进入咖啡粉缓存器 4中。
如图 8所示, 所述咖啡粉缓存器 4包括一第二马达 401、 第二检 测装置 402及一可移动机械件 403; 所述第二马达 401用于驱动所述 可移动机械件 403移动; 所述第二检测装置 402: 用于检测所述可移 动机械件 403是否到位;所述可移动机械件 403内设有一体积可变的 圆柱空腔,所述圆柱空腔用于存放自所述咖啡粉收集器 307传送的咖 啡粉, 当所述圆柱空腔装满咖啡粉, 所述第二马达 401驱动所述可移 动机械件 403移动。用户可以通过改变或者更换圆柱空腔的大小来改 变咖啡胶囊 8的包装体积。
在研磨前,所述咖啡粉缓存器 4在所述咖啡粉收集器 307的出口 等待, 当研磨的马达开动, 刮粉片 309转动并推动咖啡粉至咖啡粉缓 存器 4; 当咖啡粉缓存器 4被填满, 咖啡粉缓存器 4会从咖啡粉收集
器 307的咖啡粉出口移动到咖啡杯 802的上部,并通过自动转动操作 平台 1将已经填满的咖啡杯 802移动到所述压粉除粉装置 55下, 进 行压粉、 刮粉操作。
如图 9所示, 所述压粉除粉装置 5包括第三马达 501、 第三检测 装置 502、第二弹簧 503、压粉棒 504、平刮 505及一废物存储箱 506; 所述第三马达 501与所述压粉棒 504相连,所述第二弹簧 503嵌套于 所述压粉棒 504上; 所述第三马达 501 : 用于带动所述压粉棒 503上 下移动; 所述第三检测装置 502 : 用于检测压粉棒 504是否到位, 所 述第三检测装置 502包括 2个位置传感器,设置于所述压粉除粉装置 5的一侧或内部, 来达到检测压粉棒 504位置的目的; 所述第二弹簧 503: 用于缓冲所述第三马达 501施加在所述压粉棒 504上的压力, 防止压粉棒 503直接冲压在咖啡杯 802上导致压坏咖啡杯 802。 所述 平刮: 用于清除咖啡杯 802外多余的咖啡粉; 所述废物存储箱 506 : 用于存储废弃的咖啡粉。
如图 10所示, 所述咖啡盖卸载装置 6包括一第四马达 601、 第 四检测装置 602、 一推杆、 咖啡盖托盘及一滑行轨道 603 ; 所述第四 马达 601通过驱动所述推杆使咖啡盖 801在所述滑行轨道 603上移动 并盖在咖啡杯 802上; 所述第四检测装置 602 : 用于检测所述咖啡盖 托盘中是否有咖啡盖 801。
所述封盖装置 7包括一滚筒 700、 滚轴 701、 第三弹簧及一连接 装置; 所述滚轴 701设置于所述滚筒 700的两端, 所述滚轴 701通过 所述第三弹簧与所述连接装置相连。 所述滚筒 700包括第一滚筒 702 及第二滚筒 703 ;所述第一滚筒 702覆盖于所述第二滚筒 703的外部; 所述第一滚筒 702的材料为软胶; 所述第二滚筒 703的材料为硬胶; 当咖啡盖 801盖在咖啡杯 802上, 所述封盖装置 7压过所述咖啡盖 801。
因为本实用新型封盖装置的设计,会用嵌入式的独立金属盖设计, 所以在装配时需要有一定的压力,从咖啡盖 801的上面往下面垂直的 压下去, 也需要确保是整个都咖啡盖 801上都被滚筒 700压到, 所以 所述滚筒 700压过咖啡盖 801就类似于压平道路的车一样把咖啡盖 801整个都压过。 其中, 所述咖啡杯 802与所述咖啡盖 801密封交界 处还设有一橡胶圈, 所述橡胶圈能确保咖啡胶囊密封, 在冲制时受压 下仍能确保胶囊密封。
另外, 还有一咖啡胶囊的独特设计, 咖啡胶囊入口是以斜啤把形 式注塑成形, 所以当金属盖嵌入咖啡胶囊之后, 咖啡胶囊入口处的材 料会被强行扩大, 使咖啡盖 801和咖啡杯 802互相紧套不能分离。金 属盖和咖啡杯 802自行密封设计,两者会通过滚筒式封盖装置被加热, 当金属盖下压时其边凸槽钳入胶囊的顶边凹槽内,因胶囊边槽放有小
量接合剂当被金属盖加热溶解后,令咖啡盖 801和咖啡杯 802的边界 完全溶合以达至密封的目的。
一种咖啡胶囊制造方法, 包括如下步骤:
放置咖啡杯: 控制系统在检测到咖啡杯托盘中有空的咖啡杯 802 时, 将空的咖啡杯 802放在自动转动操作平台 1上;
磨粉: 控制系统控制咖啡豆落入磨刀组件中, 进行咖啡豆磨粉, 磨好的咖啡粉被暂存在咖啡粉收集器 307中;
注粉: 通过刮粉片 309将咖啡粉刮进咖啡粉缓存器 4中, 咖啡粉 缓存器 4移动到空的咖啡杯 802的上部,并将咖啡粉卸入空的咖啡杯 802中;
压粉:装有咖啡粉的咖啡杯 802在自动转动操作平台 1的转动下 移动至压粉除粉装置 5下,所述压粉除粉装置 5通过压粉棒 504自上 而下将咖啡杯 802中的咖啡粉向下按压;
刮粉:通过平刮 505将咖啡杯 802上多余的咖啡粉刮出到废物存 储箱 506中;
封装:刮粉后的咖啡杯 802在自动转动操作平台 1的转动下移动 至咖啡盖卸载装置 6下,通过所述咖啡盖卸载装置 6将咖啡盖 801盖 在咖啡杯 802上;
封盖:控制系统控制封盖装置 7自封装好的咖啡杯 801上滚压封 生 rm, .,
推出: 封盖后, 自动转动操作平台 1继续转动, 封盖完成的咖啡 杯掉入成品仓。
其中, 步骤磨粉前还包括步骤:
通过调节磨刀间距调控器 307控制磨刀与磨刀之间的间距,调控 咖啡粉的粗细程度。

1. 一种自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 包括底座、 自动转 动操作平台、 咖啡杯卸载装置、 咖啡豆研磨装置、 咖啡粉缓存器、 压 粉除粉装置、咖啡盖卸载装置及封盖装置; 所述自动转动操作平台设 置于所述底座上;所述自动转动操作平台能够根据咖啡胶囊的制作状 态转动; 所述自动转动操作平台上设有若干第一孔洞, 所述自动转动 操作平台的下方还设有若干第一检测装置; 所述第一孔洞: 用于承载 咖啡杯; 所述第一检测装置: 用于检测咖啡杯在自动转动操作平台上 的工作位置; 所述咖啡豆研磨装置、所述咖啡粉缓存器、 所述压粉除 粉装置、所述咖啡杯卸载装置、所述咖啡盖卸载装置及所述封盖装置 皆固定于所述底座上; 所述咖啡豆研磨装置包括第一马达、咖啡豆储 存仓、 转轴、 磨刀组件、 咖啡粉收集器及刮粉片; 所述第一马达与所 述转轴横向固定连接, 所述咖啡豆存储仓、所述磨刀组件及所述刮粉 片依次向远离所述第一马达的方向固定于所述转轴上,所述刮粉片固 定于所述转轴的尾部; 所述刮粉片位于所述咖啡粉收集器中。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述磨刀组件还包括磨刀支架、 第一磨刀、 第二磨刀, 所述磨刀支架 竖向固定于所述转轴上,所述第一磨刀于第二磨刀分别可拆卸固定于 所述磨刀支架上。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述咖啡研磨装置还包括磨刀间距调控器, 所述磨刀间距调控器: 用 于调控磨刀之间的距离来调控研磨的咖啡粉的粗细。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述咖啡豆存储仓下部还设有一第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧嵌套在所述 转轴中, 所述第一弹簧的一端与所述咖啡豆存储仓相接, 所述第一弹 簧的另一端与所述磨刀组件的相接。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述咖啡粉缓存器包括一第二马达、第二检测装置及一可移动机械件; 所述第二马达用于驱动所述可移动机械件移动; 所述第二检测装置: 用于检测所述可移动机械件是否到位;所述可移动机械件内设有一体 积可变的圆柱空腔,所述圆柱空腔用于存放自所述咖啡粉收集器传送 的咖啡粉, 当所述圆柱空腔装满咖啡粉, 所述第二马达驱动所述可移 动机械件移动。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述压粉除粉装置包括第三马达、第三检测装置、第二弹簧、压粉棒、 平刮及一废物存储箱; 所述第三马达与所述压粉棒相连, 所述第二弹 簧嵌套于所述压粉棒上; 所述第三马达: 用于带动所述压粉棒上下移 动; 所述第三检测装置: 用于检测所述压粉棒是否到位; 所述第二弹 簧: 用于缓冲所述第三马达施加在所述压粉棒上的压力, 所述平刮:
用于清除咖啡杯外多余的咖啡粉; 所述废物存储箱: 用于存储废弃的 咖啡粉。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述咖啡盖卸载装置包括一第四马达、 第四检测装置、一推杆、 咖啡 盖托盘及一滑行轨道;所述第四马达通过驱动所述推杆使咖啡盖在所 述滑行轨道上移动并盖在咖啡杯上; 所述第四检测装置: 用于检测所 述咖啡盖托盘中是否有咖啡盖。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述封盖装置包括一滚筒、滚轴、第三弹簧及一连接装置; 所述滚轴 设置于所述滚筒的两端,所述滚轴通过所述第三弹簧与所述连接装置 相连。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特征在于, 所述滚筒包括第一滚筒及第二滚筒;所述第一滚筒覆盖于所述第二滚 筒的外部;所述第一滚筒的材料为软胶;所述第二滚筒的材料为硬胶; 当咖啡盖盖在咖啡杯上, 所述封盖装置压过所述咖啡盖。
10.根据权利要求 1-9任一项所述的自动磨粉咖啡胶囊制造机, 其特 征在于, 所述咖啡杯卸载装置包括一第五马达、 第五检测装置、 一卸 载机构及咖啡杯托盘;所述第五马达通过卸载机构推动咖啡杯托盘上 的咖啡杯落入所述第一孔洞中; 所述第五检测装置: 用于咖啡杯托盘 中是否有咖啡杯。
