本发明提出一种超市机器人自助验货方法。如图1所示,本发明的方法包括:
S1,扫描放入货物仓内商品的商品条形码,获得商品条形码信息List,同步 地,称取货物仓内商品的商品称取重量C。所述扫描为视觉扫描,可以采用相机、条形码识别模块等设备。所述商品条形码可以是二维码、一维码等。
在本发明中,“同步地”是指几乎同时,货物仓内的视觉扫描以很高的频率(例如毫秒级别)对商品条形码进行扫描,
S2,如果从数据库中读取的商品条形码信息与S1中读取的商品条形码信息一致,则根据商品条形码信息List从商品数据库中读取商品数据库中重量K。否则验证失败。
S3,判断商品数据库中重量K和商品称取重量C之间的误差是否在设定范围内,如果在,则初验通过,否则,初验失败。
在一种情况下,商品一件一件放入货物仓,则对每一件商品重复S1-S3的步骤。同时,本发明的方法还包括:
S4,在货物仓内实现人货隔离,重复S1-S3的步骤进行复验。
在另一种情况下,多件商品被一次性地放入货物仓。那么,就无法如同一件一件放置商品那样,对每件商品的重量和条形码进行验证。此时,本发明的方法为:
在S1中,扫描货物仓内商品的商品条形码,获得商品条形码信息List,同步地,称取货物仓内商品的重量C,其中C为商品称取总重量C0。
在S2中,根据商品条形码信息List从商品数据库中读取商品数据库中重量K,相加得到商品数据库中总重量K0。
在S3中,判断商品数据库中总重量K0和商品称取总重量C0之间的误差是否在设定范围内,如果在,则初验通过,否则,初验失败。
同时,本发明的方法还包括:
S4,进行人货隔离,重复S1-S3的步骤进行复验。其中,人货隔离可以通过关闭货物仓的门,或者将初验后的商品转移到顾客接触不到的区域来实现。
优选地,在S1中,待验货仓门打开开始计时,一定时间(3秒-30秒)之间内,没有商品放入,则关闭验货仓门。
自助验货系统
本发明还提出一种自助验货系统。
参见图2,本发明的自助验货系统RT包括机箱14,机箱14前面板设置有验 货仓门11,机箱14内设置有验货仓门驱动机构10。验货仓门驱动机构10与验货仓门11组成运动机构,当验货仓门驱动机构10的电机的转轴朝一个方向旋转时,验货仓门驱动机构10驱动验货仓门11开启,当验货仓门驱动机构10的电机的转轴朝另一个方向旋转时,验货仓门驱动机构10驱动验货仓门11关闭。验货仓门11处还可以安装安全光栅15。安全光栅15包括两件配对的组件,分别是光栅发射器和光栅接收器,分别平行安装在验货仓门11的左、右门框上。
在机箱14内部设置有货物仓8,验货仓门11开启后顾客即可将商品放入货物仓8。货物仓8设置在吊篮9上,可选地,可以设置多个吊篮9。机箱14前面板上设置有触摸显示屏2、扬声器3和商品信息输出口13。触摸显示屏2用于与顾客信息互动,扬声器3用于声音提示顾客,商品信息输出口13用于输出收银条等凭证。
在吊篮9的底板上安装有电子称6和称盘7,称盘7压在电子称6的重量传感器上,称盘7以平行和贴近吊篮9底板的方式悬在所述底板的正上方,称盘7的盘面可以正好与机箱14的正面面板上的验货仓门11的下门框平齐。
货物仓8内上方(或侧面)设置有视觉扫描装置,视觉扫描装置包括照明灯4和相机5,相机5的镜头对准货物仓8,照明灯4为称盘7提供照明。视觉扫描装置用于扫描放置在货物仓8内的商品12上的条形码。
验货仓门11关闭后,在货物仓8内进行商品的复验,也就是视觉扫描装置扫描商品12的条形码,并同时称重C。将称取的重量C与条形码对应的数据库中重量K相比对,两者在允许范围内并且判断复验时读取的商品条形码信息与初验时读取的商品条形码信息是否一致,一致才能结账。
如图3所示,本发明的自助验货系统RT还包括支付扫码器19、打印机20和收银条出条口21。打印机20安装在机箱14内。支付扫码器19和收银条出条口21安装在机箱14的正面面板上。支付扫码器19和打印机20通过电缆与计算机1的自助收银模块107连接。支付扫码器19用于在顾客付款时读取银行卡、微信、支付宝二维码等。打印机20用于打印收银条并通过收银条出条口21提供给顾客。
图3显示了本发明的自助验货系统背面的结构示意图。本发明的自助验货系统RT还包括:提货仓门22、提货仓门驱动机构23、收银条扫码器25。通过验 证的商品可通过提货仓门22取出。提货仓门22和收银条扫码器25安装在机箱14的背面面板上,提货仓门驱动机构23、收银条扫码器25通过电缆与计算机1的提货仓门驱动控制模块108(见图3)连接。提货仓门驱动机构23用于打开和关闭提货仓门22。收银条扫码器25用于读取打印机20打印的,从收银条出条口21输出的收银条上的二维码,二维码信息正确才打开提货仓门22。
如图3所示,自助验货系统RT还包括:提货仓门安全光栅24。提货仓门安全光栅24包括两件配对的组件,分别是光栅发射器和光栅接收器,分别平行安装在提货仓门22的左、右门框上。提货仓门驱动机构23连接至计算机1的提货仓门驱动控制模块108(见图3)。
图4显示了本发明的自助购物系统的电路原理图。计算机1设置在机箱14内部。计算机1包括图文语音视频提示模块101、商品信息数据模块102、验货仓门驱动控制模块103、条形码识别模块104、称重模块105、自助收银模块107和提货仓门驱动控制模块108。图文语音视频提示模块101、商品信息数据模块102、验货仓门驱动控制模块103和商品信息输出口13分别通过电缆与计算机1连接。触摸显示屏2和扬声器3分别通过电缆与图文语音视频提示模块101连接。验货仓门驱动机构10通过电缆与驱动控制模块103连接。照明灯4和相机5通过电缆与条形码识别模块104连接。电子称6通过电缆与称重模块105连接。支付扫码器19和打印机20通过电缆与自助收银模块107连接。提货仓门驱动机构23、提货仓门安全光栅24、收银条扫码器25通过电缆与提货仓门驱动控制模块108连接。
下面通过使用过程来再次描述本发明的自助验货系统RT。
当有顾客挑选完商品要结账时,通过触摸显示屏2开启自助验货系统RT,计算机1的图文语音视频提示模块101输出提示信息至触摸显示屏2。计算机1的验货仓门驱动控制模块103驱动验货仓门11打开,顾客将商品12放入货物仓8内。初验通过后,验货仓门驱动控制模块103驱动验货仓门11关闭。
验货仓门11关闭后,电子称6对货物仓8内的商品进行称重,将商品称取重量C传输到计算机1的称重模块105。视觉扫描装置高频地进行扫描,因此在很短时间内,视觉扫描装置扫描商品包装上的条形码,将商品信息List传输到计算机1的条形码识别模块104。商品信息数据模块102根据商品条形码从数据库 中读取商品数据库中重量K。计算机1比较商品称取重量C和商品数据库中重量K的重量差是否在一定范围内,如果在允许范围内,并且判断复验时读取的商品条形码信息与初验时读取的商品条形码信息是否一致,一致,则复验通过。
优选地,在上述初验时验货仓门11不关闭,还可以往货物仓8内添加商品。待客户确认不再添加商品后。验货仓门11关闭,再进行复验:视觉扫描装置扫描商品包装上的条形码,将商品信息List传输到计算机1的条形码识别模块104。商品信息数据模块102根据商品条形码从数据库中读取商品数据库中重量K。计算机1比较商品称取重量C和商品数据库中重量K的重量差是否在一定范围内,如果在允许范围内,并且判断复验时读取的商品条形码信息与初验时读取的商品条形码信息是否一致,一致,则复验通过。如果复验通过,自助收银模块107开始收取费用。顾客通过支付扫码器19支付金额,打印机20打印收银条并从收银条出条口21提供给顾客,收银条上还可以记录吊篮9的编号。支付完后,吊篮9运转到货物仓8内的更靠近机箱14背面区域,顾客拿着收银条到机箱14后面,收银条扫码器25扫描该收银条,如果正确,则打开提货仓门22。通过提货仓门22可以取走商品。
以上示意性的对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,该描述没有限制性,附图中所示的只是本发明的几种实施方式,实际的结构也并不局限于此。如果本领域的技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下,采用其它形式的结构、传动以及安装及连接方式不经创造性的设计与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自助验货方法,其特征在于,包括:
    S1,扫描放入货物仓内商品的商品条形码,获得商品条形码信息List,同步地,称取货物仓内商品的商品称取重量C;
    S2,根据商品条形码信息List从商品数据库中读取商品数据库中重量K;
    S3,判断商品数据库中重量K和商品称取重量C之间的误差是否在设定范围内,如果在,则初验通过,否则,初验失败。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自助验货方法,其特征在于,
    商品一件一件放入货物仓时,则对每一件商品重复S1-S3的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自助验货方法,其特征在于,
    当多件商品同时放入货物仓时,
    在S1中,称取货物仓内商品的商品称取总重量C0;
    在S2中,根据商品条形码信息List从商品数据库中读取商品数据库中重量K,相加得到商品数据库中总重量K0;
    在S3中,判断商品数据库中总重量K0和商品称取总重量C0之间的误差是否在设定范围内,如果在,则初验通过,否则,初验失败。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的自助验货方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    S4,在货物仓内实现人货隔离,重复S1-S3的步骤进行复验。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的自助验货方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断复验时读取的商品条形码信息与初验时读取的商品条形码信息是否一致,一致,则复验通过。
  6. 一种自助验货系统,其特征在于,包括:
    机箱(14);
    货物仓(8),用于放置待检验的商品,位于机箱(14)内部;
    视觉扫描装置,用于扫描放入货物仓内商品的商品条形码,获得商品条形码信息List;
    电子称(6),用于在视觉扫描装置工作时,同步称取货物仓(8)内商品的商品称取重量C;
    计算机(1),计算机(1)放置在机箱(14)内,计算机(1)被配置为:
    A1,根据视觉扫描装置扫描的商品条形码信息List从商品数据库中读取商品数据库中重量K;
    A2,判断商品数据库中重量K和商品称取重量C之间的误差是否在设定范围内,如果在,则初验通过,否则,初验失败。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的自助验货系统,其特征在于,包括:
    当商品一件一件放入货物仓(8)时,计算机(1)被配置为:对每一件商品重复A1-A2的步骤进行初验。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的自助验货系统,其特征在于,
    当多件商品同时放入货物仓(8)时,
    电子称(6)称取货物仓内(8)商品的商品称取总重量C0;
    计算机(1)进行如下操作:在A1中,根据商品条形码信息List从商品数据库中读取商品数据库中重量K,相加得到商品数据库中总重量K0;在A2中,判断商品数据库中总重量K0和商品称取总重量C0之间的误差是否在设定范围内,如果在,则初验通过,否则,初验失败。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的自助验货系统,其特征在于,货物仓(8)的门关闭或转移货物仓(8)内的商品实现人货隔离,视觉扫描装置扫描商品的商品条形码,获得商品条形码信息List,
    电子称(6)在视觉扫描装置工作时,同步称取商品的商品称取重量C;
    计算机(1)被配置为:重复A1-A2的步骤进行复验。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的自助验货系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    计算机(1)判断复验时读取的商品条形码信息与初验时读取的商品条形码信息是否一致,一致,则复验通过。
