Description

指定条件的认证方法、认证软件以及认证装置 技术领域
本发明是关于一种通过比较与分析而达到确认用户符合指定条件的认证手段,且特别是关于一种运用行动装置来完成的认证方法、认证软件、用于进行认证的装置及服务器。
背景技术
近年来,随着科技的进步,许多需要用户本人亲自至相关单位的现场进行办理的手续,已可经由网络办理,以节省用户移动的时间。或者,许多经由电子装置(例如智能型手机)搭载的软件或应用程序需先进行指定条件的认证才能进行后续应用。为了确认进行网络操作的操作者是否为所办理的该些手续的用户本人,或者确认用户符合指定条件,用户通常需要持有事先申请的特有凭证(例如自然人凭证或是数字证书)、事先执行指定动作或处于指定场景、或者事先完成特定手续并经由现场人员的许可,才能达到指定条件的识别的效果。然而,所述特有凭证、指定动作或所在场景、或是持有指定标签均需要用户在执行所述指定条件的认证手续的前事先办理,或是在现场安排人员进行操作确认。如此,现有方法在指定条件的认证的步骤上亦对用户带来不便,并会产生大量的人力成本。
发明内容
本发明指定条件的认证方法、指定条件的认证软件、用于进行指定条件的认证的装置及服务器以两种内容各自与预设内容进行比对后或是彼此相互比对后,以确认用户执行指定条件的认证。
本发明指定条件的认证方法适于通过一装置对一用户执行一指定条件的认证,包括下列步骤:启动装置的一第一撷取单元,并撷取用户的一待认证信息。启动装置的第一撷取单元或一第二撷取单元,并撷取一指定条件信息。执行一分析判断软件,以分析判断待认证信息与指定条件信息是否相符,若相符,则认证用户达成指定条件。
本发明指定条件的认证软件用以安装至一装置以对一用户执行一指定条件的认证,执行下列指令。一第一撷取指令:启动装置的一第一撷取单元,并撷取用户的一待认证信息。一第二撷取指令:启动装置的第一撷取单元或一第二撷取单元,并撷取一指定条件信息。一分析判断指令:用以分析判断待认证信息与指定条件信息是否相符,若相符,则认证用户达成指定条件。
本发明用于进行指定条件的认证的装置安装有上述的指定条件的认证软件,以通过指定条件的认证软件对一用户执行指定条件的认证。
本发明用于进行指定条件的认证的服务器用以执行包括下列内容:开启一认证数据接收页面,用以启动并接收经由一用户所用的一装置内的一影像捕获设备所撷取的一影像。执行一指定条件的辨识单元,根据所取得的影像进行分析,取得影像内的两个脸部特征以及一文字内容,接着分析判断脸部特征、指纹特征或是图像特征是否为同一人,以及经由文字内容取得相关身份数据,或是再通过文字内容至对应的数据库取得所储存的照片(例如:经由信用卡卡号,联机至数据库搜寻持卡人于办卡或续卡时所留存的影像照片或文件数据),或者取得影像内的一动作、一场景或一标签,接着分析判断动作、场景或标签是否符合一指定动作、一指定场景或一指定标签。执行一执行结果通知,将一比对结果显示或是传送到一指定处。
在本发明的一实施例中,其中指定条件的认证方法更包括下列步骤:经由装置执行分析判断软件,以分析判断待认证信息与指定条件信息是否相符,并得到一分析判断结果。启动装置的一因特网单元,并经由因特网单元上传分析判断结果至一服务器或另一软件。
在本发明的一实施例中,其中指定条件的认证方法更包括下列步骤:启动装置的一因特网单元,以经由因特网单元上传待认证信息与指定条件信息至一服务器。经由服务器执行分析判断软件,以分析判断待认证信息与指定条件信息是否相符,并得到一分析判断结果。

由此可知,本发明所提供的指定条件的认证方法、指定条件的认证软件、用于进行指定条件的认证的装置及服务器藉由分析判断用户的待认证信息是否符合指定条件信息(例如用户的证件、用户所用的装置内的脸部影像、用户所在的场景、地址门牌、所执行的动作或所持有的标签)而达到指定条件的认证的目的,并可经由设定同时取得用户的待认证信息及指定条件信息,而认证结果可进一步通过服务器应用至后续手续,于整体步骤中不需要使用事先办理用于认证的特有凭证。如此,本发明的指定条件的认证方法、指定条件的认证软件、用于进行指定条件的认证的装置及服务器适于以较为简易的手段对一用户执行指定条件的认证,在保有指定条件的认证的精准度的基础下大幅提升指定 条件的认证的效率。

请参考图1并配合图3所示,在本实施例中,指定条件的认证方法适于通过装置100对用户执行指定条件的认证,包括下列步骤:在步骤S110中,启动装置100的第一撷取单元110,并撷取用户的待认证信息。在步骤S120中,启动装置100的第一撷取单元110或第二撷取单元120,并撷取一指定条件信息(例如是用户的证件或是证件所公开的内容)。其中,可要求第一撷取单元110或第二撷取单元120同时撷取用户的待认证信息与指定条件信息,此处所述的同时即包括下列二种情形:(一)利用第一撷取单元110或第二撷取单元120二者的一对待认证信息与指定条件信息进行撷取,或者是(二)同时启动第一撷取单元110与第二撷取单元120,使第一撷取单元110撷取用户的待认证信息,同时使第二撷取单元120撷取指定条件信息,以达到确认为本人操作的目的。并且,在步骤130中,执行分析判断软件130:用以分析判断待认证信息与指定条件信息是否相符,若相符,则认证用户达成指定条件。又,可将符合的认证信息与指定条件利用加密技术、封包技术或是区块链技术等数据安全保存技术进行传送或是储存。
或者是如图1A所示的另一实施例,将待认证信息与指定条件信息先传送至 服务器(步骤S140),于完成分析判断(步骤S130)后,再将结果传送至装置100或是传送至另一软件作为开启下一步骤的钥匙。
类似地,在本实施例中,指定条件的认证软件可安装至装置100并对用户执行指定条件的认证,包括执行第一撷取指令C110、第二撷取指令C120与分析判断指令C130(如图2所示)。
第一撷取指令C110:启动装置100的第一撷取单元110,并撷取用户的待认证信息。
第二撷取指令C120:启动装置100的第一撷取单元110或第二撷取单元120,并撷取一指定条件信息(例如是用户的证件所公开的内容)。可设定第一撷取单元110所撷取的影像中,同时取得用户的待认证信息与指定条件信息,其方式包括在显示画面中显示预定位置的图框,以供用户进行对位,也供装置对应判断是否有可以同时撷取。
分析判断指令C130:用以分析判断待认证信息与指定条件信息是否相符,若相符,则认证用户达成指定条件。换言的,本实施例的指定条件的认证方法以及指定条件的认证软件采用类似的技术手段达成指定条件的认证的目的,但本发明不以此为限制。有关各步骤或各指令的实施方式如后续内容所说明。再者,可直接于用户装置100实施分析判断,亦可如图2A所示,将待认证信息与指定条件信息传送至一服务器进行分析。更进一步地如图2B所示,可于用户装置100进行分析后,将分析结果符合的待认证信息与指定条件信息再上传(步骤C140),由服务器进行再次分析或深度分析(步骤C150),以提升认证的正确性,并于完成认证后,再将指令传递回装置100或是传递至指定软件(步骤C160)。藉由用户装置100进行初步筛选(步骤C130),可减少服务器的作业负载。
首先,在本实施例中所述装置100可为一种行动装置(如平板计算机、智能型手机),且较佳地,所述装置100具有第一撷取单元110以及第二撷取单元120,其中第一撷取单元110可为前相机,第二撷取单元120可为后相机、一位置侦测单元或是一陀螺仪,但本发明不以此为限制。再者,第一撷取单元110与第二撷取单元120可为有线讯号连接或是无线讯号连接之外接式设备,例如360度环景镜头、3D深度摄影机或是可读取指定光谱的镜头。藉此,在步骤S110中(于软件中为第一撷取指令C110),启动装置100的第一撷取单元110,用以撷取用户的待认证信息。其中,撷取待认证信息的步骤(即步骤S110,于软件中为第一撷取指令C110)包括撷取用户的脸部信息或一动作信息,例如是用 户通过作为第一撷取单元110的前相机拍摄脸部影像,亦可以是拍摄或录像而撷取用户的静态姿势或动态动作。
类似地,在步骤S120中(于软件中为第二撷取指令C120),启动装置100的第一撷取单元110或第二撷取单元120,并撷取一指定条件信息。首先,以用户的证件所公开的内容作为指定条件信息的一种实施方式进行说明,而此时所述指定条件的认证为认证用户的身份。所述证件例如是用户的身份证、健保卡、驾照等记载有用户的脸部相片及相关文字内容等可识别用户身份的证件,但本发明不限制其种类。其中,撷取指定条件信息的步骤(即步骤S120,于软件中为第二撷取指令C120)包括撷取用户的证件上所公开的脸部照片,例如是用户通过作为第一撷取单元110的前相机拍摄证件上的脸部照片,亦可以是用户通过作为第二撷取单元120的后相机拍摄证件上的脸部照片。
又,撷取证件的步骤(即步骤S120,于软件中为第二撷取指令C120)还可以进一步包括撷取证件上所公开的文字数据(例如是用户的姓名、出生年月日、地址等)或是暗码(含肉眼可视的密码或是肉眼不可视的图像或是肉眼不可视的密码),以在后续步骤中更进一步认证用户的身份,但本发明不限制文字内容的撷取与否,其可依据需求调整,例如通过文字内容的撷取后,再至指定的数据库撷取对应的指定条件信息来进行比对。进者,亦可设定要求步骤S110与步骤S120同时启动。如此,在后续步骤或指令中即可分析判断待验证信息(用户的脸部信息)与指定条件信息(证件所公开的脸部照片或文字数据)是否相符,藉以认证用户的身份(即认证用户是否达成指定条件)。其中,进行证件中的照片与第一撷取指令所撷取的照片进行比对时,可以采用全脸影像比对、特定器官影像特征比对、虹膜影像比对或是其他由用户预先设定的方式进行。
并且,在启动第一撷取单元110或第二撷取单元120的步骤(即步骤S110与步骤S120中,于软件中为第一撷取指令C110与第二撷取指令C120)中,第一撷取单元或第二撷取单元亦撷取一定位讯号,以进一步得到用户所在地的信息,而此信息亦可用于后续的认证,其中,所述的定位讯号可为GPS(全球定位卫星系统)、通讯装置讯号基地台、三角定位系统或是影像。或者是,使得第二撷取单元为陀螺仪,进而读取到装置当时的转动或是翻面等路径,以作为一指定条件。进者,亦可以影片作为指定条件的内容,藉由分析影片内的动作或场景作为判断是否有完成指定条件。然而,本发明不以此些为限制,其可依据需求调整。
另外,在一延伸实施例中,当所述证件具有须进一步通过读取单元读取的信息时,所述装置100可以进一步电讯连接未绘示的读取单元,而撷取指定条件信息的步骤(即步骤S120,于软件中为第二撷取指令C120)进一步包括通过读取单元读取证件所记载的信息,例如一般文字数据、肉眼不可见的隐藏性文字数据、或是需藉由无线射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)单元读取的电子数据。以具有近场通讯(Near Field Communication,NFC)标签者的证件为例,所述读取单元可以是近场通讯单元,以通过读取单元读取证件上卷标所储存的信息,例如文字信息与影像信息。所述读取单元亦或者是用以读取证件上的条形码图像而得到证件上所公开的信息。然而,本发明不限制证件的种类及其读取方式,其可依据实际需求调整,并且读取单元亦可以通过装置内原有的单元进行配合使用,例如通过影像撷取单元拍摄条形码图像再转由内部程序进行解读。
除了认证用户的身份之外,上述认证方法与认证软件还可使用其他类型的指定条件的认证。
举例来说,以用户所使用的装置100内所储存的多个脸部影像或是自拍的脸部影像中出现频率最高者作为指定条件信息的一种实施方式进行说明,而此时所述指定条件的认证为认证用户是否为装置100的持有者。其中,撷取指定条件信息的步骤(即步骤S120,于软件中为第二撷取指令C120)包括捕获设备100内所储存的脸部影像中出现频率最高者,例如是用户通过其他软件搜寻装置100内所储存的脸部影像中出现频率最高者为何,而后通过作为第二撷取单元120的撷取软件其中一张代表影像。进者,亦可设定要求步骤S110与步骤S120同时启动。如此,在后续步骤或指令中即可分析判断待验证信息(用户的脸部信息)与指定条件信息(装置内所储存的脸部影像中出现频率最高者的代表影像)是否相符,藉以认证用户是否为装置100的持有者(即认证用户是否达成指定条件)。进者,亦可与该装置100所连动的社群账户(例如:Facebook、Instagram)里的照片或是其他信息进行连接比对确认,其方式同上,以出现频率最高者或是使用于自介的照片中为比对的对象。
类似地,以用户所在的场景作为指定条件信息的一种实施方式进行说明,而此时所述指定条件的认证为认证用户所在的场景是否为一指定场景。其中,撷取指定条件信息的步骤(即步骤S120,于软件中为第二撷取指令C120)包括撷取用户所在的一场景,例如是用户通过作为第一撷取单元110的前相机拍摄 所在的场景,亦可以是用户通过作为第二撷取单元120的后相机拍摄所在的场景。进者,亦可设定要求步骤S110与步骤S120同时启动。如此,在后续步骤或指令中即可分析判断待验证信息(用户的脸部信息)与指定条件信息(用户所在的场景)是否相符,藉以认证用户所在的场景是否为一指定场景(即认证用户是否达成指定条件)。
再者,以用户所执行的动作作为指定条件信息的一种实施方式进行说明,而此时所述指定条件的认证为认证用户所执行的动作是否为一指定动作。其中,撷取指定条件信息的步骤(即步骤S120,于软件中为第二撷取指令C120)包括撷取用户所执行的一动作,例如是用户通过作为第一撷取单元110的前相机拍摄所执行的动作,亦可以是用户通过作为第二撷取单元120的后相机拍摄所执行的动作。并且,拍摄用户所执行的动作可以是拍摄用户的静态姿势(影像)或者动态动作(影片)。进者,亦可设定要求步骤S110与步骤S120同时启动。如此,在后续步骤或指令中即可分析判断待验证信息(用户的脸部信息)与指定条件信息(用户所执行的动作)是否相符,藉以认证用户所执行的动作是否为一指定动作(即认证用户是否达成指定条件)。
另外,以用户所持有的卷标作为指定条件信息的一种实施方式进行说明,而此时所述指定条件的认证为认证用户所持有的卷标是否为一指定卷标。其中,撷取指定条件信息的步骤(即步骤S120,于软件中为第二撷取指令C120)包括撷取用户所持有的标签,例如是用户通过作为第一撷取单元110的前相机拍摄用户所持有的标签,亦可以是用户通过作为第二撷取单元120的后相机拍摄所持有的标签。并且,所述标签可以是制作在用户所持有的物品上的影像图片、二维条形码或者图像条形码,但本发明不限制其种类与实施手段。进者,亦可设定要求步骤S110与步骤S120同时启动。如此,在后续步骤或指令中即可分析判断待验证信息(用户的脸部信息)与指定条件信息(用户所持有的标签)是否符合所订定的目标,藉由认证用户所持有的卷标是否为一指定卷标,以确认用户是否达成指定条件。
经由上述两个步骤或两个指令,可得到用户的待验证数据(例如是脸部信息)以及指定条件信息(例如是用户的证件所公开的内容、用户所用的装置内的脸部影像中出现频率最高者(例如自拍的脸部影像)、用户所在的场景、用户所执行的动作或用户所持有的标签)。因此,在步骤130中(于软件中为分析判断指令C130),执行分析判断软件130,以分析判断待认证信息与指定条件信 息是否相符,若相符,则认证用户达成指定条件。分析判断待认证信息与内容的步骤以下以两种实施方式为例进行说明。再次强调,在步骤S120所述的条件信息未局限于撷取影像,亦可以是撷取影像以外的信息,例如撷取位置信息或是捕获设备内存内的信息。
在步骤130中所用的分析判断软件130(即软件中的分析判断指令C130)可以安装在装置100中执行。亦即,指定条件的认证方法的分析判断步骤(即步骤S130,于软件中为分析判断指令C130)更包括:经由装置100执行分析判断软件130,以分析判断待认证信息与指定条件信息是否相符,并得到分析判断结果。接着,所述指定条件的认证方法更包括步骤S140(即上传步骤,于软件中更包括上传指令C140)。
在此上传步骤或上传指令中,启动装置100的因特网单元140,并经由因特网单元140上传分析判断结果至服务器200或未绘示的另一软件。由此可知,所述指定条件的认证方法或指定条件的认证软件直接在装置100上执行分析判断软件130,以分析判断待认证信息与指定条件信息是否相符,若相符,则认证用户达成指定条件,并将所得到分析判断结果上传至需要此指定条件的认证结果进行后续手续的服务器200,或传送至另一软件或另一服务器进行后续应用。
另外,在步骤130中所用的分析判断软件130(即软件中的分析判断指令C130)可以不安装在装置100中,而改由安装在服务器200中执行。亦即,所述指定条件的认证方法更包括步骤S140(即上传步骤,于软件中更包括上传指令C140):启动装置100的因特网单元140,以经由因特网单元140上传待认证信息与指定条件信息至服务器200。
接着,在分析判断步骤(即步骤S130,于软件中为分析判断指令C130)中,经由服务器200执行分析判断软件130,以分析判断待认证信息与指定条件信息是否相符,并得到分析判断结果。
由此可知,所述指定条件的认证方法或指定条件的认证软件先将欲分析判断的两项数据上传至服务器200,而后在服务器200上执行分析判断软件130,以分析判断待认证信息与内容是否相符,若相符,则认证用户达成指定条件,并可直接在服务器200上应用此指定条件的认证结果进行后续手续。或者,所述指定条件的认证方法更包括回传步骤(于指定条件的认证软件更包括回传指令),将分析判断步骤或分析判断指令在服务器200所得的分析判断结果经由因特网单元140回传至装置100,以传送至另一软件或另一服务器进行后续应用。
由此可知,前述的步骤S130(即判断分析步骤,于软件中为分析判断指令C130)与步骤S140(即上传步骤,于软件中为上传指令C140)的执行顺序可以对调,视分析判断步骤或分析判断指令于何处执行而定,本发明不以此为限制。
再者,图4是本发明一实施例的服务器于执行过程的示意图。请参考图4,在本实施例中,用于进行指定条件的认证的服务器200用以执行包括下列内容:开启认证数据接收页面,用以启动并接收经由用户所用的装置100内的影像捕获设备(例如是前述的第一撷取单元110或或更进一步包括第二撷取单元120或未绘示的读取单元或未绘示的撷取软件)所撷取的影像(例如是作为待验证信息的用户的脸部信息,以及作为指定条件信息的证件所公开的脸部照片或或更进一步包括文字内容、用户所用的装置内的脸部影像中出现频率最高者、用户所在的场景、用户所执行的动作或用户所持有的标签)。接着,执行指定条件的辨识单元(例如是前述的分析判断软件130),根据所取得的影像进行分析,取得影像内的两个脸部特征以及文字内容,接着分析判断脸部特征是否为同一人,以及经由文字内容取得相关身份数据,或者取得影像内的一动作、一场景或一标签,接着分析判断动作、场景或标签是否符合一指定动作、一指定场景或一指定标签。最后,执行一执行结果通知,将比对结果显示或是传送到指定处(例如是在服务器200上显示,或者是传送至另一软件或另一服务器进行后续应用)。
又,本发明亦可使待认证信息与指定条件进一步设定为通过撷取周围声音或是指定语言所口述的内容,进行分析判断或是比对,以作为判断的依据。
如此,藉由上述指定条件的认证方法、指定条件的认证软件、安装有指定条件的认证软件用于进行指定条件的认证的装置100以及用以进行指定条件的认证的服务器,用户可在自有的装置100(例如行动装置、笔记本电脑、携带型计算机、平板计算机、个人计算机、车用计算机或是行车纪录器,但不限于此些装置)搭配用户现在所持有的证件、储存于装置内现有的脸部影像、现在所执行的动作、现在所在的场景、现在所持有的卷标,即可在装置100或服务器200上以简易的方法快速达到指定条件的认证的目的,并在服务器200、另一软件或者另一服务器上进行指定条件的认证后的后续相关手续,于整体步骤中不需要使用事先办理用于认证的特有凭证。又,所述的装置亦可延伸至非自有的装置100,例如自动提款机ATM、Kiosk、门禁装置、手持装置等。
综上所述,本发明所提供的指定条件的认证方法、指定条件的认证软件、 用于进行指定条件的认证的装置及服务器藉由分析判断由装置的第一撷取单元或更进一步包括第二撷取单元所撷取的用户的待认证信息是否符合指定条件信息(例如用户的证件、用户所用的装置内的脸部影像、用户所在的场景、所执行的动作或所持有的标签)而达到指定条件的认证的目的,并可经由设定同时取得用户的待认证信息及指定条件信息,而认证结果可进一步在所述服务器或传送至另一软件或另一服务器中进行指定条件的认证后的后续相关手续,于整体步骤中不需要使用事先办理用于认证的特有凭证。如此,本发明的指定条件的认证方法、指定条件的认证软件、用于进行指定条件的认证的装置及服务器适于以较为简易的手段对一用户执行指定条件的认证,在保有指定条件的认证的精准度的基础下大幅提升指定条件的认证的效率。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离以下所附权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可做出许多修改,变化,或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种指定条件的认证方法,适于通过一装置对一用户执行一指定条件的认证,其特征在于,包括:
    启动该装置的一第一撷取单元,并撷取该用户的一待认证信息;
    启动该装置的该第一撷取单元或一第二撷取单元,并撷取一指定条件信息;以及
    执行一分析判断软件,以分析判断该待认证信息与该指定条件信息是否相符,若相符,则认证该用户达成该指定条件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的指定条件的认证方法,其特征在于,更包括:
    经由该装置执行该分析判断软件,以分析判断该待认证信息与该指定条件信息是否相符,并得到一分析判断结果;以及
    启动该装置的一因特网单元,并经由该因特网单元上传该分析判断结果至一服务器或另一软件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的指定条件的认证方法,其特征在于,更包括:
    启动该装置的一因特网单元,以经由该因特网单元上传该待认证信息与该指定条件信息至一服务器;以及
    经由该服务器执行该分析判断软件,以分析判断该待认证信息与该指定条件信息是否相符,并回传一分析判断结果至该装置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的指定条件的认证方法,其特征在于,撷取该待认证信息的步骤包括撷取该用户的一脸部信息或一动作信息,其中撷取该指定条件信息的步骤包括撷取该用户的一证件上所公开的一脸部照片,而该指定条件的认证为认证该用户的身份。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的指定条件的认证方法,其特征在于,该装置进一步电讯连接一读取单元,而撷取该指定条件信息的步骤进一步包括通过该读取单元读取该证件所记载的信息或相应的一条形码图像。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的指定条件的认证方法,其特征在于,撷取该证件的步骤包括撷取该证件上所公开的一文字数据。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的指定条件的认证方法,其特征在于,撷取该指定条件信息的步骤包括:撷取该装置内所储存的多个脸部自拍影像中出现频率最 高者,而该指定条件的认证为认证该用户是否为该装置的持有者;或是撷取该用户所在的一场景,而该指定条件的认证为认证该用户所在的该场景是否为一指定场景;或是撷取该指定条件信息的步骤包括撷取该用户所执行的一动作,而该指定条件的认证为认证该用户所执行的该动作是否为一指定动作;或是撷取该指定条件信息的步骤包括撷取该用户所持有的一标签,而该指定条件的认证为认证该用户所持有的该卷标是否为一指定卷标。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的指定条件的认证方法,其特征在于,在启动该第一撷取单元或该第二撷取单元的步骤中,该第一撷取单元或该第二撷取单元亦进行撷取一定位讯号。
  9. 一种指定条件的认证软件,用以安装至一装置以对一用户执行一指定条件的认证,其特征在于,执行下列指令:
    一第一撷取指令,启动该装置的一第一撷取单元,并撷取该用户的一待认证信息;
    一第二撷取指令,启动该装置的该第一撷取单元或一第二撷取单元,并撷取一指定条件信息;以及
    一分析判断指令,分析判断该待认证信息与该指定条件信息是否相符,若相符,则认证该用户达成该指定条件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的指定条件的认证软件,其特征在于,更包括一上传指令,其中该分析判断指令包括经由该装置执行一分析判断软件,以分析判断该待认证信息与该指定条件信息是否相符,并得到一分析判断结果,而该上传指令启动该装置的一因特网单元,并经由该因特网单元上传该分析判断结果至一服务器或另一软件。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的指定条件的认证软件,其特征在于,更包括一上传指令,其中该上传指令启动该装置的一因特网单元,并经由该因特网单元上传该待认证信息与该指定条件信息至一服务器,而该判断指令包括经由该服务器执行一分析判断软件,以分析判断该待认证信息与该指定条件信息是否相符,并回传一分析判断结果至该装置。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的指定条件的认证软件,其特征在于,该第一撷取指令包括撷取该用户的一脸部信息或一动作信息。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的指定条件的认证软件,其特征在于,该第二撷取指令包括撷取该用户的一证件上所公开的一脸部照片,而该指定条件的认证为 认证该用户的身份。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的指定条件的认证软件,其特征在于,该装置进一步电讯连接一读取单元,而该第二撷取指令进一步包括通过该读取单元读取该证件所记载的信息或显示出相应的一条形码图像。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的指定条件的认证软件,其特征在于,该第二撷取指令更包括撷取该证件上所公开的一文字数据。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的指定条件的认证软件,其特征在于,该第二撷取指令包括撷取该装置内所储存的多个脸部自拍影像中出现频率最高者;或是撷取该用户所在的一场景,而该指定条件的认证为认证该用户所在的该场景是否为一指定场景;或是撷取该用户所执行的一动作,而该指定条件的认证为认证该用户所执行的该动作是否为一指定动作;或是撷取该用户所持有的一标签,而该指定条件的认证为认证该用户所持有的该卷标是否为一指定卷标。
  17. 根据权利要求9所述的指定条件的认证软件,其特征在于,该第一撷取指定或该第二撷取指令亦撷取一定位讯号。
  18. 一种用于进行指定条件的认证的装置,其安装有根据权利要求9至17中任一项所述的指定条件的认证软件,通过执行该指定条件的认证软件对一用户进行指定条件的认证。
