Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de bois de palmier imprégné densifié à partir d'espèces de palmier à l'aide d'un tronc de palmier en tant que matière première. Le procédé de fabrication de bois de palmier imprégné densifié est caractérisé par les étapes consistant à scier le tronc de palmier pour obtenir une pluralité de bois de palmier sciés, à séparer la pluralité de bois sciés en catégories respectives sur la base d'une partie extérieure et d'une partie intérieure, à comprimer les bois sciés séparés en tant que partie externe pour en faire un premier bois comprimé et comprimer les bois sciés séparés en tant que partie interne pour en faire un second bois comprimé, à sécher le premier bois comprimé et le second bois comprimé à haute température, à imprégner les premier et second bois comprimés avec de la résine, à semi-durcir les premier et second bois imprégnés et comprimer les premier et second bois imprégnés par pressage à chaud pour obtenir le bois de palmier imprégné densifié. Le procédé augmente le taux d'utilisation du matériau, réduit le temps de traitement total et réduit les déchets de palmier dans l'environnement.
