Abstract
나노입자 어셈블리 구조체 및 이를 이용한 면역 분석 방법이 제공된다. 상기 나노입자 어셈블리 구조체는, 복수 개의 제1 나노입자가 모여 이루어진 제1 어셈블리 입자를 포함하는 제1 나노입자 어셈블리 구조체를 포함하고, 상기 제1 어셈블리 입자는 자성을 갖는다. 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 면역 분석 방법은, 완충 용액에 피분석물, 자성을 갖는 제1 나노입자 어셈블리 구조체, 및 발광성을 갖는 제2 나노입자 어셈블리 구조체를 제공하는 단계 및 상기 완충 용액에 자력을 제공하는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 제1 나노입자 어셈블리 구조체는, 복수 개의 제1 나노입자가 모여 이루어진 제1 어셈블리 입자, 및 상기 제1 어셈블리 입자에 연결된 제1 항체를 포함하고, 상기 제2 나노입자 어셈블리 구조체는, 복수 개의 제2 나노입자가 모여 이루어진 제2 어셈블리 입자, 및 상기 제2 어셈블리 입자에 연결된 제2 항체를 포함하며, 상기 제1 항체 및 상기 제2 항체는 상기 피분석물과 결합할 수 있다.
