  • the state of the acne strain in the group of one pulse light irradiation process (5 levels, duration 1000 ms, shot 3 times) is [b]
  • the condition of the acne strain in one group is [c].
  • acne strain destruction effect is shown in both test group [b] treated with pulsed light irradiation alone and test group [c]
  • acupuncture strain disruption was clearly observed in the pulsed light irradiation combination test group [c]. In other words, it can be seen that the treatment with RF and pulse light irradiation is effective for treating acne.
  • acne strain was inoculated into four groups of rabbit ear acne induced model, and the efficacy of RF and pulse irradiation treatment for acne strains was evaluated.
  • the root mean squared surface roughness (Rq) of FIG. 17 was also higher than that of the single treatment of pulsed light irradiation, and the roughness of the surface when treated with RF and pulsed light irradiation treatment using the acne disease treatment system of the present invention It can be seen that it is more relaxed. As can be seen from these observations, it can be seen that when acupuncture treatment system of the present invention was used in combination with RF and pulsed light irradiation, the acne index was alleviated compared to the pulsed light irradiation alone group.
  • FIG. 18 is a graph showing the effect of the PPAR Gamma (Peroxisome proliferator) gene, which is a gene transcription factor promoting the synthesis of an anti-inflammatory mediator, in the treatment group treated with RF and pulsed light irradiation using the acne disease treatment system of the present invention, -activated receptor gamma, PPAR gamma).

  • FIG. 19 is a graph showing the relationship between tumor necrosis factor alpha, TNF-alpha and TNF in the treatment group treated with RF and pulsed light irradiation using the acne disease treatment system of the present invention, Was confirmed. Therefore, it can be understood that the inflammatory factor was decreased when the combination of RF and pulsed light irradiation was performed using the acne disease treatment system of the present invention as compared to the pulsed light irradiation alone group.
  • Experimental conditions were classified into single pulse treatment (divided into low and high) and RF and pulse irradiation treatment.
  • the needle gauge used in the RF and pulsed light irradiation procedure is 1.2 mm.

  • the present invention is applicable to an acne disease treatment system and an operation method thereof for treating moderate to severe acne in an adult.
