背景技术
日常生活中所用的冰箱、洗衣机、落地空调等很多落地物品需要放置平稳才能正常使用,而通常地面本身的平整度达不到平稳放置的要求,需要在底部垫一些东西或是通过调整螺栓来寻找平衡,有些冰箱或洗衣机带有螺栓可调节的底脚,但是需要人工进行调节,这些产品往往都是安装在房间的边角位置,所以通过人工调节不太方便,而且这些底脚一般都是刚性的,不具备减振的功能。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能够实现冰箱、洗衣机等落地物品的放置能够自动平衡的落地物品自动找平的方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种落地物品自动找平的方法,包括设置两个具有承载能力的平衡底脚的步骤;
在平衡底脚内设置一个容量可以改变的油囊的步骤,油囊内的液压油增多时,油囊的高度增高,油囊内的液压油较少时,油囊的高度降低;
在油囊的外部设置一个跟随油囊运动的高度调节装置的步骤,高度调节装置的活动端支撑在地面上;
将两个油囊通过管连通的步骤,管的直径小于油囊的直径;
将两个平衡底脚通过连接板连接起来的步骤;
将两个平衡底脚垫在落地物品的底部的步骤,当落地物品放置的位置不平时,液位较高的油囊里的液压油流向液位较低的油囊,使两个高度调节装置始终支撑在落地物品和地面之间。

使用时将上述的产品实物垫在冰箱或洗衣机等落地物品的底部,两个油囊8是连通的,且里面有液压油,当地面平整,两个油囊8受力均匀时,它们的液面始终保持在同一水平位置,两个平衡底脚1的高度也是相同的,当地面不平时,一个油囊8内的液压油会流入另一个油囊8,使两个油囊护套6的下端伸出导向套5的长度发生相应改变,进而使两个平衡底脚1始终支撑在落地物品和地面之间,不会出现悬空的情况。而且,由于出油口101的直径要比油囊8的主体83的直径小,液压油流通时产生的阻力较大,可以起到缓冲减振的作用,特别适合洗衣机等有振动的物品使用。
如上所述,已经在上面具体地描述了一个能够实现本发明方法的实施例,但是本发明的方法并不限于此。本领域的技术人员应该理解,在不脱离本方法发明的构思下所做的一切不同于本实施例的设计,都在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种落地物品自动找平的方法,包括设置两个具有承载能力的平衡底脚的步骤;在平衡底脚内设置一个容量可以改变的油囊的步骤,油囊内的液压油增多时,油囊的高度增高,油囊内的液压油较少时,油囊的高度降低;
    在油囊的外部设置一个跟随油囊运动的高度调节装置的步骤,高度调节装置的活动端支撑在地面上;
    将两个油囊通过管连通的步骤,管的直径小于油囊的直径;
    将两个平衡底脚通过连接板连接起来的步骤;
    将两个平衡底脚垫在落地物品的底部的步骤,当落地物品放置的位置不平时,液位较高的油囊里的液压油流向液位较低的油囊,使两个高度调节装置始终支撑在落地物品和地面之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的落地物品自动找平的方法,其特征在于:所述平衡底脚包括通油底板,所述通油底板与所述油囊密封连接,所述通油底板位于所述油囊的上方,且所述通油底板内设有油道,所述油道一端与所述油囊连通,另一端设有出油口,两个所述通油底板的出油口通过管连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的落地物品自动找平的方法,其特征在于:所述通油底板设有两条油道,每条所述油道的一端均设有一个所述出油口。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的落地物品自动找平的方法,其特征在于:所述高度调节装置包括油囊护套,所述油囊位于所述油囊护套内,所述油囊护套沿上下方向滑动安装于一导向套内,所述导向套与所述通油底板的底端固定连接,所述油囊护套的底端设有垫板。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的落地物品自动找平的方法,其特征在于:所述油囊包括主体和囊口,所述主体的直径大于所述囊口的直径,所述囊口的直径大于所述出油口的直径,所述囊口与所述通油底板密封连接,所述主体位于所述油囊护套内,所述通油底板的下方固定连接有一环形的油囊压板,所述油囊压板环绕在所述囊口的外周,所述主体夹在所述油囊压板和油囊护套的底面之间。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的落地物品自动找平的方法,其特征在于:所述垫板与所述油囊护套的底部卡接在一起,所述垫板的上方设有防滑纹。
