根据本发明的又一方面,还提供了一种容器,所述容器具有底座,所述容器还具有主支撑件和辅助支撑件,所述主支撑件的底端铰接于所述底座并能够相对于所述底座折叠,所述辅助支撑件的底端铰接于所述底座,所述辅助支撑件的上端设有第一限位结构,所述主支撑件上设有第二限位结构,其中,所述辅助支撑件具有折叠状态和支撑状态,在所述支撑状态,所述第一限位结构与第二限位结构配合并且所述辅助支撑件支撑于所述主支撑件上,以及在所述折叠状态,所述第一限位结构和所述第二限位结构脱开配合并且所述辅助支撑件相对于所述底座折叠。
一实施例中,所述辅助支撑件具有操作杆和从所述操作杆两端延伸出的连接杆,其中所述操作杆两端的所述连接杆的末端分别铰接于所述底座的两侧。
一实施例中,所述主支撑件为U字形,U字的两臂的横截面为均L字形,其中所述第二限位结构包括设置于L字的底部的第一限位凸起和设置于L字的顶端的第二限位凸起,以及所述第一限位结构包括所述连接杆的顶端的一部分以及所述连接杆的侧部的限位台阶,其中,在所述折叠状态,所述第一限位凸起与所述连接杆的顶端的一部分配合,且所述第二限位凸起与所述连接杆的限位台阶配合。

如图1-6所示,容器1可包括底座10、两个主支撑件20和两个辅助支撑件30。底座10呈矩形,可包括底板11和位于底板11四周的围板12。围板的高度较低,通常低于辅助支撑件30的高度,以便于展示商品。围板高度小于主支撑件20的高度的1/3。在其它实施例中,底座10也可以采用其它形状,例如方形等。或者,底座不设有围板。优选地,底座10一体成型。
主支撑件20具有大致U字形结构,具有底部22和两臂部23。主支撑件20的两臂部下端分别铰接在底板11的短侧的两个角部上,以使主支撑件20可相对于底座10折叠。铰链安装孔13可设置在底板11上,而铰链21可设置在主支撑件20上,反之亦然。当主支撑件20处于支撑状态时,底部22支撑在底板11的短侧上,两臂部23直立于角部上。优选地,两臂部23的横截面为L形。
辅助支撑件30也具有大致U字形结构,包括主要用作操作杆32的U字的底部以及用作连接杆33的U字的两臂。辅助支撑件30的两连接杆33的顶端分别铰接于主支撑件20的两臂部23,使得辅助支撑件30可相对于主支撑件20折叠。具体地,连接杆33具有U形横截面,其顶端的U字的底部去除并且U字的两臂部设置有铰链安装孔31。主支撑件20的臂部23设有与铰链安装孔31对应的铰链安装孔24,铰链(未示出)安装在铰链安装孔31和铰链安装孔24上。
辅助支撑件30的操作杆32两端分别设有第一辅助支撑件限位部34,第一辅助支撑件限位部34例如可以是挂台,该挂台的末端具有一定弧度,以起到导向作用。底座10上设置有凹槽14。凹槽14的尺寸设置成与操作杆32的尺寸相匹配,从而在支撑状态,操作杆32可容纳于凹槽14内。凹槽14的两端具有第一底座限制部15,第一底座限制部15例如可以是凸片,挂台34与凸片15配合,以将辅助支撑件30和主支撑件20保持在支撑状态(如图1所示),即在支撑状态下限制辅助支撑件30向上脱离底座10。
参照图2、4和6,底板11上设有第二底座限位部16,第二底座限位部16包括U形槽161和位于U形槽中的突起162。辅助支撑件30的连接杆33底端设有第二辅助支撑件限位部35,第二辅助支撑件限位部35具有可插入U形槽161的部分和可被突起162卡住的部分,在支撑状态下,第二底座限位部16和所述第二辅助支撑件限位部35配合以限制辅助支撑件30左右移动。当然,第二底座限位部16和第二辅助支撑件限制部35也可以采用其他结构。
参照图4、5、9和10,底板11上还设置有第三底座限位部17,第三底座限位部17例如为一凹部,其位于垂直布置在底板11上的板状件或围板12的面对主支撑件20的臂部的一侧上。主支撑件20具有第一主支撑件限制部25,第一主支撑件限制部25例如可以是布置在所述主支撑件20的臂部内侧的突起。当主支撑件20旋转直立时,第一主支撑件限制部(突起)25与第三底座限位部(凹部)17配合,使主支撑件20相对于底座10保持在直立状态,即主支撑件20保持在支撑状态。当然,第三底座限位部17和第一主支撑件限制部25也可以采用其他结构。
参照图4、5和11,底板11上还设置有第四底座限位部18,第四底座限位部18例如可以是布置在平行于短侧围板12的垂直平板上的若干突起,主支撑件20具有第二主支撑件限制部26,第二主支撑件限制部26例如可以是布置在主支撑件20的底部内侧的若干凹槽,当主支撑件20旋转直立时,突起18与凹槽26配合,阻 止主支撑件20相对于底座10外翻,即主支撑件20保持在直立支撑状态。
参照图5、6和12,主支撑件20上可设有第三主支撑件限位部27,第三主支撑件限位部27例如可以是设置在铰链安装孔24斜下方的凹槽,辅助支撑件30的连杆33的顶端上可设有第三辅助支撑件限位部36,第三辅助支撑件限位部36为连杆33的顶端的缺口37的底部,当支撑件旋转直立时,第三辅助支撑件限位部36进入至第三主支撑件限位部27,从而阻止主支撑件20相对于底座10的旋转折叠。
此外,参照图5和6,底板11上还可设有第五底座限位部19,第五底座限位部19为可弹性形变的突起,设置在凹槽14的面对短侧围板的一侧141上,用于在支撑状态下弹性抵靠辅助支撑件30的操作杆32,以限制操作杆32进一步向底座中部方向移动。
参照图7和8,描述容器10的支撑状态和折叠状态操作过程。支撑状态的操作过程是:首先,将主支撑件20绕其底部的铰链旋转而处于直立状态,并且主支撑件20的第一主支撑件限制部25和第二主支撑件限制部26分别与底座10的第三底座限位部17和第四底座限位部18配合。然后,辅助支撑件30以主支撑件20的铰链孔24为固定点,向底座10中部方向展开(如箭头方向所示),并将其操作杆32下压至底座10的内表面大致相平,辅助支撑件30的第一辅助支撑件限位部34通过第一底座限位部15的形变,进入到第一底座限位部15内(第一底座限位部15的下缘),同时操作杆32使第五底座限位部19形变并与第五底座限位部19弹性抵靠,从而限制辅助支撑件30向底座10的中部方向移动。另外,在此操作过程中,辅助支撑件30的第二辅助支撑件限位部35与第二底座限位部16配合,辅助支撑件30的第三辅助支撑件限位部36进去到主支撑件20的第三主支撑件限位部27内,以阻止主支撑件20相对于底座折叠。
折叠状态的操作过程是,首先操作辅助支撑件30的操作杆32,将辅助支撑件30的操作杆32向上提起,通过第一底座限位部15和第五底座限位部19的形变,辅助支撑件30与第一底座限位部15和第五底座限位部19分离,并且辅助支撑件30的其余限位部同样从与其配合的底座和主支撑件的相应限位部脱离,从而实现辅助支撑件30相对主支撑件20折叠,然后操作主支撑件20,使彼此配合的底座10和主支撑件20的相应限位部脱离,从而实现主支撑件20相对于底座10折叠,如图8所示。
此外,底板11的四个角部的下侧均具有接纳部(未示出),用于接纳主支撑 件20的上端。当需要多个容器堆叠时,首先使下方容器的主支撑件20和辅助支撑件30处于支撑状态,然后另一容器(上方容器)可通过其接纳部接合在下方容器的主支撑件20的上端,以此类推,实现多个容器的堆叠(如图13所示)。
此外,参照图6,操作杆32的中部设有操作孔321,操作孔321的形状大小设置成便于手指穿过并握住。
此外,参照图4,围板12的外侧还可设有手持部121,以便于用手抓持容器。
当然,主支撑件20也可以采用其它结构,例如一个U形的主支撑件20分成两个柱状的主支撑件20,即U字的底部部分去除。
同样地,辅助支撑件30也可以采用其它结构,例如一个U形的辅助支撑件30分成两个杆状的辅助支撑件30,即没有操作杆32,连接杆33直接作为辅助支撑件。在这种情况下,辅助支撑件与底座的相互限位配合结构需要进行适当修改。并且连接杆33的横截面也可以是其它形状,例如矩形或圆矩形等。
图14-16示出根据本发明的另一实施例的容器的结构图。如图14-16所示,容器1a可包括底座10a、两个主支撑件20a和两个辅助支撑件30a。底座10a呈矩形,可包括底板11a和位于底板11a四周的围板12a。围板的高度较低,通常低于辅助支撑件30a的高度,以便于展示商品。围板高度小于主支撑件20a的高度的1/3。
主支撑件20a具有大致U字形结构,具有底部22a和两臂部23a。主支撑件20a的两臂部下端分别铰接在底板11a的短侧的两个角部上,以使主支撑件20a可相对于底座10a折叠。当主支撑件20a处于支撑状态时,底部22a支撑在底板11a的短侧上,两臂部23a直立于角部上。优选地,两臂部23a的横截面为L形。L字的底部设有第一限位凸起24a和设置于L字的顶端的第二限位凸起25a。
辅助支撑件30a也具有大致U字形结构,包括主要用作操作杆32a的U字的底部以及用作连接杆33a的U字的两臂。辅助支撑件30a的两连接杆33a的顶端通过铰链轴35a分别铰接于底板11a的两侧,使得辅助支撑件30a可相对于底座20a折叠。
连接杆33a的底端的侧部的限位台阶34a。在支撑状态,第一限位凸起24a与连接杆的顶端的一部分配合,且第二限位凸起25a与连接杆的限位台阶34a配合,从而将辅助支撑件30a稳定地支撑在主支撑件20a上。
底板11a上设有凹槽13a。凹槽13a的尺寸设置成能够在折叠状态时同时容纳两个辅助支撑件30a的操作杆。
应该指出,上述各底座限位部、主支撑件限制部和辅助主支撑件限制部的结构也可以采用本领域技术人员所熟知的其它结构,或者主支撑件限制部和辅助主支撑件其中一些限位结构可省略。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种容器,所述容器具有底座,其特征在于,所述容器还具有主支撑件和辅助支撑件,所述主支撑件的底端铰接于所述底座并能够相对于所述底座折叠,所述辅助支撑件的顶端铰接于所述主支撑件,所述辅助支撑件的底端设有第一限位结构,所述底座设有第二限位结构,其中,所述辅助支撑件具有折叠状态和支撑状态,在所述支撑状态,所述第一限位结构与第二限位结构配合并且所述辅助支撑件支撑于所述底座上,以及在所述折叠状态,所述第一限位结构和所述第二限位结构脱开配合并且所述辅助支撑件相对于所述主支撑件折叠。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述辅助支撑件具有操作杆和从所述操作杆两端延伸出的连接杆,其中所述操作杆两端的所述连接杆的末端分别铰接于对应的所述主支撑件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述底座上设有凹槽,所述凹槽的尺寸设置成与所述操作杆的尺寸相匹配,从而在所述支撑状态,所述操作杆容纳于所述凹槽内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的容器,其特征在于,所述凹槽的两端设有第一底座限位部,所述操作杆的两端设有第一辅助支撑件限位部,其中在所述支撑状态,所述第一底座限位部和所述第一辅助支撑杆限位部配合而限制所述辅助支撑件向上脱离所述底座。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的容器,其特征在于,所述第一底座限位部为设置于所述凹槽的两端的凸片,以及所述第一辅助支撑杆限位部为设置于所述操作杆两端的挂台。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述底座上设有第二底座限位部,所述辅助支撑件的底端设有第二辅助支撑件限位部,其中在所述支撑状态下,所述第二底座限位部和所述第二辅助支撑件限位部配合以限制所述辅助支撑件左右移动。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述操作杆的中部设有操作孔。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述连接杆的横截面呈U字形。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述主支撑件的底部设有第一主支撑件限位部,所述底座设有第三底座限位部,其中,在支撑状态下,所述第一主支 撑件限位部和所述第三底座限位部配合以使得所述主支撑件相对于所述底座保持直立状态。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的容器,其特征在于,所述主支撑件呈U字形,所述第一主支撑件限位部为设置于U字的两臂底部的突起,以及所述第三底座限位部为设置于所述底座上的凹部。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述主支撑件呈U字形,其中所述辅助支撑件铰接于所述主支撑件的U字的两臂。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的容器,其特征在于,所述主支撑件的U字的底部设有第二主支撑件限位部,所述底座设有第四底座限位部,其中,在支撑状态下,所述第二主支撑件限位部和所述第四底座限位部配合以防止所述主支撑件相对于所述底座向外翻。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的容器,其特征在于,所述第二主支撑件限位部为多个相互间隔开的凹槽,所述第四底座限位部为从所述底座向上延伸的突起。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述主支撑件上还设有第三主支撑件限位部,所述第三主支撑件限位部位于所述主支撑件与所述辅助支撑件连接位置下方的凹槽,该凹槽与所述辅助支撑件的顶端的缺口的底部配合,以限制所述支撑件在支撑状态下相对于底座旋转折叠。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述底座包括底板和位于底板四周的围板,其中所述围板的高度小于所述辅助支撑件的高度。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述底座呈矩形,其四个角部均铰接有所述主支撑件。
  17. 一种容器,所述容器具有底座,其特征在于,所述容器还具有主支撑件和辅助支撑件,所述主支撑件的底端铰接于所述底座并能够相对于所述底座折叠,所述辅助支撑件的底端铰接于所述底座,所述辅助支撑件的上端设有第一限位结构,所述主支撑件上设有第二限位结构,其中,所述辅助支撑件具有折叠状态和支撑状态,在所述支撑状态,所述第一限位结构与第二限位结构配合并且所述辅助支撑件支撑于所述主支撑件上,以及在所述折叠状态,所述第一限位结构和所述第二限位结构脱开配合并且所述辅助支撑件相对于所述底座折叠。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的容器,其特征在于,所述辅助支撑件具有操作杆和从所述操作杆两端延伸出的连接杆,其中所述操作杆两端的所述连接杆的顶端分别铰 接于所述底座的两侧。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的容器,其特征在于,所述主支撑件为U字形,U字的两臂的横截面为均L字形,其中所述第二限位结构包括设置于L字的底部的第一限位凸起和设置于L字的顶端的第二限位凸起,以及所述第一限位结构包括所述连接杆的底端的一部分以及所述连接杆的侧部的限位台阶,其中,在所述支撑状态,所述第一限位凸起与所述连接杆的底端的一部分配合,且所述第二限位凸起与所述连接杆的限位台阶配合。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的容器,其特征在于,所述底座上设有凹槽,所述凹槽的尺寸设置成能够在所述折叠状态时容纳两个所述辅助支撑件的所述操作杆。
