实施例1
参照图1至图10,本实施例提供了一种车牌框翻转摄像头,用于安装于汽车尾部,包括底座101、安装框102和摄像头103,底座101安装于汽车尾部,其中,底座101的结构如图5、图6所示,安装框102的结构如图7、图8所示。安装框102与底座101转动连接,安装框102包括一个开口116,摄像头103安装于安装框102,且摄像头103与开口116间隔设置。
本实施例提供的车牌框翻转摄像头通过安装框102与底座101的相对转动,可以控制摄像头103的摄像角度,避免倒车死角,从而保证安 全,同时,安装框102在倒车完成后会回到原来位置,车牌115可以通过开口116露出来,避免出现遮挡的情况。
如图7所示,安装框102包括第一横梁108、第二横梁109和两根纵梁110,第一横梁108与第二横梁109相对设置,两根纵梁110相对设置,第一横梁108、第二横梁109和两根纵梁110围成开口116,第一横梁108与底座101转动连接,摄像头103安装于第二横梁109。由于摄像头103通常都是向下拍摄,摄像头103安装在第二横梁109上,在随着安装框102转动时,可以拉开摄像头103与汽车车体之间的距离,同时角度进行改变,这样可以避免摄像头103在向下拍摄时被车体遮挡,从而避免死角,让司机可以更加了解路面情况,及时做出正确的反应和应对。
车牌框翻转摄像头还包括转动装置,转动装置包括主动件和从动件107,从动件107与主动件转动连接,主动件安装于底座101,从动件107安装于安装框102。转动装置可以让安装框102的转动实现自动化,这样在操作起来更加的方便。
如图9所示,主动件包括减速电机112和驱动杆113,减速电机112安装于底座101,减速电机112驱动连接驱动杆113,驱动杆113卡接于从动件107。减速电机112可以很好的对安装框102的角度进行控制,从而方便倒车。
如图7、图10所示,车牌框翻转摄像头还包括光电感应PCB板106,光电感应PCB板106安装于底座101,光电感应PCB板106与摄像头103间隔设置,且光电感应PCB板106与减速电机112电连接。 光电感应PCB板106的设置可以直接对减速电机112进行控制,从而让安装框102翻转到最佳角度。
转动装置还包括缓冲装置,缓冲装置包括阻尼组件,阻尼组件安装于转动装置。阻尼组件是让安装在翻转时能更加的平稳,从而保证摄像头103拍摄时画面不抖动,从而获得最佳图像。
如图9所示,阻尼组件包括多个扭簧114,多个扭簧114沿驱动杆113的轴心线间隔设置,扭簧114的一端安装于底座101,扭簧114的另一端安装于安装框102。多个扭簧114配合工作,可以让安装框102的各个位置都得到支撑和缓冲,从而让安装框102在整体上更加的平稳。
如图6、图8所示,车牌框翻转摄像头还包括吸附结构,吸附结构包括第一连接件104和第二连接件111,第一连接件104安装于底座101,第二连接件111安装于安装框102,第二连接件111和摄像头103分别位于第二连接件111相对的两侧,第一连接件104与第二连接件111磁性连接。在安装框102靠在底座101上时,可以利用第一连接件104和第二连接件111之间的磁吸力连接在一起,安全稳固,且在安装框102翻转时,只需克服第一连接件104与第二连接件111之间的磁吸力即可。
底座101上设置有凹槽,第一连接件104安装于凹槽内。第一连接件104安装在凹槽内后让底座101的表面较为平整,这样在安装车牌时更加的方便。
车辆在正常行驶时,本实施例提供的车牌框翻转摄像头并不工作,倒车时,光电感应PCB板106接受信号,车牌框翻转摄像头开始工作, 即减速电机112开始转动,由于减速电机112的扭矩大于第一连接件104和第二连接件111之间的磁吸力,减速电机112带动安装框102开始翻转。翻转到最佳角度后,光电感应PCB板106接受信号,减速电机112停止转动。
倒车完毕后,光电感应PCB板106接受信号,减速电机112反转,带动安装框102和摄像头103反转,反转一定角度后,减速电机112停此转动,由于装了第一连接件104和第二连接件111,通过第一连接件104和第二连接件111之间的磁吸力将安装框102和底座101吸附在一起。
实施例2
参照图11和图12,本实施例提供了一种车牌结构,包括车牌115和如上的车牌框翻转摄像头,车牌115安装于底座101。
本实施例提供的车牌结构的车牌115可以安装在底座101与安装框102之间,由安装框102上的开口116将车牌115露出,避免遮挡,同时,通过安装框102与底座101的相对转动,可以控制摄像头103的摄像角度,从而避免倒车死角。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明提供的车牌框翻转摄像头通过安装框与底座的相对转动,可以控制摄像头的摄像角度,避免倒车死角,从而保证安全,同时,安装框在倒车完成后会回到原来位置,车牌可以通过开口露出来,避免出现遮挡的情况。
本发明提供的车牌结构的车牌可以安装在底座与安装框之间,由安装框上的开口将车牌露出,避免遮挡,同时,通过安装框与底座的相对转动,可以控制摄像头的摄像角度,从而避免倒车死角。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车牌框翻转摄像头,用于安装于汽车尾部,其特征在于,包括底座、安装框和摄像头,所述底座安装于所述汽车尾部,所述安装框与所述底座转动连接,所述安装框包括一个开口,所述摄像头安装于所述安装框,且所述摄像头与所述开口间隔设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车牌框翻转摄像头,其特征在于,所述安装框包括第一横梁、第二横梁和两根纵梁,所述第一横梁与所述第二横梁相对设置,两根所述纵梁相对设置,所述第一横梁、所述第二横梁和两根所述纵梁围成所述开口,所述第一横梁与所述底座转动连接,所述摄像头安装于所述第二横梁。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车牌框翻转摄像头,其特征在于,所述车牌框翻转摄像头还包括转动装置,所述转动装置包括主动件和从动件,所述从动件与所述主动件转动连接,所述主动件安装于所述底座,所述从动件安装于所述安装框。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车牌框翻转摄像头,其特征在于,所述主动件包括减速电机和驱动杆,所述减速电机安装于所述底座,所述减速电机驱动连接所述驱动杆,所述驱动杆卡接于所述从动件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车牌框翻转摄像头,其特征在于,所述车牌框翻转摄像头还包括光电感应PCB板,所述光电感应PCB板安装于所述底座,且所述光电感应PCB板与所述减速电机电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3~5任一所述的车牌框翻转摄像头,其特征在于,所述转动装置还包括缓冲装置,所述缓冲装置包括阻尼组件,所述阻尼组件安装于所述转动装置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车牌框翻转摄像头,其特征在于,所述阻尼组件包括多个扭簧,多个所述扭簧沿所述驱动杆的轴心线间隔设置,所述扭簧的一端安装于所述底座,所述扭簧的另一端安装于所述安装框。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7任一所述的车牌框翻转摄像头,其特征在于,所述车牌框翻转摄像头还包括吸附结构,所述吸附结构包括第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件安装于所述底座,所述第二连接件安装于所述安装框,所述第二连接件和所述摄像头分别位于所述第二连接件相对的两侧,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件磁性连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车牌框翻转摄像头,其特征在于,所述底座上设置有凹槽,所述第一连接件安装于所述凹槽内。
  10. 一种车牌结构,其特征在于,包括车牌和如权利要求1至9任一项所述的车牌框翻转摄像头,所述车牌安装于所述底座。
