이들 특허에 개시된 바에 따르면, 광고 내용의 전달을 어렵게 하는 먼지와 같은 이물질을 물로 깨끗하게 세척하여 광고 내용을 명확하게 파악할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 대기질을 향상시킬 수 있는 물 분사 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 광고 펜스에 부착된 먼지와 같은 이물질을 물로 세척하여 제거함으로써 도심의 미세먼지 제거와 같은 효과를 얻을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 주변 온도을 하강시켜 도심의 열섬현상(urban heat island phenomenon)을 개선할 수 있으며, 더욱이 조명등을 구비하여 야간에도 광고 내용을 용이하게 파악할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 주위를 밝게 하여 야간 범죄를 예방할 수 있는 물 분사 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스를 제공한다.
그러나 이들 특허에서 제공하는 기능은 광고 펜스 자체의 세척에만 국한되고 있으며, 따라서 광고 펜스 자체에 부착된 먼지 등의 이물질 제거에는 어느 정도 효과를 기대할 수 있으나 주변 환경의 개선에는 그다지 큰 효과를 기대하기가 어렵다. 즉, 물 분사가 광고 펜스에만 제한적으로 제공되기 때문에 주변의 대기 및 인접한 도로의 노면 또는 시설물과 바닥에 쌓여 있는 흙이나 꽃가루 또는 황사 등의 미세먼지와 같은 오염 물질을 제거하는 데는 분명한 한계가 있다.
최근 미세먼지 등으로 인한 대기 오염은 매우 심각한 수준이며, 특히 차량의 이동이 빈번한 도심이나 고속도로 등에서 차량으로부터 배출되는 배기가스는 대기 오염의 주된 원인 중 하나이다. 더욱이, 대도시의 도로 노면에 침착되어 있는 미세먼지 등의 이물질은 차량의 운행이나 바람에 의해서 재비산됨으로써 도로 주변의 대기질을 악화시킬 뿐만 아니라 도로 주변에 거주하는 사람 및 동식물에 악영향을 주고 재산상의 손실을 초래한다. 따라서, 최근에는 이러한 도시 재비산 먼지에 대한 모니터링과 함께 필요한 경우 도로 물청소를 하도록 규정하고 있다.
이러한 미세먼지 등의 오염원에 관련한 대응 방안으로서 도로 청소에 의한 도로 먼지의 제거 작업은 살수 또는 진공 청소 등에 의한 도로 세척으로 수행된다. 예를 들어 살수 전후의 미세먼지의 농도를 측정한 결과, 살수에 의한 물청소를 1일 1회에 도로 전면에 대해서 강화했을 경우 미세먼지 제거량은 10배 이상 증가하는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서, 살수에 의한 미세먼지의 저감 효과는 매우 뛰어나다는 것이 밝혀졌다.
한편, 어린이 보호구역과 같은 취약 지구에서 미세먼지 등으로 인하여 등하교길의 어린이가 호흡기 질환, 비염, 혈관 질환 등의 건강상 피해를 볼 수 있으며, 따라서 이러한 어린이 보호구역이나 공원 또는 지하철역 주변 등과 같이 사람이 많이 왕래하는 지역에서 공기 중의 또는 바닥에 침적하는 미세먼지 등의 이물질을 제거하는 것은 매우 중요한 문제이다.
청소용 차량이나 분수 등을 이용하여 차량의 이동이 많은 도로 또는 사람의 왕래가 잦은 학교 또는 공공시설물 주변을 물 청소하는 여러 가지 방법이 시행되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 방법을 수행하는 데는 별도의 추가 비용이 많이 들기 때문에 일정 주기로 제한적으로만 이루어지고 있으며, 따라서 주변의 대기 환경을 향상시키기에 충분한 세척 효과를 이루도록 이를 수시로 수행하기에는 현실적으로 매우 어려운 실정이다.
이와 관련하여, 소정의 광고 수익을 보장할 수 있는 광고 펜스의 기능에 도로 또는 주변 환경을 물로 세척할 수 있는 기능을 추가함으로써 별도의 추가 비용을 들이지 않고서도 충분한 세척 효과를 이루도록 수시로 물 세척을 시행할 수 있는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스를 제공하는 것은 현실적으로 많은 이점을 얻을 수 있다.
본 발명에서 '도로 세척 기능'이라는 용어는 많은 차량이 주행하는 도로뿐만 아니라 광고 펜스가 설치될 수 있는 공원이나 학교 또는 공공시설물 등과 같이 많은 사람이 출입하는 장소에 대하여 물 세척을 수행하는 기능을 의미하는 것이다. 따라서, '도로 세척 기능'이란 주행 중인 차량 등이 인도로 진입하는 것을 방지하는 안전 펜스 또는 보행자가 공원이나 학교 등의 공공시설물에 들어가는 것을 방지하기 위해서 설치되는 보안 펜스의 기능을 수행하는 동시에 주변의 대기 환경을 개선할 수 있도록 물 세척 기능을 추가로 수행할 수 있음을 의미한다.
본 발명의 주 목적은 도로나 공원 또는 공공시설물 등에 인접하게 설치된 광고 펜스에 부착된 먼지 등의 이물질뿐만 아니라 인접한 도로의 노면 또는 주변 환경을 물로 깨끗하게 세척하여 도로 또는 시설물 주위의 바닥에 쌓여 있는 흙이나 꽃가루 또는 황사 등의 미세먼지와 같은 오염 물질을 제거할 수 있는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 차량과 보행자의 충돌을 방지하는 도로의 안전 펜스 또는 공원이나 공공시설물 등을 보호하기 위한 보안 펜스로서의 기능뿐만 아니라 도로의 노면 또는 주변 환경을 물로 깨끗하게 세척할 수 있는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 홍보 효과에 따른 광고 수익으로 얻어지는 비용을 감안하여 별도의 추가 비용을 들이지 않고도 충분한 세척 효과를 이루도록 수시로 물 세척을 시행할 수 있는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 내부에 물을 저장하는 프레임과, 프레임에 설치되는 광고 수단과, 광고 수단의 외면을 보호하도록 회동 가능하게 프레임의 앞뒤로 각각 설치되는 한 쌍의 투명 보호판과, 투명 보호판의 외면으로 물을 분사하기 위한 분사 수단과, 그리고 프레임의 내부에 저장된 물을 배관을 통해서 분사 수단으로 공급하기 위한 펌프를 포함하고 있는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스에 있어서: 펌프에 의해서 분사 수단으로 공급되는 물을 도로 쪽으로 배출하도록 프레임의 내부로부터 외부로 연장하는 도로 세척용 배관과; 분사 수단으로 물을 공급하는 배관과 도로 세척용 배관의 분기점에 설치된 3방향 밸브와; 그리고 도로 세척용 배관의 외부로 연장한 단부에 설치되어 도로 쪽으로 물을 분사하기 위한 도로 세척용 분사 노즐을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스가 제공된다.
바람직하게, 도로 세척용 배관은 프레임의 외부에서 도로 경계석을 통과하여 연장하도록 구성한다. 이는, 본 발명에 따른 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스로부터 인접한 도로의 노면을 물로 깨끗하게 세척하여 도로에 쌓여 있는 흙이나 꽃가루 또는 황사 등의 미세먼지와 같은 오염 물질을 제거하기 위한 것이다.
또한, 바람직하게 본 발명에 따른 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스에는 예를 들어 빗물 저류조와 같은 물 공급원으로부터 직접 프레임의 내부로 물을 유입하기 위한 유입 관로가 제공된다. 이에 따라서, 광고 펜스의 프레임의 내부에 수용된 물이 소정의 시간이 지남에 따라서 혼탁하게 될 경우에 프레임의 내부에 저장된 물의 수질을 측정하는 센서 수단에 의해서 소정의 수질 이하의 물을 별도의 배출 관로를 통해서 배출시키고 물 공급원으로부터 유입 관로를 통해서 정제된 깨끗한 물을 공급할 수가 있으며, 그 결과 프레임 내부에 수용된 물을 소정의 기준으로 엄격하게 관리할 수가 있다.
본 발명에 따른 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스에서 광고 수단은 바람직하게 프레임의 양면으로 각각 영상화면을 제공하는 화상 디스플레이로 구성될 수가 있다. 따라서, 종래 기술의 광고 펜스에서 사용하는 광고 수단 부착용 공간이나 별도의 조명등을 사용할 필요가 없을 뿐만 아니라 시시각각으로 다양한 화면을 생생하게 표현하는 광고 효과를 제공할 수가 있다.
바람직하게, 본 발명에 따른 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스에서 프레임 상으로 태양전지판을 설치하여 광고 펜스에서 사용되는 전력을 자체적으로 공급하도록 구성할 수가 있다. 더 바람직하게, 이러한 태양전지판을 프레임의 상부에 일체식으로 설치할 수 있으며, 이는 광고 펜스의 외면을 더 세련되게 할 뿐만 아니라 도로 상에 설치되는 광고 펜스가 바람 또는 기타 충돌 등에 대응하여 견고하게 설치될 수 있는 추가의 이점을 제공한다.
본 발명의 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스에 따르면, 기존의 도로 청소용 차량이나 분수 등과 같은 별도의 세척 수단을 쓰지 않고 도로 또는 공공시설물 등의 물 세척을 용이하게 수행할 수가 있다.
이와 같이 도로의 노면 또는 주변 환경을 물로 깨끗하게 세척함으로써 미세먼지와 같은 오염 물질을 제거할 수 있으므로 대기의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이는 별도의 추가 비용을 들이지 않고서도 대기의 상황에 따라서 즉각적으로 대응하여 수시로 살수, 즉 물 세척이 가능하므로 매우 현실적인 대기 환경 개선의 방안을 제공한다.
따라서, 차량과 보행자의 충돌을 방지하는 도로의 안전 펜스 또는 공원이나 공공시설물 등을 보호하기 위한 보안 펜스로서의 기능뿐만 아니라 도로의 노면 또는 주변 환경을 물로 깨끗하게 세척할 수 있는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스는 광고 수익을 창출할 뿐만 아니라 대기 환경 개선을 위한 수단으로서 여러 가지 이점을 제공한다.

도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 앞에서 언급한 특허 제10-1252537호에 개시된 물 분사 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스가 도시되어 있는데, 도 1은 이러한 광고 펜스의 외관을 개략적으로 도시한 사시도 이고, 도 2는 광고 펜스의 앞뒤로 설치된 투명 유리판이 개방된 상태를 도시한 부분 분리 사시도 이다.
이러한 광고 펜스는 내부에 물을 저장하는 프레임(10)과, 이러한 프레임(10)의 앞뒤로 각각 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 광고 수단(20)과, 이들 광고 수단(20)의 외면을 보호하도록 회동 가능하게 프레임(10)의 앞뒤로 각각 설치되는 투명 보호판(30)과, 투명 보호판(30)의 외면으로 물을 분사하도록 배관(41) 및 분사 노즐(43)을 갖추고 있는 분사 수단(40)과, 그리고 프레임(10)의 내부에 저장된 물을 배관(41)을 통해서 분사 수단(40)으로 공급하기 위한 펌프(50)를 포함하고 있다.
프레임(10)은 내부에 물을 저장하는 수용 공간(11a)이 형성되어 있는 바닥 프레임(11)과, 이러한 바닥 프레임(11)의 양단으로 중앙 부분에 직립으로 설치되는 2개의 수직 프레임(12)과, 도 2에 잘 도시된 바와 같이 양쪽의 2개의 수직 프레임(12)의 사이에서 프레임(10)의 앞뒤로 서로 일정 간격을 두고 설치되는 한 쌍의 평판 프레임(13)과, 그리고 수직 프레임(12)의 상단에 설치되는 상부 프레임(14)으로 이루어져 있다.
도 2에 잘 도시된 바와 같이, 바닥 프레임(11)은 내부에 물을 수용하는 수용 공간(11a)과, 이러한 수용 공간(11a)의 상면을 구성하며 관통 홀이 형성되어 있는 덮개(11b)와, 그리고 수용 공간(11a)의 내부에 설치되는 필터 박스(11c)를 포함한다. 필터 박스(11c)는 상면이 개방된 장방형으로 구성되어 있으며, 일정 간격으로 형성되어 있는 복수 개의 여과 홀을 포함하고 있다. 따라서, 외부로부터 바닥 프레임(11)의 덮개(11b)에 형성된 관통 홀을 통해서 필터박스(11c)의 내부로 유입된 물이 필터박스(11c)에 형성된 여과 홀을 통하여 여과되면서 수용 공간(11a) 안으로 공급된다.
수직 프레임(12)은 바닥 프레임(11)의 양단에서 중앙에 각각 수직으로 설치되어 있고, 수직 프레임(120)의 내부에는 바닥 프레임(11)의 수용공간(11a)과 연통하는 공간이 형성되어 있다. 도 2에 잘 도시된 바와 같이, 수직 프레임(12)의 내부에 형성된 공간에는 는 후술하는 바와 같이 분사 수단(40)의 배관(41) 및 펌프(50)가 설치되어 있다.
평판 프레임(13)은 바닥 프레임(11)의 중앙에서 상면에 직립 설치되는 것으로서, 양단이 수직 프레임(12)에 연결된다. 평판 프레임(13)의 양면에는 탈착 가능하게 광고 수단(20)이 각각 설치되며, 이들 광고 수단(20)을 보호하도록 광고 수단(200)의 외면에는 각각 투명 보호판(30)이 설치된다. 각각의 투명 보호판(30)은 양단이 각각 회동 가능하게 수직 프레임(12)에 고정된다. 이와 관련하여, 광고 수단(20)의 외면과 투명 보호판(30)의 내면은 각각 서로 마주하여 접하게 또는 일정 간격을 두고 설치될 수 있다. 투명 보호판(30)은 광고 수단(20)의 광고 내용이 외부로 노출될 수 있도록 투명한 재질의 합성수지 또는 강화유리로 제작되어야 한다.
상부 프레임(14)은 양단이 수직 프레임(12)의 상단에 연결되어 있으며, 도 2에 잘 도시된 바와 같이 상부 프레임(14)의 내부에는 수직 프레임(12)의 내부에 설치된 분사 수단(40)의 배관(41)이 연장하고 있으며, 상부 프레임(14)의 내부에 설치된 분사 수단(40)의 배관(41)에는 일정 간격을 두고 각각 다수의 분사 노즐(43)이 설치되어 있다.
이와 같은 구성에서, 바닥 프레임(11)의 수용 공간(110a)에 수용되어 있는 물이 수직 프레임(12)의 내부에 설치된 펌프(50)에 의해서 분사 수단(40)의 배관(41)으로 공급되며, 이어서 상부 프레임(14)의 내부로 연장하는 배관(41)에 형성되어 있는 분사 노즐(43)을 통해서 투명 유리판(30)의 외면으로 분사된다. 이에 따라서, 광고 수단(20)에 의해서 제공되는 광고 내용을 식별하기 어렵게 하는 먼지와 같은 이물질을 투명 보호판(30)의 외면으로 공급되는 물에 의해서 깨끗하게 세척하여 제거함으로써 광고 내용을 명확하게 전달할 수 있으며, 이러한 광고 펜스가 설치된 주변의 온도를 하강시킴으로써 도심의 열섬현상을 개선할 수 있다.
그러나 이러한 구성에 의해서 수행되는 세척 기능은 광고 펜스 자체의 세척에만 국한되고 있으며, 따라서 광고 펜스 자체에 부착된 먼지 등의 이물질 제거에는 어느 정도 효과를 기대할 수 있으나 주변 환경의 개선에는 그다지 큰 효과를 기대하기가 어렵다. 즉, 물 분사가 광고 펜스에만 제한적으로 제공되기 때문에 주변의 대기 및 인접한 도로의 노면에 쌓여 있는 흙이나 꽃가루 또는 황사 등의 미세먼지와 같은 오염 물질을 제거하는 데는 분명한 한계가 있다.
이제, 도 3 내지 도 5를 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스를 개략적으로 도시한 사시도 이고, 도 4는 도 3에 도시된 광고 펜스의 중앙을 따라서 절단한 단면도이며, 도 5는 도 3에 도시된 광고 펜스의 양단에 설치된 수직 프레임(12)을 따라서 절단한 단면도이다. 도 3 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 광고 펜스는 앞에서 설명한 바와 같이 내부에 물을 저장하는 프레임(10)과, 이러한 프레임(10)에 설치되는 광고 수단(20)과, 광고 수단(20)의 외면을 보호하도록 회동 가능하게 각각 수직 프레임(12)의 앞뒤로 설치되는 한 쌍의 투명 보호판(30)과, 투명 보호판(30)의 외면으로 물을 분사하기 위한 분사 수단(40)과, 그리고 프레임(10)의 내부에 저장된 물을 배관(41)을 통해서 분사 수단(40)으로 공급하기 위한 펌프(50)를 포함하고 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 광고 펜스는 투명 유리판(30)에 부착된 먼지 등의 이물질뿐만 아니라 광고 펜스가 설치되는 인접한 도로의 노면 또는 공원이나 공공시설물 등 주변 환경을 물로 깨끗하게 세척하여 도로 또는 시설물 주위의 바닥에 쌓여 있는 흙이나 꽃가루 또는 황사 등의 미세먼지와 같은 오염 물질을 제거할 수 있도록, 도 3 및 도 5에 잘 도시된 바와 같이 펌프(50)에 의해서 분사 수단(40)으로 공급되는 물을 도로 쪽으로 배출하도록 수직 프레임(12)의 내부로부터 외부로 연장하는 도로 세척용 배관(100)을 포함하고 있다.
예를 들어, 광고 펜스가 보행자와 차량의 충돌을 방지하도록 차량이 통행하는 차도와 보행자가 통행하는 인도를 구분하는 도로 경계석(K) 부근에 설치되는 경우에는, 도 5에 잘 도시된 바와 같이 도로 세척용 배관(100)이 프레임(10)의 외부로 연장하도록, 즉 측면 프레임(12) 및 인접한 도로 경계석(K)을 관통하도록 설치할 수 있다. 반면에, 광고 펜스가 공원이나 학교 등에 설치된 공공시설물을 보호하기 위한 보안 펜스로서 설치되는 경우에는 도로 세척용 배관(100)이 프레임(10)의 외부로 연장하여 공공시설물의 주변에 물을 분사할 수 있는 적절한 구조로 변경될 수 있다.
도로 세척용 배관(100)의 외부로 연장한 단부에는 도로 쪽으로 물을 분사하기 위한 도로 세척용 분사 노즐(300)이 설치되어 있다. 도로 세척용 분사 노즐(300)은 광고 펜스가 설치되는 주변의 상황, 즉 노즐로부터 분사되는 물의 양 및 분사되는 범위을 고려하여 적절한 노즐로 선택될 수가 있다. 이와 관련하여, 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 공지된 다양한 방식의 노즐을 사용할 수 있는데, 예를 들어 분무 각도를 임의로 조절할 수 있는 가변형 분무 노즐을 사용할 수도 있고 또는 한국 특허공고 10-0936930(2010년 01월 07일)에 개시된 바와 같은 도로 표지병 노즐을 사용할 수도 있으며, 이러한 사용에 대해서 별도의 규격이나 특별한 제한은 필요치 않으므로 여기서 더 구체적인 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
한편, 수직 프레임(12)의 배관(41)과 도로 세척용 배관(100)의 분기점에는 펌프(50)부터 공급되는 물을 필요에 따라서 선택적으로 공급할 수 있도록 3방향 밸브(200)가 설치되어 있다. 즉, 펌프(50)부터 공급되는 물은 3방향 밸브(200)를 조절함으로써 수직 프레임(12)의 배관(41)을 통해서 유입되는 물을 분사 노즐(43)로부터 투명 보호판(30)의 외면으로 분사할 수도 있고, 또는 도로 세척용 배관(100)을 통해서 유입되는 물을 도로 세척을 위한 분사 노즐(300)로부터 인접한 도로의 노면으로 또는 공원이나 공공시설물 등 주변 환경으로 분사할 수가 있다.
3방향 밸브(200)로서 바람직하게 전동 조절밸브를 사용할 수 있으나, 유사한 또는 동일한 기능을 수행할 수 있다면 본 발명에 따른 광고 펜스에서 3방향 밸브(200)는 특별히 이에만 국한되는 것이 아님은 명백하다. 따라서, 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 널리 공지된 방식에 따라서 분사 수단(40)의 배관(41)과 도로 세척용 배관(100)을 적절히 제어할 수 있는 임의의 방식의 3방향 밸브(200)를 구성하면 충분하다.
지금까지 설명한 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 차량과 보행자의 충돌을 방지하는 도로의 안전 펜스 또는 공원이나 공공시설물 등을 보호하기 위한 보안 펜스로서의 기능뿐만 아니라 도로의 노면 또는 주변 환경을 물로 깨끗하게 세척할 수 있는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스가 제공될 수 있으며, 이는 효과적인 광고 수단에 의해서 별도의 광고 수익을 창출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 주변의 대기 환경 개선을 위한 수단으로 사용되는 등 여러 가지 이점을 갖는다.
도 6을 참조하면, 소위 빗물 저류조와 같은 물 공급원(500)으로부터 유입 관로(400)를 통해서 도 3 내지 도 5에 도시된 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스에 물을 공급하는 구조의 단면도가 개략적으로 도시되어 있다. 이에 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스에서 프레임(10)의 내부에, 구체적으로 바닥 프레임(11)에 제공된 수용 공간(11a)의 내부에 수용된 물이 소정의 시간이 지남에 따라서 혼탁하게 될 경우에는 별도의 배출 관로(도시 안 됨)를 통해서 저장되어 있는 물을 배출시키는 동시에 물 공급원(500)으로부터 유입 관로(400)를 통해서 소정의 수질의 정제된 깨끗한 물을 바닥 프레임(11)의 수용 공간(11a)으로 다시 공급할 수가 있다. 이를 위해서, 예를 들어 프레임(10) 내부의 임의의 적절한 위치에 물의 혼탁을 측정할 수 있는 센서 수단(도시 안 됨)을 설치함으로써 바닥 프레임(11)의 수용 공간(11a)에 수용된 물을 소정의 기준으로 엄격하게 관리할 수가 있으며, 이러한 센서 수단 및 그 설치 위치 등에 관련해서는 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 공지된 여러 가지 방식으로 수행 가능하므로 여기서 더 구체적인 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
물 공급원(500)은 상수도와 같은 원수를 사용할 수도 있으나, 비용이나 물의 재활용 등을 고려하여 여러 가지 방식의 빗물 저류조나 소정의 수질이 보장되는 지하수 또는 하수처리된 임의의 물 공급원을 활용하는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스는 소위 도시의 저 영향 개발(Low-impact development; LID)과 관련하여 사용될 경우에 특히 바람직하다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스에서 광고 수단(20)은 종래의 방식으로 광고 막 또는 광고지를 부착하는 방식에서 벗어나, 도 5에 잘 도시된 바와 같이 단일의 평판 프레임(13)의 양면으로 각각 영상화면을 제공하는 화상 디스플레이로 구성될 수 있음에 주목해야 한다. 이는 전체 프레임(10)의 구조를 더 복잡하지 않게 구성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 효과적인 광고 화면을 제공함으로써 광고 효과를 배가시킬 수 있고, 따라서 도시 환경의 미관을 향상시킬 수 있다. 더욱이, 야간에도 별도의 조명등을 사용할 필요가 없이 광고 내용을 선명하게 파악할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 주위를 밝게 하여 야간 범죄를 예방할 수 있다는 부수적인 효과를 제공한다.
도 7을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스에 태양전지판(600)이 설치된 상태가 예시적으로 도시되어 있다. 태양 전지판(600)은 여러 가지 방식으로 설치될 수 있으나, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 광고 펜스와 일체식으로 구성함으로써 도로 환경에서의 여러 가지 악영향을 견딜 수 있도록 견고하게 설치하는 것이 바람직하다.
이에 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스에서는 광고 수단(20)의 작동 및 배관(41)과 도로 세척용 배관(100)에 물을 공급하는 펌프(50) 및 3방향 밸브(200)의 작동에 필요한 전력을 태양 전지판(600)으로부터 자체적으로 공급하도록 설계할 수가 있으므로 유지 비용이 효율적으로 절감될 수 있다.
본 발명의 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스에 따르면, 기존의 도로 청소용 차량이나 분수 등과 같은 별도의 세척 수단을 쓰지 않고 도로 또는 공공시설물 등의 물 세척을 용이하게 수행할 수가 있다.
이와 같이 도로의 노면 또는 주변 환경을 물로 깨끗하게 세척함으로써 미세먼지와 같은 오염 물질을 제거할 수 있으므로 대기의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이는 별도의 추가 비용을 들이지 않고서도 대기의 상황에 따라서 즉각적으로 대응하여 수시로 살수, 즉 물 세척이 가능하므로 매우 현실적인 대기 환경 개선의 방안을 제공한다.
따라서, 차량과 보행자의 충돌을 방지하는 도로의 안전 펜스 또는 공원이나 공공시설물 등을 보호하기 위한 보안 펜스로서의 기능뿐만 아니라 도로의 노면 또는 주변 환경을 물로 깨끗하게 세척할 수 있는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스는 광고 수익을 창출할 뿐만 아니라 대기 환경 개선을 위한 수단으로서 여러 가지 이점을 제공한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 내부에 물을 저장하는 프레임과, 상기 프레임에 설치되는 광고 수단과, 상기 광고 수단의 외면을 보호하도록 회동 가능하게 상기 프레임의 앞뒤로 각각 설치되는 한 쌍의 투명 보호판과, 상기 투명 보호판의 외면으로 물을 분사하기 위한 분사 수단과, 그리고 상기 프레임의 내부에 저장된 물을 배관을 통해서 상기 분사 수단으로 공급하기 위한 펌프를 포함하고 있는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스에 있어서:
    상기 펌프에 의해서 상기 분사 수단으로 공급되는 물을 도로 쪽으로 배출하도록 상기 프레임의 내부로부터 외부로 연장하는 도로 세척용 배관과;
    상기 분사 수단으로 물을 공급하는 상기 배관과 상기 도로 세척용 배관의 분기점에 설치된 3방향 밸브와; 그리고
    상기 도로 세척용 배관의 외부로 연장한 단부에 설치되어 도로 쪽으로 물을 분사하기 위한 도로 세척용 분사 노즐을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도로 세척용 배관이 상기 프레임의 외부에서 도로 경계석을 통과하여 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프레임의 내부에 저장된 물의 수질을 측정하는 센서 수단과,
    상기 프레임의 내부에 저장된 물을 상기 광고 펜스의 외부로 배출하기 위한 배출 관로와, 그리고
    빗물 저류조 등의 물 공급원으로부터 상기 프레임의 내부로 물을 유입하기 위한 유입 관로를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광고 수단이 상기 프레임의 양면으로 각각 영상화면을 제공하는 화상 디스플레이로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프레임 상에 설치되어 상기 펌프 및 상기 3방향 밸브에 전원을 공급하는 태양전지판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로 세척 기능을 갖는 광고 펜스.
