在本公开的描述中,需要说明的是,若出现术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。

本公开实施例提供一种拉牌机构,如图1-图2所示,包括牌道10,沿牌道10往复运动的拉牌装置20;拉牌装置20配置成推动麻将牌沿牌道10运动;牌道10为弧形。
相对于现有技术,本公开实施例提供的拉牌机构具有以下优势:
本公开实施例提供的拉牌机构,如图1-图2所示,包括牌道10,沿牌道10往复运动的拉牌装置20;拉牌装置20配置成推动麻将牌沿牌道10运动;牌道10为弧形。由此分析可知,使用本公开实施例提供的拉牌机构,由于牌道10为弧形,因此在拉牌装置20推动麻将牌沿牌道10运动的过程中,牌道10对麻将牌的阻力较小,不容易阻碍麻将牌运动,同时还可以避免麻将牌偏离正常的运行轨迹,因此可以降低麻将牌偏离运行轨迹将牌道10堵塞的几率, 综上,使用本公开实施例提供的拉牌机构能够缓解现有的拉牌机构在拉动麻将牌的过程中,麻将牌容易被麻将牌牌道卡住,导致牌道堵塞,拉牌机构无法顺利将麻将牌拉出的技术问题。
实际应用时,为了实现通过拉牌装置20带动麻将牌沿牌道10运动,如图3所示,拉牌装置20包括:导向槽21,设置在导向槽21内的齿条22,驱动齿条22往复运动的驱动装置,以及与齿条22连接的拉牌头24;导向槽21沿牌道10设置。本实施例中,将齿条22设置在导向槽21内,且导向槽21沿牌道10设置,当驱动装置驱动齿条22在导向槽21内沿导向槽21往复运动时,齿条22能够带动拉牌头24沿牌道10往复运动,采用此种设置,能够确保齿条22运行的方向,同时通过齿条22往复运动带动拉牌头24运动的方式结构简单,可靠性高。
其中,为了减少拉牌装置20占用的空间,如图3-图4所示,导向槽21上设置有配置成使齿条22弯折的回转部211,回转部211设置在牌道10的尽头。本实施例中,在导向槽21上位于牌道10尽头的位置设置回转部211,当齿条22运行至导向槽21的尽头时,齿条22沿回转部211发生弯折,此时齿条22沿导向槽21继续运行的过程中,齿条22能够沿弯折后的导向槽21沿反方向运行,通过回转部211使导向槽21发生弯折,能够减少导向槽21占用的空间,从而减少拉牌装置20整体的体积。
实际应用时,如图3所示,经过回转部211回转的导向槽21与初始位置的导向槽21连通。当齿条22在导向槽21内运行的过程中,齿条22的顶部通过回转部211后,折回到初始位置的导向槽21内,此时齿条22的根部(齿条 22与拉牌头24连接的位置)已经经过两个导向槽21交界的位置,从而齿条22的顶部与根部不容易发生碰撞,从而使齿条22能够在导向槽21回路中自由移动,采用此种设置,能够根据齿条22的长度合理运用导向槽21的空间,从而即使在齿条22较长的情况下,也能够确保齿条22能够顺利运行。
当然了,其他实施例中,也可以将导向槽21设置成环形槽,则该齿条22可以设置成环形齿条,其首尾相连,或者直线型的齿条,弯折后置入环形槽内。
具体地,为了实现驱动装置与齿条22的配合,如图3-图4所示,本实施例中,驱动装置包括电机,以及与电机的动力输出端连接的传动组件231,传动组件231与齿条22啮合。传动组件231可以包括:齿轮和/或蜗杆等任何能够与齿条22啮合的零件,采用此种设置,能够实现驱动装置驱动齿条22运动,并且采用电机与传动组件231配合,结构简单,成本较低。
进一步地,为了实现传动组件231与齿条22紧密配合,如图4所示,传动组件231包括第一齿轮232,第一齿轮232设置在回转部211内侧,回转部211沿第一齿轮232设置,齿条22设置在第一齿轮232与回转部211之间。本实施例中,通过第一齿轮232将电机提供的动力传递到齿条22上,并且将回转部211沿第一齿轮232外轮廓设置,能够使齿条22与第一齿轮232啮合的长度更长,从而使第一齿轮232和齿条22啮合更紧密,从而能够降低第一齿轮232和齿条22啮合的过程中发生跳齿现象的几率。
此外,通过第一齿轮232与齿条22匹配,能够降低拉牌装置20运转过程中的噪音,提高用户体验。
另外,实际应用时,导向槽21外侧还罩设有外壳,采用此种设置,能够进一步降低拉牌装置20的噪音,并且能够进一步提高齿条22运行过程中的稳定性。一般的,外壳可以将导向槽21内的零部件或者附近的零部件包覆在内,比如,齿条22、电机、传动组件231等。
其中,为了便于调整齿条22的转速,传动组件231还包括第二齿轮233;第一齿轮232为多层设置,第二齿轮233和齿条22分别与第一齿轮232的不同的两层啮合连接。本实施例中,采用此种设置,能够通过调整第二齿轮233的齿数,从而调整第一齿轮232和第二齿轮233之间的传动比,进而调节第一齿轮232的转速,降低了电机的选择难度,并且将第一齿轮232设置为多层,且第二齿轮233和齿条22分别与第一齿轮232的不同的两层啮合,能够避免第二齿轮233在转动的过程中与齿条22发生干涉,导致第二齿轮233无法顺利转动的问题。
此外,第一齿轮232的实现形式不限于多层形式,第一齿轮232还可以为齿轮本体厚度较厚的齿轮,从而确保齿条22和第二齿轮233均与第一齿轮232啮合时,彼此不容易发生干涉。可以理解为,第一齿轮232的厚度为a,齿条22的厚度为b,第二齿轮233的厚度为c,a>b+c。
具体地,为了进一步调节电机与第一齿轮232之间的传动比,传动组件231还包括第三齿轮234;第三齿轮234与第二齿轮233啮合连接,且第三齿轮234与电机的动力输出端连接。本实施例中,通过设置第三齿轮234能够进一步增大或减小传动组件231的传动比,从而使传动组件231的传动比更便于调节,进而使拉牌装置20的适用范围更广泛。
此处需要补充说明的是,实际应用中,还可以在第二齿轮233和第三齿轮234外侧设置保护罩,通过保护罩能够对第二齿轮233和第三齿轮234起到稳定作用,从而进一步提高传动组件231与齿条22匹配的稳定性。
实际应用时,为了使牌道10更容易对麻将牌进行引导,如图1-图2所示,牌道10包括第一侧壁11,第二侧壁12以及底板13;第一侧壁11和第二侧壁12之间的间距沿牌道10的延伸方向均相等。本实施例中,在拉牌装置20拉动麻将牌运动的过程中,第一侧壁11和第二侧壁12与麻将牌的侧面匹配,从而能够通过第一侧壁11,第二侧壁12以及底板13对麻将牌起到引导作用,进而提高麻将牌运行过程中的稳定性。
其中,为了使拉牌头24在运行过程中不容易与牌道10发生干涉,如图1所示,第一侧壁11与底板13之间留有间隙14;拉牌头24与齿条22通过连接部241连接,在拉牌头24随齿条22运行的过程中,连接部241始终位于间隙14中。本实施例中,通过设置间隙14避让连接部241,从而使拉牌头24在运行的过程中不容易与牌道10发生干涉,确保拉牌头24顺利运行,同时,通过设置间隙14还能够对连接部241起到限位作用,进而确保齿条22在运行的过程中不容易从导向槽21中脱出,从而使齿条22运行更稳定。
一种方式下,连接部241与拉牌头24一体成型,连接部241远离拉牌头24的一端与齿条22的根部固定连接。
另一种方式下,连接部241与拉牌头24通过螺栓实现固定连接,连接部241远离拉牌头24的一端通过螺栓与齿条22的根部固定连接。
或者,连接部241是卡设在齿条22上从而实现相对固定的。
本公开实施例还提供一种麻将机,包括:牌桌,设置在牌桌上的麻将牌入口,与麻将牌入口连接的洗牌装置,与洗牌装置连接的本公开实施例提供的拉牌机构,以及与拉牌机构连接的设置在牌桌上的出牌口。在一轮游戏结束后,使用者将麻将牌通过牌桌上的麻将牌入口送入洗牌装置中,麻将牌在洗牌装置中洗牌后,进入本公开实施例提供的拉牌机构中,再通过本公开实施例提供的拉牌机构将麻将牌从出牌口送出。
相对于现有技术,本公开实施例提供的麻将机具有以下优势:
本公开实施例提供的麻将机,包括:牌桌,设置在牌桌上的麻将牌入口,与麻将牌入口连接的洗牌装置,与洗牌装置连接的本公开实施例提供的拉牌机构,以及与拉牌机构连接的设置在牌桌上的出牌口,在一轮游戏结束后,使用者将麻将牌通过牌桌上的麻将牌入口送入洗牌装置中,麻将牌在洗牌装置中洗牌后,进入本公开实施例提供的拉牌机构中,再通过本公开实施例提供的拉牌机构将麻将牌从出牌口送出。由此分析可知,使用本公开实施例提供的麻将机,由于牌道10为弧形,因此在拉牌装置20推动麻将牌沿牌道10运动的过程中,牌道10对麻将牌的阻力较小,不容易阻碍麻将牌运动,同时还可以避免麻将牌偏离正常的运行轨迹,因此可以降低麻将牌偏离运行轨迹将牌道10堵塞的几率,综上,使用本公开实施例提供的拉牌机构能够缓解现有的拉牌机构在拉动麻将牌的过程中,麻将牌容易被麻将牌牌道卡住,导致牌道堵塞,拉牌机构无法顺利将麻将牌拉出的技术问题。
在一些实施例中:
请参考图1:图1示出的拉牌机构包括牌道10和拉牌装置20,该拉牌装 置20沿牌道10往复运动,拉牌装置20配置成推动麻将牌沿牌道10运动,且该牌道10为弧形。
请参考图2,该牌道10包括第一侧壁11、第二侧壁12和底板13,第一侧壁11和第二侧壁12相对设置,第一侧壁11、第二侧壁12和底板13之间形成通道,麻将牌位于该通道内且在拉牌装置20的作用下实现拉牌。并且,该第一侧壁11和第二侧壁12之间的间距沿牌道10的延伸方向均相等。
请参考图3,该拉牌装置20包括导向槽21、齿条22和驱动装置,齿条22设置在导向槽21内,驱动装置配置成驱动齿条22做往复运动,齿条22的根部通过连接部241与拉牌头24连接,齿条22做往复运动时,拉牌头24拉动牌道10内的麻将牌移动。
请参考图4,并结合图2,驱动装置包括电机和传动组件231,具体的,传动组件231包括第一齿轮232、第二齿轮233和第三齿轮234,导向槽21上设置有回转部211,第一齿轮232设置在回转部211的内侧,回转部211沿第一齿轮232设置,齿条22设置在第一齿轮232和回转部211之间,并且齿条22与第一齿轮232啮合,第二齿轮233与第一齿轮232啮合,第三齿轮234与第二齿轮233啮合,第三齿轮234和电机的动力输出端连接。
请参考图5,齿条22的根部通过连接部241与拉牌头24连接,齿条22的顶部与第一齿轮232啮合,同时,第一齿轮232采用双层结构,可以理解为两个相对固定的齿轮或者该齿轮较厚分为上层结构和下层结构,上层结构与第二齿轮233啮合,下层结构与齿条22啮合。同时结合图1和图2,第一侧壁11与底板13之间留有间隙14,拉牌头24与所述齿条22通过连接部241连接, 在拉牌头24随齿条22运行的过程中,连接部241始终位于间隙14中。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本公开的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本公开进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本公开各实施例技术方案的范围。
工业实用性:
综上所述,本公开提供了一种拉牌机构及麻将机,其结构简单,造价低,能够缓解在拉动麻将牌的过程中,麻将牌容易被麻将牌牌道卡住,导致牌道堵塞,麻将牌无法顺利拉出的技术问题。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种拉牌机构,其特征在于,包括牌道,沿所述牌道往复运动的拉牌装置;所述拉牌装置配置成推动麻将牌沿所述牌道运动;所述牌道为弧形。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拉牌机构,其特征在于,所述拉牌装置包括:导向槽,设置在所述导向槽内的齿条,驱动所述齿条往复运动的驱动装置,以及与所述齿条连接的拉牌头;所述导向槽沿所述牌道设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拉牌机构,其特征在于,所述导向槽上设置有配置成使所述齿条弯折的回转部,所述回转部设置在所述牌道的尽头。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的拉牌机构,其特征在于,经过所述回转部回转的所述导向槽与初始位置的所述导向槽连通。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的拉牌机构,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括电机,以及与所述电机的动力输出端连接的传动组件,所述传动组件与所述齿条啮合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的拉牌机构,其特征在于,所述传动组件包括第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮设置在所述回转部内侧,所述回转部沿所述第一齿轮设置,所述齿条设置在所述第一齿轮与所述回转部之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的拉牌机构,其特征在于,所述传动组件还包括第二齿轮;所述第一齿轮为多层设置,所述第二齿轮和所述齿条分别与所述第一齿轮的不同的两层啮合连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的拉牌机构,其特征在于,所述传动组件还包括第二齿轮;所述第一齿轮的厚度为a,所述齿条的厚度为b,所述第二齿轮的厚 度为c,a>b+c。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的拉牌机构,其特征在于,所述传动组件还包括第三齿轮;所述第三齿轮与所述第二齿轮啮合连接,且所述第三齿轮与所述电机的动力输出端连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的拉牌机构,其特征在于,所述第二齿轮和所述第三齿轮的外侧设置有保护罩。
  11. 根据权利要求2-10任一项所述的拉牌机构,其特征在于,所述导向槽的外侧还罩设有外壳。
  12. 根据权利要求2-11任一项所述的拉牌机构,其特征在于,所述牌道包括第一侧壁,第二侧壁以及底板;所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间的间距沿所述牌道的延伸方向均相等。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的拉牌机构,其特征在于,所述第一侧壁与所述底板之间留有间隙;所述拉牌头与所述齿条通过连接部连接,在所述拉牌头随所述齿条运行的过程中,所述连接部始终位于所述间隙中。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的拉牌机构,其特征在于,所述连接部与所述拉牌头一体成型,所述连接部远离所述拉牌头的一端与所述齿条的根部固定连接。
  15. 一种麻将机,其特征在于,包括:牌桌,设置在牌桌上的麻将牌入口,与所述麻将牌入口连接的洗牌装置,与所述洗牌装置连接的如上述权利要求1-14中任一项所述的拉牌机构,以及与所述拉牌机构连接的设置在所述牌桌上的出牌口。
