下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参见图1与图2,本实用新型实施例提供了一种视频展台,其包括悬臂1、底座2、摄像头组件4及用于升降所述悬臂1的悬臂升降构件3,所述悬臂升降构件3设置于所述底座2上,所述悬臂1与所述悬臂升降构件3具有的可上下移动并可悬停的升降端连接,所述摄像头组件4与所述悬臂1连接。其中,当需要所述摄像头组件的拍摄高度变高而使得拍摄面积变大时,用户可以通过所述悬臂升降构件3来升高所述悬臂1,从而使得所述摄像头组件的高度也升高;当需要所述摄像头组件的拍摄高度变低而使得拍摄面积变小时,用户可以通过所述悬臂升降构件3来降低所述悬臂1,从而使得所述摄像头组件的高度也变低。
在本实用新型实施例中,较佳地,请参见图1与图2,所述悬臂升降构件3包括一气弹簧30(优选为可调气弹簧),所述气弹簧30的顶端与所述悬臂1连接,所述气弹簧30的底端设置于所述底座2上。其中,当需要升高摄像头组件4时,请参见图4至图6,用户可以向所述悬臂1施加一定的上推力,以使得所述气弹簧30的顶端受力上升而使得所述悬臂1也跟随着上升,当所述气弹簧30的顶端上升到用户所需要的高度时撤去对所述气弹簧30的顶端施加的上推力,所述气弹簧30的顶端悬停从而使得所述悬臂1也悬停。当需要降低摄像头组件4时,请参见图7至图9,用户可以向所述悬臂1的顶部的靠近所述气弹簧30的地方施加一定的下压力,以使得所述气弹簧30的顶端受力下降而使得所述悬臂1也跟随着下降,当所述气弹簧30的顶端下降到用户所需要的高度时撤去对所述气弹簧30的顶端施加的下压力,所述气弹簧30的顶端悬停从而使得所述悬臂1也悬停。
进一步地,请参见图1与图3,所述升降构件还包括悬臂转轴组件31,所 述悬臂转轴组件31包括悬臂转轴310及转轴固定座311,所述转轴固定座311设于所述气弹簧30的顶端,所述悬臂1通过所述悬臂转轴310与所述转轴固定座311可转动连接,具体地,所述悬臂转轴310的一端与所述悬臂1连接,所述悬臂转轴310的另一端与所述转轴固定座311可转动连接,这样所述悬臂1就可以绕着所述悬臂转轴310转动,从而使得所述摄像头组件的拍摄视角发生变化。而且所述悬臂1还可以绕着所述悬臂转轴310往下转动而最终竖直放置,从而实现对所述悬臂1的折叠,这样可以减少所述视频展台对空间的占用。
再进一步地,请参见图3,所述转轴固定座311包括安装台3110及与所述悬臂转轴310可转动连接的转轴支撑体3111,所述转轴支撑体3111设于所述安装台3110的顶部上,所述安装台3110的底部与所述气弹簧30的顶端连接。请参见图3,所述悬臂转轴组件31还包括转盘312、至少一弹性件313、至少一设于所述安装台3110的顶部上的固定体314及可沿着所述固定体314上下滑动的承压体315;所述至少一弹性件313设于所述承压体315与所述安装台3110之间,以支撑所述承压体315并向所述承压体315施加一个向上弹的作用力;所述悬臂转轴310的一端与所述悬臂1连接,所述悬臂转轴310的另一端穿过所述转轴支撑体3111开设有的转轴孔并与所述转盘312连接;所述转盘312的一盘面上设有一位于所述承压板的上方的止挡构件316,所述止挡构件316位于初始位置时与所述承压体315的顶面相止抵,这样所述止挡构件316可以被所述承压体315止挡住而不会发生转动,从而使得所述悬臂1水平地支撑所述摄像头组件4。而当所述悬臂1受力而使得所述转盘312与所述止挡构件316发生转动时,所述止挡构件316在转动过程中会推压所述承压体315而会受到所述至少一弹性件313的反推力。而当所述转盘312每次转过90度并撤去对所述悬臂1的作用力而停止转动时,所述止挡构件316均会与所述承压体315的顶面相止抵而静止不动,从而使得所述悬臂1也静止。其中,本实施例的工作原理如下:
当用户需要使得所述悬臂1上升时,请参见图4至图6,可以向所述悬臂1施加一个上推的作用力F1,所述止挡构件316会受到所述悬臂1传递过来的作用力而开始向下推压所述承压体315,在所述止挡构件316下推所述承压体315 的过程中所述悬臂1会绕着所述悬臂转轴310往上转动一定角度(优选为8度到10度),当上推作用力F1传递给所述气弹簧30的顶端的分力达到所述气弹簧30的压缩力的临界值时,所述气弹簧30的顶端往上升而使得所述悬臂1与所述摄像头组件4也往上升;当所述悬臂1升到用户需要的高度时,用户撤去对所述悬臂1的作用力,此时所述悬臂1在所述至少一弹性件313的反推力作用下复位到水平位置。当用户需要使得所述悬臂1下降时,类似地,请参见图至图9,可以向所述悬臂1施加一个下压的作用力F2(F2>2F1),所述止挡构件316会受到所述悬臂1传递过来的作用力而开始向下推压所述承压体315,在所述止挡构件316下推所述承压体315的过程中所述悬臂1会绕着所述悬臂转轴310往下转动一定角度(优选为8度到10度),当下压作用力F2传递给所述气弹簧30的顶端的分力达到所述气弹簧30的压缩力的临界值时,所述气弹簧30的顶端往下降而使得所述悬臂1与所述摄像头组件4也往下降;当所述悬臂1升到用户需要的高度时,用户撤去对所述悬臂1的作用力,此时所述悬臂1在所述至少一弹性件313的反推力作用下复位到水平位置。当用户需要将所述悬臂1往下折叠起来时(即将所述悬臂1竖直放置),请参见图10,向所述悬臂1施加一个下压的作用力F3(F3>5F2),所述止挡构件316会受到所述悬臂1传递过来的作用力而开始向下推压所述承压体315,在所述止挡构件316下推所述承压体315的过程中所述悬臂1会绕着所述悬臂转轴310往下转动,当下压作用力F3传递给所述止挡构件316的分力可以克服所述至少一弹性件313对于所述承压体315的最大反推作用力时,所述止挡构件316就会继续相对所述承压体315发生转动并最终转过90度,请参见图12,此时所述悬臂1也会往下转动90度而实现折叠。
具体地,请参见图3,所述所述止挡构件316包括四个设于所述盘面上并位于所述承压体315的上方的止挡体3160、3161、6162、6163,四个所述止挡体3160、3161、6162、6163以所述转盘312的转动中心为圆心等距环绕设置,且相邻的两个所述止挡体3161、6162止抵于所述承压体315的顶面上。这样,当需要折叠所述悬臂1时,请参见图10至图12,向所述悬臂1施加一个下压的作 用力F3(F3>5F2),所述止挡构件316会受到所述悬臂1传递过来的作用力而开始向下推压所述承压体315,在所述止挡构件316下推所述承压体315的过程中所述悬臂1会绕着所述悬臂转轴310往下转动一定角度,此时所述悬臂1就会转过与所述承压体315相止顶的两个所述止挡体3160、3161、6162、6163的其中一个,然后下压的作用力F3变小为(F3<F1),这样使得所述气弹簧30的开关打开,举动此时的所述悬臂1的顶端往上升到顶部,最后继续将所述悬臂1往下转动而最终使得所述止挡构件316与所述悬臂1转过90度而使得所述悬臂1实现折叠。
在上述实施例中,优选地,请参见图3,所述承压体315为板状结构;所述弹性件313与所述固定体314的数量均为两个,所述弹性件313为压缩弹簧,所述固定体314为柱状结构;其中,所述承压体315的两端开设有供所述固定体314一一对应穿过的配合孔,所述两个压缩弹簧一一对应地套设所述两个固定体314。此外,较佳地,所述止挡体3160、3161、6162、6163为柱状结构。
需要说明的是,所述止挡构件316还可以为其他结构,在此给出另两个优选实施例进行说明:例如所述止挡构件316还可以为正方体结构,所述止挡构件316每转动90度就有一个侧面与所述承压体315的顶部完全接触并相止抵。或者所述止挡构件316还可以包括四个设于所述盘面上并位于所述承压体315的上方的止挡块,四个所述止挡块以所述转盘312的转动中心为圆心等距环绕设置,且其中一个所述止挡块止挡于所述所述承压体315的顶面上。上述两个优选实施例的工作原理与所述止挡构件316包括四个所述止挡体3160、3161、6162、6163的实施例的工作原理相同,在此不再赘述。
在上述实用新型实施例中,较佳地,请参见图1与图2,所述视频展台还包括一为中空结构且设于所述底座2的顶部上的立臂5,所述立臂5的一侧壁开设有供所述悬臂转轴310上下滑动的纵向开口50,所述立臂5的内部容置有所述悬臂升降构件3,这样所述立臂5可以避免所述悬臂升降构件3会受到外部的物体的碰撞从而保护所述悬臂升降构件3。具体地,所述气弹簧30的底端与所述底座2的顶部上设有的穿过所述立臂5的底部的凸起相连接固定;所述悬臂转 轴310的一端与所述转轴固定座311可转动连接,所述悬臂转轴310的另一端穿过所述纵向开口50并与位于所述立臂5的外部的所述悬臂1连接。其中,所述立臂5可以为中空的长方体结构或中空的圆柱体结构等,在此不做具体限定。
在上述实用新型实施例中,优选地,请参见图1与图2,还包括摄像头组件转轴6,所述摄像头组件4通过所述摄像头组件转轴6与所述悬臂1转动连接,这样当需要所述摄像头组件4相对于所述悬臂1转动而获得更好地拍摄视野时,可以染着所述摄像头组件转轴6转动所述摄像头组件4。其中,较佳地,所述摄像头组件转轴6包括第一轴体(图未示)及第二轴体(图未示),所述第一轴体的一端与所述悬臂1可转动连接,所述第一轴体的另一端与所述第二轴体的中部连接,所述第二轴体的两端与所述摄像头组件4可转动连接,这样,所述摄像头组件4通过所述第一轴体与所述第二轴体可以做前后、左右、上下等不同方向的转动,从而使得所述摄像头组件4的摄像头组件获得更好的拍摄视野。
在上述实用新型实施例中,优选地,所述悬臂升降构件3的底端通过转轴与所述底座2可转动连接,这样所述悬臂升降构件3可以相对于所述底座2转动,从而使得所述悬臂1与所述悬臂1固定有的所述摄像头组件4可以相对于所述底座2转动,从而可以改变所述摄像头组件4的摄像头组件的拍摄视野。
综上所述,在本实用新型实施例中,用户可以通过操作所述悬臂升降构件3来上下移动所述升降端,当所述摄像头组件4的高度达到用户的实际需要时,用户可以悬停所述升降端以使得固定有所述摄像头组件4的所述悬臂1也悬停,此时通过所述摄像头组件4就可以进行拍摄工作。由上分析可知,本实用新型实施例的所述视频展台可以通过调整摄像头的高度来调整摄像头的拍摄面积。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域技术的技术人员在本实用新型公开的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种视频展台,其特征在于,包括悬臂、底座、悬臂升降构件及摄像头组件,所述悬臂升降构件设置于所述底座上,所述悬臂与所述悬臂升降构件具有的可上下移动并可悬停的升降端连接,所述摄像头组件与所述悬臂连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的视频展台,其特征在于,所述悬臂升降构件包括一气弹簧,所述气弹簧的顶端与所述悬臂连接,所述气弹簧的底端设置于所述底座上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的视频展台,其特征在于,所述升降构件还包括悬臂转轴组件,所述悬臂转轴组件包括悬臂转轴及转轴固定座,所述转轴固定座设于所述气弹簧的顶端,所述悬臂通过所述悬臂转轴与所述转轴固定座可转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的视频展台,其特征在于,所述转轴固定座包括安装台及与所述悬臂转轴可转动连接的转轴支撑体,所述转轴支撑体设于所述安装台的顶部上,所述安装台的底部与所述气弹簧的顶端连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的视频展台,其特征在于,所述悬臂转轴组件还包括转盘、至少一弹性件、至少一设于所述安装台的顶部上的固定体及可沿着所述固定体上下滑动的承压体;所述至少一弹性件设于所述承压体与所述安装台之间;所述悬臂转轴的两端分别与所述悬臂和所述转盘连接;所述转盘的一盘面上设有一位于所述承压体的上方并与所述承压体的顶面相止抵的止挡构件,所述止挡构件用于在转动过程中推压所述承压体并每在转过90度后而停止转动时与所述承压体的顶面相止抵。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的视频展台,其特征在于,所述止挡构件包括四个设于所述盘面上并位于所述承压体的上方的止挡体,四个所述止挡体以所述转盘的转动中心为圆心等距环绕设置,且相邻的两个所述止挡体止抵于所述承压体的顶面上。
  7. 根据权利要求3至6任意一项所述的视频展台,其特征在于,还包括一 为中空结构且设于所述底座的顶部上的立臂,所述立臂的一侧壁开设有供所述悬臂转轴上下滑动的纵向开口,所述立臂的内部容置有所述悬臂升降构件;
    其中,所述气弹簧的底端固定于所述底座的顶部上;所述悬臂转轴的一端与所述转轴固定座可转动连接,所述悬臂转轴的另一端穿过所述纵向开口并与位于所述立臂的外部的所述悬臂连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的视频展台,其特征在于,还包括摄像头组件转轴,所述摄像头组件通过所述摄像头组件转轴与所述悬臂转动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的视频展台,其特征在于,所述摄像头组件转轴包括第一轴体及第二轴体,所述第一轴体的一端与所述悬臂可转动连接,所述第一轴体的另一端与所述第二轴体的中部连接,所述第二轴体的两端与所述摄像头组件可转动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的视频展台,其特征在于,所述悬臂升降构件的底端与所述底座可转动连接。
