Description

视频获取方法、装置、视频设备及存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及多媒体技术领域,尤其涉及一种视频获取方法、装置、视频设备及存储介质。
背景技术
随着多媒体技术的发展,视频会议已经成为了跨地区公司的主要会议形式。一般而言,不同区域的与会者可以通过本地的视频设备进行视频连接,以实现视频会议。
举例而言,如果本地与会者想要对某个文档、视频、幻灯片或者图片等数据在视频会议中进行说明,通常需要提前将上述数据通过邮件等方式发送给远程的与会者。以在视频会议过程中,由本地与会者和远程与会者分别打开该数据,并由本地与会者告知远程与会者数据显示位置,以使远程与会者手动调整数据显示位置,进而实现在远程视频设备中实时显示该数据。或者,预先对视频设备中安装的视频会议软件进行二次开发,以使视频会议软件可以对上述显示的数据实时进行视频编码,进而将视频编码后的数据发送至远程视频设备中,以实现在远程视频设备实时显示该数据。如果没有预先对视频会议软件进行二次开发,那么上述方案将无法执行。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供一种视频获取方法、装置、视频设备及存储 介质,以解决现有视频会议过程中,使远程视频设备实时显示共享数据的处理过程过于繁琐的技术问题。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种视频获取方法,包括:
建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接;
将所述本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据,所述预设桌面的屏幕数据为对预设桌面的显示画面进行抓取后得到的数据;
将所述视频输出数据发送至所述远程视频设备中,以使所述远程视频设备实时显示所述视频输出数据。
第二方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种视频获取装置,包括:
连接建立模块,用于建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接;
数据转换模块,用于将所述本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据,所述预设桌面的屏幕数据为对预设桌面的显示画面进行抓取后得到的数据;
数据发送模块,用于将所述视频输出数据发送至所述远程视频设备中,以使所述远程视频设备实时显示所述视频输出数据。
第三方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种视频设备,包括:
一个或多个处理器;

上述提供的视频获取方法、装置、视频设备及存储介质,通过在本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备建立视频会议连接后,将本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为当前摄像头的视频输出数据,其中,预设桌面的屏幕数据为对预设桌面的显示画面进行抓取后得到的数据,并将该视频输出数据传输至远程视频设备中,以实现在远程视频设备中实时显示该视频输出数据的技术方案,实现了在视频会议时,无需对本地视频设备和远程视频设备中的视频会议软件做任何改动或者二次开发,便可以实现将非本地与会者视频数据的预设桌面的屏幕数据在远程视频设备中实时显示。同时,无需将本地与会者需要显示的文本数据、视频数据、幻灯片数据以及图片数据等预先发送给远程与会者,以由远程与会者手动实现实时显示。

实施例一
图1a为本发明实施例一提供的一种视频获取方法的流程图。本实施例提供的视频获取方法适用于对至少两个远程的视频设备进行视频会议的情形。本实施例提供的视频获取方法可以由视频会议装置执行,该视频会议装置可以通过软件和/或硬件的方式实现,并集成在本地视频设备中。
参考图1a,本实施例提供的视频获取方法具体包括:
S110、建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接。
在本实施例中,视频会议为不在同一地点的至少两个视频设备通过互联网交互并进行视频连接,以保证至少两个不在同一地点的与会者可以通过视频设备进行正常的会议沟通。可选的,上述视频设备中均安装有基于Windows或android等开放平台的视频会议软件。具体的,当前主讲或者主持的与会者使用的视频设备为本地视频设备,其他与当前本地视频设备连接的视频设备为远程视频设备。具体的,本地视频设备设置有至少一个实际摄像头。远程视频设备可以与本地视频设备为相同的视频设备也可以为不同的视频设备。
进一步的,本地视频设备与远程视频设备建立视频会议连接是指本地视频设备中的视频会议软件与远程视频设备中的视频会议软件建立连接。其中,建 立连接的具体方式本实施例不作限定。
具体的,建立视频会议连接后,本地视频设备可以与远程视频设备进行视频数据的传输,其中,该视频数据均为符合视频协议以及视频格式的数据。
S120、将本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据。
一般而言,预设桌面的屏幕数据与实际摄像头获取的实际视频数据并不相同。实际视频数据是实际摄像头拍摄的当前本地与会者所在的空间视频数据。相对的,预设桌面的屏幕数据为对预设桌面的显示画面进行抓取后得到的数据。可选的,预设桌面可以是本地视频设备的桌面,也可以是本地与会者操作的智能设备的桌面,其中,智能设备可以直接与本地视频设备连接,还可以通过中间设备与本地视频设备关联,其具体连接方式,本实施例不做限定。可选的,智能设备可以是智能手机、平板电报、笔记本电脑以及台式电脑等设备。进一步的,抓取显示画面是指对当前显示画面的每个像素点进行抓取操作,以得到与当前显示画面中显示内容相同的数据,该数据中包括各像素点的信息,当其他设备获取到该数据时,可以根据各像素点的信息确定预设桌面的显示画面。该数据的具体格式本实施例不做限定。例如,该数据可以为是图片格式,即对显示画面的每个像素点进行抓取操作生成与显示内容相同的图片数据,其类似于截图处理。显示内容可以是文本、幻灯片、图片以及视频等。典型的,在进行抓取操作时,可以设定抓取频率,并根据该抓取频率获取屏幕数据,以保证屏幕数据的准确性以及实效性。上述抓取的过程便可以认为是在视频会议场景下,对预设桌面的屏幕数据进行“拍摄”的过程。需要说明的是,在本实施例中,预设桌面的屏幕数据默认为对预设桌面的全部显示画面进行抓取后得到的数据。在实际应用中,预设桌面的屏幕数据也可以是对预设桌面中部分显示画 面进行抓取后得到的数据。
可选的,当本地视频设备将自身桌面作为预设桌面时,本地与会者可以通过操作本地视频设备或者与本地视频设备关联的控制设备(如智能笔、遥控器)等设备实现对屏幕数据的翻页、滑动等操作。
还可选的,当本地视频设备将与本地视频设备关联的智能设备的桌面作为预设桌面时,本地与会者可以通过控制智能终端实现对屏幕数据的翻页、滑动等操作。进一步的,本地视频设备获取预设桌面的屏幕数据后,可以在自身显示屏上显示该屏幕数据,也可以不显示该待屏幕数据。在本实施例中,以预设桌面为智能终端的桌面进行示例性的描述。由于在实际应用中,本地与会者可能需要在多个智能设备间进行切换,那么本地视频设备需要在多个智能设备间对预设桌面的屏幕数据的输入源进行切换,此时,为了简化切换过程,可以通过中间设备向本地视频设备传输智能终端的桌面的屏幕数据。可选的,该中间设备优选为传屏设备。传屏设备是一类可以将智能设备的屏幕数据实时传输到本地视频设备中的设备。此时,该传屏设备与至少一个智能设备有线或无线连接,并抓取至少一个智能设备桌面的显示画面作为预设桌面的屏幕数据发送至本地视频设备中。当本地与会者在多个智能设备间进行切换时,仅需切换智能设备与传屏设备的连接,而本地视频设备无需切换输入源,仅需持续获取传屏设备发送的预设桌面的屏幕数据。一般而言,智能设备与传屏设备间连接的切换过程远简单于本地视频设备与智能设备间连接的切换过程。
具体的,对预设桌面的屏幕数据进行格式转换,以使转换后的数据与实际摄像头输出的数据格式相同,且该格式的数据为视频会议软件支持的输入源。进一步的,将格式转换后的数据作为视频输出数据。其中,视频输出数据可以被认为是视频会议连接中当前使用的摄像头“拍摄”后输出的数据。
可选的,预先在本地视频设备中安装虚拟摄像头,利用该虚拟摄像头对预设桌面的屏幕数据进行格式转换,以得到视频输出数据。其中,虚拟摄像头是一类可以模拟真实摄像头的应用软件。该虚拟摄像头可以是虚拟通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)设备,还可以是基于DirectShow的SourceFilter。其中,DirectShow是一种基于组件对象模型(Component Object Model,COM)的流媒体处理的开发包,Source Filter是一种视频捕获方法。一般而言,可以输出任何一种视频会议软件所支持的输入源的应用软件都可以称为虚拟摄像头。可选的,本地视频设备的虚拟摄像头与实际摄像头输出的数据格式相同,且视频会议软件支持该格式的数据。
可选的,当预设桌面的屏幕数据作为视频输出数据时,如果本地与会者想要传输实际摄像头拍摄的与会者视频,那么可以直接进行摄像头切换,此时,本地视频设备将实际摄像头拍摄的实际视频数据切换为当前摄像头拍摄的视频输出数据输入至视频会议软件。需要说明的是,在上述切换过程中,无需本地视频设备对视频会议软件执行任何操作,即视频会议软件在视频会议过程中无需执行任何输入源的切换操作,仅需持续接收本地视频设备发送的当前摄像头的视频输出数据。
S130、将视频输出数据发送至远程视频设备中,以使远程视频设备实时显示视频输出数据。
示例性的,将视频输出数据发送至远程视频设备中是指本地的视频会议软件将视频输出数据发送至远程视频设备的视频会议软件中。当远程视频设备的视频会议软件接收到视频输出数据后,将视频输出数据传送给处理器以使处理器在远程视频设备的桌面上显示该视频输出数据,进而使远程与会者可以实时观看该视频输出数据。上述过程中,无需对视频会议软件进行任何的二次开发, 当前基于Windows或者android等开放平台的视频会议软件均可以实现上述操作。
进一步的,本地与会者对当前桌面显示数据的内容进行操作时,远程视频设备可以同步显示出该操作。
本实施例适用的应用场景示例:
图1b为一种视频会议系统示意图。其中,本地视频设备11可以通过传屏设备12获取智能设备13桌面的屏幕数据。进一步的,当本地视频设备11与远程视频设备(图未示)建立连接后,本地与会者如果需要共享某个文本文档,则只需在智能设备13中打开并显示该文本文档。此时,传屏设备12抓取显示有该文本文档的数据后将该数据作为预设桌面的屏幕数据发送给本地视频设备11。本地视频设备11接收到预设桌面的屏幕数据后,将预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为当前视频会议连接中摄像头输出的视频输出数据,并将该视频输出数据作为视频会议软件的输入源,以使视频会议软件将该视频输出数据发送至远程视频设备中,保证远程视频设备实时显示智能设备13桌面的屏幕数据。进一步的,本地与会者在智能设备13上对文本文档进行操作时,远程视频设备可以同步显示该操作。此时,本地视频设备11中的视频会议软件无需做任何的改变,只需持续获取当前摄像头的视频输出数据。同时,远程视频设备中的视频会议软件也无需做任何的改变,只需持续接收视频输出数据。
综上,通过在本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备建立视频会议连接后,将本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为当前摄像头的视频输出数据,其中,预设桌面的屏幕数据为对预设桌面的显示画面进行抓取得到的数据,并将该视频输出数据传输至远程视频设备中,以实现远程视频设备实时显示视频输出数据的技术方案,实现了在视频会议时,无需对本地视频设备和远程视 频设备中的视频会议软件做任何改动或者二次开发,便可以实现将非本地与会者视频数据的预设桌面的屏幕数据在远程视频设备中实时显示。同时,无需将本地与会者需要显示的文本数据、视频数据、幻灯片数据以及图片数据等预先发送给远程与会者,以由远程与会者手动实现实时显示。
进一步的,考虑到这样一类应用场景:本地与会者既需要发送本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据,又需要发送实际摄像头拍摄的与会者画面,即需要将实际摄像头获取的实际视频数据与预设桌面的屏幕数据一同发送至远程视频设备。为了满足上述应用场景且仍然无需对本地的视频应用软件进行任何操作,本实施例中还提出了将实际摄像头获取的实际视频数据与本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据一同作为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据的技术方案,参考图1c,其具体为:

具体的,远程视频设备可以实时显示实际拍摄数据和预设桌面的屏幕数据,并且无需对本地视频设备和远程视频设备中的视频会议软件执行任何的操作。
实施例二
图2a为本发明实施例二提供的一种视频获取方法的流程图。本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上进行具体化。具体的,参考图2a,本实施例提供的视频获取方法具体包括:
S210、建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接。
S220、获取预设桌面的屏幕数据。
在本实施例中,获取预设桌面的屏幕数据具体包括下述方案:
方案一、获取传屏设备发送的预设桌面的屏幕数据。
具体的,传屏设备分别与本地视频设备和至少一个智能设备连接,其中,该连接方式可以为有线连接或者无线连接,例如,传屏设备与本地视频设备无线连接,与至少一个智能设备有线连接。进一步的,预设桌面为与传屏设备连接的至少一个智能设备的桌面。在与智能设备连接时,传屏设备可以实时获取智能设备的桌面的屏幕数据并将该屏幕数据发送至本地视频会议中。可选的,当屏幕数据为图片格式时,传屏设备获取一帧一帧的图片数据,并将一帧一帧的图片数据发送至本地视频设备中。一般而言,传屏设备同一时刻仅能获取一个智能设备的桌面的屏幕数据。当传屏设备与多个智能设备连接时,可以由本地与会者决定传输屏幕数据的智能终端,并对该智能终端进行操作,以使传屏设备获取该智能终端的屏幕数据。
进一步的,建立传屏设备与本地视频设备的连接时,在本地视频设备中安装传屏设备的接收软件,以实现接收传屏设备发送的屏幕数据。
设置传屏设备的好处是当本地与会者切换使用的智能设备时,无需对本地视频设备或者视频会议软件做任何操作。同时,无需将智能设备中需要共享的数据复制到本地视频设备中,尤其当本地视频设备为公共设备时,保证了数据安全性。
可选的,本地视频设备接收到屏幕数据后,可以根据实际需要在本地显示面上选择性的显示该屏幕数据。在显示屏幕数据时,可以全屏显示该屏幕数据,也可以在显示屏幕数据时,同时显示其他的内容。
可选的,上述过程中涉及的无线连接均可以为:无线局域网、蓝牙或红外等无线连接方式。有线连接可以为:USB插口连接或IEEE 1394插口连接。
方案二、获取与本地视频设备连接的至少一个智能设备发送的自身桌面的屏幕数据作为预设桌面的屏幕数据。
具体的,智能设备设定有抓取当前的桌面的显示内容作为预设桌面的屏幕数据,并将屏幕数据发送至本地视频设备中的功能。在视频会议连接期间,智能设备可以实时的抓取当前桌面的显示内容并编码得到屏幕数据,进而将屏幕数据发送至本地视频设备中。本地视频设备将接收的屏幕数据进行解码,并将解码后得到数据作为预设桌面的屏幕数据。其中,本地视频设备可以物理连接至少一个智能设备,并获取至少一个智能设备的屏幕数据。当获取多个智能设备的屏幕数据时,可以按照预先约定的显示规则对多个屏幕数据进行组合,以得到预设桌面的屏幕数据。其中,显示规则可以是多个屏幕数据在当前桌面中的显示位置或者显示比例等。
需要说明的是,本地视频设备还可以直接获取自身桌面的屏幕数据作为待 发送的显示数据。此类方案适用于本地视频设备中存储有本地与会者需要共享的数据的场景。此时,可以直接在本地视频设备中打开并显示该数据。此类方案还适用于当本地与会者向远程与会者共享数据时,还需要向本地其他与会者展示该数据的场景。此时,当获取到传屏设备发送的屏幕数据后,可以先在本地设备中显示该数据,并获取自身桌面的屏幕数据作为预设桌面的屏幕数据。
需要说明的是,S220也可以执行在S210的前面,即先获取本地视频设备中预设桌面的屏幕数据,再建立本地视频设备与远程视频设备的视频会议连接。
S230、将本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据通过预先设定的数据接口写入虚拟摄像头。
具体的,预先设定向虚拟摄像头中写入数据时的数据接口,其中,数据接口的具体约定规则本实施例不作限定,例如,约定规则可以是共享内存的方式。
举例而言,当本地视频设备与传屏设备无线连接时,传屏设备的接收软件与虚拟摄像头之间可以通过预先设定的数据接口交换数据。进一步的,传屏设备在获取到智能终端桌面的屏幕数据后,对该屏幕数据进行编码,并通过无线发送端口向本地视频设备发送编码后的数据。其中,具体的编码方式本实施例不作限定,仅需满足无线通信协议即可。再进一步的,本地视频设备的传屏设备接收软件接收到数据,对数据进行解码,以得到预设桌面的屏幕数据,并按照数据接口的约定规则,将预设桌面的屏幕数据通过共享内存的方式写入虚拟摄像头中。
S240、利用虚拟摄像头转换预设桌面的屏幕数据,以得到视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据。
进一步的,通过虚拟摄像头将预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为视频输出数据,其中,该视频输出数据可以被认为是虚拟摄像头“拍摄”的数据。在视频会议 连接时,将虚拟摄像头作为当前“拍摄”视频的摄像头,将视频输出数据作为当前摄像头的输出数据。
具体的,对预设桌面的屏幕数据进行格式转换处理。即在不改变显示内容的前提下,将预设桌面的屏幕写入虚拟摄像头中,以使虚拟摄像头将预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为虚拟摄像头的输出格式,以实现虚拟摄像头对预设桌面的屏幕数据的“拍摄”。在视频会议连接过程中,调用虚拟摄像头中的数据作为当前摄像头拍摄的视频输出数据输入至视频会议软件。
需要说明的是,也可以直接对预设桌面的屏幕数据进行格式转换,得到符合虚拟摄像头输出格式的数据,并将该数据直接写入虚拟摄像头中,此时,虚拟摄像头无需执行格式转换的操作,在视频会议过程中,可以直接输出写入的数据作为视频输出数据。
S250、将视频输出数据发送至远程视频设备中,以使远程视频设备实时显示视频输出数据。
本实施例适用应用场景示例:
参考图2b,设定,本地视频设备为交互式会议平板21,其配置有Windows主机系统,且安装有至少一个摄像头。进一步的,该交互式会议平板21为可触控的平板,且大于50寸。一般而言,该交互式会议平板21可以作为公共设备放置在会议室中。具体的,该交互式会议平板21中安装有传屏设备的接收软件、虚拟摄像头以及第三方的视频会议软件。
进一步的,交互式会议平板21与传屏设备22无线连接,传屏设备22与笔记本电脑23有线连接。其中,笔记本电脑23为本地与会者的持有设备。传屏设备22抓取的笔记本电脑23当前桌面的屏幕数据为图片数据。
当交互式会议平板21与至少一个远程视频设备24通过互联网建立视频会 议连接后,本地与会者想要共享一份文本文档时,本地与会者只需在笔记本电脑23中打开该文本文档。参考图2c,其为视频会议系统的数据处理流程图。具体的,传屏设备22采集显示有该文本文档的屏幕数据得到图片数据。进一步的,对图片数据进行视频编码并发送至交互式会议平板21。交互式会议平板21通过传屏设备的接收软件接收到数据后,对其进行解码以得到预设桌面的屏幕数据,并按照预先设定的数据接口将预设桌面的屏幕数据写入虚拟摄像头中,以使虚拟摄像头对待发送的显示数据进行格式转换。进一步的,调取虚拟摄像头中格式转换后的数据作为当前摄像头的视频输出数据并发送至第三方视频会议软件,以使第三方视频会议软件将该视频输出数据发送至远程视频设备24的视频会议软件中。此时,笔记本电脑23和至少一个远程视频设备24的桌面显示内容相同,均为该文本文档的桌面显示数据,交互式会议平板21根据实际需求选择性的显示该桌面显示数据。同时,交互式会议平板21和至少一个远程视频设备24中均未存储有该文本文档,当本次视频会议结束时,交互式会议平板21和至少一个远程视频设备24中均不会保存留该文本文档,进一步的保证了文本文档的安全性。进一步的,若需要对显示文本文档进行翻页、滑动显示或者标记等操作,则仅需本地与会者在笔记本电脑23端执行对应的操作。
综上,通过在建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接后,获取预设桌面的屏幕数据,并将预设桌面的屏幕数据通过数据接口写入虚拟摄像头中,以使虚拟摄像头将该预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为本次视频会议连接的当前摄像头的视频输出数据并发送至远程视频设备中,以实现视频会议过程中远程视频设备实时显示相应的显示数据,无需将本地与会者需要显示的文本数据、视频数据、幻灯片数据以及图片数据等预先发送给远程与会者,以由远程与会者手动实现实时显示。同时,无需对本地视频设备和远程视频设备中 的视频会议软件做任何改动或者二次开发。
实施例三
图3为本发明实施例三提供的一种视频获取方法的流程图。本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上进行具体化。具体的,参考图3,本实施例提供的视频获取方法包括:
S310、获取预设桌面的屏幕数据。
S320、建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接。
S330、将本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据。
S340、确认是否接收到视频切换指令。若是,执行S350。否则,执行S360。
具体的,视频切换指令为切换视频会议软件的输入源的指令,其可以由本地与会者通过本地视频设备或者与本地视频设备关联的控制设备发出,具体的发出形式本实施例不做限定。
当前,将获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据默认为视频会议过程中优先“拍摄”得到的数据。如果接收到视频切换指令,则确定需要对当前进行“拍摄”的摄像头进行切换,即将另一个摄像头中“拍摄”的数据作为视频输出数据。在本实施例中,设定视频切换指令可以默认是将当前摄像头“拍摄”得到的数据由预设桌面的屏幕数据切换为实际拍摄数据。
可选的,在本地视频设备中设置虚拟摄像头时,可以设置至少一个虚拟摄像头,且每个虚拟摄像头中均有对应的数据,相应的,视频切换指令也可以是在各虚拟摄像头间进行切换的指令,此时,可以为每个虚拟摄像头以及实际摄像头进行编号,并在视频切换指令中加入准备切换为当前摄像头的编号,以实 现摄像头的切换。
S350、在确认接收到视频切换指令时,获取本地视频设备的实际摄像头拍摄的实际视频数据,并将实际视频数据作为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据。执行S360。
示例性的,将实际摄像头作为当前执行拍摄的摄像头,将实际摄像头拍摄的实际视频数据作为视频输出数据,并将该视频输出数据发送至视频会议软件中。其中,无需对该视频会议软件进行任何操作,由本地视频设备自行更换当前摄像头,即视频会议软件仅需持续接收当前摄像头的视频输出数据。
需要说明的是,实际摄像头的个数可以是至少一个,相应的,实际视频数据可以默认是获取全部实际摄像头拍摄的合成数据。可选的,也可以仅获取单个实际摄像头的拍摄数据,此时,可以对每个实际摄像头进行编号,并在视频切换指令中加入对应的编号,或者是,在接收到视频切换指令后,再提示当前存在多个实际摄像头,由本地与会者选择获取其中一个实际摄像头的拍摄数据,或者获取至少两个实际摄像头的拍摄数据。
S360、将视频输出数据发送至远程视频设备中,以使远程视频设备实时显示视频输出数据。
可选的,也可以在S330后直接执行S360,并在执行S360的过程中同时执行S340,直到本次视频会议结束为止。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,默认为建立视频会议连接后,将预设桌面的屏幕数据作为当前摄像头“拍摄”得到的视频输出数据。实际应用中,也可以将实际摄像头拍摄的实际视频数据默认为视频输出数据,并在接收到切换指令时,将预设桌面的屏幕数据切换为视频输出数据。同时,本实施例中可以根据本地与会者的实际需求多次在预设桌面的屏幕数据和实际视频数据之间执行 切换操作,且每次均无需对视频会议软件执行任何操作。
综上,通过获取预设桌面的屏幕数据,并在建立本地视频设备与远程视频设备的视频会议连接后,对预设桌面的屏幕数据进行格式转换,如果没有接收到视频切换指令,则将转换后的预设桌面的屏幕数据作为视频输出数据,如果接收到视频切换指令,则将实际摄像头拍摄的实际视频数据作为视频输出数据,并将视频输出数据发送至远程视频设备的技术手段,实现了在预设桌面的屏幕数据和实际视频数据之间切换,且无需对视频会议软件执行任何的操作。同时,无需将本地与会者需要显示的文本数据、视频数据、幻灯片数据以及图片数据等预先发送给远程与会者,以由远程与会者手动实现实时显示。
实施例四
图4为本发明实施例四提供的一种视频获取装置的结构示意图。参考图4,本实施例提的视频获取装置包括:连接建立模块401、数据转换模块402以及数据发送模块403。
其中,连接建立模块401,用于建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接;数据转换模块402,用于将本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据,所述预设桌面的屏幕数据为对预设桌面的显示画面进行抓取后得到的数据;数据发送模块403,用于将视频输出数据发送至远程视频设备中,以使远程视频设备实时显示视频输出数据。
综上,通过在本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备建立视频会议连接后,将本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为当前摄像头的视频输出数据,其中,所述预设桌面的屏幕数据为对预设桌面的显示画面进行抓取后得到 的数据,并将该视频输出数据传输至远程视频设备中,以实现在远程视频设备中实时显示该视频输出数据的技术方案,实现了在视频会议时,无需对本地视频设备和远程视频设备中的视频会议软件做任何改动或者二次开发,便可以实现将非本地与会者视频数据的预设桌面的屏幕数据在远程视频设备中实时显示。同时,无需将本地与会者需要显示的文本数据、视频数据、幻灯片数据以及图片数据等预先发送给远程与会者,以由远程与会者手动实现实时显示。
在上述实施例的基础上,还包括:数据获取模块,用于在建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接之前或之后,获取传屏设备发送的预设桌面的屏幕数据,预设桌面为与传屏设备连接的至少一个智能设备的桌面;或,用于在建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接之前或之后,获取与本地视频设备连接的至少一个智能设备发送的自身桌面的屏幕数据作为预设桌面的屏幕数据。
在上述实施例的基础上,数据转换模块402包括:写入单元,用于将本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据通过预先设定的数据接口写入虚拟摄像头中;转换单元,用于利用虚拟摄像头转换预设桌面的屏幕数据,以得到视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据。
在上述实施例的基础上,还包括:数据切换模块,用于将本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据之后,在确认接收到视频切换指令时,获取本地视频设备的实际摄像头拍摄的实际视频数据,并将实际视频数据作为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据。
在上述实施例的基础上,数据转换模块402包括:数据合并单元,用于合并实际摄像头拍摄的实际视频数据和本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据;混合数据转换单元,用于将合并后的混合数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像 头的视频输出数据。
本发明实施例提供的视频获取装置可以用于执行上述任意实施例提供的视频获取方法,具备相应的功能和有益效果。
实施例五
图5为本发明实施例五提供的一种视频设备的结构示意图。如图5所示,该视频设备包括处理器50、存储器51、摄像头52、通信装置53、输入装置54和输出装置55;视频设备中处理器50的数量可以是一个或多个,图5中以一个处理器50为例;视频设备中摄像头52的数量可以是一个或多个,图5中以一个摄像头52为例;视频设备中的处理器50、存储器51、摄像头52、通信装置53、输入装置54和输出装置55可以通过总线或其他方式连接,图5中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器51作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的视频获取方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,视频获取装置中的连接建立模块401、数据转换模块402和数据发送模块403)。处理器50通过运行存储在存储器51中的软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行视频设备的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的视频获取方法。
存储器51可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据终端的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器51可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实例中,存储器51可进一步包括相对于处理器50远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至视频设备。上述网络的实例 包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
摄像头52为实际摄像头,用于在视频会议过程中拍摄与会者画面,并输出实际视频数据。
通信装置53可用于与至少一个远程视频设备进行连接,并向至少一个远程视频设备发送视频输出数据;还用于与传屏设备进行连接,并获取传屏设备发送的预设桌面的屏幕数据。
输入装置54可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与视频设备的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。输出装置55可包括显示屏等显示设备。
本发明实施例提供的视频设备可以执行上述任意实施例提供的视频获取方法,具备相应的功能和有益效果。
实施例六
本发明实施例六还提供一种包含计算机可执行指令的存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令在由计算机处理器执行时用于执行一种视频获取方法,该视频获取方法包括:
建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接;
将本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据,预设桌面的屏幕数据为对预设桌面的显示画面进行抓取后得到的数据;
将视频输出数据发送至远程视频设备中,以使远程视频设备实时显示视频输出数据。
当然,本发明实施例所提供的一种包含计算机可执行指令的存储介质,其计算机可执行指令不限于如上所述的视频获取方法操作,还可以执行本发明任意 实施例所提供的视频获取方法中的相关操作,具备相应的功能和有益效果。
通过以上关于实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,本发明可借助软件及必需的通用硬件来实现,当然也可以通过硬件实现,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如计算机的软盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、闪存(FLASH)、硬盘或光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的视频获取方法。
值得注意的是,上述视频获取装置的实施例中,所包括的各个单元和模块只是按照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可;另外,各功能单元的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本发明的保护范围。
注意,上述仅为本发明的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本发明进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本发明的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种视频获取方法,其特征在于,包括:
    建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接;
    将所述本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据,所述预设桌面的屏幕数据为对预设桌面的显示画面进行抓取后得到的数据;
    将所述视频输出数据发送至所述远程视频设备中,以使所述远程视频设备实时显示所述视频输出数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的视频获取方法,其特征在于,所述建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接之前或之后,还包括:
    获取传屏设备发送的预设桌面的屏幕数据,所述预设桌面为与所述传屏设备连接的至少一个智能设备的桌面;或
    获取与本地视频设备连接的至少一个智能设备发送的自身桌面的屏幕数据作为预设桌面的屏幕数据。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的视频获取方法,其特征在于,所述将所述本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据包括:
    将所述本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据通过预先设定的数据接口写入虚拟摄像头中;
    利用所述虚拟摄像头转换所述预设桌面的屏幕数据,以得到视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的视频获取方法,其特征在于,所述将所述本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据之后,还包括:
    在确认接收到视频切换指令时,获取所述本地视频设备的实际摄像头拍摄的实际视频数据,并将所述实际视频数据作为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的视频获取方法,其特征在于,所述将所述本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据包括:
    合并实际摄像头拍摄的实际视频数据和所述本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据;
    将合并后的混合数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据。
  6. 一种视频获取装置,其特征在于,包括:
    连接建立模块,用于建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接;
    数据转换模块,用于将所述本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据转换为视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据,所述预设桌面的屏幕数据为对预设桌面的显示画面进行抓取后得到的数据;
    数据发送模块,用于将所述视频输出数据发送至所述远程视频设备中,以使所述远程视频设备实时显示所述视频输出数据。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的视频获取装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    数据获取模块,用于建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接之前或之后,获取传屏设备发送的预设桌面的屏幕数据,所述预设桌面为与所述传屏设备连接的至少一个智能设备的桌面;或,用于建立本地视频设备与至少一个远程视频设备的视频会议连接之前或之后,获取与本地视频设备连接的至少一个智能设备发送的自身桌面的屏幕数据作为预设桌面的屏幕数 据。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的视频获取装置,其特征在于,所述数据转换模块包括:
    写入单元,用于将所述本地视频设备获取的预设桌面的屏幕数据通过预先设定的数据接口写入虚拟摄像头中;
    转换单元,用于利用所述虚拟摄像头转换所述预设桌面的屏幕数据,以得到视频会议连接中摄像头的视频输出数据。
  9. 一种视频设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的视频获取方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的视频获取方法。
