实施例
结合图1和图2,本实施例的一种结构稳定的可调节床垫,包括中间固定架32、分别连接在中间固定架32的两端的床头架31和床尾架30,床头架31、中间固定架32和床尾架30的外部包覆有垫体,床头架31上固设有背部连接杆24,背部连接杆24与腰部连接杆23的一端铰接,且腰部连接杆23的另一端与中间固定架32的左端铰接,腰部连接杆23的内部设有一容纳腰部推块22的滑槽23-1,腰部推块22的一端与背部连接杆24的端部相抵,且腰部推块22与背部连接杆24的相抵部位于背部连接杆24与腰部连接杆23的铰接点的下方,腰部推块22的另一端与中间固定架32内设有的第一推块21相抵,中间固定架32内还设有驱动第一推块21左右移动的第一驱动机构。
如图3所示,本实施例的腰部推块22为阶梯块,滑槽23-1为阶梯孔状,腰部推块22的
头部与背部连接杆24相抵,腰部推块22的头部的长度大于滑槽23-1的头部孔的深度(腰部推块22的头部指的是小径端,滑槽23-1的头部孔也即指小径孔),腰部推块22的与第一推块21的相抵处为一锐角斜面,如图2所示。当第一推块21向左推动腰部推块22时,腰部推块22的头部先抵触背部连接杆24,推动背部连接杆24相对于腰部连接杆23转动,然后腰部推块22的台阶抵触腰部连接杆23内的滑槽23-1的台阶面,推动腰部连接杆23相对于中间固定架32转动,腰部连接杆23的设置实现了对人体腰部的托持,更符合人体工程学,提高了使用舒适度。
接续图1和图2,本实施例的背部连接杆24的与腰部推块22的相抵处为一凸出部,背部连接杆24的凸出部在该床垫处于平整状态时伸入滑槽23-1内,腰部推块22对背部连接杆24的推动更加稳定。
本实施例的床尾架30上固设有小腿部连接杆26,小腿部连接杆26与大腿部连接杆25的右端铰接,且大腿部连接杆25的左端与中间固定架32的右端铰接,中间固定架32内设有与大腿部连接杆25的左端相抵的第二推块20,且大腿部连接杆25与第二推块20的相抵部位于大腿部连接杆25与中间固定架32的铰接点的下方,中间固定架32内还设有驱动第二推块20左右移动的第二驱动机构。大腿部连接杆25的右端设有一斜面,如图2所示,该斜面位于大腿部连接杆25与小腿部连接杆26的铰接点的下方,当大腿部连接杆25绕中间固定架32转动一定角度后,再带动床尾架30升降,避免床尾架30与大腿部连接杆25同步转动,造成床尾架30的倾角过大,使用更舒适。
如图1所示,本实施例的第一驱动机构包括微型电机、蜗杆15、蜗轮16、丝杠17以及第一螺母支架11,微型电机的输出端与蜗杆15传动连接,蜗轮16与丝杠17同轴固连,当然蜗轮16通过轴承12可转动地安装在中间固定架32内,且蜗轮16与蜗杆15传动配合,第一螺母支架11与丝杠17螺纹配合,第一推块21设于第一螺母支架11的左端。为了限定床头架31的调节位置,第一螺母支架11的行程的两端设有限位开关19,当第一螺母支架11运动到其行程的最右端时,第一螺母支架11触发右端的限位开关19,则第一螺母支架11不再右移,此时,床头架31处于水平位置;当第一螺母支架11运动到其行程的最左端时,第一螺母支架11触发左端的限位开关19,则第一螺母支架11不再左移,此时,床头架31处于可抬起的最大角度。当然,第一螺母支架11上对限位开关19的触发部优选斜面,以保证触发平稳而不损坏限位开关19。本实施例的第二驱动机构的结构原理与上述的第一驱动机构基本相同,在此不再赘述,这里需要指出的是,控制床头架31运动的微型电机和控制床尾架30运动的微型电机相互独立。
为了更好地理解本实施例的一种结构稳定的可调节床垫,现结合图1~图3对本实施例的
工作状态作简要说明。当需要抬起床头架31时,控制床头架31运动的微型电机正转,带动蜗杆15转动,蜗杆15带动蜗轮16与丝杠17转动,则第一螺母支架11带动第一推块21向左移动,第一推块21推动腰部推块22左移,腰部推块22的头部先抵触背部连接杆24,推动背部连接杆24相对于腰部连接杆23转动,然后腰部推块22的台阶抵触腰部连接杆23内的滑槽23-1的台阶面,推动腰部连接杆23相对于中间固定架32转动,当第一螺母支架11运动至其行程的最左端时,触发左端的限位开关19,微型电机停止工作,第一螺母支架11停止运动,此时,床头架31的位置即处于可抬起的最大角度;当需要抬起床尾架30时,控制床尾架30运动的微型电机正转,最终由第二螺母支架18带动第二推块20向右移动,第二推块20推动大腿部连接杆25相对于中间固定架32转动,然后大腿部连接杆25右端的斜面与小腿部连接杆26的左端面相抵,进而带动床尾架30上升,当第二螺母支架18运动至其行程的最右端时,触发其右端的限位开关19,微型电机停止工作,第二螺母支架18停止运动,此时,床尾架30的位置即处于可升起的最高位置。
当需要下降床头架31时,控制床头架31运动的微型电机反转,第一螺母支架11右移,则腰部推块22右移,床头架31下降,当第一螺母支架11右移至其行程的最右端时,触发其右端的限位开关19,微型电机停止工作,第一螺母支架11停止运动,此时,床头架31即处于水平位置;当需要下降床尾架30时,控制床尾架30运动的微型电机反转,第二螺母支架18带动第二推块20向左移动,则大腿部连接杆25和床尾架30下降,当第二螺母支架18运动至其行程的最左端时,触发其左端的限位开关19,微型电机停止工作,第二螺母支架18停止运动,此时,大腿部连接杆25和床尾架30处于水平位置。
本实用新型的一种结构稳定的可调节床垫,第一驱动机构通过腰部推块推动床头架升降,压力集中在腰部推块上,设计更合理,工作更稳定,使用寿命更长;腰部连接杆的设置实现了对人体腰部的托持,更符合人体工程学,提高了使用舒适度;第二驱动机构驱动大腿部连接杆转动,进而带动床尾架升降,连接结构简单且可靠,工作更加稳定。
以上示意性地对本实用新型及其实施方式进行了描述,该描述没有限制性,附图中所示的也只是本实用新型的实施方式之一,实际的结构并不局限于此。所以,如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本实用新型创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性地设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例,均应属于本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (8)
- 一种结构稳定的可调节床垫,包括中间固定架(32)、分别连接在中间固定架(32)的两端的床头架(31)和床尾架(30),其特征在于:所述的床头架(31)上固设有背部连接杆(24),所述的背部连接杆(24)与腰部连接杆(23)的一端铰接,且腰部连接杆(23)的另一端与中间固定架(32)的左端铰接,所述的腰部连接杆(23)的内部设有一容纳腰部推块(22)的滑槽(23-1),所述的腰部推块(22)的一端与背部连接杆(24)的端部相抵,且腰部推块(22)与背部连接杆(24)的相抵部位于背部连接杆(24)与腰部连接杆(23)的铰接点的下方,所述的腰部推块(22)的另一端与中间固定架(32)内设有的第一推块(21)相抵,所述的中间固定架(32)内还设有驱动第一推块(21)左右移动的第一驱动机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构稳定的可调节床垫,其特征在于:所述的腰部推块(22)为阶梯块,所述的滑槽(23-1)为阶梯孔状,所述的腰部推块(22)的头部与背部连接杆(24)相抵。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种结构稳定的可调节床垫,其特征在于:所述的腰部推块(22)的头部的长度大于滑槽(23-1)的头部孔的深度。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种结构稳定的可调节床垫,其特征在于:所述的背部连接杆(24)的与腰部推块(22)的相抵处为一凸出部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种结构稳定的可调节床垫,其特征在于:所述的背部连接杆(24)的凸出部在该床垫处于平整状态时伸入滑槽(23-1)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构稳定的可调节床垫,其特征在于:所述的床尾架(30)上固设有小腿部连接杆(26),所述的小腿部连接杆(26)与大腿部连接杆(25)的右端铰接,且大腿部连接杆(25)的左端与中间固定架(32)的右端铰接,所述的中间固定架(32)内设有与大腿部连接杆(25)的左端相抵的第二推块(20),且大腿部连接杆(25)与第二推块(20)的相抵部位于大腿部连接杆(25)与中间固定架(32)的铰接点的下方,所述的中间固定架(32)内还设有驱动第二推块(20)左右移动的第二驱动机构。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种结构稳定的可调节床垫,其特征在于:所述的大腿部连接杆(25)的右端设有一斜面,该斜面位于大腿部连接杆(25)与小腿部连接杆(26)的铰接点的下方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构稳定的可调节床垫,其特征在于:所述的第一驱动机构包括微型电机、蜗杆(15)、蜗轮(16)、丝杠(17)以及第一螺母支架(11),所述的微型电机的输出端与蜗杆(15)传动连接,所述的蜗轮(16)与丝杠(17)同轴固连,且蜗轮(16)与蜗杆(15)传动配合,所述的第一螺母支架(11)与丝杠(17)螺纹配合,所述的第一推块(21)设于第一螺母支架(11)的左端。
