优选地,所述下壳体内设置有控制组件,所述控制组件包括固定在下壳体内的控制电路板、蓄电池以及设置于所述下壳体外壁上具有多个控制按键的控制面板,所述控制电路板分别与所述雾化器、驱动电机、蓄电池以及控制面板电性连接。
优选地,所述上壳体上设置有太阳能板,所述上壳体内侧底部设置有分别与所述驱动电机和太阳能板电性连接的第一电连接器,所述本体底部外侧设有与所述控制组件电性连接的第二电连接器,当所述上壳体插接罩设于所述本体上时,所述第一电连接器与第二电连接器彼此电连接。
优选地,所述上壳体和下壳体外还分别套设有五金材料制成的上外壳和下外壳,所述太阳能板位于所述上壳体的顶部并露出于所述上外壳之外。
优选地,所述下壳体内还设置有与所述控制电路板电性连接的水位检测组件,每一所述储液腔的底壁向上凸起一凸台,所述凸台底部形成有一容置槽,所述水位控制组件包括设于所述容置槽内用于感应所述凸台表面有无液体的感应片。
优选地,所述下壳体的底部设置有进风网孔,所述进风网孔的上方设有鼓风机,所述本体的侧壁上设有连通所述上壳体和下壳体的通风通道,所述盖体上对应每个储液腔均设有一鼓风孔。
本发明技术方案通过采用储液箱的不同储液腔内分别加入不同成分的精油来和水混合,在使用时,可选择性的启动其中一个雾化器,以使该雾化器将对应储液腔内的混合液进行雾化产生香气,然后通过调节旋转喷头以使其进气孔与对应该储液腔的排气孔连通,从而使该储液腔内的香气从旋转喷头的喷口中喷出,产生香薰效果;而当想要另一种香气的香薰效果时,对应的启动另一雾化器,然后将旋转喷头旋转至与另一排气孔连通即可;与现有的香薰机相比,本发明的香薰加湿器在更换香薰气味时无需将体内原有的液体用完才能更换,也避免了现有香薰机在更换液体时容易出现之前残留的液体混乱新液体气味的情况。

下面参照附图详细描述本发明实施例的自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器。
如图1所示,根据本发明实施例的自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器,其包括壳体10以及设置在所述壳体10内的储液箱20,所述储液箱20内通过竖直隔板23分隔形成有至少两个储液腔24,每一所述储液腔24的底部设置有雾化器25,该雾化器25优选采用超声波雾化器,所述储液箱20的顶部中间对应每一储液腔24开设有排气孔221;所述壳体10的顶部中间转动设置有一旋转喷头30,所述旋转喷头30的底部开设有一进气孔31,通过转动所述旋转喷头30使所述进气孔31可选择性的与其中一所述储液腔24所对应的排气孔221连通。
本发明以储液箱20具有两个储液腔24为例进行说明,当然也可以是三个、四个甚至更多个,根据本实施例的自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器,通过在两个储液腔24内分别不同成分的精油,并在两输液腔内加入适量的水与精油形成混合液;在使用时,可选择性的启动其中一个雾化器25,以使该雾化器25将对应储液腔24内的混合液进行雾化产生香气,然后通过调节旋转喷头30以使其进气孔31与对应该储液腔24的排气孔221连通,从而使该储液腔24内的香气从旋转喷头30的喷口32中喷出,产生香薰效果;而当想要另一种香气的香薰效果时,对应的启动另一雾化器25,然后将旋转喷头30旋转至与另一排气孔221连通即可;如此,与现有的香薰机相比,本发明的香薰加湿器在更换香薰气味时无需将体内原有的液体用完才能更换,也避免了现有香薰机在更换液体时容易出现之前残留的液体混乱新液体气味的情况。
在本发明的一个实施例中,结合图2所示,所述壳体10包括上下方向相互扣合固定的上壳体11和下壳体12,所述储液箱20固定安装于所述上壳体11和下壳体12之间。所述储液箱20包括本体21以及盖合在所述本体21顶部的盖体22,所述本体21与所述下壳 体12固定连接,所述上壳体11可拆卸插接的罩设于所述本体21上;所述盖体22中部向上以渐缩的方式凸起形成锥形管222,所述排气孔221设置在所述锥形管222的顶部。也就是说,旋转喷头30是旋转安装在上壳体11的顶部中间的,当需要添加精油和水时,可将上壳体11从本体21上方拔出,然后打开盖体22进行添加,当将上壳体11重新盖设在本体21上时,旋转喷头30的底部与锥形管222的顶部贴合。
需要说明的是,储液箱20内的竖直隔板23由第一隔板231和第二隔板232组成,该第一隔板231设置在本体21内,第二隔板232设置在盖体22内,当盖体22盖合在本体21上时,第一隔板231和第二隔板232对接形成所述的竖直隔板23。
进一步地,如图3所示,所述上壳体11内部的上方扣合固定有一水平的安装板40,所述旋转喷头30的下部转动的设置于所述安装板40与所述上壳体11之间,所述旋转喷头30的上部伸出于所述上壳体11;所述安装板40的中心开设有一通孔41,所述盖体22的锥形管222上端穿入所述通孔41内而与所述旋转喷头30的底部贴合。具体的,上壳体11顶部中心开设有一供所述旋转喷头30上部穿过的安装孔111,环绕该安装孔111圆周均匀设置有多个卡孔112,而安装板40上表面对应多个卡孔112的位置分别设置有与所述卡孔112适配的卡勾43,当安装板40通过所述卡勾43与卡孔112的固定扣合而固定在上壳体11内时,安装板40将旋转喷头30轴向固定在上壳体11的安装孔111内,从而使旋转喷头30可在安装孔111内绕轴向进行转动。
其中,安装板40的中部向下渐缩的凸设有用于形成所述通孔41的限位管42,当上壳体11安装在储液箱20上时通过该限位管42便于锥形管222穿入该限位管42的通孔41内,使本发明的结构配合更加的紧密。
优选地,为了使旋转喷头30的进气口与锥形管222的排气口密封连通,在旋转喷头30的底部中心向上凹陷形成有一圆形凹槽,进气孔31开设在圆形凹槽的偏心位置上,而锥形管222的顶端延伸至圆形凹槽内,并与圆形凹槽的顶面贴合。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述壳体10内设置有用于驱动所述旋转喷头30转动的驱动装置。具体的,如图1和图2所示,所述驱动装置为固定设置在所述安装板40上的驱动电机34,所述旋转喷头30的下部外缘设置有环形齿轮部33,所述驱动电机34与所述环形齿轮部33传动连接,以驱动所述旋转喷头30转动。
其中,该环形齿轮部33抵在通孔41的边缘处,上壳体11的安装孔111边缘向下凸设延伸有环形限位部113,该环形限位部113的下端抵在环形齿轮部33上,从而旋转喷头30通过该环形齿轮部33转动设置在安装板40与上壳体11之间。
根据本实施例的自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器,当第一个储液腔24内的雾化器25独立工作,且启动驱动电机34时,旋转喷头30受驱动电机34的驱动进行旋转,从而使第一个储液腔24内雾化的第一种香气间隔性的从旋转喷头30的喷口32中喷出;当第二个储液腔24内的雾化器25独立工作,且启动驱动电机34时,旋转喷头30受驱动电机34的驱动进行旋转,从而使第二个储液腔24内雾化的第二种香气间隔性的从旋转喷头30的喷口32中喷出;而当两个储液腔24内的雾化器25同时工作,且启动驱动电机34时,旋转喷头30受驱动电机34的驱动进行旋转,从而使两个储液腔24内的两种香气间隔的从旋转喷头30的喷口32中喷出。如此不仅使香薰加湿器在工作时具有更好的视觉效果,同时可使得多个储液腔24体内的香气间隔喷出,而不是喷出混合气体。其中,本发明的旋转喷头30的喷口32朝一侧倾斜,如此,当旋转喷头30固定喷出一个储液腔24内的香气时,其倾斜的喷口32朝向香薰加湿器的一侧,调节整个香薰加湿器可调节其喷口32的喷出方向,更加方便实用;而当驱动电机34驱动旋转喷头30旋转而喷出雾气时,利用倾斜的喷口32使喷出的雾气成螺旋状的环绕喷气,配合灯光效果,带来不一样的视觉盛宴,具有艺术欣赏的价值。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图2和图4所示,所述下壳体12内设置有控制组件,所述控制组件包括固定在下壳体12内的控制电路板51、蓄电池52以及设置于所述下壳体12外壁上具有多个控制按键531的控制面板53,所述控制电路板51分别与所述雾化器25、驱动电机34、蓄电池52以及控制面板53电性连接。如此,通过控制按键531可分别控制各雾化器25的启停、驱动电机34的启停及转速;例如,当多个储液腔24的雾化器25同时启动时,由于驱动电机34转速的快慢影响旋转喷头30的转动速度,当旋转喷头30的转动速度越快时,各种香味的雾气喷出间隔时间越短,从而获得的香薰效果具有混合的香味;而当旋转喷头30的转动速度越慢时,各香味的雾气喷出间隔时间越长,从而获得的香薰效果是多种香味在间隔时间中比较独立清晰。
具体地,下壳体12的外壁上还设置有一充电插口121,该充电插口121内设有与所述蓄电池52电性连接的充电接头54,通过该充电接头54可为蓄电池52进行充电,从而便于香薰加湿器的使用。
进一步地,如图1至图3所示,所述上壳体11上设置有太阳能板115,所述上壳体11内侧底部设置有分别与所述驱动电机34和太阳能板115电性连接的第一电连接器211,所述本体21底部外侧设有与所述控制组件电性连接的第二电连接器114,当所述上壳体11插接罩设于所述本体21上时,所述第一电连接器211与第二电连接器114彼此电连接。如此,使得本发明的结构更加紧凑合理,在当香薰加湿器放置在光照充足的环境下时,可通过 太阳能板115所转化的电能直接进行供电,而在光照强度较低时,太阳能板115吸收的能量较弱,所转化的电能可为蓄电池52进行充电,由蓄电池52进行整体供电。
其中,如图4和图6所示,所述上壳体11和下壳体12外还分别套设有五金材料制成的上外壳61和下外壳62,所述太阳能板115位于所述上壳体11的顶部并露出于所述上外壳61之外。具体的,上外壳61和下外壳62都是与上壳体11和下壳体12的中部相适配的环形结构,当上外壳61套设在上壳体11上时,太阳能板115位于上外壳61上部开口中,且太阳能板115为球面结构,如此,太阳能板115可更好的吸收光照能量。
更进一步地,如图5和图8所示,所述下壳体12内还设置有与所述控制电路板51电性连接的水位检测组件26。具体地,每一所述储液腔24的底壁241向上凸起一凸台242,所述凸台242底部形成有一容置槽243,所述水位控制组件包括设于所述容置槽内用于感应所述凸台表面有无液体的感应片;在本实施例中,该感应片通过一弹簧固定,该弹簧262的顶端抵压在感应片261上,底端抵压在控制电路板51上,当储液腔24内的液体消耗到储液腔24的底部,即凸台的上表面没有液体时,感应片261检测不到液体,即发送一信号至控制电路板51以使其关闭该储液腔24内的雾化器25,防止干烧。
如图5和图7所示,所述下壳体12的底部设置有进风网孔122,所述进风网孔122的上方设有鼓风机55,所述本体21的侧壁上设有连通所述上壳体11和下壳体12的通风通道212,所述盖体22上对应每个储液腔24均设有一鼓风孔223。如此,当至少一个雾化器25工作时,鼓风机55自动开启,通过鼓风机55利用下壳体12的进风网孔122进行抽风,并通过通风通道212向储液箱20的鼓风孔223向储液腔24内鼓风,以使开启了雾化器的储液腔24内所产生的雾气通过排气孔221进入旋转喷头30内,并通过旋转喷头30的喷口排出。而本实施例的鼓风机55在起到鼓风作用的同时,还对下壳体12内的控制组件进行散热,避免下壳体12内温度过高而影响控制组件的使用寿命。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器,包括壳体以及设置在所述壳体内的储液箱,其特征在于:
    所述储液箱设置在所述壳体内,所述储液箱内通过竖直隔板分隔形成有至少两个储液腔,每一所述储液腔的底部设置有雾化器,所述储液箱的顶部中间对应每一储液腔开设有排气孔;所述壳体的顶部中间转动设置有一旋转喷头,所述旋转喷头的底部开设有一进气孔,通过转动所述旋转喷头使所述进气孔可选择性的与其中一所述储液腔所对应的排气孔连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器,其特征在于,所述壳体内设置有用于驱动所述旋转喷头转动的驱动装置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器,其特征在于,所述驱动装置为设置在壳体内的驱动电机,所述旋转喷头的下部外缘设置有环形齿轮部,所述驱动电机与所述环形齿轮部传动连接,以驱动所述旋转喷头转动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括上下方向相互扣合固定的上壳体和下壳体,所述储液箱固定安装于所述上壳体和下壳体之间,所述上壳体内部的上方扣合固定有一水平的安装板,所述旋转喷头的上部伸出于所述上壳体,所述旋转喷头的环形齿轮部转动的设置于所述安装板与所述上壳体之间;所述驱动电机固定安装在所述安装板上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器,其特征在于,所述储液箱包括本体以及盖合在所述本体顶部的盖体,所述盖体中部向上以渐缩的方式凸起形成锥形管,所述排气孔设置在所述锥形管的顶部;所述安装板的中心开设有一通孔,所述锥形管上端穿入所述通孔内而与所述旋转喷头的底部贴合。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器,其特征在于,所述下壳体内设置有控制组件,所述控制组件包括固定在下壳体内的控制电路板、蓄电池以及设置于所述下壳体外壁上具有多个控制按键的控制面板,所述控制电路板分别与所述雾化器、驱动电机、蓄电池以及控制面板电性连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器,其特征在于,所述上壳体上设置有太阳能板,所述上壳体内侧底部设置有分别与所述驱动电机和太阳能板电性连接的第一电连接器,所述本体底部外侧设有与所述控制组件电性连接的第二电连接器,当所述上壳体插接罩设于所述本体上时,所述第一电连接器与第二电连接器彼此电连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器,其特征在于,所述上壳体和下壳体外还分别套设有五金材料制成的上外壳和下外壳,所述太阳能板位于所述上壳体的顶部 并露出于所述上外壳之外。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器,其特征在于,所述下壳体内还设置有与所述控制电路板电性连接的水位检测组件,每一所述储液腔的底壁向上凸起一凸台,所述凸台底部形成有一容置槽,所述水位控制组件包括设于所述容置槽内用于感应所述凸台表面有无液体的感应片。
  10. 如权利要求4所述的自动调节香气的智能型香薰加湿器,其特征在于,所述下壳体的底部设置有进风网孔,所述进风网孔的上方设有鼓风机,所述本体的侧壁上设有连通所述上壳体和下壳体的通风通道,所述盖体上对应每个储液腔均设有一鼓风孔。
