- 一种显示面板支架,包括:底座;柱架,可拆卸地安装于所述底座上;第一夹持组件,设置于所述柱架上,所述第一夹持组件包括第一夹板以及第一调节件,所述第一调节件用于将所述第一夹板安装到所述柱架上且调节所述第一夹板与所述柱架之间的距离;以及第二夹持组件,设置于所述柱架的底端,所述第二夹持组件包括第二夹板以及第二调节件,所述第二调节件用于将所述第二夹板安装到所述柱架上且调节所述第二夹板与所述柱架之间的距离。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板支架,其中,所述第一夹板包括沿着第一方向延伸的第一长条部以及从该第一长条部上的同一侧延伸出来的多个第一爪部,多个所述第一爪部均朝向所要夹持的面板,所述第一方向平行于所述柱架的高度方向;所述第二夹板包括沿着第二方向延伸的第二长条部以及从该第二长条部上的同一侧延伸出来的多个第二爪部,多个所述第二爪部均朝向所要夹持的面板,所述第二方向垂直于所述第一方向。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板支架,其中,所述第二长条部的长度大于所述第一长条部的长度;所述第二爪部的数量大于所述第一爪部的数量。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板支架,其中,所述第一调节件包括第一螺柱和第一螺母,所述第一螺柱一端与所述第一夹板固定在一起,另一端穿过所述柱架上的第一通孔与第一螺母相旋接;所述第二调节件包括第二螺柱和第二螺母,所述第二螺柱一端与所述第二夹板固定在一起,另一端穿过所述柱架上的第二通孔与第二螺母相旋接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的显示面板支架,其中,所述柱架包括:底板,通过紧固件可拆卸地安装于所述底座的安装平台上且与所述底座的底面相平行,用于承载待检测面板;竖直平板,垂直连接于所述底板上且位于所述底板的一侧,其中,所述第一夹持组件设置于所述竖直平板上,所述第二夹持组件设置于所述竖直平板的底端。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示面板支架,其中,所述底板上靠近所述第二夹板的一侧上设有第一长条形凸出平台,所述底板上靠近所述第二螺母的一侧上设有第二长条形凸出平台,借由多个螺钉分别贯穿所述第一长条形凸出平台和第二长条形凸出平台将所述底板固定到所述底座上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示面板支架,其中,所述竖直平板上背向第一夹板和第二夹板的一侧上形成有第一加厚凸块和第二加厚凸块,所述第一通孔贯穿所述第一加厚凸块,所述第二通孔贯穿所述第二加厚凸块。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示面板支架,其中,所述底板与所述竖直平板一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板支架,其中,所述底座的安装平台形成有倒T字型的缝隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板支架,其中,所述底座的顶面由中部向两端倾斜延伸。
- 一种显示面板支架组件,包括,两显示面板支架,其中所述显示面板支架包括:底座;柱架,可拆卸地安装于所述底座上;第一夹持组件,设置于所述柱架上,所述第一夹持组件包括第一夹板以及第一调节件,所述第一调节件用于将所述第一夹板安装到所述柱架上且调节所述第一夹板与所述柱架之间的距离;以及第二夹持组件,设置于所述柱架的底端,所述第二夹持组件包括第二夹板以及第二调节件,所述第二调节件用于将所述第二夹板安装到所述柱架上且调节所述第二夹板与所述柱架之间的距离。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板支架组件,其中,所述第一夹板包括沿着第一方向延伸的第一长条部以及从该第一长条部上的同一侧延伸出来的多个第一爪部,多个所述第一爪部均朝向所要夹持的面板,所述第一方向平行于所述柱架的高度方向;所述第二夹板包括沿着第二方向延伸的第二长条部以及从该第二长条部上的同一侧延伸出来的多个第二爪部,多个所述第二爪部均朝向所要夹持的面板,所述第二方向垂直于所述第一方向。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示面板支架组件,其中,所述第二长条部的长度大于所述第一长条部的长度;所述第二爪部的数量大于所述第一爪部的数量。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示面板支架组件,其中,所述第一调节件包括第一螺柱和第一螺母,所述第一螺柱一端与所述第一夹板固定在一起,另一端穿过所述柱架上的第一通孔与第一螺母相旋接;所述第二调节件包括第二螺柱和第二螺母,所述第二螺柱一端与所述第二夹板固定在一起,另一端穿过所述柱架上的第二通孔与第二螺母相旋接。
- 根据权利要求14所述的显示面板支架组件,其中,所述柱架包括:底板,通过紧固件可拆卸地安装于所述底座的安装平台上且与所述底座的底面相平行,用于承载待检测面板;竖直平板,垂直连接于所述底板上且位于所述底板的一侧,其中,所述第一夹持组件设置于所述竖直平板上,所述第二夹持组件设置于所述竖直平板的底端。
- 根据权利要求15所述的显示面板支架组件,其中,所述底板上靠近所述第二夹板的一侧上设有第一长条形凸出平台,所述底板上靠近所述第二螺母的一侧上设有第二长条形凸出平台,借由多个螺钉分别贯穿所述第一长条形凸出平台和第二长条形凸出平台将所述底板固定到所述底座上。
