一种平衡传动带,包括传送带本体(1),传送带本体(1)两侧设置有盖板(2),盖板(2)上设置有限位块(3),盖板(2)上开有凹槽(4),凹槽(4)内设置有滑轨(5),限位块(3)设置在盖板(2)的滑轨(5)内,滑轨(5)设置有限位条(6),限位块(3)卡与限位条(6)内,盖板(2)外侧安装有防撞条(9)。所取得的有益效果是:结构简单,使用便捷,可以根据需要对盖板(2)的角度进行调节,满足不同的需要,防止物品掉落,限位块(3)的设定,能根据物品的高度进行调节,方便物品的传送,大大提高了工作效率,增加的防撞条(9),能提高传动带的平衡效果。

Description

一种平衡传动带 技术领域
本发明涉及一种传送带,尤其涉及一种平衡传动带。
背景技术
在物流领域中经常使用缓存通道对物流商品进行缓存输送,以提高效率。但是现有的物流缓存通道的侧挡板都是平板,物流商品在缓存通道中移动时,其与侧挡板的接触为面接触,因此存在摩擦力大、移动不便,并且可能会损坏物流商品的情况;另外,为了让条烟顺利从缓存通道移动到后续设备,侧挡板的厚度需要大于缓存通道末端的挡烟板的厚度,此厚度的侧挡板不易加工,所以传统的缓存通道的每侧一般都是有两个平板,不仅成本高、安装困难、而且占用空间、密集性差,也不美观。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明提供一种平衡传动带。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种平衡传动带,包括传送带本体,所述传送带本体两侧设置有盖板,所述盖板上设置有限位块,所述盖板上开有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有滑轨,所述限位块设置在盖板的滑轨内,所述滑轨设置有限位条,所述限位块卡与限位条内,所述盖板外侧安装有防撞条。
进一步的,所述盖板与传送带本体活动连接。
进一步的,所述盖板与传送带本体之间通过连接轴活动连接。
进一步的,所述连接轴上设置有限位片。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用便捷,可以根据需要对盖板的角度进行调节,满足不同的需要,防止物品掉落,限位块的设定,能根据物品的高度进行调节,方便物品的传送,大大提高了工作效率,增加的防撞条,能提高传动带的平衡效果。

如图1所示的一种平衡传动带,包括传送带本体1,传送带本体1两侧设置有盖板2,盖板2上设置有限位块3,盖板2上开有凹槽4,凹槽4内设置有滑轨5,限位块3设置在盖板2的滑轨5内,滑轨5设置有限位条6,限位块3卡与限位条6内,盖板2外侧安装有防撞条9,盖板2与传送带本体1活动连接,盖板2与传送带本体1之间通过连接轴7活动连接,连接轴7上设置有限位片8。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用便捷,可以根据需要对盖板的角度进行调节,满足不同的需要,防止物品掉落,限位块的设定,能根据物品的高度进行调节,方便物品的传送,大大提高了工作效率,增加的防撞条,能提高传动带的平衡效果。

  1. 一种平衡传动带,其特征在于:包括传送带本体,所述传送带本体两侧设置有盖板,所述盖板上设置有限位块,所述盖板上开有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有滑轨,所述限位块设置在盖板的滑轨内,所述滑轨设置有限位条,所述限位块卡与限位条内,所述盖板外侧安装有防撞条。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平衡传动带,其特征在于:所述盖板与传送带本体活动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种平衡传动带,其特征在于:所述盖板与传送带本体之间通过连接轴活动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种平衡传动带,其特征在于:所述连接轴上设置有限位片。
