Abstract

Provided is an air purifier with which the air in a large room can be purified, while minimizing the increase in size. Provided is an air purifier 1 equipped with a chassis 2 installed on a floor surface, an intake duct 4 that opens onto a peripheral surface in the bottom part of the chassis 2, air ducts 51, 52 that respectively open at both sides of the top part of the chassis 2, a blast passage 7 having a branched passage 71 that is disposed extending vertically at one side part of the chassis 2 and connects the intake duct 4 and the air duct 51, and a branched passage 72 that is disposed extending vertically at the other side part of the chassis 2 and connects the intake duct 4 and the air duct 52, and a dust collection part arranged in the blast passage 7, for collecting dust in the air.
