Abstract

Invention relates to excimer manufacturing method developed to produce various internal and external decoration panels such as matt lacquered surface wooden, laminate based furniture panels, internal decoration panels, external facade panels, door panels for decoration purposes mainly in furniture sector. The invention particularly relates to excimer production method consisting of the procedure steps of applying coating and UV (ultraviolet) drying, passing panels through intermediate conveyors, UV dried intermediate coating filling polish application and UV drying, conduct of surface sensitive grinding, final coating of varnish application with curtain or laser roller, matting the surface to radiation embodiments in nitrogen medium (10) by excimer unit (20), final UV drying (30) application.

Description

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MATT LACQUERED SURFACE, WOODEN BASE FURNITURE AND DOOR PANELS BY USE OF EXCIMER METHOD THE RELATED ART
I nvention relates to excimer manufacturing method developed to produce various internal and external decoration panels such as matt lacquered surface wooden, laminate based furniture panels, internal decoration panels, external facade panels, door panels for decoration purposes mainly in furniture sector.
The invention particularly relates to excimer production method consisting of the procedure steps of applying coating and UV(ultraviolet) drying, passing panels through intermediate conveyors, UV dried intermediate coating filling polish application and UV drying, conduct of surface sensitive grinding, final coating of varnish application with curtain or laser roller, matting the surface to radiation embodiments in nitrogen medium (10) by excimer unit (20), final UV drying (30) application.
BACKGROUND OF THE RELATED ART
Diversity in demands of people has broadened in parallel to increase in population. People particularly look for production of products reflecting features unique to them particularly in the factors directly affecting them during development stage. The factors directly affecting people's lives can be defined as all products covering life spectrum. In addition products covering a person's life spectrum, the quality and diversity of the products forming life spectrum also become important pro rata. Particularly, diversity in the decoration of internal spaces of the places where they spend time all the times is consistently demanded by people with consistently changes. Therefore, interior space furniture, kitchen cupboards, office furniture, interior decoration applications, interior space desk tables etc. are always developed and diversified by the producers.
Production of matt lacquered surface wood base panels is also within such diversity in furniture sector. In the related art, in order to produce matt surface lacquered panel, matting agents are to be added to the final coating varnishing and such added chemical agents are not only inadequate visually but also limit chemical and physical strength of the panel surface. This causes negative impacts in terms of both production cost and consumer.
As a result, the need for a new production method to solve the above mentioned problems and inadequacy of existing solutions have necessitated development in a new production method for matt lacquered surface panel in the related art.
PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION
The invention solves all of the above mentioned problems at the same time. In the most general manner, said invention relates to excimer production method matting last coating varnish physically with short wavelength radiation called exicard in nitrogen gas atmosphere without adding matting chemical agents into last coating varnish, offering lower level of brightness and capable to obtain without loss in chemical and physical features on the surface in order to produce matt surface lacquered panel.
The most important purpose of the invention is to obtain products with matt surface and physical and chemical strength of 2 - 20 gloss and higher in measurements by gloss meter by use of existing standard lacquers not containing chemical matting agents by excimer method. Therefore, panels should have high strength against scratch and chemical agents.
Another purpose of the invention is to obtain silky surface eve not showing less finger prints giving soft sense of touching with lower brightness levels (1-5 gloss) as physical features.
A further purpose of the invention is to allow use of the method in all application methods regardless of cast curtain and laser rubber roller application as excimer system can be placed before existing final coating varnish drying. Another purpose of the invention is to eliminate the need to use a separate matt varnish and to keep stock of it and thus allow use of varnish in the related art for matt production by means of this excimer system. Another purpose of the invention is to use panels of different sizes and thus allow use of them in production of elevator cabin panels, some special floor covering and some special advertisement panels. Thus it also offers advantageous product production for alternative fields.
A further purpose of the invention is to provide transition from standard bright production to matt surface production very quickly without loss of time and material loss unlikely to existing method.
The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be understood better with the figures given below and the detailed description by reference to the figures. Therefore, the assessment should be made based on the figures and the detailed descriptions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to excimer production method matting last coating varnish physically with short wavelength radiation called exicard in nitrogen gas atmosphere without adding matting chemical agents into last coating varnish, offering lower level of brightness and capable to obtain without loss in chemical and physical features on the surface in order to produce matt surface lacquered panel. Invention is an excimer manufacturing method developed to produce various internal and external decoration panels such as matt lacquered surface wooden, laminate based furniture panels, internal decoration panels, external facade panels, door panels for decoration purposes mainly in furniture sector and it consists of the following procedure steps:
• applying coating and UV(ultraviolet) drying,
• passing panels through intermediate conveyors,
• UV dried intermediate coating filling polish application and UV drying,
· conduct of surface sensitive grinding,
• final coating of varnish application with curtain or laser roller,
• matting the surface to radiation embodiments in nitrogenous medium (10) by excimer unit (20),
• final UV drying (30) application.

Invention relates to excimer manufacturing method developed to produce various internal and external decoration panels such as matt lacquered surface wooden, laminate based furniture panels, internal decoration panels, external facade panels, door panels for decoration purposes mainly in furniture sector and it is characterized in that it consists of the procedure steps of applying coating and UV(ultraviolet) drying,
passing panels through intermediate conveyors,
• UV dried intermediate coating filling polish application and UV drying,
conduct of surface sensitive grinding,
final coating of varnish application with curtain or laser roller,
matting the surface to radiation embodiments in nitrogenous medium (10) by excimer unit (20),
• final UV drying (30) application.
An excimer production method according to claim 1 and it is characterized in that after final coating of varnish application with curtain or laser roller, it consists of procedure steps of matting the surface to radiation embodiments in nitrogenous medium (10) by excimer unit (20).
An excimer production method according to claim 1 and it is characterized in that after matting the surface to radiation embodiments in nitrogenous medium (10) by excimer unit (20), it consists of procedure steps of final UV drying (30) application.
