Abstract
一种抗压ABS复合板材,包括ABS板层(2)和抗压层(1),抗压层(1)上、下两面均与ABS板层(2)内表面相连接,抗压层(1)为金属板,金属板设置有通孔,该抗压ABS复合板材具有抗压、抗弯曲、抗冲击特点,增加了板材的抗压强度,户外可以使用的优点,通过吸音层的设置,一方面可加强板材的刚性,另一方面又可提供良好的吸音性和隔音性;通过防静电镀膜的设置,不会产生静电,起到有效避免因静电作用吸尘而造成的灰尘及细菌积聚。
Description
本发明涉及一种板材,具体是一种新型ABS抗菌复合板材。
传统板材,尤其是地板,木质品种居多,因其木质工艺,胶贴现状,防潮、防菌等品质无法满足人们的需求,现在比较常用的为ABS板材,因ABS板材具有突出的美学性,流动性,韧性,尺寸稳定性和高耐热性,成为当前热门板材材料,但纯粹的ABS板仍无法满足人们日益多样化的需求,比如其不具备抗菌能力,易滋生细菌,对人体健康带来潜在威胁。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服以上现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可综合ABS复合板层,含抗菌、防静电和隔音多种功能的板材。
本发明的技术方案是:一种抗压ABS复合板材,其特征在于,包括ABS板层和抗压层,所述抗压层上、下两面均与ABS板层内表面相连接,所述抗压层为金属板,所述金属板设置有通孔。
进一步的,所述通孔为三角形或圆形,通过通孔的设置在提高板材抗压强度的同时,可以降低板材总体的重量,方便运输及使用,还可以加强金属板与ABS板层的牢固性。
进一步的,所述ABS板层的厚度为5~15mm。
进一步的,ABS板层与吸音层相连接,所述吸音层包括横板和纵板,所述横板和纵板交错排列形成网格,在网格中填充有隔音棉块,可达到良好的隔音作用。
进一步的,所述横板和纵板设置有加强筋。
进一步的,所述吸音层为由纤维和粉末构成的多孔结构。
进一步的,所述纤维为改性聚丙烯纤维PP、改性聚酰胺纤维PA、改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇纤维PET中的一种或几种聚合物纤维的混合物。
进一步的,所述粉末为玻璃纤维、二氧化硅、二氧化钛和滑石粉中的一种或几种的混合物,通过多孔结构可达到良好的吸音和隔音作用,同时,热塑性树脂纤维与增强填料可加强板材的刚性。
进一步的,吸音层的上表面设置有防静电镀膜。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明所述一种抗压ABS复合板材通过抗压层的设置,具有抗压、抗弯曲、抗冲击特点,增加了板材的抗压强度,户外可以使用的优点,通过吸音 层的设置,一方面可加强板材的刚性,另一方面又可提供良好的吸音性和隔音性;本发明所述一种抗压ABS复合板材通过防静电镀膜的设置,不会产生静电,起到有效避免因静电作用吸尘而造成的灰尘及细菌积聚。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,一种抗压ABS复合板材,其特征在于,包括ABS板层2和抗压层1,所述抗压层1上、下两面均与ABS板层2内表面相连接,所述抗压层1为金属板,所述金属板设置有通孔,所述通孔为三角形,所述ABS板层2由ABS树脂掺混其质量2%的ABS抗菌母粒后加工而成,增强抗菌性,所述ABS板层2的厚度为10mm,ABS板层2与吸音层3相连接,所述吸音层3包括横板和纵板,所述横板和纵板交错排列形成网格,在网格中填充有隔音棉块,可达到良好的吸音、隔音作用,所述横板和纵板设置有加强筋,所述吸音层3的上表面设置有防静电镀膜。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

- 一种抗压ABS复合板材,其特征在于,包括ABS板层和抗压层,所述抗压层上、下两面均与ABS板层内表面相连接,所述抗压层为金属板,所述金属板设置有通孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种抗压ABS复合板材,其特征是,所述通孔为三角形或圆形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种抗压ABS复合板材,其特征是,所述ABS板层的厚度为5~15mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种抗压ABS复合板材,其特征是,ABS板层与吸音层相连接,所述吸音层包括横板和纵板,所述横板和纵板交错排列形成网格,在网格中填充有隔音棉块。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种抗压ABS复合板材,其特征是,所述横板和纵板设置有加强筋。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种抗压ABS复合板材,其特征是,所述吸音层为由纤维和粉末构成的多孔结构。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种抗压ABS复合板材,其特征是,所述纤维为改性聚丙烯纤维PP、改性聚酰胺纤维PA、改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇纤维PET中的一种或几种聚合物纤维的混合物。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种抗压ABS复合板材,其特征是,所述粉末为玻璃纤维、二氧化硅、二氧化钛和滑石粉中的一种或几种的混合物。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种抗压ABS复合板材,其特征是,吸音层的上表面设置有防静电镀膜。
