Description

一种静音沙漠地区用发电机组 技术领域
本发明涉及发电机组技术领域,尤其是一种静音沙漠地区用发电机组。
背景技术
发电机(英文名称:Generators)是将其他形式的能源转换成电能的机械设备,它由水轮机、汽轮机、柴油机或其他动力机械驱动,将水流,气流,燃料燃烧或原子核裂变产生的能量转化为机械能传给发电机,再由发电机转换为电能。发电机在工农业生产、国防、科技及日常生活中有广泛的用途。柴油机驱动发电机运转,将柴油的能量转化为电能,其效率高,结构简单,是一种应用最为广泛的发电机。
对于在一般环境下的柴油发电机组的机房要求较低,只需要具备简单的通风系统即可,但是对于在风沙较多的地区使用的柴油发电机来说,需要其具有一定的防风沙能力,否则风沙进入发电机组内会损坏设备。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种能够过滤进入机房的空气,并且配备消音室作为缓冲,有效降低噪音的静音沙漠地区用发电机组。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种静音沙漠地区用发电机组,包括机房,所述机房内部分为第一消音室、主机室和第二消音室,第一消音室、主机室和第二消音室之间通过隔板相互隔开,第一消音室通过风机连接除尘机构的出气口,该除尘机构包括旋风式沙尘分离器,旋风式沙尘分离器的上部两侧分别设有出风口和进风口,底部设有一个除尘管,除尘管连通旋风式沙尘分离器的排沙口,除尘管的一端连接排尘风机;第一消音室与主机室之间通过通风供气管道和燃烧供气管道连接,通风供气管道和燃烧供气管道的入口端均安装消音器,出口端均安装变频轴流风机;主机室内设有柴油发电机组,柴油发电机组的柴油机进气口对准燃烧供气管道的出口,柴油发电机组的排烟口通过排烟管道连接到机房的外部,排烟管道的出口处设有单向阀;主机室与第二消音室之间设有通风口,通风口内安装轴流风机,第二消音室的顶部设有排风管,排风管内设有单向阀。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该静音沙漠地区用发电机组能够过滤进入机房的空气,并且配备消音室作为缓冲,第一缓冲室能够储存空气,提供缓冲时间,便于工作人员发现解决问题,消音室配合内部管道的消音器能够有效降低噪音,避免机房噪音过大。

请参阅图1-3,本发明实施例中,一种静音沙漠地区用发电机组,包括机房1,所述机房1内部分为第一消音室2、主机室3和第二消音室4,第一消音室2、主机室3和第二消音室4之间通过隔板相互隔开,第一消音室2通过风机连接除尘机构的出气口,该除尘机构包括旋风式沙尘分离器5,旋风式沙尘分离器5的上部两侧分别设有出风口和进风口,底部设有一个除尘管501,除尘管501连通旋风式沙尘分离器5的排沙口,除尘管501的一端连接排尘风机502。旋风式沙尘分离器5能够将含有沙尘的空气过滤分离后再排入第一消音室2;
第一消音室2与主机室3之间通过通风供气管道6和燃烧供气管道7连接,通风供气管道6和燃烧供气管道7的入口端均安装消音器8,出口端均安装变频轴流风机9;主机室3内设有柴油发电机组10,柴油发电机组10的柴油机进气口对准燃烧供气管道7的出口,柴油发电机组10的排烟口通过排烟管道11连接到机房1的外部,排烟管道11的出口处设有单向阀;
主机室3与第二消音室4之间设有通风口12,通风口12内安装轴流风机,第二消音室4的顶部设有排风管13,排风管13内设有单向阀。
上述,第一消音室2和第二消音室4的内壁上均设有消音层。
上述,排烟管道11上设有消音器8。
上述,排放管的顶部设有防护罩。
上述,主机室3内还设有供油管道。用于向内部发电机组供油。
上述,主机室3外部设有检修门。
本发明的工作原理:首先将外部的空气警告过旋风式沙尘分离器5进行分离,分离后的洁净空气进入到第一消音室2,第一消音室2能够起到两个作用,第一个是对进入的空气进行缓冲消音;第二个是存储进入的空气,避免旋风式沙尘分离器5由于各种原因导致分离效率较低,导致进气不足,其内部存储的空气能够补充给主机室3供气,提供缓冲时间,便于工作人员发现解决问题;
主机室3通过通风供气管道6和燃烧供气管道7供给通风和燃烧供气,柴油发电机组10的废气通过管道排出机房1外,而正常通风散热排出的空气进入第二消音室4,通过缓冲消音后由排风管13排出。
