[0048] 综上所述, 本发明的提供的淀粉乳液改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂, 采用脲醛树脂与改 性淀粉乳液、 聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液相混合, 使得总挥发性有机物少, 有效降低甲 醛释放量, 具有较高的环保性, 且常温即可实现固化。 甲醛释放量在原有脲醛 树脂胶粘剂制备重组装饰材的 E 2级基础上, 通过用淀粉乳液改性脲醛树脂制备 重组装饰材, 单板的甲醛释放量可以达到 级; 同吋, 发挥了改性淀粉乳液和 聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的协同增韧作用, 并且加入的聚乙烯醇有效地保护胶体, 增 强胶层柔韧性, 起到较好的增韧效果; 胶粘剂中加入改性助剂阴离子型聚丙烯 酰胺, 改善了胶粘剂的初粘性、 提高了干燥速率, 从而缩短了固化吋间, 降低 了胶水的返潮速率。 通过淀粉乳液改性脲醛树脂, 替代原有的仅用脲醛树脂、 聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、 二甘醇等重组装饰材用胶粘剂, 还降低了生产成本, 提升 了经济效益。

Claims

权利要求书 [权利要求 1] 一种淀粉乳液改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂, 其特征在于: 所述胶粘剂按重量 份其配置比例为: 脲醛树脂 10份、 改性淀粉乳液 1~10份、 聚醋酸乙烯 酯乳液 2~10份、 固化剂 0.3~1份、 增强剂 0.9~3份、 水性高分子 2~6份 、 改性助剂 0.03~0.1份及填料 0.5~1.5份, 其中所述改性淀粉乳液经过 以下方法制备:
(1)酸解氧化: 取一定量的淀粉溶于水, 然后将淀粉水乳液用盐酸溶 液调 PH值至 3~4, 加入氧化剂过硫酸钾在 50~60°C的温度下反应 50~70 分钟, 降温至 45°C以下即可, 氧化剂过硫酸钾的用量控制在淀粉用量 的 2~3%;
(2)
酯化交联: 把上述的酸解氧化好的淀粉水乳液用氢氧化钠溶液调 PH 值至 10~11, 加入冰醋酸进行酯化反应 10~20分钟, 再调 PH值至 9~10 , 加入草酸进行交联反应 10~20分钟, 冰醋酸与草酸的用量均为淀粉 质量的 8~15%。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的淀粉乳液改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂, 其特征在于: 所述脲醛树脂为冷固型的、 固体含量≥60%的三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的淀粉乳液改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂, 其特征在于:
所述改性淀粉溶液的固体含量≥35%。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的淀粉乳液改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂, 其特征在于:
所述聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液为固体含量≥30%的普通白乳胶。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1所述的淀粉乳液改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂, 其特征在于:
所述水性高分子是固体含量为 10~15%的聚乙烯醇水溶液。

所述固化剂为有机酸溶液, 增强剂为异氰酸酯预聚体。

所述改性助剂为 800~2500万分子量的阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1所述的淀粉乳液改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂, 其特征在于: 所述填料为面粉、 膨润土中的一种或两种混合物。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 1所述的淀粉乳液改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂的配制方法, 其 特征在于: 所述胶粘剂的配制方法为: 将脲醛树脂、 改性淀粉乳液、 聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、 固化剂、 增强剂、 水性高分子、 改性助剂及填料 按所述的重量比混合均匀;
优选地, 将脲醛树脂、 改性淀粉乳液、 聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液按所述重量 比混合得到混合胶粘剂, 然后加入所述重量比的固化剂、 增强剂、 水 性高分子、 改性助剂以及填料。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 1所述的淀粉乳液改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂在重组装饰材生 产中的应用, 其特征在于: 应用方法包括以下步骤:
将所述的淀粉乳液脲醛树脂胶粘剂对单板进行施胶、 组坯、 加压、 常 温保压养护, 制成重组装饰材木方;
将上述步骤 (1)的得到的重组装饰材木方进行直接锯切或刨切, 得到 重组装饰材或装饰单板。
