1 、本发明依次通过注塑、表面处理、定位、印刷、烘干的工艺步骤,工艺简单,注塑时选取的ABS塑料板,具有高抗冲、高耐热、高韧性的优点,其中表面处理的步骤为:通过喷砂以及砂布打磨的方法对标志板的外表面进行打磨,打磨完毕后放入20%-30%丙酮以及25%-35%无水乙醇混合的脱脂溶剂中进行脱脂,脱脂完毕后放入25%-55%铬酸溶液中,置于50-60℃温度下浸渍20-30min,通过该工艺制作的标志板提高胶接强度,保证印刷效果,防止出现漏印以及印刷模糊的现象。
2 、定位时采用专用的定位工装,结构简单,设计合理,固定结构的设置对驱动结构、支撑结构起到承载的作用,使用时,将标志板放置在承载块上,气缸轴上下升降运动,带动执行结构上下运动,压杆将标志板向下压至工作台上,压平后,通过印刷头对标志板进行印刷,一次到位,一个标志板不需要多次印刷,省时省力,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。
3 、承载装置包括倒T字型的承载块以及置于承载块上端两侧的挡块,挡块的设置对标志板起到纵向位置的固定,同时承载块的上端面为向上凸出设置的圆弧面a,圆弧面a的设置保证标志板贴合圆弧面a设置。
4 、圆弧面b以及圆弧面c的设置,同样保证标志板在压平过程中与圆弧面b以及圆弧面c贴合设置,挡条的设置保证在印刷时,对标志板起到纵向位置固定的作用。
5 、压杆的个数为3-5个,多个压杆之间的间距相等,同时侧板的两端分别设有压杆,多个等间距设置的压杆保证对标志板压平效果,提高印刷质量,不会出现印刷歪斜或者漏印的现象。
6 、底座与固定块、固定块与支撑块之间均通过螺栓连接,结构简单,连接牢固。

具体实施方式:
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述 ,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
标志板为带有韧性的塑胶材料,其具体步骤如下:
a 、注塑:选取ABS材质的塑料板,在注塑机上注塑成型为弧形状结构的标志板,长度为6.0cm,宽度为1.2cm,厚度为0.1cm,标志板的弧度小于等于该弧度所在圆的半圆弧度;
b 、表面处理:通过喷砂以及砂布打磨的方法对标志板的外表面进行打磨,打磨完毕后放入20%丙酮以及25%无水乙醇混合的脱脂溶剂中进行脱脂,脱脂完毕后放入55%铬酸溶液中,置于50℃温度下浸渍20min;
c 、定位:将标志板放入专用的定位工装中,定位工装将弧形状结构的标志板压成水平状结构;
d 、印刷:启动印刷机,印刷机的刷头部分设有多个等间距设置的印刷体,印刷机的刷头置于标志板的正上方位置,下压完成印刷;
e 、烘干:印刷完毕后的标志板放入烘干房内进行烘干,温度为60°,烘干时间为0.5h。
实施例2
标志板为带有韧性的塑胶材料,其具体步骤如下:
a 、注塑:选取ABS材质的塑料板,在注塑机上注塑成型为弧形状结构的标志板,长度为8.0cm,宽度为1.5cm,厚度为0.2cm,标志板的弧度小于等于该弧度所在圆的半圆弧度;
b 、表面处理:通过喷砂以及砂布打磨的方法对标志板的外表面进行打磨,打磨完毕后放入25%丙酮以及30%无水乙醇混合的脱脂溶剂中进行脱脂,脱脂完毕后放入45%铬酸溶液中,置于55℃温度下浸渍25min;
c 、定位:将标志板放入专用的定位工装中,定位工装将弧形状结构的标志板压成水平状结构;
d 、印刷:启动印刷机,印刷机的刷头部分设有多个等间距设置的印刷体,印刷机的刷头置于标志板的正上方位置,下压完成印刷;
e 、烘干:印刷完毕后的标志板放入烘干房内进行烘干,温度为70°,烘干时间为0.8h。
实施例3
标志板为带有韧性的塑胶材料,其具体步骤如下:
a 、注塑:选取ABS材质的塑料板,在注塑机上注塑成型为弧形状结构的标志板,长度为9.0cm,宽度为2.0cm,厚度为0.3cm,标志板的弧度小于等于该弧度所在圆的半圆弧度;
b 、表面处理:通过喷砂以及砂布打磨的方法对标志板的外表面进行打磨,打磨完毕后放入30%丙酮以及35%无水乙醇混合的脱脂溶剂中进行脱脂,脱脂完毕后放入35%铬酸溶液中,置于60℃温度下浸渍30min;
c 、定位:将标志板放入专用的定位工装中,定位工装将弧形状结构的标志板压成水平状结构;
d 、印刷:启动印刷机,印刷机的刷头部分设有多个等间距设置的印刷体,印刷机的刷头置于标志板的正上方位置,下压完成印刷;
e 、烘干:印刷完毕后的标志板放入烘干房内进行烘干,温度为80°,烘干时间为1h。
本实施例下的传统印刷工艺与表面处理的印刷工艺的性能差如下表所示:

其中,如图2所示,专用的定位工装包括
一固定结构,固定结构包括一水平放置的底座1以及置于底座1上方一左一右竖向设置的两个固定块2,两个固定块2对应设置;
一支撑结构,如图2所示,支撑结构包括一横向放置的支撑块3,支撑块3的两端分别与固定块2的上端连接,支撑块3的上端面设有工作台4;
一驱动结构,驱动结构包括气缸座以及气缸轴,气缸座置于两个固定块之间且位于底座上方位置,同时气缸轴的下端竖向设置在气缸座内;
一驱动结构,驱动结构包括气缸座5以及气缸轴6,气缸座5置于两个固定块2之间且位于底座1上方位置,同时气缸轴6的下端竖向设置在气缸座5内;
一执行结构,如图3所示,执行结构包括底板7、置于底板7一侧的侧板8,侧板8与固定块2垂直设置,底板7上端面中心位置的两侧分别设有卡块9,卡块9紧靠侧板8设置,同时底板7的中心设有通孔a10,气缸轴6的上端连接有竖直设置的弹簧11,该弹簧11贯穿底板7的通孔a10设置,弹簧11的上端连接有承载装置,承载装置置于卡块9之间同时紧靠侧板8设置,侧板8的上端面设有多个水平排列设置的压杆12,同时支撑块3以及工作台4上分别设有容承载装置以及侧板8嵌入的通孔b13、通孔c14,支撑块3与工作台4上的通孔b13、支撑块3与工作台4上的通孔c14依次对应设置。
如图4所示,承载装置包括倒T字型的承载块15以及置于承载块15上端两侧的挡块16,挡块16的设置对标志板21起到纵向位置的固定。挡块16置于承载块15远离侧板8的一端的两侧,同时承载块15的上端面为向上凸出设置的圆弧面a17,圆弧面a17的设置保证标志板21贴合圆弧面a17设置。
工作台4上端置于承载块15两侧的位置分别设有向上凸出设置的圆弧面b18以及圆弧面c19,圆弧面a17、圆弧面b18以及圆弧面c19所在圆的直径相同,同时圆弧面b18、圆弧面c19远离侧板8的侧端面设有挡条20,挡条20置于承载块3的两侧端,且挡条20与承载块3置于同一水平面设置。圆弧面b18以及圆弧面c19的设置,同样保证标志板21在压平过程中与圆弧面b18以及圆弧面c19贴合设置,挡条20的设置保证在印刷时,对标志板21起到纵向位置固定的作用。
弹簧11的上端与承载块15的下端面连接,保证承载块15实现上下升降的运动,同时又具有一定的缓冲作用。
压杆12的个数为3-5个,多个压杆12之间的间距相等,同时侧板8的两端分别设有压杆12,多个等间距设置的压杆12保证对标志板21压平效果,提高印刷质量,不会出现印刷歪斜或者漏印的现象。
底座1与固定块2、固定块2与支撑块3之间均通过螺栓连接,结构简单,连接牢固。
步骤c定位,其具体步骤如下:将标志板放置在承载块的圆弧面a上,气缸轴上下运动带动执行机构上下运动,标志板受压杆12的作用将标志板压平。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种理发剪标志板的印刷工艺,其特征在于:所述标志板为带有韧性的塑胶材料,其具体步骤如下:
    a、注塑:选取ABS材质的塑料板,在注塑机上注塑成型为弧形状结构的标志板,长度为6.0cm-9.0cm,宽度为1.2cm-2.0cm,厚度为0.1cm-0.3cm,所述标志板的弧度小于等于该弧度所在圆的半圆弧度;
    b、表面处理:通过喷砂以及砂布打磨的方法对标志板的外表面进行打磨,打磨完毕后放入20%-30%丙酮以及25%-35%无水乙醇混合的脱脂溶剂中进行脱脂,脱脂完毕后放入25%-55%铬酸溶液中,置于50-60℃温度下浸渍20-30min;
    c、定位:将标志板放入专用的定位工装中,定位工装将弧形状结构的标志板压成水平状结构;
    d、印刷:启动印刷机,印刷机的刷头部分设有多个等间距设置的印刷体,印刷机的刷头置于标志板的正上方位置,下压完成印刷;
    e、烘干:印刷完毕后的标志板放入烘干房内进行烘干,温度为60°-80°,烘干时间为0.5h-1h。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种理发剪标志板的印刷工艺,其特征在于:所述专用的定位工装包括
    一固定结构,所述固定结构包括一水平放置的底座以及置于底座上方一左一右竖向设置的两个固定块,所述两个固定块对应设置;
    一支撑结构,所述支撑结构包括一横向放置的支撑块,所述支撑块的两端分别与固定块的上端连接,所述支撑块的上端面设有工作台;
    一驱动结构,所述驱动结构包括气缸座以及气缸轴,所述气缸座置于两个固定块之间且位于底座上方位置,同时气缸轴的下端竖向设置在气缸座内;
    一执行结构,所述执行结构包括底板、置于底板一侧的侧板,所述侧板与固定块垂直设置,所述底板上端面中心位置的两侧分别设有卡块,卡块紧靠侧板设置,同时底板的中心设有通孔a,气缸轴的上端连接有竖直设置的弹簧,该弹簧贯穿底板的通孔a设置,所述弹簧的上端连接有承载装置,所述承载装置置于卡块之间同时紧靠侧板设置,所述侧板的上端面设有多个水平排列设置的压杆,同时支撑块以及工作台上分别设有容承载装置以及侧板嵌入的通孔b、通孔c,支撑块与工作台上的通孔b、支撑块与工作台上的通孔c依次对应设置;所述承载装置包括倒T字型的承载块以及置于承载块上端两侧的挡块,所述挡块置于承载块远离侧板的一端的两侧,同时承载块的上端面为向上凸出设置的圆弧面a。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种理发剪标志板的印刷工艺,其特征在于:所述工作台上端置于承载块两侧的位置分别设有向上凸出设置的圆弧面b以及圆弧面c,所述圆弧面a、圆弧面b以及圆弧面c所在圆的直径相同,同时圆弧面b、圆弧面c远离侧板的侧端面设有挡条,所述挡条置于承载块的两侧端,且挡条与承载块置于同一水平面设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述一种理发剪标志板的印刷工艺,其特征在于:所述弹簧的上端与承载块的下端面连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述一种理发剪标志板的印刷工艺,其特征在于:所述压杆的个数为3-5个,多个压杆之间的间距相等,同时侧板的两端分别设有压杆。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述一种理发剪标志板的印刷工艺,其特征在于:所述底座与固定块、固定块与支撑块之间均通过螺栓连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述一种理发剪标志板的印刷工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤c定位,其具体步骤如下:将标志板放置在承载块的圆弧面a上,气缸轴上下运动带动执行机构上下运动,标志板受压杆12的作用将标志板压平。
