本发明涉及一种低压极柱及包含其的电连接器。
背景技术
电连接器包括车端电连接器和电池端电连接器,车端电连接器安装于与车连接的快换支架或直接安装在车上;电池端电连接器安装在快换电池包上。电池端电连接器的低压极柱分别与车体端电连接器的低压极柱一一对应电连接。
在现有技术中,低压极柱的电接触端的端面在长期接触过程中容易产生氧化层,进而降低了低压极柱的电接触性能,使得低压极柱的电接触不稳定。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术中低压极柱存在电接触不稳定的缺陷,提供一种低压极柱及包含其的电连接器。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题:
一种低压极柱,其特点在于,所述低压极柱包括一极柱主体和导向脚,所述导向脚设于所述极柱主体的外壁面上,且沿所述极柱主体的径向方向向外延伸。
在本技术方案中,通过设置导向脚,使低压极柱在弹性件的作用力下,可以按照与导向脚对应设置的导向槽所限定的方向而旋转,从而达到低压极柱自动清洁端子接触面的效果,提高低压极柱的电接触的稳定性。
较佳地,所述导向脚与所述极柱主体一体成型。
较佳地,所述导向脚的数量为若干,若干所述导向脚沿所述极柱主体的周向间隔设 置。
较佳地,所述导向脚的数量为三个,三个所述导向脚沿所述极柱主体的周向均匀间隔设置。
在本技术方案中,通过设置导向脚的数量及位置,使低压极柱在旋转过程中运动更为稳定。
较佳地,所述极柱主体包括相连接的连接体和压线体,所述连接体的直径大于所述压线体的直径,所述导向脚位于所述连接体靠近所述压线体的一端的外壁面。
较佳地,所述压线体设有线缆槽,所述线缆槽用于插设线缆。

导向槽,所述导向槽设于所述安装孔的侧壁,当所述导向脚移动至所述导向槽内时,所述导向脚滑设于所述导向槽,所述导向脚与所述导向槽配合用于限定所述低压极柱的旋转方向;
弹性件,所述弹性件位于所述安装孔内,且所述弹性件套设于所述极柱主体外,所述弹性件用于带动所述低压极柱沿所述导向槽设置的旋转方向移动。
在本技术方案中,通过导向脚与导向槽配合限定低压极柱的旋转方向,并通过弹性 件带动低压极柱沿导向槽设置的旋转方向移动,从而到达清洁低压极柱的端子接触面的效果,提高低压极柱的电接触的稳定性,进而提高包含该低压极柱的电连接器的电接触的稳定性。
较佳地,所述导向槽的长度方向与所述低压极柱的中心轴线形成一夹角。
较佳地,所述夹角为13-17度。

较佳地,所述主板安装孔的侧壁上设有限位槽,所述限位槽位于所述主板安装孔靠近所述盖板安装孔的一端,所述限位槽的一端与所述导向槽邻接且连通,所述导向脚卡设于所述限位槽。
在本技术方案中,通过设置限位槽,对常态下导向脚进行限位,保证导向脚往复旋转移动后,仍保持回到相同的固定位置,提高低压极柱的每次往复旋转移动的精准性。
较佳地,所述盖板安装孔包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分位于所述主板安装孔与所述第二部分之间,所述第二部分的直径小于所述第一部分的直径。
较佳地,所述电连接器还包括防护结构体,所述防护结构体卡设并密封连接于所述 第二部分。
在本技术方案中,通过设置防护结构体,提高了电连接器的整体防护性能。
较佳地,所述防护结构体包括依次连接的防护结构体头部、防护结构体中间部和防护结构体尾部,所述防护结构体头部和所述防护结构体尾部的直径均大于所述防护结构体中间部的直径,且所述防护结构体中间部卡设并密封连接于所述第二部分,所述防护结构体头部与所述防护结构体中间部连接的一端抵靠于所述盖板的一侧,所述防护结构体尾部与所述防护结构体中间部连接的一端抵靠于所述第一部分的顶部。
较佳地,所述防护结构体为防护圈。
较佳地,所述防护结构体的材质为橡胶。
较佳地,所述电连接器还包括线缆,所述线缆的一端依次穿设于所述防护结构体、所述第一部分,且插设于所述极柱主体的尾端。

本发明的积极进步效果在于:
本发明通过导向脚与导向槽配合限定低压极柱的旋转方向,并通过弹性件带动低压极柱沿导向槽设置的旋转方向移动,从而到达清洁低压极柱的端子接触面的效果,提高低压极柱的电接触的稳定性,进而提高包含该低压极柱的电连接器的电接触的稳定性。

下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
请结合图1和图2予以理解,本实施案例提供一种低压极柱10,低压极柱10包括极柱主体11和导向脚15,导向脚15设于极柱主体11的外壁面上,且沿极柱主体11的径向方向向外延伸。导向脚15与极柱主体11一体成型。这样,通过设置导向脚,使低压极柱在弹性件的作用力下,可以按照与导向脚对应设置的导向槽所限定的方向而旋转,从而达到低压极柱自动清洁端子接触面的效果,提高低压极柱的电接触的稳定性。
导向脚15的数量为三个,三个导向脚15沿极柱主体11的周向均匀间隔设置。这样,通过设置导向脚的数量及位置,使低压极柱在旋转过程中运动更为稳定。在其他实施例中,导向脚15的数量也可以是两个、四个或者其他数值,该些导向脚15沿低压极柱10的周向均匀间隔设置。
极柱主体11包括相连接的连接体12和压线体13,连接体12的直径大于压线体13的直径,导向脚15位于连接体12靠近压线体13的一端的外壁面。压线体13设有线缆槽131,线缆槽131用于插设线缆。
压线体13包括相连接的压线体头部132和压线体尾部133,压线体头部132远离压线体尾部133的一端与连接体12连接,压线体尾部133中与压线体头部132连接的一端的直径小于压线体尾部133中远离压线体头部132一端的直径;压线体头部132中与压线体尾部133连接的一端的直径等于压线体头部132中远离压线体尾部133一端的直径。
连接体12包括相连接的连接体头部121和连接体尾部122以及限位台123,连接体头部121的直径大于连接体尾部122的直径,连接体尾部122远离连接体头部121的一端与压线体13连接,限位台123沿周向设于连接体头部121和连接体尾部122的连接处的外壁面。
请结合图3和图6予以理解,本实施案例还提供一种电连接器,所述电连接器包括如上所述的低压极柱10、极柱安装座20和弹性件30。在本实施例中,弹性件30为弹簧。低压极柱10的具体结构请再参阅图1和图2。
极柱安装座20设有安装孔21,低压极柱10穿设于安装孔21。安装孔21的侧壁设有导向槽211,当导向脚15移动至导向槽211内时,导向脚15滑设于导向槽211,导向脚15与导向槽211配合用于限定低压极柱10的旋转方向。弹性件30位于安装孔21内,且弹性件30套设于极柱主体11外,弹性件30用于带动低压极柱10沿导向槽211设置的旋转方向移动。这样,通过导向脚与导向槽配合限定低压极柱的旋转方向,并通过弹性件带动低压极柱沿导向槽设置的旋转方向移动,从而到达清洁低压极柱的端子接触面的效果,提高低压极柱的电接触的稳定性,进而提高包含该低压极柱的电连接器的电接触的稳定性。
导向槽211的长度方向与低压极柱10的中心轴线形成一夹角。在本实施例中,所述夹角为13-17度。较佳地,所述夹角为15度。这样,可以通过该夹角限定低压极柱的旋转方向,实现清洁低压极柱的端子接触面的目的。
在本实施例中,导向脚15和导向槽211的数量均为三个,三个导向脚15沿沿极柱主体11的周向均匀间隔设置,三个导向槽211沿安装孔21的周向均匀间隔设置。且三个导向槽211与三个导向脚15一一对应设置。这样,通过设置导向脚的数量为三个以及导向脚的位置,使低压极柱在旋转过程中运动更为稳定。在其他实施例中,导向脚15和导向槽211的数量也可以是两个、四个或者其他数值,该些导向脚15沿低压极柱10的周向均匀间隔设置。
极柱安装座20包括主板22和盖板23,盖板23可拆卸地连接于主板22的一侧。主板22包括壳体221和中间块222,壳体221中面向盖板23的一端设有容置腔(图中未标示),中间块222卡设于所述容置腔内并与壳体221密封连接。
安装孔21包括相连通的主板安装孔212和盖板安装孔213,主板安装孔212设于主板22内,盖板安装孔213设于盖板23内,导向槽211设于盖板安装孔213的侧壁。
主板安装孔212的侧壁上设有限位槽2121,限位槽2121位于主板安装孔212靠近盖板安装孔213的一端,限位槽2121的一端与导向槽211邻接且连通,导向脚15卡设于限位槽2121。这样,通过设置限位槽,对常态下导向脚进行限位,保证导向脚往复旋转移动后,仍保持回到相同的固定位置,提高低压极柱的每次往复旋转移动的精准性。
盖板安装孔213包括第一部分2131和第二部分2132,第一部分2131位于主板安装孔212与第二部分2132之间,第二部分2132的直径小于第一部分2131的直径。
所述电连接器还包括防护结构体24,防护结构体24卡设并密封连接于第二部分2132。这样,通过设置防护结构体,提高了电连接器的整体防护性能。防护结构体24包括依次连接的防护结构体头部241、防护结构体中间部242和防护结构体尾部243,防护结构体头部241和防护结构体尾部243的直径均大于防护结构体中间部242的直径,且防护结构体中间部242卡设并密封连接于第二部分2132,防护结构体头部241与防护结构体中间部242连接的一端抵靠于盖板23的一侧,防护结构体尾部243与防护结构体中间部242连接的一端抵靠于第一部分2131的顶部。在本实施例中,防护结构体24为防护圈。防护结构体24的材质为橡胶。
在本实施例中,所述电连接器还包括线缆25,线缆25的一端依次穿设于防护结构体24、第一部分2131,且插设于极柱主体11的尾端。较佳地,位于防护结构体24与极柱主体11的尾端之间的线缆25的长度大于防护结构体24到极柱主体11的尾端的距离。位于防护结构体24与极柱主体11的尾端之间的线缆25的形状为螺旋形。这样,通过设置线缆的长度和形状,保证线缆在固定区域内活动自如,并且不会出现卡涉现象。
如前所述,极柱主体11包括相连接的连接体12和压线体13,弹性件30套设于连接体12外,且连接体12位于主板安装孔212内,压线体13位于盖板安装孔213内,连接体12的直径大于压线体13的直径,导向脚15位于连接体12靠近压线体13的一端的外壁面,线缆25插设于压线体13远离连接体12的一端。
压线体13设有线缆槽131,线缆槽131用于插设线缆25。压线体13包括相连接的压线体头部132和压线体尾部133,压线体头部132远离压线体尾部133的一端与连接体12连接。压线体尾部133中与压线体头部132连接的一端的直径小于压线体尾部133中远离压线体头部132一端的直径;压线体头部132中与压线体尾部133连接的一端的直径等于压线体头部132中远离压线体尾部133一端的直径。
连接体12包括相连接的连接体头部121和连接体尾部122以及限位台123,连接体头部121的直径大于连接体尾部122的直径,连接体尾部122远离连接体头部121的一 端与压线体13连接,限位台123沿周向设于连接体头部121和连接体尾部122的连接处的外壁面,弹性件30套设于连接体尾部122外,且弹性件30的一端抵靠于限位台123中面向连接体尾部122的一侧。
本发明的工作原理,当电池端电连接器的低压极柱与车体端电连接器的低压极柱电连接时,由于电连接而产生沿接触面向低压极柱传递的作用力,在该作用力对初始状态的弹性件进行压缩,同时带动低压极柱沿该作用力方向移动,而通过在低压极柱上设置导向脚,并在安装孔的侧壁对应导向脚设置导向槽,通过导向槽的设置方向以及导向脚与导向槽配合,引导并限定低压极柱边移动并边旋转;另一方面,当该作用力撤销时,弹性件得到释放,在恢复至初始状态的过程中,带动低压极柱沿导向槽设置的旋转方向反向移动,从而完成往复旋转移动,到达使低压极柱的端子接触面相互产生摩擦,从而到达清洁低压极柱的端子接触面的效果,提高低压极柱的电接触的稳定性。
本发明通过导向脚与导向槽配合限定低压极柱的旋转方向,并通过弹性件带动低压极柱沿导向槽设置的旋转方向移动,从而到达清洁低压极柱的端子接触面的效果,提高低压极柱的电接触的稳定性,进而提高包含该低压极柱的电连接器的电接触的稳定性。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种低压极柱,其特征在于,所述低压极柱包括一极柱主体和导向脚,所述导向脚设于所述极柱主体的外壁面上,且沿所述极柱主体的径向方向向外延伸。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的低压极柱,其特征在于,所述导向脚与所述极柱主体一体成型;
    和/或,所述导向脚的数量为若干,若干所述导向脚沿所述极柱主体的周向间隔设置;较佳地,所述导向脚的数量为三个,三个所述导向脚沿所述极柱主体的周向均匀间隔设置。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的低压极柱,其特征在于,所述极柱主体包括相连接的连接体和压线体,所述连接体的直径大于所述压线体的直径,所述导向脚位于所述连接体靠近所述压线体的一端的外壁面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的低压极柱,其特征在于,所述压线体设有线缆槽,所述线缆槽用于插设线缆;较佳地,所述压线体包括相连接的压线体头部和压线体尾部,所述压线体头部远离所述压线体尾部的一端与所述连接体连接,所述压线体尾部中与所述压线体头部连接的一端的直径小于所述压线体尾部中远离所述压线体头部一端的直径;所述压线体头部中与所述压线体尾部连接的一端的直径等于所述压线体头部中远离所述压线体尾部一端的直径;

  5. 一种电连接器,所述电连接器包括一极柱安装座,所述极柱安装座设有安装孔,其特征在于,所述电连接器还包括:
    如权利要求1所述的低压极柱,所述低压极柱穿设于所述安装孔;
    导向槽,所述导向槽设于所述安装孔的侧壁,当所述导向脚移动至所述导向槽内时, 所述导向脚滑设于所述导向槽,所述导向脚与所述导向槽配合用于限定所述低压极柱的旋转方向;
    弹性件,所述弹性件位于所述安装孔内,且所述弹性件套设于所述极柱主体外,所述弹性件用于带动所述低压极柱沿所述导向槽设置的旋转方向移动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述导向槽的长度方向与所述低压极柱的中心轴线形成一夹角;较佳地,所述夹角为13-17度;更佳地,所述夹角为15度;
    和/或,所述导向脚与所述极柱主体一体成型;
    和/或,所述导向脚和所述导向槽的数量均为若干,若干所述导向脚沿所述极柱主体的周向间隔设置,若干所述导向槽沿所述安装孔的周向间隔设置,若干所述导向槽与若干所述导向脚一一对应设置;较佳地,所述导向脚和所述导向槽的数量均为三个,三个所述导向脚沿沿所述极柱主体的周向均匀间隔设置,三个所述导向槽沿所述安装孔的周向均匀间隔设置。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述极柱安装座包括主板和盖板,所述盖板可拆卸地连接于所述主板的一侧。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述安装孔包括相连通的主板安装孔和盖板安装孔,所述主板安装孔设于所述主板内,所述盖板安装孔设于所述盖板内,所述导向槽设于所述盖板安装孔的侧壁;较佳地,所述主板安装孔的侧壁上设有限位槽,所述限位槽位于所述主板安装孔靠近所述盖板安装孔的一端,所述限位槽的一端与所述导向槽邻接且连通,所述导向脚卡设于所述限位槽。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述盖板安装孔包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分位于所述主板安装孔与所述第二部分之间,所述第二部分的直径小于所述第一部分的直径。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述电连接器还包括防护结构体,所述防护结构体卡设并密封连接于所述第二部分。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述防护结构体包括依次连接的防护结构体头部、防护结构体中间部和防护结构体尾部,所述防护结构体头部和所述防 护结构体尾部的直径均大于所述防护结构体中间部的直径,且所述防护结构体中间部卡设并密封连接于所述第二部分,所述防护结构体头部与所述防护结构体中间部连接的一端抵靠于所述盖板的一侧,所述防护结构体尾部与所述防护结构体中间部连接的一端抵靠于所述第一部分的顶部;较佳地,所述防护结构体为防护圈;
    和/或,所述防护结构体的材质为橡胶。
  12. 如权利要求10或11所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述电连接器还包括线缆,所述线缆的一端依次穿设于所述防护结构体、所述第一部分,且插设于所述极柱主体的尾端。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电连接器,其特征在于,位于所述防护结构体与所述极柱主体的尾端之间的所述线缆的长度大于所述防护结构体到所述极柱主体的尾端的距离。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的电连接器,其特征在于,位于所述防护结构体与所述极柱主体的尾端之间的所述线缆的形状为螺旋形。
  15. 如权利要求12-14中任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述极柱主体包括相连接的连接体和压线体,所述弹性件套设于所述连接体外,且所述连接体位于所述主板安装孔内,所述压线体位于所述盖板安装孔内,所述连接体的直径大于所述压线体的直径,所述导向脚位于所述连接体靠近所述压线体的一端的外壁面,所述线缆插设于所述压线体远离所述连接体的一端。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述压线体设有线缆槽,所述线缆槽用于插设所述线缆。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述压线体包括相连接的压线体头部和压线体尾部,所述压线体头部远离所述压线体尾部的一端与所述连接体连接,所述压线体尾部中与所述压线体头部连接的一端的直径小于所述压线体尾部中远离所述压线体头部一端的直径;所述压线体头部中与所述压线体尾部连接的一端的直径等于所述压线体头部中远离所述压线体尾部一端的直径。
  18. 如权利要求15-17任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述连接体包括相连接的连接体头部和连接体尾部以及限位台,所述连接体头部的直径大于所述连接体尾部的 直径,所述连接体尾部远离所述连接体头部的一端与所述压线体连接,所述限位台沿周向设于所述连接体头部和所述连接体尾部的连接处的外壁面,所述弹性件套设于所述连接体尾部外,且所述弹性件的一端抵靠于所述限位台中面向所述连接体尾部的一侧。
  19. 如权利要求7-18中任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述主板包括壳体和中间块,所述壳体中面向所述盖板的一端设有容置腔,所述中间块卡设于所述容置腔内并与所述壳体密封连接。
  20. 如权利要求5-19中任意一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧。
