本申请提供的客户识别自动维护方法、设备及计算机可读存储介质,在客户号码识别失败时,则进入IVR流程,将备选识别数据与呼入的客户号码对应关系记录下来,当客户再次进线后,对于号码识别为多客户的数据,利用备选识别数据做补充识别。本申请中针对当前呼入识别失败的情况,不仅仅是与现有技术一样来提示用户此来电号码没有对应的客户信息,而且还要求获取客户的备选识别数据,实现了客户自行进线操作数据,自动完成客户数据维护,提升识别率。

本申请提供一种客户识别自动维护方法、设备及计算机可读存储介质,为使本申请的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参 照附图并举实施例对本申请进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
请参阅图1,是本申请所述的客户识别自动维护方法较佳实施例的流程图。如图1所示,所述客户识别自动维护方法包括:
步骤S100、检测到来电时,对客户号码进行识别。
在本实施例中,当用户拨打客服号码(如95511时),也即客户进线时,需对客户的客户号码进行识别,以完成对客户身份的识别,以方便对其进行下一步的服务。
步骤S200、当客户号码识别失败时,则通过互动式语音应答获取用户的备选识别数据,并将备选识别数据与呼入的客户号码的对应关系进行记录,得到备选识别客户信息;其中,所述备选识别数据包括用户的证件号码、卡号,所述选识别客户信息包括备选识别数据和对应的客户号码。
在本实施例中,客户号码识别失败指的是已注册的客户号码,对其身份信息进行进一步的核实时,发现其证件号码、卡号与上一次登记的号码不相同。为了理解出现这种情况的条件,下面通过一具体实例来说明。
例如,同一个家庭的家庭成员A和家庭成员B在填写注册信息时,都写了同一个手机号码。当家庭成员A使用该手机号码打电话给客服时,客服在获取了家庭成员A反馈的证件号码、卡号后会识别到是家庭成员A;若下一次是家庭成员B使用该手机号码打电话给客服时,客服在识别到该手机号和家庭成员B反馈的证件号码、卡号后会识别到不是家庭成员A,此时客服无法准确知道是家庭成员B在使用该手机号码拨打客服电话。上述情况,就能形象的描述出当客户号码识别失败的情况。
当客户号码识别失败时,则通过IVR流程(即互动式语音应答)获取用户的备选识别数据(所述备选识别数据包括用户的证件号码、 卡号等身份识别数据),并将备选识别数据与呼入的客户号码的对应关系进行记录。也就是,在客服端的中心数据库中至少需设置原始号码表和备选号码表来分别存储原生客户信息和备选客户信息,即原始号码表存储原生客户信息,备选号码表存储备选客户信息。更具体的,原生客户信息包括至少一条原生识别数据和对应的客户号码,备选客户信息包括至少一条备选识别数据和对应的客户号码。
步骤S300、检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息。
在本实施例中,当检测到同一客户号码的再一次来电时,则需要将该客户号码,及用户进一步输入的备选数据信息进行验证。当该客户号码,及用户进一步输入的备选数据信息与客服端的中心数据库中所包括的原始号码表和备选号码表中的信息进行匹配,在匹配成功后则通过验证,并在通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息。本申请中针对当前呼入识别失败的情况,不仅仅是与现有技术一样来提示用户此来电号码没有对应的客户信息,而且还要求获取客户的备选识别数据,实现了客户自行进线操作数据,自动完成客户数据维护,提升识别率。
在一个实施例中,在所述客户识别自动维护方法中,所述步骤S100中包括:
步骤S101、检测到来电时,获取来电的客户号码;
步骤S102、获取中心数据库中所存储的原始号码表和备选号码表中是否有与客户号码相同的号码;
步骤S103、当原始号码表和备选号码表中均无与客户号码相同的号码时,则判定客户号码识别失败。
本实施例中,检测到来电时,不仅获取来电的客户号码,也需要获取用户的证件号码、卡号。当中心数据库中所存储的原始号码表中所存储的信息与来电的客户号码,及用户的证件号码、卡号一致时,则表明该客户为单一客户,直接进入IVR流程(即互动式语音应答) 对其进行服务即可。
当中心数据库中所存储的原始号码表中所存储的信息与来电的客户号码一致,且与用户的证件号码、卡号不一致时;同时备选号码表中与该客户号码相对应列中所存储的信息为空时,则判定客户号码识别失败。通过上述验证,能有效提高客户进线识别率。
具体的,如图2所示,在所述客户识别自动维护方法中,所述步骤S300的第一具体实施例包括:
步骤S311、检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否等于1;当客户号码对应的原生客户数等于1则执行步骤S312,当客户号码对应的原生客户数不等于1则执行步骤S313;
步骤S312、返回原生客户信息;
步骤S313、判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;

进一步的,在所述客户识别自动维护方法中,所述原始号码表中原生号码从CIF2数据库通过GoldenGate同步而得到,备选号码表中的备选号码从CSI数据库通过TJS脚本同步而得到。更具体的,本实施例中,以ICSSDB作为客服端的中心数据库,由ICSSDB中所创建的新用户存储客户信息完成来电识别;原始号码表中原生号码从CIF2通过GG(即GoldenGate)同步,IVR记录的备选号码直接写备 选号码表,人工备选号码通过TJS同步到备选号码表。
本申请中,还可利用大数据分析,定期分析客户进线核身数据,根据一定规则(如客户五项信息)对一个号码对应多个客户数据进行合并,并将合并结果推送给集团客户信息系统及上游系统,完成对应数据的清理、合并操作。
可见,本申请中针对当前呼入识别失败的情况,不仅仅是与现有技术一样来提示用户此来电号码没有对应的客户信息,而且还要求获取客户的备选识别数据,实现了客户自行进线操作数据,自动完成客户数据维护,提升识别率。
基于上述客户识别自动维护方法,本申请还提供了一种客户识别自动维护设备。如图4所示,所述客户识别自动维护设备包括处理器11、存储器12及通信总线;
所述通信总线用于实现处理器和存储器之间的连接通信;
所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现以下步骤:
检测到来电时,对客户号码进行识别;
当客户号码识别失败时,则通过互动式语音应答获取用户的备选识别数据,并将备选识别数据与呼入的客户号码的对应关系进行记录;其中,所述备选识别数据包括用户的证件号码、卡号;
检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息。
在本实施例中,所述的客户识别自动维护程序10安装并运行于电子装置1中。所述电子装置1可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及服务器等计算设备。该电子装置1可包括,但不仅限于,存储器11、处理器12及显示器13。图4仅示出了具有组件11-13的电子装置1,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
所述存储器11在一些实施例中可以是所述电子装置1的内部存储单元,例如该电子装置1的硬盘或内存。所述存储器11在另一些实施例中也可以是所述电子装置1的外部存储设备,例如所述电子装置1上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述存储器11还可以既包括所述电子装置1的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述存储器11用于存储安装于所述电子装置1的应用软件及各类数据,例如所述安装应用程序的系统10的程序代码等。所述存储器11还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
所述处理器12在一些实施例中可以是一中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),微处理器或其他数据处理芯片,用于运行所述存储器11中存储的程序代码或处理数据,例如执行所述客户识别自动维护程序10等。
所述显示器13在一些实施例中可以是LED显示器、液晶显示器、触控式液晶显示器以及OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)触摸器等。所述显示器13用于显示在所述电子装置1中处理的信息以及用于显示可视化的用户界面,例如应用菜单界面、应用图标界面等。所述电子装置1的部件11-13通过系统总线相互通信。
请参阅图5,是本申请安装客户识别自动维护程序10较佳实施例的功能模块图。在本实施例中,所述的客户识别自动维护程序10可以被分割成一个或多个模块,所述一个或者多个模块被存储于所述存储器11中,并由一个或多个处理器(本实施例为所述处理器12)所执行,以完成本申请。例如,在图5中,所述的客户识别自动维护程序10可以被分割成检测识别模块21、备选信息记录模块22及验证反馈模块23。本申请所称的模块是指能够完成特定功能的一系列 计算机程序指令段,比程序更适合于描述所述客户识别自动维护程序10在所述电子装置1中的执行过程。以下描述将具体介绍所述模块21-23的功能。
检测识别模块21,用于检测到来电时,对客户号码进行识别;

    当客户号码识别失败时,则通过互动式语音应答获取用户的备选识别数据,并将备选识别数据与呼入的客户号码的对应关系进行记录,得到备选识别客户信息;其中,所述备选识别数据包括用户的证件号码、卡号,所述选识别客户信息包括备选识别数据和对应的客户号码;
    检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息。

    当备选识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选识别客户信息;
    当备选识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则退出流程。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述客户识别自动维护方法,其特征在于,所述检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息的步骤包括:
    检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,获取原始号码识别客户列表;
    判断客户号码对应的原生识别VIP客户数是否等于1;
    当原生识别VIP客户数等于1,则返回原生识别客户信息;
    当原生识别VIP客户数不等于1,则获取备选号码表,并判断原生识别VIP客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;
    当原生识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则获取备选识别VIP客户数,并判断备选识别VIP客户数是否等于1;
    当备选识别VIP客户数等于1,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选识别客户信息;
    当备选识别VIP客户数不等于1,则返回原生识别客户信息;
    当原生识别VIP客户数不在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则判断备选识别VIP客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;
    当备选识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选识别客户信息;
    当备选识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则退出流程。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述客户识别自动维护方法,其特征在于, 所述原始号码表中原生号码从CIF2数据库通过GoldenGate同步而得到,备选号码表中的备选号码从CSI数据库通过TJS脚本同步而得到。
  8. 一种客户识别自动维护设备,其特征在于,所述客户识别自动维护设备包括处理器、存储器及通信总线;
    所述通信总线用于实现处理器和存储器之间的连接通信;
    所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现以下步骤:
    检测到来电时,对客户号码进行识别;
    当客户号码识别失败时,则通过互动式语音应答获取用户的备选识别数据,并将备选识别数据与呼入的客户号码的对应关系进行记录,得到备选识别客户信息;其中,所述备选识别数据包括用户的证件号码、卡号,所述选识别客户信息包括备选识别数据和对应的客户号码;
    检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述客户识别自动维护设备,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现所述检测到来电时,对客户号码进行识别的步骤,步骤包括:
    检测到来电时,获取来电的客户号码;
    获取中心数据库中所存储的原始号码表和备选号码表中是否有与客户号码相同的号码;
    当原始号码表和备选号码表中均无与客户号码相同的号码时,则判定客户号码识别失败。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述客户识别自动维护设备,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现所述检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息的步骤,步骤包括:
    检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否等于1;
    当客户号码对应的原生客户数等于1,则返回原生客户信息;
    当客户号码对应的原生客户数不等于1,则判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;
    当原生客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则获取备选客户数,并判断备选客户数是否等于1;
    当备选客户数等于1,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选客户信息;
    当备选客户数不等于1,则返回原生客户信息。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述客户识别自动维护设备,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现所述检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息的步骤,步骤包括:
    检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否等于1;
    当客户号码对应的原生客户数等于1,则返回原生客户信息;
    当客户号码对应的原生客户数不等于1,则判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;
    当原生客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则获取备选客户数,并判断备选客户数是否等于1;
    当备选客户数等于1,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选客户信息;
    当备选客户数不等于1,则返回原生客户信息。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述客户识别自动维护设备,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现 所述检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息的步骤,步骤包括:

    当原生识别VIP客户数等于1,则返回原生识别客户信息;
    当原生识别VIP客户数不等于1,则获取备选号码表,并判断原生识别VIP客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;
    当原生识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则获取备选识别VIP客户数,并判断备选识别VIP客户数是否等于1;
    当备选识别VIP客户数等于1,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选识别客户信息;
    当备选识别VIP客户数不等于1,则返回原生识别客户信息;
    当原生识别VIP客户数不在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则判断备选识别VIP客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;
    当备选识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选识别客户信息;
    当备选识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则退出流程。

    判断客户号码对应的原生识别VIP客户数是否等于1;
    当原生识别VIP客户数等于1,则返回原生识别客户信息;
    当原生识别VIP客户数不等于1,则获取备选号码表,并判断原生识别VIP客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;
    当原生识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则获取备选识别VIP客户数,并判断备选识别VIP客户数是否等于1;
    当备选识别VIP客户数等于1,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选识别客户信息;
    当备选识别VIP客户数不等于1,则返回原生识别客户信息;
    当原生识别VIP客户数不在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则判断备选识别VIP客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;
    当备选识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选识别客户信息;
    当备选识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则退出流程。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行实现以下步骤:
    检测到来电时,对客户号码进行识别;
    当客户号码识别失败时,则通过互动式语音应答获取用户的备选识别数据,并将备选识别数据与呼入的客户号码的对应关系进行记录,得到备选识别客户信息;其中,所述备选识别数据包括用户的证件号码、卡号,所述选识别客户信息包括备选识别数据和对应的客户号码;
    检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现所述处理器执行所述检测到来电时,对客户号码进行识别的步骤,步骤包括:
    检测到来电时,获取来电的客户号码;
    获取中心数据库中所存储的原始号码表和备选号码表中是否有与客户号码相同的号码;
    当原始号码表和备选号码表中均无与客户号码相同的号码时,则判定客户号码识别失败。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现所述检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息的步骤,步骤包括:
    检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否等于1;
    当客户号码对应的原生客户数等于1,则返回原生客户信息;
    当客户号码对应的原生客户数不等于1,则判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;
    当原生客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则获取备选客户数,并判断备选客户数是否等于1;
    当备选客户数等于1,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选客户信息;
    当备选客户数不等于1,则返回原生客户信息。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现所述检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息的步骤,步骤包括:
    检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否等于1;
    当客户号码对应的原生客户数等于1,则返回原生客户信息;
    当客户号码对应的原生客户数不等于1,则判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;
    当原生客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则获取备选客户数,并判断备选客户数是否等于1;
    当备选客户数等于1,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选客户信息;
    当备选客户数不等于1,则返回原生客户信息。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现所述检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息的步骤,步骤包括:

    当备选识别VIP客户数不等于1,则返回原生识别客户信息;
    当原生识别VIP客户数不在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则判断备选识别VIP客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;
    当备选识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选识别客户信息;
    当备选识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则退出流程。

    当备选识别VIP客户数不等于1,则返回原生识别客户信息;
    当原生识别VIP客户数不在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则判断备选识别VIP客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;
    当备选识别VIP客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选识别客户信息;
