- 根据权利要求2所述客户识别自动维护方法,其特征在于, 所述原始号码表中原生号码从CIF2数据库通过GoldenGate同步而得到,备选号码表中的备选号码从CSI数据库通过TJS脚本同步而得到。
- 一种客户识别自动维护设备,其特征在于,所述客户识别自动维护设备包括处理器、存储器及通信总线;所述通信总线用于实现处理器和存储器之间的连接通信;所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现以下步骤:检测到来电时,对客户号码进行识别;当客户号码识别失败时,则通过互动式语音应答获取用户的备选识别数据,并将备选识别数据与呼入的客户号码的对应关系进行记录,得到备选识别客户信息;其中,所述备选识别数据包括用户的证件号码、卡号,所述选识别客户信息包括备选识别数据和对应的客户号码;检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息。
- 根据权利要求8所述客户识别自动维护设备,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现所述检测到来电时,对客户号码进行识别的步骤,步骤包括:检测到来电时,获取来电的客户号码;获取中心数据库中所存储的原始号码表和备选号码表中是否有与客户号码相同的号码;当原始号码表和备选号码表中均无与客户号码相同的号码时,则判定客户号码识别失败。
- 根据权利要求8所述客户识别自动维护设备,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现所述检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息的步骤,步骤包括:检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否等于1;当客户号码对应的原生客户数等于1,则返回原生客户信息;当客户号码对应的原生客户数不等于1,则判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;当原生客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则获取备选客户数,并判断备选客户数是否等于1;当备选客户数等于1,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选客户信息;当备选客户数不等于1,则返回原生客户信息。
- 根据权利要求9所述客户识别自动维护设备,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现所述检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息的步骤,步骤包括:检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否等于1;当客户号码对应的原生客户数等于1,则返回原生客户信息;当客户号码对应的原生客户数不等于1,则判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;当原生客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则获取备选客户数,并判断备选客户数是否等于1;当备选客户数等于1,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选客户信息;当备选客户数不等于1,则返回原生客户信息。

- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行实现以下步骤:检测到来电时,对客户号码进行识别;当客户号码识别失败时,则通过互动式语音应答获取用户的备选识别数据,并将备选识别数据与呼入的客户号码的对应关系进行记录,得到备选识别客户信息;其中,所述备选识别数据包括用户的证件号码、卡号,所述选识别客户信息包括备选识别数据和对应的客户号码;检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息。
- 根据权利要求14所述计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现所述处理器执行所述检测到来电时,对客户号码进行识别的步骤,步骤包括:检测到来电时,获取来电的客户号码;获取中心数据库中所存储的原始号码表和备选号码表中是否有与客户号码相同的号码;当原始号码表和备选号码表中均无与客户号码相同的号码时,则判定客户号码识别失败。
- 根据权利要求14所述计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的客户识别自动维护程序,以实现所述检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,则对与客户号码相对应的备选数据进行验证,当通过验证时则反馈备选识别客户信息的步骤,步骤包括:检测并识别到客户号码的来电时,判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否等于1;当客户号码对应的原生客户数等于1,则返回原生客户信息;当客户号码对应的原生客户数不等于1,则判断客户号码对应的原生客户数是否在中心数据库的客户账号范围内;当原生客户数在中心数据库的客户账号范围内,则获取备选客户数,并判断备选客户数是否等于1;当备选客户数等于1,则与客户号码相对应的备选数据通过验证,并返回备选客户信息;当备选客户数不等于1,则返回原生客户信息。
